“Maybe a fashion designer, but definitely not a model” this was the moment that Kate Moss’ daughter let the world know she has no interest in following in her Mum’s footsteps and getting into modelling.

Lila-Grace is the only child of Kate Moss with ex-boyfriend Jefferson Hack and she took to Ask.fm to answer some questions about herself and her mum.

The 12-year-old gave a little insight into her life as the daughter of one of the world’s most famous supermodels, and she seems like any other girl her age.

According to her answers, she seems extremely down to earth saying that her mum is just as “embarrassing” as all other mums.

She said: "No, like every mum she's embarrassing and annoying but u love them rlly"

She explained how Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez used to be her idols, but it seems Harry Styles is the only one with a place in her heart now.

When speaking about losing respect for Miley Lila answered "Wanted to b her before she became ….. She was my EVEYTHING for like 5 years and then..," adding a sad face.

Kate’s daughter let the world know that modelling isn’t for her and were sure this is a question she gets asked a lot she said she would rather be “a fashion designer idrk but defo not a model (sic)."

According to Cara Delevinge, she can find fun anywhere, and for a long time she found that fun being an intense party girl who just couldn’t stop eating McDonalds.

Making her Vogue US cover debut in the magazine's July issue, the 22-year old opens up about how her excessive lifestyle started to pose a problem for her career.

She told the magazine: “After turning 20 and eating McDonald’s all the time and drinking too much, it started to show on my stomach and on my face.” Her management were not impressed with the young model and she’s been living a much more demure life.

She says that these days “I’m not allowed to drink. I’m not allowed good food.” Cara herself think it’s a bit harsh, saying that the fashion industry is a bit of mystery to her.

She comments that “I’ve succeeded in a business where for years I had no restraint,” and it took its toll on her body. The fashion model committed some industry sins when she let her indulgences lead to a less than svelte physique. 

She did have incredible success as a fashion model both on the runway and in campaigns for Mulberry and Topshop. She also has nearly two times the amount of Instagram followers than social media powerhouse Lady Gaga.

Modelling however, isn’t enough for the star.  Appearing in her first leading role in the film adaptation of John Green’s Paper Towns (released 17 August), Cara reveals she has always wanted to act, not model.

Acting has been the ultimate goal for her, saying: “The thrill of acting is making a character real. Modelling is the opposite of real. It’s being fake in front of the camera.”

Cara discovered the thrill of acting when she was a young teen as a way to channel some of her emotional distress. Now though, it’s become her career and she couldn’t be happier with the direction her work has taken.

She also credits her girlfriend, St. Vincent (real name Annie Clark) as being part of the reason why she’s so happy in herself at the moment.

It could also be something to do with the seven roles she’s landed in upcoming films including an adaption of the Amanda Knox story.

Gigi Hadid was brought to the world’s attention last year when she was on the cover of Sport’s Illustrated last year and we are seeing her absolutely everywhere since.

The 20-year-old can be spotted hanging with some serious famous friends including Hailey Baldwin and her bestie, supermodel Kendall Jenner.

She has risen to fame extremely quickly in her career and she said she sometimes can’t even believe it herself, she told Harpers Bazaar “I’ve done things in the past year that I never thought I’d do in five years. It’s still surreal. I’m just trying to take it all in”

“It's going so fast you don't really have time to stop and process it, but it's amazing—I'm having so much fun. I love my job and I've made so many amazing friends and connections through it.”

As most of her friends are models, Gigi may sometimes find herself competing for jobs against those close to her.

Gigi and Kendall have worked together in the past and are both hugely in demand in the world of modelling but in an interview with the  magazine, Gigi explained that she would never compete with her pal for the spotlight.

“If they want Kendall, they're not going to want someone who looks like me. It's completely different. I think friendships are a lot more valuable than one job. If you're going to let it ruin that, then that's stupid” – It’s good to see she has her priorities straight

With over four million Instagram followers, Gigi is now regarded as somewhat of a role model for young girls and teenagers, when asked about being a role model she explained that “My biggest thing about being a role model is whatever I'm preaching, I'm practicing.

“If I'm telling people I'm boxing and then I'm eating a burger tonight, it's because I am. I'm not cheating and eating a salad and then being like "Yeah! Burgers are cool!"

Tall? Yup. Tanned? Definitely. Blonde? Most certainly. 

Yes, it seems that Leonardo Dicaprio's new love-interest ticks all his usual love-interest boxes.

In a nutshell: she looks like a Sports Illustrated model… probably because she is, indeed, a Sports Illustrated model. 

