She's just about the most fashionable person on the planet, rarely looking anything but entirely picture-perfect.

In fact, since officially becoming a member of Britain's most famous family in April 2011, Kate Middleton's look has evolved from rather safe and nondescript to full-on chic.

Yes, there's no denying that Mrs William Wales now boasts an elegance entirely worthy of her royal style icon status.

Not that it was always so: in fact, before Wills put a ring on it, the Duchess Kate had plenty of items in her wardrobe that she would now turn her perfect princess nose up at.

However, on reflection, we reckon throwback Kate Middleton is very much for the win.

From trips to Dublin in old jeans to donning yellow hot-pants and roller-skates, the 33-year-old certainly had a sense of carefree fun back then.

Here, SHEmazing! takes a stroll down memory lane with the Duchess Of Cambridge's top 12 pre Royal Wedding looks.

1) The dress that changed history: She was modelling in a charity fashion show during their University Of St Andrews days when Prince William reportedly decided that Kate was the only woman for him.

2) Feeling tweedy: It was spring 2004 when Kate rocked this oh-so rural-look during an outing with Wills. The skirt; the socks; the boots… It's all VERY horsey set.

3) Polka-dotty: Catherine sported this cotton pink halter-neck number – which she teamed with strappy floral red sandals – in July 2006. Suffice to say both are probably absent from her royal wardrobe now.

4) Casual in denim: During a short-lived split from her prince in the spring of '07, Ms Middleton popped over to Dublin with Mammy Middleton for a bit of shopping and to attend a gallery opening held by one of their friends.

5) More dots: Also in Dublin, the princess-in-waiting rocked this conservative black two-piece suit and open-toed, kitten-heel shoes.

6) And they're back on! Wills and Kate were back in each other's arms before long – after lying low for a while, in February 2008 she made a dazzling return to public life in this pink Issa gown.

7) The look we love: K.Middy was having the serious craic while wearing yellow hot-pants at a charity event in September 2008. We hope she kept that green sequin top too.

8) Hippy hippy shake: In the summer of '09, Catherine cooled down in stuffy London by wearing this long, flowing floral maxi skirt and flip-flops. Why she was carrying quite so many bags (we count four), we're still not sure.

9) Done deal: She got the ring – AND she looked amazing in this Issa number (the same one that sparked an entire trend) at the ridiculously high-profile press conference to announcement their engagement in November '10.

10) Lady in red: Those suede boots (the outfit would now be paired with LK Bennett pumps) are decidedly pre-wedding Kate, but just two months before their Big Day, William's girl was still looking really regal on an official outing with her prince.

11) Can't rain on my parade: Her weight-loss was noticeable (as were the creases), but two weeks before saying 'I do,' Ms Middleton still shined in Amanda Wakeley.

12) The day she wowed the world: THAT Alexander McQueen wedding dress. Afterwards, Kate left Westminster Abbey a fully-fledged princess. She hasn't looked back since.

Kate Middleton definitely nabbed the title for tiniest celeb baby bump during both her 2013 and 2015 pregnancies.

However, it seems there is now a new contender for her crown: namely, Coco Austin.

The model was attending one of her 57-year-old husband's gigs yesterday when she posted a snap to Twitter.

Donning skin-tight white jeans, towering shoes and a blue chiffon shirt, Coco looked FAR from anything near her third trimester.

Using the hashtag #28weeks and an emoji of a baby's bottle, the 36-year-old wrote: Chilling baby… I'm just chillin… Backstage at BC concert supporting my man… Thats how I roll."

And her streamlined appearance didn't go unnoticed by fans.

"How in the HELL are u wearing those heels at 28 weeks?? You look great though," said one, while another stated: "wow, you don't look like ur even showing."

A third fan offered: "Coco you are so blessed to have such a little baby bump. The less stretching the better. You are flawlessly rocking mommyhood."

Married for 13 years, she and rapper Ice T are expecting their first child together, a girl whom they have said they will name Chanel, before the end of the year.

OK, so we know we saw her outside the Lindo Wing at St Mary's maternity hospital in London back in May.

AND then we were treated to another appearance at Princess Charlotte's christening in July.

But it's only now that we feel that royal lovely Princess Kate is well and truly back in our lives: she made a charity solo appearance this afternoon, visiting a centre that is involved in mental healthcare for children and young people in north London.

Understandably – all eyes were on what she was wearing: and here at SHEmazing! Towers we were particularly taken aback to spot a whole load of toned Duchess leg on display.

Kate, who is celebrated for her demure style (topless snaps taken with a long lens in France aside), evidently decided to throw caution to the wind: a stiff breeze insured that more than once the hem of her €1,750 Ralph Lauren shirt-dress flew into the air.

Still, she remained all-smiles for the entirety of the royal engagement, and certainly the mother-of-two looks pretty incredible considering Charlotte only arrived into the world four-and-a-half months ago.

