The Jonas Brothers visited a local hospital in Hersey, Pennsylvania, while on their worldwide tour to visit teenage fan Lily Jordan on Saturday night.

Lily was undergoing chemotherapy and was unable to make the Jonas Brothers concert she had originally bought tickets for due to her health.

Social media followers shared Jordan's Facebook post inviting the group to see her in hospital, which said;

“I was supposed to be at your Hersey concert tomorrow but instead I’m across the street doing chemotherapy,” Jordan wrote in an Instagram post. “If y’all wanted to pop in I’ll give you my room.”

“Seriously though I wish I was seeing the Jonas Brothers so bad so like? I don't know, tag them or put this on your story or something for lil' old me,” she added.

The youngster has been battling cancer bravely for years, and said that the band's visit to Penn State Children's Hospital 'made her life'.

“Do you have a favourite song that we can dedicate to you?” 26-year-old Nick asked, as Priyanka Chopra promised that the boys would send her a video of their performance.

“Definitely S.O.S.,” Jordan replied. “That’s my favourite.” Jordan offered a gift to Joe's wife, Sophie Turner, who played Sansa Stark in HBO series Game of Thrones.

“I have something that I wanted to give Sophie,” Lily told Joe, offering a handmade bracelet.

Jordan thanked the Jonas Brothers as well as everyone who passed along her message for making the visit possible;

“Wow. The power of social media you guys. YOU did this. YOU made my crappy chemo session into something incredibly special and unforgettable." 

“Thank you thank you thank you @jonasbrothers for taking time out of your day to come pay me a visit. Literally made my life,” she added.

In case you missed it, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner married Joe Jonas over the weekend, celebrating their gorgeous second wedding ceremony at Chateau de Torreau.

The pair got married the first time in a low-key setting in Las Vegas earlier this year, with Diplo adding the wedding to his Instagram Live.

The beautiful property is set on 20 acres of grounds and features a swimming pool, vegetable farm, tennis courts and water fountains.

A-listers were invited to the celebrity wedding, of course, such as the groom's brothers and their wives. Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra, Kevin and Danielle Jonas and fellow GOT stars.

Priyanka stunned in a pink Sabyasachi saree, posing up a storm on Instagram.

The happy couple announced their engagement in October 2017, after dating since November of 2016. They were first spotted together at the MTV VMAs when Joe had his arm around her.

Anyone else putting in a rental bid for this chateau? We'll bring our air mattress if it makes the price cheaper…It's currently available to house 15 guests, and has 11 beds and NINE baths.

It's official: the Jonas Brothers are BACK with their single Sucker, and it's 2008 again. We're sporting frizzy hair, kissing their posters on our walls goodnight and blaring Burnin' Up on repeat.

Their six-year-long hiatus really did break our hearts, but all is now rejuvenated. Joe, Kevin and Nick have reunited and it's clear by their new video that they're taken men. They've put rings on it, so to speak.

The partners of all three brothers feature in the track's new vid; Priyanka Chopra, Sophie Turner and Danielle Jonas, all looking flawless as they parade around a fancy mansion while their men serenade them.. 

The three brothers sing the lyrics to Sucker while gazing at their respective lovers, and it's intense; “I’m a sucker for all the subliminal things no one knows about you."

It's a quirky video filled with glamour and colour, and PDA of course. Priyanka and Nick literally can't keep their hands away from each other, and they're eye-f*cking WAY too much for us to feel comfortable.

Priyanka shared the video to her Instagram with the caption; “

The brothers teased their reunion in a Carpool Karaoke slot for The Late Late Show with James Corden, with their last album being released back in June of 2013.

The video looked like a lot of fun to film, with Sophie Turner sipping wine while soaking in a bathtub, gazing on as Joe looks at her with awe. We want that look too, we have to admit.

The costumes are pretty extravagant, and Nick made sure to brag about his new wifey on his Twitter account;

Needless to say, the internet has typically produced some hilarious memes as a result of the boujée video;

 "Me on my way to find a significant other after watching the Sucker video," one Twitter user wrote. We have to concur.

There was a special enjoyment of Nick Jonas in a bubble bath;

The 2000s references were piping hot, especially featuring Disney Channel alumni. Looks like we weren't the only ones obsessed with Camp Rock then…

 "Me tweeting how much “sucker” by Jonas Brothers slaps," another wrote. So they're fans then?

The memes of Sophie Turner licking her lips of course have done the rounds, and it's pretty gas.

The song is already racing up the iTunes charts, and the video is getting the attention it deserves. We're so glad the brothers are returning to fix 2019, we needed some serious nostalgia and the lads have delivered.

The Jonas Brothers have sent Twitter into a meltdown, apparently reuniting after six long, hard years of separation. They got engaged, got married, and even started a family, in Kevin's case.

Kevin, Joe and Nick are back as JONAS, after Joe became the frontman of DNCE and Nick began a solo career; but it's all changing now.

