Five weeks ago she posted a gushing Valentine's Day message on Instagram – but it seems that all is not well in the Eccelstone-Rutland marriage.

Reports are swirling that the 31-year-old mum-of-one is set to divorce Jay, her husband of three years, with his recent legal woes being cited as the 'final straw' for the billionaire heiress.

One source has told The Sun: "They live in the same house but are no longer in the same bedroom. She has been open that their marriage is effectively over."

The duo are parents to Sophia, who recently turned two.

"Her first priority is protecting Sophia and upholding the family’s reputation," the source added, "so she won’t make any announcements in a hurry."

A spokeswoman told the tabloid that "Tamara has no intention of discussing her marriage with the media at this time," however, another friend added that the couple is "in a different place to a year ago. It’s sad to see".

Ms Eccelstone has recently taken two holidays alone with her daughter, although last month she shared a loved-up Valentine's post with her 200,000 Instagram fans.

"I knew after our first dinner that you were the one," she said. "Thank you for sweeping me off my feet and loving me every day since. Love you always."

The eldest daughter of Formula 1 chief Bernie Ecclestone furthermore posted an image of a giant wall of heart-shaped flowers that Jay gifted her.

Mr Rutland, a former stock-broker, appeared at a London court last week charged with assisting on-the-run cocaine trafficker James Tarrant. He did not enter a plea and will return to the same court on April 6.

The family famously lives in a 57-room, six-storey, €90million mansion on Kensington Palace – London's most expensive street.

What would you do if you hopped off the DART on your grim morning commute and Sir Elton John was sitting playing piano as you arrived at your stop?

We would probably have to pinch ourselves.

But this exactly what happened to some lucky commuters at St. Pancreas' International Station yesterday.

Sir Elton popped up very discreetly and allegedly played piano for about five minutes before he left.

He didn't sing but he did leave the piano as a little present to London.

"My gift is my song and this piano's for you," read a message the 68-year-old musician left on the piano referencing lyrics from his hit, Your Song

How sweet.

Elton is currently out promoting his new album, Wonderful Crazy Night which is out today.

There are just two days left until Cadbury opens its pop-up Creme Egg Café in London, and the first photos are in.

The verdict? Well, we can already tell we're going to spend the next month in a puddle of our own drool, staring at other peoples' photos on Instagram.

Look at that tray bake, for God's sake, posted to the official Cadbury Facebook page yesterday:

Other options on offer will include Creme Egg and toast soldiers, a combination we'll have to try out at home ourselves:

And finally, the famous Cadbury Creme Egg toastie, oozing with fondant and chocolate *swoon*:

Builders in Soho have been busy putting the final touches to the café's exterior, which is decked out in Cadbury-tastic shades of purple and red.

And thanks to some wily passers-by, we've managed to get a good look at the place ahead of the Jan 22 opening.

YES! #CremeEggCafe

A photo posted by Nadine (@nadine_bacchus) on

No snaps of the inside have emerged yet, but a closer look at that blackboard confirms it will indeed have two floors and a BALL PIT in the basement as rumoured last week.

The café is open until March 6, but you might want to reconsider before hopping on a flight to London as tickets for entry sold out instantly.

However Cadbury have said there will be a limited amount of walks-in each day, with opening hours of 5pm – 9pm on Fridays and 2pm – 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Creme Egg brunch? Yes please.

Well, the years have gone by fast!

Harry Potter , Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley are all coming back for the next instalment of Harry Potter mania – the new screenplay in London's West End.

But they look quite a bit different from their movie counterparts – let's just say Ron has a receding hairline and they're all a tad bit older than we imagined.

Yep, Harry will be played by 36-year-old Jamie Parker and Paul Thornley has been honoured the part of Ron Weasley.

In the play, Ron is married to Hermione, who is played by 45-year-old Noma Dumezweni.

The new dynamic trio will star in Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, which has already sold more than a quarter of a million tickets, despite not debuting until May 2016.