Earlier this week, the 33-year-old debuted her new hair style – complete with long fringe – while on an outing with Prince William in Scotland.

The look divided opinion in the aftermath, but it's clear that Ms Middleton is eager to return to public life with a bang: not only does she have brand-new tresses, but today she also shunned her wardrobe of British labels for a US designer.

Late last year it was reported in InStyle that the mother-of-two had hired Natasha Archer, her former personal assistant, to style her.

According to their source: "Natasha shops a lot for Kate online, and calls in hundreds of dresses for her to try on. She has persuaded Kate to take some more risks.

"The hemlines are shorter and Kate's really pushing the boat out in the fashion stakes."

New hair; new clothes – A LOT more leg, could this be a more sassy queen-in-waiting that we’re about to witness?

Let's hope so!

Following countless rumours surrounding her absence from various social events, Kate Middleton reappeared after having undergone something of a style transformation.

On a rare public outing with Prince William in Scotland she was all smiles as she debuted her new hair style.

The happy couple were headed to Crathie Kirk for Sunday morning prayers, sans Princess Charlotte and Prince George when Kate's new hair was spotted. The duo, along with Prince Charles were making their way from Balmoral Castle with a convoy of other cars.

Kate and her flawless curly blow-dry are pretty much the first thing that comes to mind when we think 'British royal' at this point so her new 'do had us all curious indeed.

She has changed her style before, opting for some shorter layers and a lighter colour in the past, but this is certainly a change. However, it has essentially proven that Kate's hair is so fabulous that she probably never has a bad hair day. The Duchess doesn't seem to know the meaning of the word.

Even this throw back picture proves that unlike the rest of us, her hair history is filled with flowing locks and pretty curls as opposed to some other less stellar hair moments that come to mind.

The family were at the castle earlier this week to celebrate the Queen becoming the longest-serving monarch. The 'family dinner' was the first time Kate was seen making a public appearance for some time since Princess Charlotte's christening earlier in the summer.

According to Hello! magazine it was also reported that Kate was to receive the Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II, the highest honour that can be bestowed upon a female member of the royal family. While she is rumoured to be receiving the honour, there is no formal announcement to for the Order so the public would have to wait and see if she will be wearing it at the state dinner for China's president next month.

Previous recipients of the honour include Prince William's mother, Diana and Prince Charles' wife, the Duchess of Cornwall.

Apparently the royal family are just like the rest of us! They love watching TV too, we knew it couldn’t be all grand tea parties and walks with the corgis.

Queen Elizabeth is a massive Downton Abbey fan, obviously.

According to the Telegraph the Queen “loves Downton Abbey”. However, she also “likes to spot historical mistakes” in the series.

Brian Hoey, the author of At Home with the Queen revealed that the series came up in conversation with a worker at Buckingham Palace.

“We were talking about Trooping the Colour and how the Queen always notices if anything is not quite right, such as one young officer she spotted wearing his medals in the wrong order not long ago.”

The eagle-eyed royal also takes this attention to detail to her favourite television shows too:

“She loves watching Downton Abbey and pointing out things they have got wrong, partly because she is familiar with Highclere Castle, where it is filmed. She used to stay there as a guest of the Carnarvon family.”

Amongst the royal family the Queen is not the only Downton fangirl. Kate Middleton is apparently also a “huge” fan and makes William watch it with her.

While Prince Charles is apparently said to not be as keen on Downton the Queen also has some other favourites to choose from.

In 2011 she was reported to have told Mary Byrne, a former X Factor contestant, that she has her staff record every episode.

Only four months ago, Kate Middleton and Prince William welcomed Princess Charlotte into their lives. We’ve only just barely managed to pull ourselves together since those adorable photos of Prince George and his little sister crossed our screens.

It’s hard to imagine that the royal couple would be adding to their family again, but that hasn’t stopped the rumours from circulating.

Star Magazine are reporting a source as saying that Kate, 33, is pregnant with her third child.

The outlet is claiming an insider has said “She’s in the early stages of pregnancy with baby number 3.”

This is coming on the heels of Kate not being in attendance at certain royal engagements and a wedding in August.  The magazine reports that: “William put his foot down and decided her heath must not be put at risk. So Kate rested at home and spent her day relaxing and playing with George and Charlotte.”

This is not the first time in recent months that the Duchess of Cambridge has been at the centre of baby rumours.

Earlier this summer, when William’s co-pilot, who bears quite the resemblance to Kate herself, came into the picture certain media outlets were quick to jump on the baby bandwagon.

Reports were saying that Kate was eager to get Gemma out of the picture and that she had apparently mentioned to friends that she wanted to have her third child before turning 35.

There has been nothing to confirm any of this speculation however. So we can only imagine that the royals probably aren’t thrilled with all of those rumours.

