Cory Monteith warned Lea Michele to be careful when writing her new book, Brunette Ambition.

Lea’s boyfriend, who tragically passed away last July, had said to his girlfriend about her book: “You’ve got to be careful because you’re talking about someone.”

The warning came about when Lea decided to write about her best friend, Jonathan Groff coming out as a gay man.

Lea was speaking to Jonathan when she said: “I did write a lot in the book about you coming out to me and what that was like … I remember Cory telling me when he read the book, ‘You have to be … You’ve got to be careful because you’re talking about someone.”

Lea said that thanks to Cory’s helpful advice,  she actually “edited down that chapter a lot.”

Before meeting and falling in love with Cory Monteith, who sadly passes away last year, Lea Michele used to date Matthew Morrison!

Lea revealed the saucy secret in her new book, Brunette Ambition, writing: “I had worked on Broadway with Jenna Ushkowitz and Matthew Morrison before. Matt had been a friend of mine for years, and in fact we’d actually dated back in the day for a Broadway beat.”

The two have filmed Glee together for the past five years with Matthew playing teacher Will Schuester and Lea playing his student Rachel Berry.

Lea had previously denied ever dating or being involved with Matthew until now, even saying in 2010: “I’ve known Matt for years. People are going to make things up. I think it’s just because we really are so close.”

Hmm, this makes us wonder about Lea denying the entire Naya Rivera incident…

Speculation has been building for weeks on whether or not Naya Rivera was fired from Glee, as a result of so called “cat fights” with her co-star, Lea Michele.

But Lea has finally spoken out on what happened on the show and revealed nothing like that occurred on set.

After an appearance on American chat show David Letterman, Lea said rumours surrounding her and Naya were “really unbelievable” and were “just completely made up”.

Lea spoke of how people were trying to portray things on the show and she thought that “the way people like to pit women against each other…  is really annoying and it’s sad.”

“For me, if there were ever really a cat fight on the show, you’d know about it because I’d get a ring, and I’d put Jell-O in it, and I would make it fun for everyone and it would be super hot,”

Even if there were no “cat fights” on set, Naya’s future on the show still seems uncertain.

Yesterday cannot have been an easy day for the lovely Lea Michele as she celebrated what would have been Cory Monteith’s 32nd birthday.

The Glee star put all of the rumoured drama between herself and former co-star, Naya Rivera, behind her and took to her Twitter account to make the heartfelt tribute: “The biggest heart and most beautiful smile..In all of our hearts.. We love you so. Happy Birthday.”

Cory passed away last July from a heroin and alcohol overdose in Vancouver, Canada.

Lea really has proved herself to be a very strong and inspirational woman in this past difficult year.

Glee star Lea Michele was cornered at the premiere of her new movie Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return and asked about life on the set of her hit show.

It was recently revealed that Lea’s co-star Naya Rivera, who plays Santana, was to be written out of the series amid whispers that Lea was the one who got her fired.

When E! News grabbed Lea on the yellow carpet, they immediately asked her what things were really like on the set of Glee.

“It was a really wonderful season,” said Lea. “You know things were really difficult at the beginning of the year, but I’m so thankful for my cast and my amazing crew.”

Well of course she wasn’t going to say she hates Naya’s guts!

Lea is providing the voice and vocals for Dorothy in her new movie and regardless of any reported diva behaviour on her part, we can’t wait to hear her belt out the movie’s numbers!

We wonder if Naya feels the same…

In her new book Brunette Ambition, Lea Michele opens up about a particularly embarrassing beauty faux pas.

Inspired by Carrie Bradshaw’s beauty tip on making a pimple look like a beauty spot, the Glee stunner admits she went a little overboard with the black pencil.

In her book she writes: “Hilariously, I thought I had picked up a great concealing trick from Sex and the City, when Carrie uses black eyeliner to turn a zit into a beauty mark. Brilliant, except my skin was so bad I needed about 16 beauty marks.”

