The Hemsworth brothers have both just recently joined Instagram, and we're 100% more obsessed with them as a result.

Just yesterday Avengers star Chris shared a snap that made our hearts melt – and clarified that he knows EXACTLY how to win fans on social media.

The dad-of-three shared a snap of him running on a treadmill, while holding one of his twin sons over his shoulder, in a very Thor-esque pose.

"The family who trains together, stays together," he wrote.

Cute babies AND fitness? Yup, that's a winning Instagram snap right there.

Chris and his wife, Spanish actress Elsa Pataky, have three children together. They welcomed their daughter India Rose back in 2012, followed by twins Sasha and Tristan last year.

While Chris still hits the gym regularly, we hope he's toned things down a notch since his Thor days, when he trained with a former Navy SEAL to get those arms of steel and ate mainly red meat, spinach and broccoli to fuel him.

And yet for his role in Star of The Sea last year, the actor had to restrict his eating to just 500 calories a day to drop huge amounts of weight – leaving him unrecognisably skinny.

"'I'm not even sure which is my real body anymore," the actor said in an interview back in July.

"I feel like I've lived like an athlete these last few years because I've constantly had to bulk up for Thor, then lose it all again for something like this."

Here at SHEmazing! we've long had a bit of a soft-spot for Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth – he of Home And Away, Neighbours, and The Hunger Games fame (we're choosing not to mention a certain former fiancee, Miley Cyrus).

Furthermore, he comes from a mega good-looking family (*tip of the hat to brothers Chris and Luke too*) – but it says plenty that the youngest Hemsworth offspring is the shining light amid such glowingly good genes. 

It is a fact we were duly reminded of today upon seeing some rather impressive snaps of the 25-year-old Melbourne-native surfing in California.

Taking to waves at Malibu Beach just yesterday, Liam looked to be something of an expert when it came to tackling the rough water on his board. 

And following his expedition on the waves, Mr Hemsworth stripped down his wet-suit to the waist, indulging in a refreshing after-surf shower – and showing off his incredibly healthy and toned bod in the process.

Just last week, Liam joined Chris for a football match back in their native Australia, where they still spend a considerable amount of time despite being major Hollywood players.

Suited and booted and looking rather dapper, the brothers were attending the Australian Football League final at the Melbourne Cricket Club.

It was a game eventually won by the Hawthorns, who beat their West Coast Eagle rivals by 46 points.

That's not all, either: on Tuesday, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 official trailer finally hit the internet, giving us further, never-seen-before glimpses of Liam.

So it seems that not even Oscar winners are immune from dreaded body art mishaps.

Everyone cringes when you spot an individual flashing some ink that has an unfortunate typo. Even Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence has admitted her tattoo fail is pretty embarrassing.

JLaw is sporting a faint inking of the chemical formula for water on her hand, except, as she says herself, “I know that the two is high and in H20 the two is supposed to be low.”

The 24-year old admitted at Comic-Con last week that “I should have Googled it before I got it tattooed on my body forever.”

She explained that the tattoo was a product of a bonding exercise with her co-star Liam Hemsworth who also got himself some ink. We haven’t heard if his is quite so unique.

“I call this tattoo a watered down rebellion because it’s not like a real tattoo, “she told reporters at the convention.

The tattoo is the colour of the scar, which is probably why not many people have noticed the error until now. She supposedly got the tattoo around this time last year, according to the Daily Mail.

While at a Coldplay concert with her co-stars Liam and Josh Hutcherson, the small, and we mean really small, ink could be seen. We wonder if Chris Martin had any comments on her ‘rebellion’.

The Hunger Games cast made an appearance at the convention last week to promote the next instalment of the franchise. While there, JLaw got the chance to meet one her idols, Bill Murray.

During the panel she admitted that she’s tried to speak with Bill in the past, using co-star Woody Harrelson as a messenger.

“I've sent emails to Woody, mostly when I was drunk, with things I wanted to say to Bill Murray.”

Oh JLaw, don’t ever change, please.

It must be tough having a near-identical brother who just so happens to work in the exact same industry as you… and is pretty damn successful too. The stress of sibling rivalry got the better of poor Liam Hemsworth at Comic Con yesterday when he accused an interviewer of calling him by his brother's name.

Having misheard the journalist who introduced himself by saying, "Hi, I'm Chris," Liam got just a TAD snappy, saying, "You called me Chris? It's Liam. You called me Chris didn't you?"

 

The flustered interviewer managed to explain the misunderstanding quickly, leaving Liam more than a little red-faced. We have been watching the clip on repeat all morning, so we figured it was time to share it with the world.