Running, swimming, cycling… the outdoors life has definitely paid off for Pippa Middleton.

Kate's sister was pictured on holiday on the Carribean island of St Barts this week with some friends and family, looking downright incredible in a tiny red bikini as she relaxed on the water.

Standing on a pontoon with her mother Carole, brother James and rumoured ex James Matthews, there was no doubt 31-year-old Pippa was looking in the best shape of her life.

Those abs!

Of course, Pippa's always had an enviable body – back in 2011 she almost stole the show from her big sister as she dressed all in white to act as maid of honour at the Royal Wedding, wearing a figure-hugging gown designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.

The dress had a plunging neckline and the same button and lace trim details as Kate's own creation, also designed by Sarah Burton.

And while we have seen Pippa don a bikini before – like this white one for the family's annual holiday to Mustique a few years back, for example – she's looking more toned than ever thanks to the gruelling fitness regime she kicked off last year.

Back in June 2014 Pippa, her brother and a team of six others took on the Race for America, an eight day cycle for over 4,800 km across the US in aid of the Michael Matthews Foundation. Just weeks later, the same team headed to Istanbul to take on the Bosphorus Cross-Continental Race a 6.5km swim crossing two continents from Europe to Asia.

To round things off, just last month the Royal-in-law completed her first ever marathon… in temperatures of over 30C and at 1,600m above sea level in Kenya. "It was tough – tougher than anything I’d been faced with before and required every inch of my energy, stamina and stubbornness," Pippa told Hello! after finishing the 42km course.

While she definitely cuts no corners when it comes to her workouts, Pippa says she does allow herself the odd treat at mealtimes.

"I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things, so I'll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet, and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in — I'm talking chocolate, crisps, and the occasional glass of wine," she wrote in a column for Waitrose Weekend magazine last year.

Forget party planning… we reckon Pippa has a career in personal training ahead of her.

She’s been on the British throne for more than 60 years – making her one of the world’s most prolific monarchs.

Indeed, Queen Elizabeth II’s extensive reign will shortly overtake that of her great-great grandmother’s, Queen Victoria, as the longest ever completed by a British king or queen.

To mark the historical occasion, a new biography, written by politician Lord Douglas Hurd, has been released. And in the preface for Elizabeth II: The Steadfast, Prince William opens up about his 89-year-old granny.

Saying that she is a “great source of pride and reassurance,” he adds: "Time and again, quietly and modestly, The Queen has shown us all that we can confidently embrace the future without compromising the things that are important.

"From a personal point of view, I am privileged to witness the private side of The Queen, as a grandmother and great-grandmother.”

Wills, who has been married to Duchess Kate for four-and-half years, also reveals that the monarch is funny and loves her family.

“The Queen's kindness and sense of humour, her innate sense of calm and perspective, and her love of family and home are all attributes I experience first-hand."

William goes on to pay tribute to Prince Philip, who is now 94. He and Elizabeth have been married since 1947 and the Duke says his grandfather "devoted his life" to supporting the monarch.

The second-in-line to the British throne adds: "All of us who will inherit the legacy of my grandmother's reign and generation need to do all we can to celebrate and learn from her story."

Earlier this week, it was revealed that despite rumour to the contrary, the Queen is a big fan of the former Kate Middleton, now the Duchess Of Cambridge.

“She thoroughly approves of the Duchess Of Cambridge and doesn’t give a fig for her being from an ordinary, middle-class background,” the author of The Queen's Speech, Ingrid Seward, wrote.

Together, the Cambridges have two children: a toddler son, George, and baby Charlotte.

In three weeks' time, Queen Elizabeth II will become Britain's longest serving monarch – overtaking her great-great grandmother, Queen Victoria.

As of right now, she's been on the throne for an incredible 63 years 192 days: Victoria's record currently stands at 63 years 216 days.

To mark the historical occasion, a new book has been released, The Queen's Speech; a biography which reveals intimate detail of Elizabeth's life – including her sometimes tumultuous relationships with 'the in-laws'.

And while much of the publication deals with the likes of Princess Diana – and the Queen's apparent regular disdain for her – the insight into the royal's relationship with the Duchess Of Cambridge is equally fascinating.

It has been rumoured in the past that the monarch has been judgemental of Princess Kate's 'normal' upbringing and middle class (although also rather privileged) roots.

However, The Queen's Speech dismisses this almost entirely.

In fact, it seems that Elizabeth and Kate get on extraordinarily well – with the former viewing the latter's marriage to her grandson as being much akin to her own long-standing and happy union with the Duke Of Edinburgh.

As for Kate's lack of 'blue blood,' it seems that Elizabeth is entirely unconcerned; indeed, her own mother, Elizabeth Bowes, was one of ten children born into a line of lesser, Scottish nobility.

