Let's face it, yoga isn't for everyone, so if you're totally sick of trying to fit in with bonafide yogis then you may want to follow in the footsteps of our Canadian friends.

Rage Yoga, which was created by a woman going through a break-up (of course), lets you get to grips with your downward facing dog while dropping F-bombs and slugging on vino.

Eh, where do we sign?

Explaining that standard yoga just wasn't for her, creator Lindsay-marie told Vice: "When I started going to yoga classes, I felt like I didn't really fit in at a lot of those different studios."

"They have a very deadpan, serious, overly serene approach to things. And that's just not how I roll," she added.

Deciding to introduce swearing, drinking and heavy metal to her sessions, Lindsay tells potential clients: "Want to better your strength, flexibility and become zen as f—? Enjoy the occasional f-bomb or innuendo? You've come to the right place."

And you know what? We believe her.

If you, like us, boast more than a few freckles across your bod, then you may be interested to learn that dating site, Match.com, thinks you fall under the 'imperfect' category when it comes to their standards of beauty.

Outraged? Yeah, you're not alone.

Disgusted by the site's current campaign, the public have taken to Twitter in their droves to slam the ads which feature a woman with red hair, hazel eyes and a beautifully freckled face.

From flicking the middle finger at the ads to accusing the company of 'profiting from bullying', it's safe to say that NO ONE is too happy with their take on 'imperfections'.

Responding to the criticism, Match.com have said: "Our adverts reveal common perceived imperfections and quirks of Brits – these include freckles which some people who have them may see as an imperfection."

"We think freckles are beautiful and our posters are designed to encourage everyone who has them to be proud," they continued.

"We’re sorry if anyone has been offended by our latest ad – that was not our intention – but we’re really encouraged to see so many people standing-up for what makes them unique."

According to Mashable, the Advertising Standards Authority are assessing the situation and currently deciding whether to take further action.

If you've spent hours daydreaming about the perfect tattoo, but have yet to bite the bullet and actually get inked, then this app may be exactly what you've been looking for.

According to the Daily Mail, InkHunter was the product of a 48-hour hackathon in July 2014, and while it has been available on the app store for almost a year, a new version, which makes it a lot easier for the general public to use, was launched just yesterday.

Created by Oleksandra Rohachova and three co-creators, this free app lets you choose a tattoo from its library or create your own design before seeing how it would look on your own bod.

After tweaking the tat to your taste, you can save the image to your camera roll so you're fully prepared if you DO decide to take the plunge and present the picture to a real-life tattoo artist.

If you're all about the inking, but don't want to appear on E4's Tattoo Fixers any time soon, then it sounds like this could be the perfect solution!

Remember that time you missed an AMAZING photo opp because your iPhone had finally hit its storage quota and you were forced to commit that cute dog to memory rather than your mobile?

Well, thanks to a new hack offered by Reddit user, eavesdroppingyou, those days may soon be a thing of the past!

Whether your phone is chock-full of selfies or bursting with screenshots of your BFF's argument with her fella, this amazing storage hack will have you sorted in no time.

In words which were like music to our ears, eavesdroppingyou wrote: "I have an iPhone with 16 Gb so I'm always dealing with low storage. A trick I do to get back some storage is to try to "rent" a movie with a big file size (something like LOTR: Two Towers)."

"Just go to iTunes and search for the movie (with a bigger file size than what you have left on storage), click rent and soon you'll get the message saying you don't have enough storage and offers you to go to settings."

And now for the best bit.

"Click that and magically you will get some storage back (probably it erases some useless data from different apps to try to download the movie)," they continue. "Repeat the process 4-5 times and before you know it you recovered 1 to almost 2 Gb."

Not convinced? According to Reddit users it really works, with one writing: "That's actually clever. I just went from 800 MB to 4.9 GB free space."

Ladies, we're prepared for anything now.

School lockers were meant to house textbooks, pencil cases and packed lunches, but as every self-respecting teenage girl knows, your assigned locker was better used as a treasure trove for every on-trend must-have known to man.

From dog-eared copies of Sugar and Bliss to grimy Livestrong wristbands, our lockers looked more like the bargain basket of a Euro shop than anything else.

