Michelle Keegan has opened up about the pressures of being in the public eye. 

The stunning former Corrie star was speaking to the Daily Star when she described how constantly being scrutinised can really take its toll: “I do feel under pressure. If I lose weight I’m too skinny and if I put on a few pounds people are quick to point it out. You can never win.

The star, who is set to be married to fiancé, Mark Wright over the next few months, also spoke about how issues like this can affect girls: “It used to affect me more a few years ago, whereas now if I’m feeling good in myself that’s all that matters. I think a lot of girls are under pressure and that is quite sad.”

We’re glad that she has found a way to ignore the haters and scrutinisers – there is no way it’s easy being in the public eye!

Surprisingly, Michelle also said she isn’t a fan of today’s “selfie” culture: “It’s scary. I don’t like the obsessive selfie culture, I really do feel sorry for kids these days.”

Don’t stop the selfies Michelle, we love them! Especially adorable ones like this!

Lauren Goodger broke down on Celebrity Big Brother last night claiming she is not over her ex-boyfriend.

Lauren dated TOWIE co-star, Mark Wright for eleven years until they split in 2011. Mark is now engaged to Michelle Keegan and they are thought to be getting married very soon.

We’re hoping that it wasn’t Mark that Lauren is pining after, but a more recent ex, Jack McLean.

Also, it is well known that Lauren has been hit with a gagging order banning her from speaking about Mark. 

The TOWIE actress cried to CBB co-star Edele Lynch, saying: “I’m not over my ex. I try to convince myself that I am over him but I’m not. I know he has a bad track record but he ain’t that guy anymore. When he was in my life he would never let anyone say a bad word about me. But what have I done? I’ve fu**ed it up.”

The heartbroken admission comes after her in-house relationship with Geordie Shore’s Ricci has seemingly come to an end.

Jack and Lauren fell out when a sex-tape starring the TOWIE beauty was leaked online. Though Lauren did later say she wasn't certain he was the one behind the video's mysterious appearance online. 

Poor Lauren, it’s not easy mending a broken heart – no matter who caused it.

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan may have been together since 2012 but it seems that the TOWIE star still can’t believe his luck!

Taking to Twitter, Mark confessed that he choked on his ‘tea and biscuits’ when he saw the latest snap of his gorgeous bride-to-be.

“Just choked on my tea and biscuits seeing my misses in the paper today!! @michkeegan you are a rocket #worldy,” he said.

The snap was a sneak peek from Michelle’s official 2015 calendar, and OK, we can kinda see where Mark was coming from here!

Michelle Keegan is definitely no slacker when it comes to diet and fitness, as is clear from her enviable body. In a recent interview though, the actress’ fiancé Mark Wright revealed she’s not all that strict about what she eats.

“She doesn’t diet that much,” he told New! Magazine. “She had a Magnum ice cream at 12 o'clock last night in bed!”

A tub of Ben and Jerry’s might not be the answer to our diet prayers though, as Mark admitted that despite Michelle’s relaxed attitude to food, she still works to stay in shape. “She just goes to the gym two or three times a week and watches what she eats,” he said.

The couple use the same gym but you won’t see them sharing workout routines, says Mark. “We do train at the same time but not together. She does her own thing. We teach each other and give each other tips.”

Michelle Keegan posted a selfie on Saturday night which caused fans to be a bit concerned about her tiny frame. However, one person who wasn’t worried was her ex co-star Jack P Shepherd, who decided to poke a bit of fun at Ms. Keegan instead.  

Jack, who plays David Platt in Corrie, posted his own selfie in the gents with the caption: “Monday. Chillin out in da gents. @michkeegan”

Jack’s photo may not be as pretty, but he does raise an important issue – why do we love taking photos in the bathroom so much?!

Some of Michelle Keegan’s fans have shared their concern for the actress after she posted a selfie of herself last night.

Michelle showed off her tanned abs in a tiny white crop top for a selfie in her hotel bathroom mirror, while she was working in Scotland.

Writing alongside the Twitter snap, she said, “Saturday night chill night!”

While some fans complimented her "fab" and “toned” body, others were worried that the star looked a bit too thin.

Michelle has kept no secret of her full-on work out sessions ahead of her wedding to Mark Wright, but some fans think she’s gone a little too far.

“Get that girl a sandwich, and FAST” one follower posted on Twitter.

“I miss the healthier Michelle, she’s just too thin now!” said another.

It’s been rumoured that Mark Wright is going to be joining the Strictly Come Dancing line-up this year – but what will Michelle make of him getting super close to his undoubtedly beautiful dance partner?!

Apparently Strictly bosses were hoping to get both Michelle and Mark on the show, as “having a couple going head-to-head would have made great TV”, but they are said to be happy to have Mark on the line-up at least.

Well, at least Michelle won’t have him stepping all over her feet at their wedding ceremony – and we’re sure Mark won’t pull a Samia Ghadie and break it off with Michelle before growing suspiciously close to his dance partner, he knows a good thing when he’s got it – we hope!

We're going to see Mark Wright in very tight trousers very soon – as he has signed up to star in the next series of Strictly Come Dancing!

Bosses at the BBC had hoped to land a ratings bonanza by having the star compete against his beau Michelle Keegan, but she turned down the offer after being approached earlier this year.

But is this a decision she might live to regret?!

Strictly dancer Ola Jordan has just revealed that there has been lots of romances between celebrities and dancers – many of which have been covered up!

We KNEW it!

Ola said, "It happens in the movies with actors and it happens on Strictly.”

"There have been relationships that have happened that have never come out in public, quite a bit. It happens all the time. It happens as people get close. It is the bond you have with your partner," she said. 

We’re sure Michelle will have nothing to worry about…*gulp!