Meet 25-year-old Kelly Rohrbach, a young woman whom, if rumour is to be believed, we'll be seeing a lot more of in the future. That's because she's now being touted as a 'serious' girlfriend for one of Hollywood's most enduring men-about-town. 

Indeed, Oscar-nominated Leo, 40, is said to be smitten with the Connecticut-native – so much so that's he's already introduced her to his beloved mama, Irmelin. 

After returning from a Caribbean jaunt on Sunday evening, on Monday the duo were spotted cruising around New York City on bikes before meeting his mother at chic waterfront eatery, La Marina.

There they reportedly tucked in to lobster flatbread and chicken lollipops, as well as mint mojitos. Sounds good!

Kelly herself looked incredibly cool and stylish in white dungarees and blue canvas flats, while Mr Dicaprio was rocking his signature scruffy look: untidy beard, baseball cap, shorts and t-shirt.  

More than just a pretty face, Ms Rohrbach is one of five children. She went to Georgetown University and even played Division One women's golf there before giving it all up for a career in acting. She's already appeared in Two And A Half Men and The PET Squad Files. 

Represented by IMG models she last year appeared in a major Gap advert, as well as on the pages of Self, Glamour, and Galore magazines.

She's furthermore BFFs with IMG stablemate Rachel Hilbert – who's just been announced as the new face of the Victoria's Secret Pink range.

She shot to fame in early 2013 when Robin Thicke spotted a nude image of her on the front of a magazine – and asked her to feature in his Blurred Lines video.

The song went on to be a global hit – and Emliy Ratajkowski became an overnight star.

And today, she turns 24. Happy birthday, Emily!

Yesterday, the Sports Illustrated model was in New York to mark the occasion. She later posted an image to her Instagram account to thank her "beautiful friends in NYC," for a "wonderful" day of celebrations.

In it, she can be seen wearing a low-cut, black dress, which she has accessorised with a gold choker. Her hair is worn in loose waves, and she is holding in her hand a sunflower.

Today, she also shared a snapshot of her generous breakfast-in-bed birthday feast. 

Seen lounging in her hotel bedroom draped in a snug white dressing gown, Emily is surrounded by the likes of brioche, croissant, pain au chocolate, poached egg, wholemeal toast, coffee, fruit juice – as well as a bottle of chilled champagne. 

And she makes sure to thank her boyfriend, musician Jeff Magid, for the feed. 

Still a relative unknown in his chosen industry, Jeff and Emily have been dating for around six months.

On the back of her glittering modelling career, Ms Ratajkowski is lately branching out into acting. Last year, she had a part in Gone Girl, and in August, We Are Friends, in which she also stars, will be released.

She furthermore has a recurring part in The Spoils Before Dying, a comedy mini-series whose cast includes Will Ferrell and Val Kilmer.

Born in London to American parents, she grew up in California. She also regularly spent time in Bantry, Co. Cork, where her father's family is from.

It’s no surprise that the daughter of Johnny Depp and his ex-partner, model-musician Vanessa Paradis, has grown up to be an absolute beauty.

Lily-Rose turned heads recently when she made an appearance with her mother at Chanel's Paris-Salzburg fashion show in New York.

The 16-year-old also recently made her modelling debut in the Australian Oyster magazine.

The publication’s website posted photos of Lily-Rose posing in several outfits which included a strapless, black cherry-printed peplum top and matching skirt and in close-up shots wearing a denim jacket and a pink-brimmed hat.

Oyster described Lily-Rose ah having “the face of an angel and a magnetic presence beyond her young years”.

Johnny and Vanessa split in 2012, after 14 years together. The couple kept their children, Lily-Rose and son Jack, 12, totally out of the spotlight while they were growing up. But now Lily-Rose is breaking out on her own.

The blonde beauty is making her acting debut in Kevin Smith’s upcoming film Yoga Hosers staring alongside her dad.

Speaking to Jimmy Kimmel, Johnny admits that he was nervous about his daughter’s first role, “until I saw her – about three seconds of her in a scene – and I saw she’s amazing”.

 

My Sour Sixteen

Lily-Rose celebrated her sweet 16, or “sour sixteen” as she called it, last night. The birthday girl was joined in California by her mum, Johnny, and his new wife, Amber Heard, to celebrate.

The birthday girl posted heaps of pics on her Instagram, showing every step of her birthday week.

The celebrations kicked off with a fun costume party with her friends earlier this week and ended last night on her actual birthday with her family.

Lily-Rose is definitely about to blow up – we envision her creating her very own Gigi-Cara-Kendall clan in a couple of years.