The play is in hot demand, with our beloved J.K. Rowling devising the story, John Tiffany directing the cast and Sonia Friedman producing the play.

Sonia said that while the show won't be a high-tech production, they will have special effects experts on hand – as well as an illusionist. "There will be magic," she promised.

When we hear of the great masters of art, like Leonardo da Vinci or Manet, we rarely think of Irish painters.

But the works of a Cork painter, James Barry are the subject of a new book which has just won a prestigious art literature award.

The 18th century artist begun painting in 1777, when he was 36 and he featured most of his famous work at the Royal Society of Arts in London.

But before James agreed to paint murals on the arts society's walls, he insisted he receive full control over subject matter.

The murals turned out to be highly personal to James, and he hid the true meaning from the Royal Society members.

Basically (what made him a total badass at the time), the images were of a Catholic nature, and Mr Barry painted them when Catholicism was not exactly in favour in Britain.

And if James was up front about his subject matter, he would have lost his commission and be banished from London immediately.

The huge murals took him seven years to complete, and it was only a few years after his death in 1806 that other artists began to study the messages behind the paintings.

It's pretty clear Justin Bieber likes to party, but maybe he partied a little too much on his recent visit to London.

A British model, Laura Carter, has spoken to the The Sun about her threesome with Justin Bieber in his hotel room and how the police were eventually called at the end of the night.

Laura said that she was drinking with friends in London's Tape Club when Justin's security men invited her to join more than 20 women at his table.

Of course, Laura agreed (because who would say no to meeting the Biebs), and sat down beside his squad before leaving around 2.30am.

Justin was winding down after his appearance at the Jingle Bell Ball and asked the brunette model to join him at his hotel for a private party.

Ms carter told The Sun that she wanted to take a selfie with the singer but phones were banned and had to be left in a bucket at the door.

"I was taken to this huge room which had been kitted out with a massive sounds system and there was booze everywhere."

There were four boys and a group of ten girls, all really glamorous."

She then claims that Justin showed off his dance moves before inviting a girl back to his bedroom.

About 20 minutes later, he came back out again in his boxers and asked Laura to join them in his room.

Laura, who who appeared in E4's Young, Free and Single, said that that's when things started to get heated.

The trio began kissing before the other girl stormed off because, apparently, Justin was giving too much of his attention to Laura.

They continued on their night before saying goodbye at around 6.30am. Shortly before, police were called to the hotel in High Holborn when one of the women at the party had a "meltdown."

"She stormed down to reception in no shoes and made a right scene."

She was saying, "Where's my friend? I'll call the police!" She'd clearly enjoyed the night a bit too much and eventually did call the cops."

The Met Police confirmed to the MailOnline, "Police were called at approximately 06.15hrs on Monday to a hotel in High Holborn following concerns for the welfare of a female who was at the venue."

Officers attended and it was established that the female was safe and well. There were no offences committed and no further police action was taken."

Well, it certainly sounds like Laura had some night!

Any burglary can be scary, but when you're metres away from raiders stealing from your home, it can be even more terrifying.

That's what happened to Simon Cowell and his family in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Simon was burgled at his £10m (€13m) London home in the middle of the night as he, his girlfriend Lauren Silverman and son Eric slept inside. The raiders escaped with jewellery and cash worth a mighty six-figure sum, the Daily Mail reports.

They sneaked into the Holland Park property at 2.20am yesterday and after searching the downstairs of the house, spotted a key to a safe.

The safe was completely emptied of cash and jewellery before the raiders fled as the police were called.

Simon only became aware of the situation when his personal bodyguard woke him up after the burglars ran.

Even after the stressful ordeal, Simon still made it to rehearsals for tonights X Factor and put on a brave face in front of the cameras as he waved a peace sign on his way out of the studio.

Many people forgot about the Evening Standard Theatre Awards last night, since the drama at the AMAs kinda stole the show.

But in London, a bevy of A-list celebrities stepped out on the red carpet in barely-there frocks – even though the temperatures dropped to only three degrees.

