While we may never meet them in person, there are some celebrity couples we just develop an attachment to.

And just because the reasons behind this phenomenon still remain a mystery, it doesn’t mean our feelings when such romances end are any less real.

To mark the international day of mourning which has been unofficially launched with the demise of Brangelina, we’ve gathered together some of the former couple’s most romantic moments (sob).

1. The Beginning:

While this may be a touchy one for those on Team Jen, Brangelina have looked pretty loved up since they filmed Mrs. & Mrs. Smith way back in 2004.

2. When Brad adopted Angelina's kids, Maddox and Zahara:

Which marked the beginning of their impressive family.

3. The 2007 Golden Globes:

One of the first major award ceremonies they attended as a couple.

4. That time they got lost in each other's eyes:

5. And when they were snapped whispering sweet nothings:

6. Cuddling couple:

This was at the Japanese premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

7. Smooching on set:

While Ang was filming In the Land of Blood and Honey.

8. Suited and booted:

Twinning at the BAFTAs in 2014.

9. Their 2012 engagement:

The day we thought they'd be together forever.

10. And their 2014 wedding:

Who could forget that dress?

Music is one of those things which either brings people together or drives them apart.

So if you’re the kind of person who runs for the hills at the very mention of Harry Styles’ hair, you probably don’t want to find yourself in an intimate situation with an honorary member of the One Direction fan club.

Because of this, the clever people at Tinder and Spotify have teamed up to create a feature which will allow Tinder users to suss out the musical tastes of potential matches before they take the plunge and swipe right.

As well as being able to broadcast a song which “defines you” directly from your Tinder profile, the new feature will help you find potential matches who share your taste in tunes.

When checking out someone else’s Tinder, you will be able to play previews of their top songs and see which artists you have in common.

Oh, and for those who’ve spent the last month secretly listening to the Frozen soundtrack, don’t panic – Tinder will allow you to hide what you’ve been playing until it’s fit for the ears of your crush.

Considering he's dated gorgeous and talented women like Katy Perry and Taylor Swift, you wouldn't think John Mayer would need the help of a dating app to find love.

However, according to Perez, he's now signed up to one.

But now, this isn't your usual Tinder or Plenty Of Fish, no,no. This one is for famous "creative types."

The dating app called Raya is home to celebs like Chelsea Handler and Matthew Perry, and you also need to be approved by a council to get in.

An insider told the website, "His profile is a slide show of photos set to a Neil Young song." Interesting.

We hope he finds his soulmate!

Do you always go for clean shaven guys or are beards more your thing?

This may seem like a frivolous question but new research has suggested that beards may play a bigger role in our quest for long term love than many might think.

According to researchers at the University of Queensland, when looking for “the one” us girls are more likely to consider a man with a good dose of facial hair above those who’ve taken a clean shaven approach.

And when looking for a fling – yup, you guessed it – we tend to go for those who boast smoother faces.

After manipulating the facial hair statuses of a group of male faces and showing those images to a set of female participants, researchers discovered that women rated bearded faces as more attractive for long-term relationships, while those with a little stubble were seen as best for more limited romances.

The Mail Online has reported that experts believe beards can enhance a man’s perceived level of masculinity, which in turn suggests to women that bearded men are more fertile and better able to survive.

So next time to catch yourself making a beeline for a bearded man, make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons!

Khloe Kardashian has a new man, and we think we just found out who it is.

Last month, the reality star shared pictures on Instagram of flowers that were delivered to her home, and even captioned one of them, "Te amo, mi amor."

Quite suspicious.

However, the blonde beauty jetted away to Cabo this week, and in tow was NBA player Tristan Thompson.

The pair have been spotted out a few times now, but knowing Khloe, she won't be letting us in on any juicy gossip just yet.

We'll just have to wait and see.

For years fans have watched eagerly as Drake and Rihanna combined their musical talents, got steamy on stage and denied having a romantic relationship.

But now – just days after the Canadian rapper professed his love for RiRi on the VMA stage – it looks like the pair have at long last made it official.

According to Entertainment Tonight, a source close to Rihanna has revealed that the high profile performers are “definitely a couple”.

The source said: “They are fully dating…No one really knows how long they have been ‘official’ – they just decided to let it become a thing instead of hiding it from everyone.  They’re happy.”

On Sunday night Drake melted the Internet with a loving speech dedicated to the Diamonds singer as he presented her with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.

