When we think Kim Kardashian, the first thing that springs to mind is probably her reality TV empire, makeup collection and enviable curves.

Her feminist ideology probably isn't the first thing that comes to mind, but the reality TV queen has opened up about her feelings regarding gender equality. 

Speaking to Allure, Kim outlined her feminist stance. 

'I don’t really live by society’s ideals, so what I would hope is just that women are equal, in every way,' she told the beauty bible.

'Whether it’s equal pay, equal rights, I just feel like women should have the same rights as men.'

Kim pointedly said that she feels that women should have the right to do what they wish without shame or stigma.

'I definitely think that women should just have the rights of what they do with their bodies and I think that’s really frustrating when certain rights are being taken away.'

'I feel like we’re just moving backwards when we’ve come so far.'

Kim has previously been shamed online for her risque selfies, and for her original claim to fame – a sex tape with  former partner. 

She went on to say that she will also teach North and Saint the same life lessons, from how to throw a party to how to keep a home.

After meeting at New York fashion week, Pamela Anderson has slammed Kim Kardashian's decision to wear fur and is urging the reality star to “do the right thing.”

The former Baywatch star and passionate animal rights activist made the plea in an open letter posted to her website on Saturday September 16, in which she asked Kim to omit fur from her wardrobe this winter.

The letter began: “Dear Kim. It was lovely seeing you at New York Fashion Week.”

“I've had the pleasure of getting to know you over the years, and I can tell you're a good person with a big, beautiful heart."

"I'm writing to ask you to extend your compassion to real fashion victims — the animals who are violently killed in the fur trade — by swearing off fur this winter.”

As a longtime vegetarian, Pamela is an avid supporter of animal rights organisation PETA and has spent years campaigning to end various types of animal abuse.

She then went on to educate Kim on the dangers of fur farms.

"I think you'd be horrified to learn that every single fur farm that PETA has exposed has been beyond cruel."

“ Just last month, video footage from a fur farm in Poland revealed that foxes are being kept inside filthy, cramped, dark cages…”

She also cited Gisele Bundchen as model who has spoken out about the cruel fur industry and encouraged Kim to follow in her footsteps.

“Time are changing, though: Gisele Bundchen made a bold statement against fur on the cover of Vogue Paris earlier this summer, and Austria, Croatia, the Netherlands, Slovenia and the U.K, and ohter nations have taken a stand agianst cruelty by abolishing all fur farms.”

Pamela finished the letter by reminding the relaity star about the example she is setting for her followers around the world.

"You know I love you, and you can be a hero for animals as well as a great example to all your beautiful followers by swearing off fur.”

"Please do the right thing."

Kim has yet to respond to the letter, though we can't imagine she'll be clearing the fur from her wardrobe any time soon.

Look, Kim Kardashian is no stranger to criticism.

Over the course of her ten-year career, the reality star turned businesswoman has been the subject of intense condemnation from both the press and public alike.

Admirably, the 36-year-old regularly counters it by simply drawing attention to the countless career triumphs and business successes she has enjoyed since her rise to fame in 2007.

We mean, remember when she took aim at her critics after appearing on the cover of Forbes magazine, writing: "Not bad for a girl with no talent".

Having recently borne the brunt of some particularly derogatory comments made by Sharon Osbourne during an interview with The Telegraph, Kim decided to respond, and highlight the inaccuracy of Sharon's comments.

"Kim says she’s doing everything in the name of feminism, but that’s not feminism!" Sharon argued while being interviewed by the British broadsheet.

"Those girls live off their bodies, half of LA has been through them and everything they do from the sex tape to the plastic see-through dresses and the gym wear is about sex, not female progress."

"And listen: God bless them. If Kim wants to show off her body, fine. But that’s not feminism, that’s being a ho. And there’s nothing wrong with being a ho, but always remember what you are."

Instead of taking umbrage over Sharon's indisputable slut-shaming, Kim felt compelled to clarify her stance on the sharing of nude photographs, and called Sharon out on the spin she put on Kim's supposed approach to them.

"I think she said I said a quote about, ‘I post nude photos in the name of feminism.’ Never said that. So I think when people misquote you and then comment, it just sounds ridiculous,” Kim told E Online.

Disputing the notion that she chooses to post intimate photos of herself as some form of feminist message, the mother-of-two explained that her decision boils down to little more than appreciating the aesthetic.

“I post nude photos because I like how I look and I feel proud when I've lost all this baby weight and I post it because I feel like posting it and I feel powerful.If I post a photo," Kim explained. "I post it because I like how I look."

Can't argue with that, Sharon.

A source came forward last week to tell the world that Kim and Kanye are expecting baby number three.

A source close to the couple told People that the couple will be extending their family via surrogate. 

They told the mag that the surrogate is pregnant and expecting to deliver a new member of the Kardashian-West clan in 2018.

Of course Kim and Kanye have seen the rumours and reports, and while they have not officially released a statement regarding the issue, Kim did comment on the news at New York Fashion Week

'I've definitely seen a lot of things, we've never confirmed anything,' she told E! News last night.

'So, I think when we're ready to talk about it we will, and I think it's super invasive when people are just… So many details out there, and like I've never heard this, I've never heard this.'

'Like whatever. We have not confirmed it, and that's that. I'll let you know when we're ready.'

So that is neaither a denial or a confirmation.

Perhaps the pair are biding their time to make an official announcement.

