Heartache for Naya Rivera one month after wedding

It has been reported that Naya Rivera is far from impressed by rumours that Ariana Grande is dating her ex-fiancé, Big Sean.

Although Naya married Ryan Dorsey in a shock ceremony only last month, it has been said she is jealous of her ex’s new rumoured girlfriend.

A source for Hollywood Life have said that it was obvious Naya was not happy at a recent Justin Timberlake concert: “Naya was trying to keep it together and have fun at the concert but she was really upset because of the news about Sean and Ariana … It’s her worst nightmare because she was always sure that Sean was cheating on her with Ariana.”

Ariana has also suffered some heartache of her own recently as she has called her relationship with Jai Brooks to an end, following a reconciliation since their first break-up in May.

Hmm, it’s never easy to see your ex moving on with someone new, but we’re sure it wasn’t easy for Big Sean to hear Naya had tied the knot so soon after their break-up either!

Newlyweds Naya Rivera and Jack Dorsey look completely loved up in these latest snaps.

The couple were spotted outside a gym in L.A. on Sunday, where photographers managed to catch a glimpse of Naya’s big wedding ring.

But even if it wasn’t a close up of Rivera’s new bling, experts were still able to tell what type of wedding band Naya was wearing for her special day.

The gorgeous ring is apparently a Neil Lane platinum band with 18k rose gold.

Experts have estimated that Naya’s ring is worth about $150,000, also has a “1.4 to 1.6 millimetre round diamond melee probably totaling around 1 carat in weight, including the double halo.”

Wow! Jack must really love Naya to spend that much on a ring, and that’s not forgetting how fast their relationship transitioned from a friendship to marriage in a matter of months.

Many of Naya’s friends are still in shock over Rivera’s quick nuptials, but the Glee star has insisted that they shouldn’t worry and that “she’s really in love”.

We still can’t get over Naya Rivera’s shock marriage to her friend Ryan Dorsey.

But if you didn’t believe the gorgeous wedding pictures – Naya seems to have confirmed the news herself, when she switched her Twitter handle to Naya Rivera Dorsey.

But in even weirder turn of events, it's been revealed that Naya's big day took place on the same date of her original planned wedding to her ex Big Sean!

The nuptials which took place on July 19^th, also fall on Dorsey’s birthday, so that could be the reason too.

The couple released a joint statement about their marriage nuptials this afternoon.

“We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife. Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for. True love always prevails”

Naya apparently kept her wedding a secret from some of her friends.

“Naya didn’t tell most of her friends that she was marrying Ryan Dorsey, let alone that she was dating him!' the insider claimed. The whole thing is a complete surprise.”

The bride went for a stunning lace gown with long sleeves. Her hair was worn long and with a beautiful headpiece.

Sources have confirmed, that Naya Rivera will not be returning as a series regular for Glee’s sixth and final season.

Glee insiders said that the reduced status came at Rivera’s request, and the producers obliged to keep her happy.

Naya will be returning for a few episodes though, but it has not been revealed for how many or how long.

Even though many rumours have stated that Naya wanted out of the show, after on-set spat with co-star, Lea Michele. Sources close to the star have revealed that Rivera’s decision to spend less time on the show has nothing to do with the on-set drama.

“Naya wants to have more time to explore her music and other endeavours.”

Naya has been series regular on Glee, since it first started in 2009. The show will have an extended hiatus during its final season, and will return mid season in 2015.

Lea Michele may have dismissed rumours that she and former co-star, Naya Rivera, were feuding, but this tells us otherwise!

Following reports that Lea is now dating Matthew Paetz, the Glee star was left red-faced when it was said that he was an escort.

It looks as if Naya doesn’t have any sympathy for her frenemy, calling the rumours “hilarious.”

According to Hollywood Life, Naya and Lea’s feuding is as strong as ever: “The feud between the two is still fresh and Naya is aware of the guy Lea is dating – and what he has been involved in – and she thinks its hilarious that Lea is in this situation.”

The last few months have not been great for Naya. First there was a nasty split with her fiancée Big Sean, then rumours began circulating that she had been fired from Glee and finally, it was revealed that production for her new album had stopped.

However, despite the hectic months, the Glee star seems in a great place as she revealed that she has a lot to be excited about.

When questioned about what happened with her and the show, she said she was happy about wrapping about the past season of Glee and is excited about “…a lot of other things like photo shoots and things I can’t really confirm.”

Naya was also questioned about her album but she didn’t reveal too much about that either but said production had “halted” for now.

“Politics got involved so I’ve been putting it on the back burner; there are a lot of things that I’m doing that I’m excited about.”

Rivera also returned to Twittter yesterday after briefly deleting her account saying “It needed some beauty sleep ;-)”

Well whatever is ahead for Naya we wish her the best!

Lea Michele finally opens up about those ‘cat fight’ rumours

Speculation has been building for weeks on whether or not Naya Rivera was fired from Glee, as a result of so called “cat fights” with her co-star, Lea Michele.

But Lea has finally spoken out on what happened on the show and revealed nothing like that occurred on set.

After an appearance on American chat show David Letterman, Lea said rumours surrounding her and Naya were “really unbelievable” and were “just completely made up”.

Lea spoke of how people were trying to portray things on the show and she thought that “the way people like to pit women against each other… is really annoying and it’s sad.”

“For me, if there were ever really a cat fight on the show, you’d know about it because I’d get a ring, and I’d put Jell-O in it, and I would make it fun for everyone and it would be super hot,”

Even if there were no “cat fights” on set, Naya’s future on the show still seems uncertain.

Glee star Lea Michele was cornered at the premiere of her new movie Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return and asked about life on the set of her hit show.

It was recently revealed that Lea’s co-star Naya Rivera, who plays Santana, was to be written out of the series amid whispers that Lea was the one who got her fired.

When E! News grabbed Lea on the yellow carpet, they immediately asked her what things were really like on the set of Glee.

“It was a really wonderful season,” said Lea. “You know things were really difficult at the beginning of the year, but I’m so thankful for my cast and my amazing crew.”

Well of course she wasn’t going to say she hates Naya’s guts!

Lea is providing the voice and vocals for Dorothy in her new movie and regardless of any reported diva behaviour on her part, we can’t wait to hear her belt out the movie’s numbers!

We wonder if Naya feels the same…

Poor Naya Rivera, first her engagement ended with Big Sean, then rumours began circulating that the star had been fired from Glee and yesterday, she apparently lost her record contract with Columbia.

Her rep. was quick to defend Naya and said that someone is clearly out to tarnish the actress’ good name and there was no truth behind any of these rumours.

It seems her rep. was right, as Glee bosses finally released a statement about Naya and she is still very much on the show.

A spokesperson from 20th century Fox said: “There is no truth to the rumor Naya has been fired from the show.”

Well, finally some good news for the actress. But the statement didn’t address whether or not, Naya will be in this season’s finale. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Is somebody trying to destroy Naya Rivera’s image?

According to her rep, that may just be the case.

The comments came following numerous reports that Naya had not only been fired from Glee, but had also been dropped by Columbia Records.

Naya’s rep spoke to E! and cleared up any misconceptions that appear to be doing the rounds lately with regards to her career:

“Any reports or rumours circulating that Naya Rivra was let go or fired from Glee are absolutely untrue. End of story … The newest story claiming that Naya Rivera was dropped from her recording contract with Columbia Records is absolutely false … Someone obviously has an agenda to damage Naya’s good name and the media are failing at their duty to responsibly vet their sources and verify what is true and what is not. Naya’s attorneys are prepared to take any and all legal action to enforce and protect her rights.”