“She thoroughly approves of the Duchess Of Cambridge and doesn’t give a fig for her being from an ordinary, middle-class background,” the book’s author Ingrid Seward writes.

“She has high hopes that the Cambridges’ marriage will be as successful as her own.”

Ms Seward even goes so far as to claim the Queen greatly admires Kate for how well she is handling her transition to life as a princess.

“The Middletons and the Windsors might seem at first glance to be worlds apart,” she writes. “Kate certainly shows no sign of adopting the horsey, doggy lifestyle beloved of her grandmother-in-law.

“But the Queen admires how well Kate has embraced royal life, combining it cheerfully with duty and motherhood. Nothing could matter more.”

Kate Middleton has gone way down in the style stakes!

British publication Hello! asked 30,000 readers globally to rank the most stylish young royals and K-Middy didn't get the number one spot… or the number two for that matter.

Instead, Princess Mary of Denmark was ranked first – with nearly 30 percent of the vote.

And Queen Máxima of the Netherlands came in second, leaving poor Kate came third. Surely the princess isn't losing her sparkle?

Queen Letizia of Spain and Princesses Mette-Marit of Norway also made it into the top five on the stylish list.

The survey also revealed that Ms Cambridge's fashion influence is equal to that of Snooki and Paris Hilton. Ouch.

Participants of the survey said that they think her style is too "safe" and "less independent" than other style icons.

But the Duchess is already stepping up her game with a new stylist on board and plenty of leg on display (ooh-la-la-la) at on public appearance late last year.

In short, we certainly discount her just yet – *hair flip*.

Prince George may have completely stolen the show at the family gathering for Princess Charlotte's christening earlier this month, but over the weekend his parents took some of the well deserved attention.

Prince William and Kate Middleton stepped out yesterday for the America's Cup World Series sailing races in Portsmouth, England, and they looked full-on adorable while doing so. How can two full grown adults manage to look adorable, you ask? Matching outfits, that's how.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wore identical navy and red zipped long-sleeve tops for the event, and each had their official title emblazoned on the back.

How cute?

Honestly, HOW CUTE?

As well as her husband-coordinated fleece top, Kate went for a low-key outfit, teaming the jacket with a Breton striped tee, a pair of dark skinny jeans and beige suede flats. Her hair was tied back in a low pony, with pearl earrings setting off the casual look.

Sadly though, if you're keen to recreate her look, the Henri Lloyd jacket alone will set you back a whopping £9,999 (€14,000).

Prince George wasn't there for the afternoon event, but his mum let us in on possibly the sweetest fact ever: the toddler apparently loves to brag about being a year older than he actually is.

The second-youngest Royal turned two just last week, but he's already been telling people he's three.

"George says that. He thinks he’s older," Kate revealed to the mother of a two-year-old who pulled the same trick when introducing himself to the Duchess.

While at the event, Kate was gifted another sailing jacket with the words 'Princess Charlotte' on the back:

We cannot WAIT for that family photo.

On the occassion of the christening of his little sister Princess Charlotte two weeks ago, a two-year-old Prince George very nearly stole the show.

Looking as cute-as-a-button in a red and white smock designed by Rachel Riley (the €100 piece inevitably sold out within 24 hours) he waved to the crowds, chatted to his great-granny, peered lovingly into Charlotte's pram, and generally proved that he's going to be a serious heart-breaker in another couple of decades.

Understandably, the accompanying snaps of the day which were released by the British royals after the event, prompted oodles of ooos and aaas from around the globe.

Taken by the famed Mario Testino, they showed Kate, 33, and Wills, also 33, with their prince and princess in a variety of casual and natural poses.

But if we assumed that we'd been given our fill of gorgeous shots of the picture-perfect Cambridges – how wrong we were!

For Mr Testino himself took to Facebook this afternoon to add to the collection.

The image shows a proud-as-punch Prince William holding on tight to his son as George leans in towards the lens, peering at the camera with his big, brown eyes.

His lovely mop of blond tresses are swept away from his face, and he shows off a mouthful of white teeth too.

The toddler turns two tomorrow – with a party being thrown for him at his family's rural abode, Amner Hall.

Peru-native Mario even wished the little royal a happy birthday in the accompanying caption. "The Duke Of Cambridge with his son Prince George, who turns two years old tomorrow," he wrote in both English and his native Spanish.

This photograph captures a very happy moment on what was a special day for The Duke and Duchess and their family. They are very pleased to share this picture as they celebrate Prince George's second birthday.

Kensington Palace said today in a statement: "The photograph shows The Duke of Cambridge holding Prince George in the gardens at Sandringham House.

"It was part of the series of official photographs taken by Mario Testino following Princess Charlotte's baptism on Sunday July 5."

Happy birthday, little prince! Here's to many more amazing photographs.
