Ariana Grande has been through a lot.

The singer had announced earlier this month, that she was taking some "much needed time to heal and mend" following "events of the past couple of years."

The 25-year-old was, of course, referring to the Manchester bombings in 2017, which tragically claimed the lives of 22 people.

Just when Ariana thought the worst was over, heartbreakingly she was informed of Mac Miller's untimely death.

In a series of tweets, Ariana expressed just how difficult this past month has been for her.

But she reassured fans not to be concerned about her cryptic tweet, that she is trying to get back to some sort of normal.  

Replying to a fan, she said: "you're angels in my life. It's just been a tough month. I'm trying to get my work done and get back to normal, and it's hard, and I'm human and tired. Sorry I let you in or worried you. I shouldn't have tweeted. I know better."

That cryptic tweet was published an hour earlier, and it's completely understandable that fan expressed their worry for the God Is A Woman artist.

Ariana wrote: "Can I please have one okay day. Just one, please."

Given all she has been through, you can't blame Ariana for the tweet. 

Going through the grief of a loved one is never easy and it's most definitely a long healing process.

We hope that Ariana gets her peace soon.

The world was stunned by the untimely passing of Mac Miller earlier this month. Fans, fellow musicians and family members mourned the loss of the 26-year-old rapper, including his former partner Ariana Grande.

The God Is A Woman singer penned a heartfelt tribute on Instagram alongside a video of the late musician goofing around.

She wrote: “I adored you from the day I met you when I was nineteen and I always will.”

The No Tears Left To Cry singer continued: “I can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. I really can’t wrap my head around it. We talked about this. so many times. I’m so mad.”

“I’m so sad, I don’t know what to do. You were my dearest friend. for so long. above anything else,” she added.

The 25-year-old explained how she tried her best to help him: “I’m so sorry i couldn’t fix or take your pain away. I really wanted to.”

Ariana ended the emotional tribute by calling Mac “the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved.”

The loss of Mac Miller has been felt by millions, but most notably by Ariana. We can’t even begin to imagine the heartache she is experiencing at this harrowing time.

Mac Miller passed away on September 7, 2018.

Frankie Grande, brother to Ariana Grande and star of Big Brother, has penned a heartfelt tribute to the late Mac Miller. 

Having battled with his own sobriety issues, Frankie poured his emotions out in an Instagram caption.

The 26-year-old had been in a relationship with Ariana Grande  for almost two years before they split up earlier this year.

In his post, Frankie wrote: 'I am beyond heartbroken over Malcolm’s death. He was a good friend and was wonderful to my sister. He was the reason I went to the rehabilitation centre where I was detoxed safely from all of the drugs alcohol and medications I was taking, when I couldn’t imagine living without them.'

Frankie outlined the trauma addiction can cause, to those who are addicted and to their loved ones. 

'Addiction is a TERRIBLE disease… many people are suffering from addiction like I am and many many of them are losing. Those of us who are struggling with addiction must stay strong. We must continue to work HARD on ourselves every single day and help each other. Our disease is strong but WE ARE STRONGER and I vow to work every moment of my life to keep myself sober so that i may be there for others.'

Ariana Grande has broken her silence on her former boyfriend Mac Miller's passing.

The 25-year-old singer took to Instagram to post a black and white picture of Mac.

Mac, who was a platinum-selling musician, was found unresponsive in his LA home on Friday, amid reports of an overdose.

The 26-year-old had been in a relationship with the Dangerous Woman singer for almost two years before they split up earlier this year.

Ariana then started dating actor and comedian Pete Davidson in May and they announced their engagement a few weeks later. 

After Ariana and Mac had called time on their relationship, Ariana took to Twitter to dismiss rumours that they had been toxic for each other. 

She tweeted at the time, “I am not a babysitter or a mother and no woman should feel that they need to be. I have cared for him and tried to support his sobriety & prayed for his balance for years (and always will of course) but shaming/blaming women for a man’s inability to keep his s*** together is a very major problem.”

She later revealed that they had had an “unconditional love” and he was “one of my best friends in the whole world”.

The cause of Mac's death is yet to be determined.

His family released a statement saying that Mac was a “bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans”.

Ariana Grande and Mac Miller have ended their relationship after almost two-and-a-half years together. 

According to E! News, the Ariana, 24, and Mac Miller, 26, split because of their busy work schedules, however they are said to have remained close friends. 

The news comes just two weeks after the pair were spotted looking more loved up than ever at Coachella, though fans did begin to speculate about the singer's relationship status after she attended the 2018 Met Gala solo.

The pair, who have been dating since 2016, met three years before when they recorded The Way together. 

Speaking about their relationship Ariana said: "We have loved and adored and respected each other since the beginning, since before we even met, just because we were fans of each other's talent."

The stars have worked together multiple times since then and even shared the stage at the One Love Manchester concert last July. 

Ariana will be kept busy over the next few months as she prepares to release her new album Sweetener. 

Mac shared support for the new project on Twitter last month, saying: "Very proud of this girl right here. Welcome back. We missed you. One of a kind."

The pair, who insist they are just friends, went to get new hand ink in famed tattoo parlour The Shamrock Social Club on Friday.
