Blac Chyna for the most part has disappeared from the headlines after her break-up with Rob Kardashian. 

However, the drama has reignited after Chyna's lawyer, Walter Mosley, signalled that his client is planning to sue the Kardashian family.

The 30-year-old is taking a case against her ex-fiancé and his family for allegedly damaging her career.

Walter Mosley took to Instagram to announced that a court date for the lawsuit had been confirmed.

He captioned a picture with Chyna: “February 3, 2020. We’re going to court. White v. Kardashian et al. #staytuned #blacchyna.”

The Mirror reports that Kris Jenner is financially supporting Rob, as her son is to appear in court to figure out child support.

It's reported that last month, Rob asked for his $20,000 a month child support payments to be lowered.

In fact, The Blast alleged that the 31-year-old can't afford the monthly financial support.

Additionally, the publication reported that Rob believes that Chyna's bigger paycheck means that she should be supporting him.

Looks like we'll have to wait until 2020 to see how this pans out.

Yes, the 59-year-old – who has master-minded the careers of her mega-famous daughters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie – has now filed legal documents that would ensure she was exclusive rights to the title for entertainment purposes.

For many years, the term ‘momanger’ would have been viewed by many as derogatory – a dismissive label for an overly pushy parent who values success over their child’s happiness – but Kris is evidently eager to embrace it and make it her own.

TMZ exclusively reports that if approved, the legal documents would allow Kris to sue anyone who uses the term without her permission.

She has already traded marked ‘momager’ for personal management services, and for use in her reality show.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that Kylie and Kendall had applied to the US Patent And Trademark Office to trademark their names for use on a range of cosmetic products and accessories.

Rob Kardashian has not been seen in public very much since his dramatic exit from his sister Kim’s wedding to Kanye West back in May.

 It had been reported that the reality TV star was having a hard time and his weight was getting him down, amongst other things.

Now it seems he is getting back to his old self lately as he has been very active on social media over the past few weeks. Rob posted a throwback photo of himself kissing his muscles and wrote: “Last throwback of the day and yes I’m fat now so yall haters can literally suck my di**.”

The post suggests Rob is still getting a hard time for his weight – how awful! We hope he continues to drown out the haters and just makes sure he’s happy in his own skin, that’s all that matters at the end of the day! 

Rob's weight became an unwilling topic of conversation on social media not long after his messy break-up with Rita Ora, who he publically accused of cheating on him. 

His battle with this and depression has been well-documented on Keeping Up with the Kardashians as his mum, Kris broke down as she felt unable to make him feel better. We're so glad to see he is feeling more confident about himself and is well-able to take on those haters!