It seems that major congrats are in order for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who are reportedly expecting their third child.

A source close to the couple confirmed the news to People today.

The source claimed that the couple's surrogate is pregnant and expecting to deliver a new member of the Kardashian-West clan in 2018.

Baby number three is reportedly set to join four-year-old North and one-year-old Saint as early as January.

'The entire family is over the moon.'

'Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently, when she found the perfect candidate,' the source explained.

'Given her health scares in the past, Kim felt the need to hire a surrogacy agency that helped serve as the liaison in finding a healthy woman who would be a great surrogate option for her and Kanye.'

'Both of them have been super involved in the process.'

'They want everything to be perfect, and for the baby to be extremely healthy.'

'They don’t want any complications, and Kim is providing an ideal eating regimen and diet so everyone knows what the baby is consuming before it’s born.'

Congratulations to the pair and their growing family.

Hooshmand Harooni has claimed in a $100,000,000 lawsuit that the LuMee idea originated with him.

He claims to have patented an 'integrated lighting accessory and case for a mobile phone device' back in 2013.

This idea was allegedly licenced with his company Snaplight.

Snaplight is requesting the California courts to prevent Kim from promoting the cases.

They are also suing for the massive cash sum for 'damages.'

This isn't the first time this week a member of the Kardashian clan has found themselves in legal trouble over the alleged theft of ideas. 

Younger sister Kylie has been accused of copying the artwork of British graphic artist Sara Pope in the trailer and branding of her upcoming biopic docu-series, Life of Kylie.

Last month, US weekly broke the news that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had hired a surrogate to carry their third child, and assuming the reports are true, the couple will likely welcome baby boy or girl in early 2018.

A source recently revealed to the magazine that a San Diego mother in her late 20's, chosen by the couple after she was referred by an agency, is now three months pregnant.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and rapper wed in 2014 and are already parents to two children under five-years-old – North, four, and Saint, 19 months.

Kim has never been shy about expressing her desire to have a large family. Speaking on the Ellen Show back in 2014 she said: "I have so many siblings and I love it, they're my best friends and I would love that for my kids.” 

However, the reality star was left devastated when she was told another pregnancy could pose serious risks to her health.

She suffers from placenta accreta, a condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the womb during pregnancy.

However, determined not to let her condition stop her from having more children, Kim and Kanye agreed to pay a surrogate $45,000 in 10 monthly instalments of $4,500, according to TMZ.

Should the surrogate become pregnant with multiple children, the couple will pay a additional $5,000 per child – all on top of the huge $68,850 deposit given to the agency.

Just days after her brother willingly placed himself at the centre of an internet furore, Kim Kardashian-West has inadvertently found herself in another.

And she's determined to remove herself from it as quickly as possible.

While sharing a series of images on Snapchat yesterday, the reality star became the subject of an 'is it/ isn't it' debate on social media after eagle-eyed followers spotted two lines of white powder in the background of her snaps.

With speed generally only seen when a rumour takes hold on social media, Kim was suddenly thrust into the limelight for all the wrong reasons, and she wasted no time extricating herself from it.

"Ohhhhhh @KimKardashian caught out with cocaine .. durtayyyyy," wrote one follower after spotting the suspicious substance.

"I do not play with rumours like this so I'm gonna shut it down real quick," the mum-of-two replied when confronted with the allegations on Twitter.

"That's sugar from our candy mess from Dylan's candy shop," she clarified.

Unfortunately for Kim, not everyone is buying it, with many questioning the positioning of the powder.

"Why is she playing with candy on the bathroom counter? Why is said candy cut into lines? Those are lines in waiting," wrote one.

"You keep your sugar in cut lines? neat," added another.

Interestingly, Kim has since changed her story and returned to Snapchat to insist that the white lines were, in fact, a design on the marble countertop..

"Okay you guys, I just got back to my hotel room, And look at this table, same position. It is still there!" she said before proving that she had also been in Dylan's candy shop hence the confusion.

We hate to be that person chatting about Kim Kardashian's dog when there are greater issues in the world, but have you seen the thing? 

He's quite possibly the most perfect ball of floof we have ever laid eyes on. 

The pupper was purchased specifically for North West's birthday, after a source revealed to People that the four-year-old was missing 'having a baby in the family.'

The puppy, a Pomeranian, is up there with the fluffiest things we've ever seen, and we kind of need Kim (or one of her entourage) to give him an Instagram page of his very own. 

With the success of pupper accounts like Doug the Pug and Marnie the Dog, we think North's little addition is destined for social media stardom. 

Kim took to Twitter to ask her fans to help her choose a name for the little guy. 

The options were Baby Jesus, Peaches, Sushi and Goldie. 

While Peaches ultimately came out tops in the poll, the Kardashian-Wests went rogue and opted for Sushi as the chosen name. 

Sushi the Pomeranian is the perfect name for a brand new Insta page…

The reality TV star spoke to WWD about Kardahian-Jenner comparisons, after social media users made reference to the fact that Kim's teen sister Kylie Jenner already has her own extremely successful beauty business. 

'It’s going to be a different vibe,' she told the magazine.

'It’s not going to be a full colour cosmetics (line) with shadows and all of that to start.'

Kim previously proved her makeup credentials with a KKW by Kylie Cosmetics Collection, where she collaborated with little sister Kylie on a gorgeous set of nude liquid lipsticks.