Irish Victoria’s Secret Angel Stella Maxwell (yup, New Zealand can’t have her) has an amazing new cover out this month – namely the June 2015 edition of Elle Russia.

Understandably, the Belfast-beauty has seen her profile sky-rocket since the iconic lingerie brand announced her as one of its ten new Angels last month. Born in Belgium to Irish parents and raised largely in New Zealand, we’re still declaring her as this nation’s one-and-only VS superstar.

The Elle cover shot was taken on a recent shoot in Mexico, and depicts the 24-year-old model in a silk, lilac-hued dress and – more curiously – strappy sandals teamed with colourful socks.

North Yorkshire-native but New York-based Ben Morris was behind the lens for the shoot (he counts the likes of British Vogue, Nike, and H&M among his other clients). Meanwhile, Kenna – who regularly tends to the tresses of Victoria Beckham and Jourdan Dunn – styled her hair, with Parisian Yacine Diallo on makeup.

When not gracing international magazine covers, Stella is often spotted hanging out with model BFFs Barbara Palvin, who’s been romantically linked to Niall Horan, and Bella Hadid, the younger sister of Gigi.

There is sadness in the fashion world today after America’s Next Top Model star Mirjana Puhar was murdered in a triple homicide at her boyfriend’s home in North Carolina.

The 19-year-old model and reality TV star is said to have ony recently moved in with her boyfriend, Jonathon Alvarado who was also murdered along with the couple’s roommate, Jusmar Gonzaga-Garcia.

A 19-year-old named Emmanuel Jesus Rangel has been charged with the murders of the three victims, which are believed to have been in relation to drugs.

The stunning model, who was originally from Serbia, was eliminated from the show is Episode 10 of last year's ANTM cycle. 

Our thoughts are with Mirjana and the victims’ families at this awful time.

Danish magazine, Cover, has been forced to apologise after a photo of a model they used caused uproar.

Cover, a fashion and lifestyle magazine, chose to acknowledge their mistake at using the photo in their magazine, with publisher Malene Malling saying: “Today is a sad day for me. On the Cover we have through the years printed in the tens of thousands of images, but the images of an all-too-thin model in Cover 103 shouldn’t be printed. I have not lived up to my responsibility as a publisher, woman and mother and am truly sorry.”

The publisher went on to say that the magazine continues to strive to show all aspects of womanhood: “On the Cover we have in all the years worked to show an expanded beauty ideal. Show that you can be beautiful in various ages and various sizes. We have always sought to work with healthy girls. Just two months ago we had plus-size model Diana Graham on the front of the Cover, so it is certainly a subject we focus on.”

Unfortunately, it’s not the first or last time a magazine will face controversy for situations like this. What are your thoughts on the photo?

Good lucks clearly run in the Huntington-Whitely household as Rosie’s little brother, Toby has made his modelling debut.

The 24-year-old personal trainer has appeared in adverts for men’s clothing company, Jacamo looking every inch the model his sister is.

Toby has obviously been holding off on a modelling career, unlike his sister whose career rocketed back in 2003 when she was only 16-years-old. By 19, she was a Victoria’s Secret Angel and her career has gone from strength to strength.

We have to say, we reckon Toby is going to be a very successful model – look at those lips, and that hair!

When we look back to being 15 years old, we see smelly school buses and shifting people behind buildings at Irish college. Brooklyn Beckham however, is currently shooting his second modelling campaign, this time with the clothing brand Reserved. 

We guess it helps that his mum and dad are one of the most famous couples in the world but that said, he looks like he is doing a great job! Brooklyn appears to be a natural model in snaps he shared on his Instagram account, writing: “Behind the scenes for my new campaign, out in February #reserved #brooklynbeckham #SS15 @reservedbrand.”

Brooklyn can be seen doing his thing for the camera and looks to be very professional indeed. We reckon this guy is going places – just hopefully not too fast. There’s plenty of time, after all!

Model Cara Delevingne has taken to Instagram to share the sad news that her grandmother has passed away at the age of 102.

Cara shared beautiful photos of her gradmother, and wrote a fitting tribute that read: “Rest in peace Angela Delevingne the kindest, most intelligent and wickedly funny human I have ever had the pleasure of knowing let alone being related to. An amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother and also friend. You will live forever in my heart and will be missed dearly by all. You truly had the best eyebrows in the world. I love you more than words can explain.”

The model shared stunning images of her grandmother, whom she affectionately called ‘Gaga’ and there is no doubt that Cara's stunning looks have been running in the family for quite a while now. What a lovely tribute she has paid her.
