Kylie Jenner has found herself at the receiving end of some very unflattering accusations. 

The reality TV queen has been accused of copying the artwork of British graphic artist Sara Pope in the trailer and branding of her upcoming biopic docu-series, Life of Kylie. 

The lip motif-loving star featured a neon set of lips in the trailer for her new show.

However, the distinctive design was spotted by the artist, who claims it is too similar to hers to be a coincidence. 

The artwork was created in 2015, and TMZ  claims that it has seen legal documents filed against Kylie Jenner by Sara Pope.

However, a statement given to the website claims that the trailer was made by a third party, so Kylie herself had nothing to do with the conception or creation of the graphics or images within the ad.

Kylie recently found herself in a similar situation after she and Kendall were forced to apologise to numerous musicians and the families of numerous deceased musical icons, after they used images of the musicians on a series of 'vintage-inspired' t-shits without permission.

The collection was pulled from Kendall and Kylie's clothing line immediately. 

Kylie has also previously been accused of copying other lip imagery in the past. 

In 2016, make-up artist Vlada Haggerty claimed Kylie had used her original dripping lips motif in social media imagery for Kylie Cosmetics without permission or credit. 

Kylie deleted the images, and later reuploaded them with proper crediting.

Six months ago, Kylie Jenner permanently inked her love for Tyga on her ankle. 

The reality TV teen got a 't' tattoo for her now ex boyfriend. 

Since their split, Kylie has gotten the tattoo covered up, relying on artistic expertise to transform the t into the LA sign. 

Tyga has also used his body art collection to showcase his love for Kylie, opting to get her name tattooed in bold on his inner right arm, as part of his extensive collection. 

You'd think this would be a lesson in possibly reconsidering getting matching tattoos with people, but Kylie has since gotten another new inking to match her rumoured new beau Travis Scott. 

The makeup mogul and the hip hop star got matching butterfly tattoos on their ankles two weeks ago.

Kylie is continually adding to her collection of teeny tatts. 

She has four others, all of which are red, and include a tiny heart on the back of her left arm, the word 'sanity' on her hip, the letter "m" on her middle finger and the signature of her grandmother Mary-Jo on her inner elbow.

First it was Kim and Kourtney, then Khloe and Rob, and now Kylie Jenner has her own Keeping Up With The Kardashians spin-off.

Kylie's new show goes behind the scenes of the beauty guru's life, as Kylie wants you to see the 'real' her.

However, according to Radar Online, the youngest Jenner is being a bit of a diva on set.

The publication claims that she has been holding up production and has even refused to film a number of tapings.

“It’s like Kylie doesn’t even care,” an insider said.

“She just ignores any schedule that dictates when she’s supposed to be in the studio. Kylie just doesn’t show up when she’s needed, and no one knows that she isn’t coming.

“Kylie is upset at how the show is running out of content. She doesn’t want to give too much away but the footage seems boring and basic to her."

However, the source said that if she doesn't stop the dramatic behaviour, there may not be a show for her to go back to.

“She’s totally spoiled and doesn’t care about anything. It’s unprofessional.

“Kylie’s show is in serious jeopardy. It could be a serious disaster."

After the controversial T-shirt incident last week, it doesn't look like Kylie is having the best time atm…

We all remember the iconic moment when Kylie Jenner made an epic attempt to sound philosophical and insightful in a video about her new year's resolutions. 

When discussing her hopes for 2016, the teen said – 'I feel like this year is really about like, the year of just realising stuff, and everyone around me we're all just like realising things.'

The internet went wild for Kylie's commentary, and proceeded to take the absolute p*** out of her for it. 

However, one year on, Kylie trolled herself epically and showed that she has a serious sense of humour with a pretty amazing piece of clothing in her Kylie Shop. 

The teen posted a picture of a white T-shirt with the iconic phrase printed on the front, and it quickly became a cool way to wear your ironic love for Kylie.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been hailed as style icons, and their Kendall + Kylie collection often sells out completely. 

However, their latest 'vintage' style T-shirt collection was a massive misstep. 

The teenage duo used imagery of iconic musicians Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur in the designs, superimposing their own faces and initials over the icons.

Twitter was quick to drag the sisters for their use of the rappers in the designs. 

Biggie Smalls's mother, Voletta Wallace, also called them out in an Instagram post.

'I am not sure who told @kyliejenner and @kendalljenner that they had the right to do this,' she began.

'The disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me.'

'I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2pac and my Son Christopher to sell a t-shirt. This is disrespectful , disgusting, and exploitation at its worst!!!'

After less than 24 hours, the designs were pulled from the website, and Kylie issued this apology via Twitter. 

'These designs were not well thought our and we deeply apologise to anyone that has been upset and/or offended, especially to the families of the artists.

'We are huge fans of their music and it was not our intention to disrespect these cultural icons in any way.'

'The tee shirts have been pulled from retail and all images have been removed.'

'We will use this as an opportunity to learn from these mistakes and again, we are very sorry.'

The shirts, which originally retailed for $125.00, were a major blunder for the Kardashian-Jenner brand.

Bold, colourful and super chic, the designs are everything we'd expect from a Kylie collection, and more.

Kylie, of course, stars in the campaign, sporting a number of different wigs and outfits to match each pair.

"I love sunglasses that make a statement," Kylie told ELLE.com.

"They are such an important accessory and I love switching them out to go with my outfits. I usually always gravitate towards styles that are oversized. I don't think you need to play it safe with your sunnies."

It looks like Kylie's new found interest in eyewear may have been inspired by a certain family member, who Kylie says has the best collection. 

"Khloe has an amazing sunglass collection but I would have to say Kim."

"She has so many sunglasses and a great vintage collection. I may have tried to borrow a pair or two before."

Best known for her signature lip kits, the 19-year-old has since released her own line of eyeshadows, eyeliners, highlighters and blushes.

Kylie always seems to have something in the pipeline, which is why it came as no surprise yesterday when she took to Instagram to announce her next drop – The Vacation Edition.

The complete set includes a new Kyshadow palette, a Send Me More Nudes lip kit and a summer lip kit in June Bug – a vibrant purple shade unlike anything currently available on the online store.

Well, a brand new docu-series is here to showcase the life of the self-proclaimed 'pop culture icon' 

The youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan leaked the ad for her new series on Twitter, and it actually looks pretty entertaining. 

Following the teen's jet-set lifestyle, the video shows Kylie and her pals working, partying and enjoying downtime. 

'When you grow up on camera, everybody feels like they know you…but they don't,' Kylie says, over a montage of clips of her posing for photoshoots and attending her pop-up store openings.

'Nobody has the perfect life, and now I can find what really is going to make me happy.'

Rumours have been circulating that Kylie Jenner is set to get her very own reality TV show, and now the teenage reality star has confirmed that the speculation is true. 

The new show will essentially be considered a spin-off from KUWTK, and will be called The Life of Kylie. 

The makeup mogul took to Twitter to share the news herself. 

"Can't wait to share this with you guys.. my docu-series #LifeOfKylie," wrote the lip-filler fan. 

Kylie also revealed when the show will be released, adding the hashtag "#Summer2017" to the tweet. 

The show is rumoured to air on E!, much like the original Keeping Up with the Kardashians TV series.

The show is set to focus on the teen's budding business endeavours as she continues to build her makeup empire, rather than her personal life.

"It’s going to be all about building her business, and hiring people for her team," an insider told Radar Online.

We cannot wait to get a peek at the new show, which we're sure will be as successful as her older siblings spin-off endeavours.

KUWTK has had quite a few spin-off in recent years, with Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, DASH Dolls, and Khloe's most recent TV foray, Revenge Body.
