Colin the Caterpillar has had a festive makeover and it has us feeling super merry this morning. The iconic cake is all set for the holidays after Marks and Spencer revealed his new look. 

Christmas is all about treating yourself to your favourite festive goodies and this cake has topped our list.

The festive hat is almost too good to eat… almost.

The Christmas cake is decorated with presents, holly, snowflakes and candy canes, which are all edible.

The chocolate cake will be available from November and we can't wait to try it.

We may have to treat ourselves to a Selection Box to keep us ticking over until then.

We cannot wait to try this festive treat!

The former actress knew the world was watching and certainly pulled out all the stops when it came to her royal tour outfits. 

Meghan wore one of her most beautiful ensembles on the final day of the tour, a cobalt blue pleated skirt and matching top by Givenchy.

If you claim not to like Percy Pigs, you're fooling nobody.

Since 1992, these divine piggy sweets have been bringing joy to people's lives.

Today we learned that the famed pig is set to wed his long term love, Penny Pig.

And yes, this is a serious article.  

The celebrity couple will tie the knot on the Piggy Bank Holiday, this Saturday 5 May at 12 lunch time.

Hope they get the weather for it. 

To celebrate the momentous day, Marks and Spencer is introducing a limited edition Penny and Percy pack complete with strawberry hearts.

We'll take 6 bags, please and thank you.

The couple are expecting a variety of guests, including Poppy Panda and Timmy Tiger, with Colin the Caterpillar as best man.

Over the past few years, retailers have seriously upped their games when it come to Christmas advertising campaigns – and this year is no different.

Marks and Spencer has just released its 2017 Christmas advert, starring none other than everyone's favourite marmalade-loving Peruvian, Paddington Bear.

Focused around a case of mistaken identity, the heartwarming clip follows Paddington as he accompanies a burglar around his neighbourhood, after he mistakes him for the real Santa.

Together, the unlikely pair make their way across the London suburbs, returning gifts before morning strikes.

Between sleigh rides and mince pies, the duo eventually manage to deliver all the presents back to their rightful owners, and even manage to to witness the joy on the faces of one family as they discover what Santa has left.

In the end, the thief realises the error of his ways and graciously accepts Paddington's gift of a marmalade sandwich – (spoiler: this is when the tears roll in).

The 90-second advert coincides with the release of Paddington 2, which is set to hit Irish cinemas this Friday, November 10.

We've never actually noticed this before (and we probably should have) but, Marks and Spencer's bras are apparently setting off scanners when going through airport security.

Many women have complained about it on social media but Twitter user Ann decided to ask them head on after being searched.

It has been reported that there's a special metal in M&S bras that other retailers don't use.

The M&S Twitter page responded to the woman to say it's "on a mission to get this fixed". Let's hope they do soon!

It seems that the highest earning male model in the world has recently moved from modelling to charity work: he has joined forces with Absolutely Fabulous star Joanna Lumley to help retail giant Marks & Spencer complete 24 community projects in just 24 hours.

The event was held to mark the launch of M&S's new Spark Something Good campaign. The catwalk king, who has also modelled for M&S for years and has even designed his own range for them, donated his time to help transform lives at Maria Fidelis School in London's Camden. 

Showcasing his toned biceps in a tight fitted t-shirt, David, 35, gave a helping hand to refurbish and transform disused classrooms at the school. These improvements will then in turn allow the organisation to deal with its highest ever intake of children with learning disabilities.

The school is in partnership with the charity Achievement For All which David has just become an ambassador for.

Speaking about supporting the M&S campaign, the Essex native said: "I'm supporting M&S Spark Something Good initiative to help them encourage and empower people across the country to pick up a shovel, paint brush and take action for social good."

He also commented on how he loved creating a "calming and inspiring place for the students to be the best they can be". Awww…

David is currently dating The Saturday's stunner Mollie King, 28. And all we can say is that she is certainly one lucky lady!

We’re all for trying new things but this is just a classic with added pastry!

Marks and Spencer have announced the launch of their new fish and chip pie.

The pie consists of mushy peas on the bottom, fish in the middle with a topping of chips encased in pastry.

M&S will be selling the pie from the end of the month in the UK.

Food developer for the company, Matt Dawson, explained the thought that went into the unique creation, “Creating this pie has been the culmination of lots of love and hard work for our development team.”
