As you may have guessed, we’re pretty massive Friends fans here at SHEmazing! – but then again, isn’t everyone?
Lovers of the classic show received some pretty amazing news today, with online streaming site Netflix revealing that it will be adding the entire Friends collection to its online library.
That’s all 236 episodes – perfect for binge-watching, 365 days out of the year.
Now, we understand that you are very excited – so it’s time to break the unfortunate news that we Irish folk may have to wait a little while before we can experience this treat in full.
That’s right, it’s our neighbours across the pond in the US and Canada who have the privilege of getting first access to the catalogue, but we imagine it won’t be too long before we get to share in the fun.
Maybe a strongly-worded email might speed up the process?
Either way, it’s looking good!
In honour of this momentous news, we’ve decided to take a trip down memory lane, with one of our favourite Friends moments of all time.
Somehow Netflix’s House of Cards left the Emmy Awards without an Emmy last night!
Proving that they are still good sports, the series shared a video they made especially for their loss, in which Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly) tries to find out what went wrong.
After all, it’s Doug and he always has a deal…right?!
House of Cards had 13 nominations this year including Best Drama Series, Best Actor in a Drama Series and Best Actress in a Drama Series.
It’s time to hand in that notice, ladies, as Netflix have just announced what may just be the world’s greatest job EVER.
Netflix are looking for taggers from the UK and Ireland. But what is a tagger?
Well, a tagger is someone who uses their analytical mind to personalise our Netflix accounts. How does this happen? By watching hours and hours of Netflix, of course!
Have a look at the video by Netflix to learn more about this amazing job if you’re interested!
Fans of Netflix hit Orange Is The New Black were sent into meltdown yesterday when Empire News published an article saying the show had been cancelled. However, what they hadn't realised was that Empire News is a satirical site – meaning it was all just one big joke.
Not a very funny joke, but a joke none the less.
Thankfully the show will be back for a third season, so we can all relax for now!
What’s a tagger you ask? Well, it’s someone who gets paid to watch TV!
The role is apparently based in London, but they also say that the “role will offer flexible hours based from home”.
The job itself entails watching lots of films and categorising them, so that Netflix can match viewers up with films they might want to watch.
They’re looking for someone with a background or degree in film and television, an analytical mind, and a love for films and TV programmes of all genres, countries and styles.
To celebrate the return of Orange is the New Black, Netflix have released a new app that fans of the show will absolutely love, Orange is the New App. The fun app lets you write your own messages on cards, superimpose your image onto your favourite character’s face or send quotes from the show. The app is incredibly easy to use and you could spend the whole day superimposing your face onto Piper’s, being Alex’s little spoon or becoming ‘Stached for the day. Either way you will no doubt have great fun exchanging cards with your friends. All you have to do is pick a card, customize it with your own message, add a photo, and share it with your dandelions on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, SMS and more. The app is available for free on iTunes nflx.it/OITNApp and the Google Store http://nflx.it/OITNA

You might not want to ignore this tweet by Barack Obama because he is the President of America, whic means he has the FBI on speed-dial. That’s all we’re sayin’!
The President took to his Twitter account to post a warning about spoilers for the upcoming House of Cards season, which he is obviously a fan of. The political drama stars Kevin Spacey as US representative, Frank Underwood.
It may come as no surprise that Obama follows the popular political drama given that it recognises so closely with his profession as president and politician.
Obviously concerned about potential spoilers for the show, Obama made use of his Twitter account, writing: “Tomorrow: @HouseOfCards. No spoilers, please.”