The news comes after they reactivated their accounts and set the images to black, which ALWAYS means that something major is about to drop:

Is there any nostalgic band that isn't getting back together this year? From The Spice Girls and Westlife, to Avril Lavigne and Jojo dropping albums; we now have no idea what year it is.

Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes are somehow relevant again, and we're pure delighted that our pre-teen treasures are making a return.

News has just hit that The Jonas Brothers are making a comeback too, and we genuinely can't handle any more of this.

The band broke up back in 2013 citing "a deep rift within the band" and "creative differences", and the boys went their separate ways to pursue their own careers and love lives.

31-year-old Kevin randomly launched a business career after his E! Reality show Married To Jonas was cancelled, participating in The Celebrity Apprentice.

29-year-old Joe is now engaged to Game Of Thrones' Sophie Turner, and is the lead singer of funk-pop group DNCE, of Cake By The Ocean fame.

26-year-old Nick, the youngest JoBro, released two successful solo albums, starred in Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, and got married to Priyanka Chopra. Everyone fell in love with them as a couple.

According to Us Weekly sources, the brothers will rise from the ashes like a beautiful phoenix as JONAS.

They've ditched their chastity belts, so they also have to ditch the 'Brothers' and 'The' in the name to prove their serious musician-status. Gas.

Their reunion will reportedly result in new music, their first since 2009's Lines, Vines and Trying Times, tour dates and even a documentary. The band's Christian image must still be garnering fans from somewhere…

Nick has been liking tweets about the reunion, and The FADER noticed that their Instagram account has been reactivated. JONAS have yet to make an official announcement, but we've got our eyes peeled.

Kevin told Us in 2018 that he and his brothers often play music together and this summer, Just Jared reported sightings of the trio working on a project.

Now is the time to follow the lads if Camp Rock changed your adolescence…and the music industry forever. They're giving twenty-somethings what we really want, and we love them for it.

At just over two-weeks-old, Valentina Angelina Jonas finally got to meet her uncle Nick and he’s already smitten.

The 24-year-old took to Instagram to share the moment with his 9.7 million fans with the caption: “I’m in love”.

This is baby number two for the couple who are already parents to two-year-old, Alena Rose.

After welcoming his second child last week, Kevin Jonas finally let fans see a little glimpse of his new baby girl, Valentina.

Taking to Instagram today, Kevin introduced the newborn to his two million followers with a picture of him cradling the her.

The Jonas family is growing by the minute. Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle announced the sex of their second baby yesterday via instagram. 

The couple, who married in December 2009, took to social media in April to announce that they were expecting their second child at the end of this year. The lovebirds welcomed their first child, daughter Alena Rose, in February 2014.

The pop star took to instagram yesterday to announce that his wife is expecting a GIRL. Kevin posted an adorable photo collage of his daughter holding pink balloons that said Baby Girl on them. Too cute for words.

Kevin, 28, and his wife Danielle, 29, hosted a sex reveal party in their California home over the weekend.

They played a guessing game with their guests, using two jars of m&ms. One jar had nuts, the other did not. Guests were encouraged to bet on which jar would be held up in the reveal. VERY fun idea.

While preparations are underway for the new addition to the family,Kevin's baby brother's are making major steps in their musical careers.

Joe Jonas, who recently called it quits with Gigi Hadid, has been making history with his band DNCE, singers of the summer's number one tune Cake by the Ocean . Baby Jonas, Nick, is also selling singles like there's no tomorrow while achieving heartthrob status along the way. 

We cannot wait to see Kevin and Danielle's beautiful baby girl in a few months!

There HAS to be something in the Hollywood air because there has been an explosion of celebrity pregnancies lately.

Kevin Jonas is now adding to his family as his wife Danielle Jones has just announced on their Instagram page that they're getting ready for baby number two.

The third and oldest Jonas brother shared the snap which captured the couple in bed snacking on food and reading pregnancy books. As far as baby announcements go, it's a pretty good one!

A representative for the couple had a statement for E! News: "We are excited to share the news that we are expecting a new addition to our family this winter. Alena is beyond thrilled to be a big sister and we can't wait to meet the newest member of our family."

Any old Jonas Brothers fans, you better sit down for this one because Joe may have just made our reunion dreams come true. 

It's been two years since the band has split up but Nick, Joe and Kevin haven't completely shut the doors on their boyband days. 

But we can't get too excited because it's probably not going to happen anytime soon. 

“It’s easy to say we’re done and that we’re never doing it again, but then we both look at each other and go, ’We obviously get along,'” Joe told PrideSource.

“And who knows — years from now, we could be like, ’All right, let’s make a record.’ It could easily happen.”

While we can't expect the guys to be writing their fifth album anytime soon, you can expect a Nick and Joe team-up. 

“Nick and I have a few ideas to work with other artists who we really like. There are a couple of artists out there that we think are really incredible that we’d like to work together with."

At least that's something!
