Anyone remember those two weeks Lindsay Lohan spent in jail back in 2011? Well, we do, and it wouldn't really surprise us if she has got no choice but to head back very soon.  

After recently being told that she needs to have 125 hours of community service done by the end of May or face jail again, she still doesn't seem too phased by it. 

Time is now ticking as she has 16 days left, excluding weekends, and has only done 9.5 hours so far. 

If this wasn't bad enough, she has now got herself caught up in a web of lies. The star has community service lined up in a Brooklyn daycare center in New York and told her Instagram followers that she had arrived on Monday.

However, she was spotted on Tuesday arriving at her hotel after only landing in America that morning. 

Erm, weren't you supposed to be at a certain daycare center Lindsay instead of posting pictures from London pretending to be in New York?

It’s the app that has absorbed millions since launching and going viral last week – how-old.net calculates your age based on your facial structure and features.

Microsoft has now revealed that 33m people have used the software so far, collectively offering up 240m pictures for analysis.

Branded the ultimate vanity device, the outcomes have occasionally proved controversial. Indeed, users have been taking to social media in drones to share their delight and dismay at the results.

“Sorry if we didn’t quite get the age and gender right,” Microsoft offers by way of a disclaimer, “we are still improving this feature.”

But what about preened and groomed celebrities? With access to the best stylists, dieticians, cosmetics, and beauty treatments that money can buy, surely they look years younger than the Average Joe and Jane.

Not always so, it seems. Here at SHEmazing! we put some of our favourite famous faces through the app – with sometimes surprising results.

On Monday, Lindsay Lohan tried to share a heartfelt Instagram post with her followers. 

There was an Arabic quote with "you're beautiful" written underneath.

As sweet as it was, she really should have checked the translation of the Arabic text before posting it.

It translated to: "You're a donkey" instead of anything deep and meaningful.

Her followers were quick to inform her of the real meaning and the photo was deleted.

That's slightly awks. 

Oh well, it's the thought that counts, right?

This isn't her first Instagram slip up, last month the actress was accused of photo shopping an Instagram picture.

So it looks like all is not well in the Lohan camp if these latest reports are anything to go by.

Upon hearing that her mum, Dina, is due to appear in the next season of Celebrity Big Brother UK, Lindsay Lohan has gone off the deep end and demanded her mother bow out of the negotiations.

Lindsay, who is currently treading the boards in the West End, is said to be furious that her mother intends to follow her to the UK to take part in the long-running reality TV show.

According to TMZ, the Mean Girls actress did not take the news very well and made sure her mum knew that she wasn't wanted in Britain.

Spilling details on the family bust up, an insider revealed that Lindsay made her feelings very clear, saying: "Lindsay flipped out and began screaming at her mom. saying she had no right to come to England."

According to sources, the 28-year-old feels that her mother is a bad influence and she doesn't even want to be in the same country as her, telling her as much in a serious of angry text messages.

We're not sure how CBB producers will respond to the furore as they feel Dina's appearance on the show will have an incredible impact, with a source saying: "They want it to be one of the most explosive series ever."

Actress Lindsay Lohan loves sharing mirror selfies with her fans, but it seems she just can't resist a bit of gratuitous editing here and there.

The 28-year-old shared a (now-deleted) image on Twitter earlier today of herself trying out a new waist trainer, the same contraption favoured by all three Kardashian sisters.

Keen to show off some Kardashian-worthy curves, it seems Lindsay had Photoshopped this image to make her waist appear smaller:

The photo was captioned, "Just received my waist trainer from @nowaistclique!! #LovingIt #majorsituation."

Lindsay's followers quickly noticed the wobbly stairs on the right of Lindsay's waist, a telltale sign of bad Photoshopping. "Photoshop is hard," wrote one snarky Twitter user, with another adding, "The photoshop is hilarious (look at the bottom of the stairs!)"

This is not the first time poor Lindsay has been caught out for obviously editing images to make her body look curvier. Twice this year she has posted edited images, one enhanced to give her a more bootylicious bum:

First an "accidental" racist tweet, and now a seriously obvious Photoshop fail… Lindsay Lohan needs to step away from her smartphone!

The actress is in Paris at the moment, where she took in one of Kanye West's concerts earlier this week.

Last night she posted a "casual" photo of her posing in a black leotard, taken from her hotel room at The Plaza Athenee.

The photo, in which Lindsay's feet are cropped out, was captioned, "My feet look red lol- had to take that out. Only real red is my hair."

It wasn't her missing feet that were the issue though – what most followers instantly spotted was that the white doorframe behind Lindsay was completely distorted – a telltale sign she had Photoshopped the image to make her bum appear more pert or even curvier.

Lindsay has been accused of editing her images before, but last's night post was definitely one of the more obvious attempts.

Commenters were quick to point out the rookie mistake, with one writing, "Mmm nice bent door!! Photoshop galore!" and another saying, "worst photoshop ever but I mean she looks cute."

The post is still online after 8 hours, so either Lindsay hasn't read the comments yet or she just doesn't care. We're guessing it's the latter!

It has been an embarrassing couple of weeks for the actress – aside from her social media fails, she is also required to re-do an additional 125 hours of community service for her 2012 reckless driving case, after her lawyers originally submitted her hours on stage in West End show Speed the Plow and her meet-and-greets with fans as community service work.