If Avril Lavigne was pumping up the stereo when you were preparing for exams and The Osbournes accompanied your homework every weekend, then we KNOW you had at least some of the following items in your school locker.

1. Gap hoodie

Bundled under a pile of discarded notebooks, your Gap hoodie was your go-to guy when you were forced into the school prefabs for a double Geography lesson.

"Have these people never actually heard of heating?"

2. Holiday keyring

Whether it was a teeny-tiny flip-flop or a super-small palm tree, no summer holiday abroad was complete without stocking up on ten or more of these babies.

"OK, who wants the sombrero one?"

3. Body spray

Whether you were a Charlie, Impulse or So…? girl, chances are your locker smelled like a candy floss machine, and you bloody loved it.

"No! I need it! Damo's in the next class!"

4. Magazines

While you may have given them just a cursory flick while waiting for your mam to collect you, the boys in your class were MAD into them.

"Lads! Lads! Go to the problem page!"

5. Random kitchen utensil

Generally left over from an ill-fated Home Ec. session, that spatula, sieve or tupperware lid was never likely to find its way home.

"Ah leave it, I might need it again, sure."

6. Mobile phone cover

When you finally tired of the Hello Kitty cover for your Nokia 3210, you would just snap that bad boy off and pop that slinky pink snakeskin design on, wouldn't you?

"Honestly girls, I just, like, really needed a change?"

7. Avril Lavigne-related paraphernalia

Whether it was a skinny tie that had no relation to your OFFICIAL school tie, a skull necklace or a pair of hot pink tube socks, you had to show your devotion to the anarchic Canadian punkster somehow, right?

"Sk8r Boi is so deep."

8. Lipgloss

The more drippy, glittering and sparkly, the better.

"And then my hair got stuck to my lips, and then my lips got stuck to my teeth and THEN he said 'Hi' to me."

9. Coloured hoop earrings

These babies came in every colour of the rainbow, and no outfit was complete without a pair of these plastic 60s-inspired disco jewels.

"My dad said they look like coloured CDs. Did yours say that?"

10. Bang on the Door frame

This must-have item generally contained a pic of you and your bestie at a sleepover with Lanky Larry bars caught in the traintracks on your teeth.

"We'll NEVER not be friends!"

Just today she took to Instagram to share an insight into her training progress with her followers, and we can see why.

Model Thalia Heffernan has that most enviable of body types – tall, lean and toned – but it doesn't come without hard work.

"By eating clean, to a certain extent, and training every week day I've managed to develop my muscles in such a short time frame," she wrote on Instagram today next to two snaps taken a week apart.

The 20-year-old favours cross-training style workout sessions with her personal trainer, including a LOT of tough abs workouts.

"No sudden movements, like sneezing, for me for the next few days," she joked after a particularly intense core session last month.

And with a new sportswear campaign for Life Style Sports just launched, it's clear Thalia's hard work has been paying off.

Just LOOK at her killer abs in that crop top:

The Sports Born, Street Worn campaign was styled by Courtney Smith and features a range of brands including Nike, Adidas Originals, Ellesse and Converse.

It's all available to shop now online at LifeStyleSports.com with next day delivery if you order before 7am – hurrah!

Among the looks featured in the new campaign is this Adidas Originals Firebird Track Top (€70) which we're thinking we might have to snap up for ourselves.

And for the man in your life, there's a whole range of seriously stylish hoodies and tracksuits, like this Adidas Originals Mens Graphic Hoody (€65) and matching Adidas Originals Pant (€55).

Now, if we could just have Thalia's abs to go with our new clothes, we'd be sorted.

Apparently, optimistic people are the ones who live longer, according to research.

Looking on the bright side has apparently been known to improve your health and wellbeing, and also makes you more fun to be around. So, one writer at the Huffington Post put it to the tst in real life. She decided that for two weeks she would no longer be complaining. About anything.

During her two week fast of all “I’m tired” grumbles and snapping at fellow commuters, there were a few main thoughts which occurred to her:

Lacking sleep is a serious issue:

Some variation of “I’m exhausted” was the most common complaint to be held back over the two week period. After taking stock of just often she was tempted to complain about her tiredness, this writer started to take her sleep patterns and coffee intake into consideration.