But one attendee that really bared all was model, Kelly Brook. Kelly wore a dark pink velvet gown with a high split up the middle of the dress.

And while she looked every bit as glamorous as the other stars, she didn't bargain on the winds that whipped the dress away to full-on expose her legs and underwear.

However, the 35-year-old managed to smile and laugh off the incident, as she clutched to the sides of her dress to spare the rest of her modesty.

We think Kelly has learned a lesson from this one – dress for the weather next time.

Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver had his London home targeted by thieves.

Although Jamie and his family (his wife Jules and their four children) are not thought to have been in the house at the time, the Mirror report that thieves broke into the home through the basement.

The property in North London, valued at almost €10 million, was broken into and supposedly ‘ransacked’ by burglars. Neighbours noticed a door had been left open in the house and informed Jamie, 40, that something was amiss.

Police are now said to be examining CCTV footage in attempts to track down those responsible.

Locals have said that coming into winter, burglaries such as this become more common:

“The police regularly advise us to review our security arrangements at this time of year as burglars are known to scout the area looking for empty homes.

Jamie's home has got CCTV, but it seems it didn't help in this instance as the burglars got in through the garage.”

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police confirmed the news and added that officers are working to track down the criminals.

“Officers attended and went inside the property and found that the premises had been burgled. Items were removed from the address.”

Jamie and his family are said to be in the process of moving to a new home in Hampstead. The Grade II-listed house recently purchased by the TV chef dates back to the 17 century, according to Mail Online.

Builders are supposedly carrying out improvement to the eight bedroom property before the family relocate.

A rep for Jamie said “nobody was hurt” during the incident and also added that “two electrical items were taken” from the home.

A Scottish nurse who was diagnosed with Ebola nearly nine months ago is back in isolation after falling ill again this week.

Pauline Cafferkey was treating people infected with the virus in Sierra Leone when she first started to display symptoms of the disease.

Upon returning to the UK last December, she then fell into a "critical" condition and almost died.

Flown from Glasgow as a matter of urgency yesterday, the 39-year-old is now in a specialist London hospital receiving further treatment.

Professor Paul Cosford, medical director at the Public Health England agency, said that Ms Cafferkey has exhibited an "unusual late complication".

He explained: "She was transported in a military aircraft under the supervision of experts. She will now be treated in isolation in line with nationally agreed guidelines.

"The Scottish health authorities will be following up on a small number of close contacts of Pauline's as a precaution."

Late last year, the nurse spent almost a month in the same unit with her family being told to "prepare for the worse".

Following her initial recovery, she told the BBC: "I am just happy to be alive. I still don’t feel 100 percent – I feel quite weak – but I’m looking forward to going home. I want to say a big thank you to the staff who treated me – they were amazing.

"They were always very reassuring and I knew I was in the best hands. They saved my life."

Also today, an Ebola scare has been reported in southern Nigeria – a year after the country was declared free of the virus.

One man has died, and another 10 have been quarantined.

More than 11,000 people died in the West African Ebola outbreak, which began in March of last year.

It's not the first time that Michael O'Leary has checked-in Ryanair passengers, but Twitter nevertheless reacted wildly when it emerged that he was at it again this morning.

The airline executive, who earns about €1.75m annually between his salary and related bonuses, was up bright and early getting travellers promptly on board their Dublin-London flight.

Gary Dunne, who was en route to the English capital, captured the moment on Twitter, much to the delight on his fellow social media users, who retweeted his images more than 100 times.

Back in December 2013, shortly after Mr O'Leary announced he was eager to change Ryanair's cheap and not-so cheerful image, he was also spotted at Dublin Airport lending a hand to check-in staff.

A statement at the time revealed: "Yes, from time to time Michael likes to check boarding passes at the gate, so that he can personally tell our passengers that we love them just as much as they love us."

Last week, it was announced that the Irish airline was considering allowing passengers to bring their small pets on board into the cabin with them.