Actress Lindsay Lohan made a big social media faux-pas last night when she posted a tweet containing the word "n**ga," much to the shock of her followers.

The wildchild star was in Paris for Fashion Week and headed along to Kanye West's Louis Vuitton Foundation concert last night.

While she only set out to praise Kanye and his wife Kim Kardashian (and pay tribute to her mum?!), she had to act fast after posting up one of the rapper's song lyrics containing the offensive word.

"#kanye&kim Alldayn**ga$ fun show #PFW #goodpeople=goodlife all from good moms!!!!!! @dinalohan @krisjenner," the actress wrote on both Twitter and Instagram.

Within minutes, presumably after a sharp word from her PR person, Lindsay deleted her tweet altogether and amended the Instagram post to take out the offending word.

But as always, it's almost impossible to beat the eagle eyes of Twitter users, and Lindsay was inundated with comments from annoyed followers.

"You said the N word?!? Wow I seen your original post and so did thousands others," wrote one commenter. "She deleted N word so fast ….. Wow!!" wrote another.

Think before you tweet next time, Lindsay!

Lindsay Lohan may have been in hospital battling symptoms of the rare virus chikungunya this week, but she showed she's never too ill to cause controversy!

The Mean Girls star shared a mirror selfie on Instagram which soon sparked a massive reaction from her followers, but probably not for the reason she had hoped.

Lindsay's photo, which showed her teeny-tiny body clad in a pair of Calvins and a crop top, was captioned "#mycalvins are helping me fight off my chikungunya hehe"

While the actress' noticeably slimmed-down waistline may of course have been a result of her recent struggle with illness, fans were quick to point out a number of discrepancies in the photo including some wonky-looking bottles on the right of the sink and uneven lines on the wall behind. Both are telltale signs of Photoshopping which have caught out other celebrities such as Beyoncé and Paris Hilton in the past.

Commenters soon ridiculed the picture with one writing, "lol photoshop fail" and another saying, "lmao the photoshop is so obvious here."

Lindsay has yet to confirm or deny the rumours but either way we're delighted to see that she is on the mend at least, after contracting chikungunya from infected mosquitos during her holiday in French Polynesia over Christmas.

Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan has had a very tough few weeks of it.

Shortly after Christmas, the actress was diagnosed with a rare virus which she is believed to have picked up while on holidays in French Polynesia. Although she did return to work in LA and had been posting updates until the middle of last week, it's thought the actress is now back in hospital again.

TMZ are reporting that when Lindsay returned to London from LA this week, she became so ill that she could not walk due to severe joint pain. The actress was rushed to King Edward VII hospital last night with a high fever and is still being treated there.

Lindsay had been enjoying a dream holiday in French Polynesia over the Christmas period, but the trip came to an end when she contracted Chikungunya, a virus transmitted by infected mosquitos.

Although the joint pain could last for months, as Lindsay is young her prognosis looks good otherwise. We wish her a full recovery!

Entertainment Weekly have managed to get all of our favourite mean girls in a photo shoot together – and they even pulled Ms. Norbery in too!

Lindsay Lohan, Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried, Lacey Chabert and Tina Fey each looked stunning in the shoot which featured them in shimmering gowns.

All we need to know now is where is Janice?! 

Mean Girls wasn’t the only movie to get the official reunion treatment as the cast of Napolean Dynamite, Ghostbusters and Little House on the Prairie also came together for some shots.

Mean Girls is our obvious favourite though, naturally…

Lindsay Lohan has found herself at the centre of a real life courtroom drama.

The actress has been slapped with a restraining order preventing her and her brother, Michael, from working on their virtual closet app Vigme.

As we reported yesterday, the Mean Girls star and her brother had been accused of stealing tech developer Fima Potik’s app Spotted Friend, and were being sued for $60 million as a result.

Now, after the first stage of the court case, Lindsay and Michael have been temporarily ordered to cease launching, promoting or marketing their app.

According to Page Six, Potik is pleased with the case’s progress so far, with his lawyers saying: “This significant victory helps ensure that the Lohans will not profit from their illegal conduct at Spotted Friend’s expense.”

Lindsay and Michael were initially invited to collaborate on and help promote Spotted Friend, but after talks on their ownership share fell through, the pair went on to launch Vigme themselves.

Essentially an app that shows you what your favourite celebrities are wearing and how to purchase them, Vigme and Spotted Friend are uncannily similar products.

Another day, another drama for Lindsay Lohan.

The actress and her brother Michael are reportedly being sued by a tech developer, who claims they robbed his website idea to create their own app.

In the court documents obtained by TMZ, Fima Potik claims that the Lohans had initially agreed to work with him on ‘Spotted Friend’, an app which allows you to see and purchase the clothes your favourite celebrities are wearing.

However, after talks regarding ownership fell through, the siblings launched their own app, Vigme, which is uncannily similar to Potik’s original idea.

Potik is now suing the Lohans for a whopping $60 million for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and loyalty, and unfair competition.

Naturally, the Lohans are fighting the charges, and if their lawyer Ravi Batra is anything to go by, they are ready for the fight.

“I look forward to holding Fima’s feet to the legal fire and hope he is wearing fireproof clothing all the way to the appeals court,” said Batra.

It looks like it’s going to be an interesting case.