Liam is currently at the world-famous event in San Francisco to promote his newest film The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 with the help of his co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson.

The trio gathered for a Q&A panel with fans, but seemed more interested in having the craic with one another. Messers.

The first posters for the film's final instalment were released yesterday, with a preview trailer also shown at Comic Con. The film doesn't hit cinemas until November, but we already can't wait to see the guys back in action.

Katniss Everdeen is back, and she is ready for battle.

The final instalment of the Hunger Games series, Mockingjay – Part 2, doesn't hit cinema screens until November, but the brand new film posters already have us very excited. Our favourite sees Jennifer Lawrence dressed to kill in an all-red suit with armour and arrows, sitting on President Snow's iconic white throne.

The poster was tweeted last night from the official Mockingjay – Part 2 account, with the caption, "Imagine Tomorrow. #Unite." A slogan at the bottom of the poster reads, "The fire will burn forever," no doubt a reference to Katniss' Girl On Fire costume in the first film.

Other cast posters show Jennifer, Liam Hemsworth and more in striking red warpaint with captions like "Panem Unite," "Husbands Unite" and "Soldiers Unite."

Intense or what?

This is not the only film franchise that Jennifer is wrapping up over the next twelve months. Back in March the actress confirmed that the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse, due for release in May 2016, would be her last X-Men film.

The movie is currently being filmed in Montreal, with Jennifer's ex Nicholas Hoult also on set, which we're sure has made for a few awkward moments:

Liam Hemsworth seems to finally have someone serious on the scene again after his highly publicised break-up with Miley Cyrus back in 2013.

The Hunger Games star is reportedly dating his Independence Day: Resurgence co-star Maika Monroe, after hitting it off with her in a big way on the set of the film. The pair are not yet official, but sources say the chemistry between them is huge. "Everyone has noticed their mutual affection," an insider told OK! magazine. 

And the main reason Liam is so smitten with the actress? She's nothing like his former fiancée Miley. "Maika is sweet and down to earth, and has a zero drama personality, something Liam was attracted to instantly," the insider continued.

If there was any doubt that something might be going on between Liam and the American actress, they made things pretty clear at a Fourth of July party last weekend. At the bash, thrown by director Roland Emmerich, the pair were all over each other, according to an onlooker.

"His hand was on her butt as she was grinding into him and they were making out at the bar,” an attendee at the party told Us Weekly. "Liam was draped all over her. It was so PDA and in-your-face!"

As for Liam's ex Miley, she has been engaging in some VERY public PDA of her own, after paparazzi snapped her and rumoured new girlfriend Stella Maxwell getting handsy on the set of her new music video. Miley came out as bisexual in the media earlier this year, saying it was something she had known about herself since her early teens.

We're glad to see the former couple have both found new love interests.

Since Miley Cyrus and her new girlfriend, Stella Maxwell, have been getting their PDA on, we've been left wondering what Miley's former-fiance, actor Liam Hemsworth, thinks about the romance. 

However, it has now emerged that the 25-year-old Melbourne-native is playing it seriously cool – reportedly telling a friend that "nothing" about the controversial singer surprises him anymore. 

An insider told HollywoodLife.com that Liam "is aware" of the relationship, but that "nothing surprises him anymore with Miley". They added: "But he is not heartbroken, he has moved on."

While Liam might not be crying himself to sleep over the Wrecking Ball singer’s new romance with a Victoria’s Secret angel, the rest of us are just a little bit obsessed with them!

Reports have also revealed that the 24-year-old model, whose parents are from Belfast, has already met Miley’s parents, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus, and that things are getting serious.

“Miley brought Stella home to meet her family and they really like her,” another source explained. “Her parents are both on board because they see how happy Stella is making her.

"They’re happy that she’s happy, and that’s all that matters to them.”

Miley and Liam first met in 2009 when they were filming the Nicholas Sparks' movie together, The Last Song. They began dating while they were filming and dated for nearly four years. The couple, who became engaged in June 2012, called off their wedding in 2013.

Despite the rumours, the 22-year-old singer has only had great things to say about the Australian heartthrob, and vice versa.

In an interview with Australia's Sunday Night television show Miley said, "I love Liam. Liam loves me." Meanwhile The Hunger Games star has always maintained that they will remain "best friends." 

Miley had since been linked to Patrick Schwarzenegger, but the pair split up in April after five months of dating.

Now that Miley Cyrus' split from Patrick Schwarzenegger is all but confirmed, it seems the singer is already moving on.

Far from finding someone new though, Miley has been "hanging out" with her ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth in Los Angeles, a source tells Us Weekly. "[O]nly a few people know," the insider revealed. "Dating could definitely happen."