The brunette beauty went out that night with so many “beauty spots” that her friends wondered what was wrong with her face.

The 27-year-old wrote: “I went out with girlfriends with black dots all over my face thinking I had the world fooled. They took one look at me and asked, ‘What did you do to your face?’”

Her new book is both a style guide and memoir that takes the reader through her journey to Glee and how to stay “healthy and centred”.

It’s nice to hear celebs make a few beauty mistakes just like us…

Glee star, Lea Michele has spoken out about Cory Monteith’s death in her new book, Brunette Ambition.

It’s been almost a year since Cory was found dead in his hotel room, as a result of a heroin overdose.

Lea, who plays Rachel on the hit show, spoke of how her character has been grieving for Finn and about keeping Rachel’s famous Finn necklace as tribute to both Finn and Cory.

“I’ll always keep Rachel’s ‘Finn’ necklace from Glee.”

Much like Rachel, Lea also keeps a necklace of “Cory” around her neck.

Naya Rivera has been fired from Glee following a feud with Lea Michele!

Not only has the actress recently split with her fiancé, Big Sean , now it looks like she is out of a job too.

Insiders say that FOX have now decided to write Naya out of Glee’s fifth season finale following her feud with Lea.

The revelation comes just weeks after a row was reported on the set of Glee between the two, with Lea storming off set.

Sources say that Naya was “jealous” of Lea’s position as “the show’s main star.”

Reports are circling that Glee stars, Naya Rivera and Lea Michele have had a fallout on set.

Apparently Naya who plays Santanna on the show got annoyed, when Lea left the set to handle personal matters and held everyone else up as a result.

When Lea finally returned, Naya apparently got aggressive with Michele and things have been tense on set since.

But reports are suggesting this the first of many incidences, as Naya has been acting erratically ever since her engagement ended, with Big Sean.

One source said Lea isn’t the first person Naya has had a clash with and she has become very difficult to work with.

“Naya’s been showing up, clashing with a few cast mates, and her behaviour’s been a little erratic and unpredictable. This time around, she’s trying to pin it on Lea. It makes no sense, especially since the two girls were on the set together but they weren’t actually working on a scene together.”

The Oscars 2014 ‘In Memoriam’ section included many famous faces in the industry that were lost since last year such as Roger Ebert, Shirley Temple, Paul Walker and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

However, Cory Monteith, who played Finn Hudson on Glee and also starred  in movies  Monte Carlo and the upcoming McCanick, was omitted from the memoriam.

Camera assistant, Sarah Jones, who died in a tragic on-set accident on February 20th was mentioned following a social media campaign #ribbonsforsarah.

Meanwhile, Cory’s girlfriend, Lea Michele, has released a song that is said to be about Cory’s last words to her called If You Say So. So heartbreaking.

Lea Michele has found a way to shed her good-girl image once and for all. Posing for V Magazine in a photo-shoot by controversial photographer Terry Richardson, Lea bares (almost) all!

We’re not sure how he does it but Terry seems to have a knack for getting even the most unlikely of stars to pose provocatively! There’s no doubt that Lea looks amazingly stunning but do you think it’s too much?

The actress and singer is currently promoting the upcoming release of her first album, Louder, in March.

Lea Michele has been a picture of strength and composure during the last six months since the death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith.

Nobody would think any differently of the Glee star had she broken down or disappeared from public for a while considering the extent of her loss, but she’s continue to put on a brave face.

Since losing the love of her life, Lea has thrown herself into her work and her new album Louder, which is due for release in February.

Speaking about the album, Lea told Teen Vogue what Cory had said about her new career move: “You’re going to be a pop star! What are we going to do? Are we going to, like, go on the road?”

Lea also spoke about feeling Cory with her throughout her new life without him saying: “There’s something about knowing he’s watching everything I’m doing and feeling like I have to do everything now not just for me but for him”.

Lea Michele is definitely one strong and very inspirational woman.
