Kim Kardashian may be beating herself up over her decision to flaunt her jewellery online, but it looks like she's found an unlikely ally in Geordie Shore's Scotty T.

While members of the public have been quick to slam the mum-of-two for sharing her extravagant lifestyle on social media, Scotty T has been busy formulating his own opinion on the Paris ordeal.

Hitting back at Kim's haters, Scotty – in his own special way – said: "No one deserves to get ripped off. At the end of the day if you’ve got nice things you want to show them off. I’ve got a wicked d**k and I show that off, you know what I mean."

Reporting on the fall-out from Monday morning's robbery during his MTV segment, the Geordie lad said: "People have been making jokes at Kim’s expense, the fact that she’s had a gun put to her head and robbed, but it doesn’t make any sense."

"Why would people joke about that? Put yourself in her shoes, would you like to be tied up in bath with a gun to your f*cking head and get robbed?" he asked.

"It doesn’t matter how much money she’s got or what," he argued. "At the end of the day she’s a mother, she’s got a family and no one on earth would want to be in that position."

Well said, Scotty.

It's been five days since Kim Kardashian was held at gunpoint in her Parisian accommodation during Paris Fashion Week, and for a family who make millions from sharing the ups and downs of their lives with the public, the Kardashian/ Jenner clan have been remarkably tight-lipped in the wake of the ordeal.

Aside from a small smattering of social media posts – some vague, some not so much – there's been radio silence from Kim and the vast majority of her world-famous family this week.

But it's not just social media which the Calabasas clan have decided to retreat from, with reports emerging that a number of Kim's sisters have cancelled promotional trips and public events in response to Kim's upset.

According to ET, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie have made the decision to cancel their respective book signings over the coming weeks.

It is understood that Khloe was due to promote the paperback edition of her New York Times bestseller, Strong Looks Better Naked while the Jenner sisters had scheduled appearances for their second novel, Time of the Twins: The Story of Lex and Livia which is due for release mid November.

With rumours circulating that Kim blames herself for the $11 million robbery, it is perhaps no surprise that the mum-of-two has decided not to post from her numerous social media platforms this week  – a decision which will apparently cost her in excess of $1 million a month.

According to celebrity financial adviser Samuel Rad, Kim makes approximately $20,000 per social media post, but insists that if and when she does return to social media, she's likely to make up the loss.

"I think what’s going to happen is the first post she’s going to put up… it’s going to get so many more followers and hits,' he told PEOPLE. "I think it could be a really big moneymaker for her brand."

As it stands, career moves and financial gain is the last thing on Kim's mind with news emerging this week that the family have decided to postpone filming on Keeping Up with the Kardashians –  a decision which has been supported by the network.

"Kim's well-being is our core focus right now," a spokesperson for E! said. "No decision has been made as to when production will resume."

"She needs a break from everything. Working and posting anything on social media is the last thing on her mind right now." a close source revealed.

Kim Kardashian has left her New York City apartment for the first time since arriving in the US after being held at gunpoint in Paris.

According to E! News, the famed reality star exited the TriBeCa apartment with her two young children and husband, Kanye West, through a backdoor, before being picked up by two black SUVs.

US Weekly has reported that the vans then transported the family to the airport, from where they are expected to take a private flight back to LA.

The family’s security has reportedly been “amped up 1000 percent” since Kim was left begging for her life in an exclusive Parisian apartment while armed raiders stole over €10 million worth of her jewellery.

While Kanye has rescheduled a number of his St Pablo tour dates to support his wife, Kim is believed to have cancelled her upcoming appearances for the next few weeks.

Enda Kenny has suggested that Kim Kardashian would not have been robbed if she had been staying in Ireland at the time of her attack.

Speaking at the announcement of 85 new jobs at Carlow security firm Netwatch today, the Taoiseach made light of the attack which saw the mother of two bound and gagged while armed raiders stole over €10 million worth of jewellery from her luxury Parisian apartment.

The leader of our country said: “There was a good lady robbed in Paris the other day of jewellery.  Maybe if they had employed Netwatch they mightn’t have been robbed at all.”

“Send her a message and say ‘over here we’ll mind you,’” he joked.

Irish Twitter users have already taken to the site to discuss the comments.

