You might have seen a few interesting looking belts floating around social media of late. Supposedly responsible for helping countless celebs attain hour glasses figures, waist trainers are popping up everywhere.

They remind us of corsets, to be honest, and apparently we are not the only ones because Twitter users are furious with one particular ad for the Miss Belt.

The video has definitely got a few interesting moments in there. It claims that the Miss Belt can give you the “ideal shape in just two steps!”

The before and after shots are certainly shocking, but people are also very annoyed with the how the ad addresses the ‘post-baby bodies’.

The claim that it will help you “hide” your body after you have given birth is not going down well, at all.

There are two colour choices for people to choose from, “stylish black” or “nude”. The ad is also claiming that no one will notice you’re wearing your waist trainer except for the men in your life.