Describing Rihanna as “one of [his] best friends in the world” the One Dance hitmaker confessed to being in love with the star since he was 22 years old.

The news comes as Rihanna’s ex Chris Brown is arrested at the end off a dramatic police standoff which began with a claim that he had pointed a gun at a woman.

Looks like Drake’s Work finally paid off.

They’ve one of the most talked about celebrity relationships of recent years, but that hasn’t stopped fans from weeping with joy over Drake’s love declaration for Rihanna at last night’s VMAs.

While presenting the Work singer with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award – aka the MTV VMA Lifetime Achievement Award – Drake dedicated a heartfelt speech to “the most beautiful, talented woman [he has] ever seen in [his] life”.

In a modern fairytale moment – which saw Drake stand in full tux professing his love for a satin gowned Rihanna – the rapper described RiRi as “one of [his] best friends in the world” and “someone [he’s] been in love with since [he] was 22 years old”.  Awhhh!

During his speech he spoke candidly about the first time he and the Barbadian beauty met – FYI it was 11 years ago in a restaurant called Avocado – and how despite having now achieved an “untouchable level” of success, Rihanna has remained totally true to herself.

He said:  “Some artists need to play a character to achieve success, some need to downplay their own natural instincts to blend in.  She succeeds by doing something no one in this industry does, which is being herself.”

Fans of the pair were quick to announce their own joy at Drake’s revelations, with one Twitter user writing: “Drake’s 29 now, so he’s been in love with Rihanna for 7 years…….I’m not crying….YOU’RE CRYING.”

While another said: “Drake just admitted he’s in love with Rihanna.  AND WE ARE OFFICIALLY WRITING FROM THE GRAVE.”

Earlier this month High School Musical heart-throb Zac Efron admitted he was left feeling down in the dumps after no one swiped right on his Tinder profile

And while that news is nothing short of concerning – like how on earth will we ever find love if a Hollywood star can't even get a swipe? – Zac's negative experience of the popular dating app is more common than you'd think.

According to a new study from the University of North Texas, Tinder could be lowering peoples' self-esteem and messing with their sense of body image all at the same time.

In one of the first psychological studies to focus primarily on the Tinder platform, researchers found that both male and female users reported less satisfaction with their bodies and looks when compared with non-users but, interestingly, only male Tinder users reported lower levels of self-esteem.

Jessica Strübel – who co-authored the study – said: "Tinder users reported having lower levels of satisfaction with their faces and bodies and having lower levels of self-worth than the men and women who did not use Tinder."

The Assistant Professor explained that Tinder usage was associated with "body dissatisfaction, body shame, body monitoring, internalization of societal expectations of beauty, comparing oneself physically to others and [a] reliance on media for information on appearance and attractiveness".

While Jessica did suggest that Tinder may make people feel like their social interactions are disposable and increase their awareness of perceived bodily flaws, the researchers did stress that the results could also be caused by people who already have self-esteem issues being drawn to the app to begin with.

Always remember no matter how many matches you get, you are flawless!

Since leaving the Big Brother house, Alex Cannon has had a lot to deal with.

Not only did Vicky confess her love for him, only to take it back a few days later, but he also had to deal with the backlash after that kiss with Evelyn Ellis and the public finding out about his child.

Confusing, right?

Well, Vicky is about to make it a whole lot worse, because she has just confessed her love for Alex, again.

Speaking to Now Magazine, Vicky revealed just how much she missed him when he was in the CBB house: “I missed him loads. He’s such a brilliant person and a positive influence in my life. It’s been really difficult.

"When he got voted ‘most forgettable’ in the house, I wanted to barge in there and shout: ‘It’s b******s!”

She then landed this truth bomb: "I want him to be my husband…”

It feels like everything just got way more complicated.

Last week Cara Delevingne sent fans into overdrive when she shared a picture of herself wearing a sizable diamond on her ring finger.

And while she has yet to confirm if she’s actually engaged or not, the Suicide Squad star has been opening up about the love she has for her girlfriend of 16 months St Vincent.

In a new interview with British Vogue, the model said: “I'm completely in love… Before, I didn't know what love was – real love.”

“I didn't understand the depth of it. I always used to think it was you against the world. Now I know the meaning of life is love. Whether that's for yourself or for the world or your partner.”

Speaking on her sexual orientation, Cara said: “As a child, I used gay as a bad world, as in, 'that's so gay.' All my friends did.”

“I'm obviously in love, so if people want to say I'm gay, that's great. But we're all liquid – we change, we grow.”