There was less arguing:

‘Think before you speak’ became the golden rule over 14 days and taking care to make sure you’re not about to open your mouth with a complaint meant that there is less risk of you snapping at someone, apparently.

Negativity is a state of mind:

According to this test, if you stop yourself from engaging in negative speech, then realise how negative your thought processes can be. This can be just as harmful as negative speech if you’re looking for a sunnier outlook on life, it might be time to start changes those negative phrases to more positive ones.

Sometimes you need to vent:

Two whole weeks of holding back from uttering any and all negativities can be stressful it seems. The verdict: sometimes you just need to vent your frustrations, in a healthy way mind you.

The Irish Blog Awards shortlist was announced recently and there a number of items which grabbed out attention very quickly.

This year the awards received a huge response with the number of nominations being up in the thousands. Judges will now be tasked with reading, reviewing and scoring all of the blogs which on the shortlist.

With close to 20 different categories, there is plenty to choose from. We are all about the bloggers here at SHEmazing and we’re always excited to find some new blogs to start obsessing over.

We put together a list of some of our favourites that cover everything from laugh-out-loud posts, serious (and realistic) fitness inspiration and more interesting takes on Irish life.

Health & Wellbeing:

The girls behind Kettlebelle.ie are committed to keeping it seriously real on their fitness journey. This is not the place to find a 'lose 5lbs before 5pm' type of post. Instead they write: "This is not a blog for elite athletes or bikini models (although we do look at photos and think one day that will be me!!) It is for us everyday girls that often need some help, tips, motivation or a swift kick up the arse to get ourselves on the road to being the HEALTHIEST, FITTEST, STRONGEST VERSION OF OURSELVES." You can find them on Instagram too and trust us, this is where some of the finest #fitspo is to be found.

Best Blog Post Nominee:

A photo posted by Dublin Girlo (@dublin_girlo) on

Dublin Girlo already has us laughing on a daily basis with her accounts of just what it takes to the sassiest stun-hun Dublin's southside has ever seen. Her blog post 'The 5 stages of getting over an arsehole' is no different. A highlight: "You and your girlos plaster every night out all over every social media site there is. You upload a selfie every day of you looking hunreal. Your clothes are stunning, you’ve probably dyed your hair (He obviously didn’t love you because of the colour of your hair)." Have a read of the whole post here. Be warned, it is fairly NSFW.

Food Blog:

The Little Green Spoon is hard to not read without feeling hungry. Seriously. If you can get to the 'Sweet Treats' section without raiding your presses then we salute you because we tend to only make it as far as the homepage before needing some snacks. There are countless recipes on this site to keep you occupied well through the winter. You can find some here.

Lifestyle:

With All the Finesse of a Badger is the place to go if you're feeling a little disillusioned with our modern society. Alvy is a writer who "dabbled in a bit of everything" and was recently at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Her retelling of 'the most impressively disastrous job interview there ever was' still has us laughing at our desks. You can find it, and more here

Travel:

Eat Sleep Chic is more than just a fashion and beauty blog. If you're looking for some weekend activity inspiration then look no further because this where all the best picks are going to be. We had no idea what Football golf was until we saw read this blog, and now we honestly can't to get out and try it. Oh, and another thing we love about this blog: all of the food! So much foodie goodness for your entertainment.

Mental health is just as important as physical health, so here are a few tips for maintaining a positive mental attitude…

1. When you send out positivity you get it back
If you start your day worrying about being late for work or complaining about the rain then you’re setting that as your outlook for the day and you’ll get negativity back. Send out positive vibes and you will get them back.

2. Laughing
Smiling releases endorphins which help to reduce stress and improve your mood, so it is great for your mental health.  A good laugh is also a must. Text the girls and invite them over for a night of Ben and Jerry's and Bridget Jones!

3. At the end of each day, list the little things that made you happy
You will be surprised how many positive things you can find in a bad day. Whether it was your new pet puppy, your dads cheesy jokes, or a mug of hot chocolate, appreciate the little things.

4. Read quotes
Pinterest and Instagram are great for this, familiarise yourself with inspiring quotes to motivate yourself. Even share them with others so that they can do the same.

5. Visualise the positive outcomes, not the negative
Everything happens for a reason, so if today doesn’t seem like your day, learn from it and start again tomorrow.
