He dodged criminal charges but now Chris Brown is being SUED
A woman called Liziane Gutierrez tried to get Chris Brown arrested last month on assault charges, but Chris dodged the charges as there was absolutely no evidence of it happening.
So now, Liz has decided to sue the singer for hitting her when she was in his room at the Palms Hotel in LA.
According to the legal docs, the woman was assaulted in the "face and/or arm and/or hands." …What??
We're pretty sure if we got hit we'd know where it was, and there's a big difference from your face and your hands.
The whole thing started off when Liz snook into the star's hotel room with her phone (phones are usually banned in hotel rooms) and when Chris asked her to leave she hit off.
Not only is she trying to sue Mr Brown with assault, she's also trying to sue for theft and defamation since Chris apparently said she was 'ugly'.