Miley and Liam got engaged back in 2012 but broke up the following year. Speaking about the split a few months later, Miley said she simply wasn't ready for the commitment.

"I don’t ever want to have to need someone again, where you feel like, without them, you can’t be yourself," she explained to journalist Barbara Walters. “I don’t think I realised what 19 truly is, and I got engaged at 19."

Hunger Games star Liam has generally spoken positively about Miley, even saying the two will "always be best friends," so  a reunion is not totally surprising. But could it be the real deal?

"Liam has rough stories about that relationship," says Us Weekly's insider. "But he always talks about how fun she was to hang out with and their great chemistry."

Miley and Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Patrick began dating around six months ago, but the relationship fell apart last month after Patrick was pictured getting a bit too cosy with another woman.

Pictures were published of Patrick dancing with a mystery girl and doing body shots off her stomach while on spring break in Mexico, which Miley was understandably unhappy about.

"At first, she [Miley] was into him because she thought he was a nice guy," a source said at the time. "But the Mexico scandal completely changed how she felt."

So could love be in the air again for Miley and Liam? Watch this space…

Hunger Games heartthrob Liam Hemsworth showed off his new hairstyle at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards this weekend and the internet went crazy.

Why? Well, because it looks as if the boyband ‘curtain’ haircut is making a comeback – if Liam has anything to do with it.

Needless to say the internet has been having a LOT of fun with Liam's new look and the results are hilarious:

We’re having very mixed feelings about the return of the curtains. While we still swoon when remembering Nick Carter circa 1997 part of us feels it may belong there…forever.

Curtains or no, Liam still looks pretty good but let’s just hope they don’t catch on!

It sounds like Chris Hemsworth may not be Miley Cyrus’ biggest fan after these comments!

The Thor star was talking to GQ magazine about his brother Liam’s past mistakes saying: “I’ve watched Liam do things I did at his age, like being in relationships he shouldn’t be in, or reckless just to prove a point. And I had no empathy. My mom had to remind me I was the same way.”

Ouch! We’re glad Mrs. Hemsworth (who is something of a legend around here for obvious reasons) is sticking up for her youngest son and his choice in women!

Liam and Miley were engaged from 2012 until their relationship ended in September 2013. Miley is now dating Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of the actor Arnold. 

However, despite their break-up Liam doesn't have a bad word to say about Miley, telling Nylon magazine back in October: "there's no bad blood there."

Ever since Jennifer Lawrence's split from Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, the rumour mill has been going into overdrive about who her next romantic interest will be.

Just a couple of weeks ago, a source close to the star claimed that she had re-kindled things with her ex, Nicholas Hoult.

Now though, an even MORE exciting piece of news has emerged. The actress is apparently getting closer to none other than her Hunger Games co-star Liam Hemsworth!

Could Katniss have finally fallen for Gale?

An insider has opened up to Heat magazine about the rumoured romance, saying that Jennifer and Liam have "always had insane chemistry, but they've never been single at the same time before."

The pair have grown closer over the few months, according to the source. "Jen and Liam have been friends for years, and she's always confided in him about the drama in her love life," the source claimed. "She's really leaned on him during all the drama with Chris."

If that little nugget wasn't interesting enough, it turns out Liam recently sent Jen a pretty adorable gift – a giant stuffed koala bear with a note reading, "Hold out for the perfect man." D'aaaaw!

Despite the cute pressie, we do find it a little hard to believe that Jen and Liam might be an item, especially after the actor once described kissing her on-set as "awkward" and "uncomfortable."

Hopefully their real-life smooches wouldn't be quite so stressful!

Rumours started last week that Miley Cyrus might be seeing someone new.

The Wrecking Ball singer was spotted leaving the apartment of Patrick Schwarznegger, son of Hollywood A-lister Arnold, which sparked speculation the two might be more than friends. And now it seems MIley's determined to show her romance is the real deal, with some sexy smooching in public!

Miley and her new beau were spotted attending a USC football game together in Los Angeles last night – but they seemed more interested in each other than in the game.

The couple took numerous selfies (as you do) while they sat on the sidelines. They also made some serious PDAs, cuddling and kissing openly.

Miley and Patrick, both aged 21, were also pictured together the previous evening, leaving an L.A. cinema with Patrick's mother Maria and his sister Katherine. No sign of Arnie though!

Although she was linked to her Bangerz album producer Mike Will Made-It a few months ago, Miley's been fairly quiet on the dating front since breaking up with Liam Hemsworth back in 2013.

We're delighted to hear the singer is moving on!