One commentator wrote: “Did @EndaKennyTD really just make a joke about @KimKardashian being tied up, threatened with violence and robbed?  Uh…”

While another said: “Of all the things Enda Kenny has ever said, telling Kim Kardashian to hire an Irish security firm was certainly one of them.”

While the rest of the world has been busy offering their opinion on Kim Kardashian's Parisian ordeal earlier this week, the woman herself has yet to make any public comment.

But according to inside sources, the reality star has done nothing but blame herself for the multi-million dollar burglary in her French accommodation on Monday.

Feeding into the theory that she left herself vulnerable to attack after showcasing her extensive jewellery collection on social media, Kim has been focussing attention on what she considers perceived errors on her trip abroad.

Speaking to People, a source said: "Kim’s in shock and blaming herself."

Referring to the diamond ring which the criminal gang reportedly demanded, the source continued: "She’s tearing herself up that she Snapchatted the ring so much and wore it all the time."

"This incident is making her question everything. How she dresses, what she does," they added.

Keen to placate his wife in the aftermath of her attack, Kanye has insisted on replacing the ring, but Kim has no interest in restocking her jewellery collection.

"Kanye wants to buy her the ring again but she just says she doesn’t want to think about it," the insider added.

"He says he wants everything to go back to normal and for the incident to not affect their lives."

While there's been radio silence from the rest of the Kardashian/ Jenner clan since news broke that Kim had been held at gunpoint in Paris in the early hours of Monday morning, Caitlyn Jenner has now decided to have her say on the matter,

Taking to Instagram last night, Kim's former stepparent paid tribute to Kim's bravery in the face of her violent ordeal.

Sharing a snap of the 35-year-old reality star, Caitlyn wrote: "Love my girl! After hearing the full story, I'm so thankful she's okay."

Caitlyn, who shares a special bond with his stepdaughter, insisted that Kim's ordeal should be a lesson to all of us, adding: "It's a reminder for us all to be careful in the uncertainty of this world."

The post, which has been liked more than a quarter of a million times, has been inundated with comments from Instagram followers.

Unfortunately for the Kardashian/ Jenner family however, not everyone is as empathetic as they might have hoped, with countless social media users using Caitlyn's post as an opportunity to slam Kim.

"That she was brain dead enough to end up in that ordeal and she has NO TALENT what so ever?" wrote one.

"Theres more important things going on in the world than that cabbage brain all over front pages of news papers to stupid to let it happen," remarked another.

"Maybe a little wake up call for people who live in diamond encrusted houses?" commented another. "I'm surprised it hadn't happened sooner tho. Flashing huge diamonds and yacht selfies. No one likes a show off." (sic)

From Karl Lagerfeld and members of the public to the National Rifle Association of America, people have been less than sympathetic over Kim Kardashian's terrifying ordeal in Paris earlier this week,

Given the criticism levelled at her from all directions this week, we'd have thought she might have found a reassuring and supportive presence in her fellow celebrities.

But if Justin Timberlake's recent comments are anything to go by, it looks like we were wrong.

While performing in London this week, the What Goes Around Comes Back Around singer threw a little shade in poor ol' Kim's direction before realising how badly it may be taken.

After being asked by an audience member in London's Indigo O2 venue whether they could Snapchat his set, Justin admitted he wasn't down with the kids when it came to that particular app.

"I can't use Snapchat because I'm an adult," he quipped before adding "You know Kim Kardashian gets paid like £10 million to do this? Too soon? I'm sorry."

We wonder if this is Justin's revenge for Kanye revealing that the Mirrors singer had shed tears at least year's VMAs…

Kanye West has rescheduled two of his upcoming Saint Pablo concerts after his wife, Kim Kardashian, was held at gunpoint in Paris.

According to a statement from Live Nation, the rapper’s Philadelphia and Detroit shows – which were originally scheduled for this week – have been pushed back until December because of “family concerns”.

As reported by Rolling Stone, the father of two will recommence his tour in Chicago this Friday.

Yesterday, the Famous hit-maker left his New York concert mid-show to be with his wife when she landed in the city just hours after a group of armed robbers dressed in police uniform attacked her in a luxury Parisian apartment.

While full details of the robbery have yet to emerge, early reports suggest the reality star was left begging for her life as the gang tied her up and made off with millions of dollars worth of jewellery.

Arguments for and against gun control in the United States have waged back and forth between pro-gun lobbyists and anti-gun campaigners for decades.

And it looks like the National Rifle Association of America have decided to use Kim Kardashian's recent ordeal in France to taunt those who insist tighter gun control would result in fewer violent crimes.

Referencing France's stance on gun law, the association posted a series of sarcastic tweets which they feel highlights the supposed lack of logic from the anti-gun camp.

"Wait, criminals held @KimKardashian at gunpoint in Paris?" they tweeted late last night. "How is that possible? Does anyone know if they passed a background check first?"

"It's shocking that these criminals did not subject themselves to Paris' strict #guncontrol laws before committing this awful crime."

The association, which held a rally in Columbine shortly after the town's notorious school shooting in 1999, continued in this vein, tweeting: "We just think criminals should stop breaking the law. Oh wait."

Implying that stricter gun control has little bearing on criminal activity, they added: "NRA expresses confusion about how this happened. Guns aren’t really allowed in Paris, so…."

Many Twitters users were unsurprisingly put out by the association's perceived lack of sympathy for Kim, with one writing: "Nothing better than a snarky know-it-all in the wake of a tragedy."

"Excellent PR move there. Maybe you weren't hated enough yet. Sheesh," they added.

"What's more shocking is your lack of humanity," tweeted another in reply to the organisation's stance on the matter.

Kim has since returned to the States following Monday morning's incident.

Just a day after Kim Kardashian West was held at gunpoint by a group of burglars in her Parisian accommodation, authorities investigating the crime are pursuing a line of enquiry which suggests the crime may have stemmed from a member of Kim's own team.

Speaking to the New York Post, a source told the paper that officials believe that the gang involved had ties with the 35-year-old star's own entourage.

"French police suspect that the five alleged robbers had some contact with her security and were tipped off about her procedures." they revealed.

"They knew there was no security with her inside her apartment that night. All they had to do was go in, make contact with someone inside the hotel." they added.

According to those in the know, alibis and witness testimony don't add up, with the source revealing: "They have issues with the story of more than one worker at the hotel."

"They are also talking to bodyguards who worked with her earlier in the week.”

The mum-of-two, who has been reunited with Kanye and her family back in LA, had $8.5 million dollars worth of jewellery stolen in Monday morning's incident.

There was a lot of controversy two weeks ago when Rob Kardashain tweeted his sister Kylie's phone number after he had a dispute with the Kardashian family over his unborn child's baby shower.

The following week, things didn't seem any better and it was reported the soon-to-be newly weds were having their own problems.

But now, it looks like they've all kissed and made up as Rob and Chyna threw their very own baby shower over the weekend.

However, things quickly turned sour when they found out about Kim's robbery in Paris.

Kim posted a Snapchat of her talking to Chyna at 2.30am Paris time which means the robbery took place just after she ended the phone call at 3am.

One's of Rob's guests told E!: "Everyone at the baby shower had turned off their phones, but a few people were checking every so often.

"One of the guests saw an alert about what had happened and told Rob.

"They were both extremely shaken up and upset by everything, but once they discovered that Kim wasn't hurt they calmed down, it was a terrifying moment for the two of them."

Such a scary thing to happen.

In a shocking incident that understandably left her "badly shaken," Kim Kardashian was this morning ambushed by armed men at the luxurious Parisian apartment where she was staying for Fashion Week.

Located on the prestigious 7 Rue Tronchet in the chic 8th arrondissement, the reality TV star was subjected to the raid at around 2am – reportedly being tied up in the bathroom while the thieves made off with €10m worth of jewellery.

Local media in France furthermore says that two mobile phones containing "personal information," as well as cash totaling €1,000 and a designer handbag were all taken.

Now, images of the apartment where the attack took place have begun to emerge.

Favoured by the likes of the Mick Jagger, Leonardo Di Caprio, Madonna and Prince, the property boasts a total of nine high-end short-term stay homes and is branded as 'Hôtel Partiulier'. However, such is its uber-exclusive status that it doesn't have a website or publicly-available contact details.

Costing around €26,500 a month, according to thesun.co.ukTMZ.com says that during the robbery Kim begged the men for her life and told them she had two young children.

Paris police said it is employing "all possible means to solve the case and arrest the perpetrators". The inquiry is being handled by the serious crimes unit, la brigade de répression du banditisme, and the Paris judicial police.

After assisting them with their investigation, Kim herself has now returned to the US to be with her husband, Kanye West, and children North, 3, and Saint, ten months.
