Lili Reinhart is a gift to us all. The Riverdale star is known for being extremely positive and open about mental health, especially towards her young fanbase.

The 22-year-old actress has opened up about "self-love" on Instagram, revealing that she has started therapy again for anxiety and depression.

On Friday, she uploaded an image to her Instagram story, using her platform to remain outspoken about health issues and focusing on priorities.

"Friendly reminder for anyone who needs to hear it: Therapy is never something to feel ashamed of," she wrote. "Everyone can benefit from seeing a therapist. Doesn't matter how old or 'proud' you're trying to be."

"We are all human. And we all struggle. Don't suffer in silence," she continued.

"Don't feel embarrassed to ask for help. I'm 22. I have anxiety and depression. And today I started therapy again. And so the journey of self-love begins for me."

Her post came the day after she wished her boyfriend and fellow Riverdale star Cole Sprouse a happy Valentine's Day; "You make me very happy. Happy Valentine’s Day, my love."

Sprouse himself has gotten candid about his normally-private romance with his beautiful co-star in GQ Magazine.

"It's not something that we hide, or it's not something that we show off," he simply said. "It's just something that exists."

Lili announced that she was taking a pause from Twitter last December, saying that the "site is not good for my mental health."

Reinhart told ET in October that she wanted to show a realistic portrayal of her life.

“I try to be open because I'm not putting on a show,” she said. “I'm not trying to look perfect… my life in general is not extremely glamorous. I do a lot of really cool and glamorous things, but that's not my day to day."

"I like to show off myself as being in my natural habitat, which is pretty much just in my bed, eating," she said.

We truly appreciate her honesty and self-care PSAs; we all need time to ourselves, and mental health should always be a priority.

It's happening and we are pretty f*cking excited.

The Kissing Booth is returning to our screens on Netflix and we are here for it.

Joey King and Joel Courtney, who play the lead characters, took to social media to announce the happy news.

And it's ADORBS.

The original flick *spoilers ahead* follows Elle who decided to set up a kissing booth at her school carnival with her best mate, Lee.

But if they want people to get smoochin', they need the help of Lee's HOT older bro Noah (Jacob Elordi) to join the booth.

No clues about the plot of the sequel have been given but Netflix did confirm the film is already in production.

In the video announcement, Joey and Joel are building their own kissing booth together.

Joey tweeted, ''YUP!!! WE ARE GETTING A SEQUEL!!!" while Joel wrote, ''Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! It’s official!"

Fans went wild for the announcement.

One said, ''That's great news! Yay for more Elle, Lee & Noah! I'm excited to find out what happens next, also cause there's no 2nd book! #TheKissingBooth.''

While another wrote, ''This looks so cheesy and I love it.''

Bring. It. On.

Legendary talk show hosts Graham Norton and Alan Carr have signed on to be celebrity judges on RuPaul's Drag Race UK this year, and we're GAGGING with excitement.

The pair will appear as rotating resident judges every week, and will join RuPaul, Michelle Visage and a celebrity guest judge.

Both iconic hosts are major fans of the iconic show, which has been a global worldwide hit since it first aired back in 2009.

Let's not forget that Norton actually appeared on the original version of All Stars season two back in 2016.

He said he has been a fan of the show forever; "Becoming part of the Drag Race family makes me ridiculously happy! I can't wait to see what the UK drag queens bring to the party, but they better werk!"

In the video announcement on Twitter today, Graham joked "maybe this is what the UK's good at."

For the Drag Race UK grand finale, both Norton and Carr will appear on the judging panel.

I think most of us agree that Joe Goldberg's character in Netflix' surprise hit stalker series You is one of the creepiest protagonists EVER.

The wildly popular psycho-thriller show follows Goldberg, a bookstore manager, as he obsesses over Guinevere Beck, a poetry major.

Things grow increasingly insane as he becomes further embroiled with his love for her, and Penn Badgley's acting skills plus the script giving us Joe's inner monologue allows some of his actions to be veiled as justified.

A post shared by YOU (@younetflix) on

Viewers become so enraptured by what's going on inside Joe's stalker-brain that it's too easy to forget his actions, and get wrapped up in his thoughts instead.

Penn Badgley even had to tweet to the show's fans about the dangers of falling for a man like Joe, who is inherently psychopathic and abusive, yet women are sucked into his mind.

Netflix uploaded a two-minute clip to their official YouTube channel on Tuesday to highlight just how creepy he is without his internal monologue narration and the result is CHILLING AF.

The clips shows an awkward scene between Beck and Joe in bed together, as well as a scene of the couple reading books, in total silence. If Joe was so consumed with his relationship, why was he so damn silent all the time?

The video also shows a minor interaction with Peach Salinger, Becks BFF and the only one who sees Joe for exactly what he is.

You season two will see Joe find a new love interest, Love Quinn (weird name…). The next series is set to premiere on Netflix sometime this autumn, so take some time to get sufficiently repulsed by Silent Joe before then.

Otis Milburn has an announcement, and you DEFINITELY want to hear it.

The critically-acclaimed and fan favourite Netflix series Sex Education has won the heart of every single viewer, for it's hilarious script, lovable (complex) characters and important themes.

The iconic show touches on everything from sex, consent, homosexuality, prejudice, mental health, gender identity, abortion rights and racism. Somehow, they also made it funny, with beautiful acting. HOW?

That's right lads, Sex Education is coming BACK for a second season, after leaving us on a major cliffhanger at the end of season one.

The students at Moordale High School garnered a massive social media following (those quotable memes?), and it's estimated that over 40 million households watched the title within one month.

The fan demand for season two was predictably high, and Netflix has confirmed that the series has been renewed for another eight episodes of the heartfelt, funny and honest show. We STAN.

Season two is slated to start production this spring in England, with Gillian Anderson, Asa Butterfield, Emma Mackey, Ncuti Gatwa, Aimee-Lou Wood, Connor Swindells, Kedar Williams-Stirling, Tanya Reynolds, Patricia Allison and Alistair Petrie all reprising their unreal roles.

Fans are pretty darn excited, as we guessed. Twitter has had a slight meltdown as the thought of more open conversations about sex, which is SO needed in today's society.

Creator of the show Laurie Nunn will return alongside executive producer Jamie Campbell. The first season achieved popular acclaim for it's poignant treatment of relationships and identity, we're OBSESSED with Otis' sex therapist mum.

Gillian Anderson is a certified boss.

We love the intersectional appeal of the show. I mean, a jock reading Virginia Woolf, and liking it? That's some revolutionary sh*t right there.

Multidimensional characters in a teen show can be hard to come by, but this cast has delivered it with heart.

Series creator Laurie Nunn said,

“The reception to series one has been so exciting. Seeing how people across the world have connected to characters that began as ideas in my head is incredible. I’m hugely grateful to every person that has taken the time to watch the series, and I can’t wait to continue this amazing journey.”

Thank you, Laurie, for giving us Emma Mackey's character: the badass Maeve Wiley. We need her so badly in our lives.

SPOILER ALERT:

At the end of season one, Otis was smooching his new gal Ola, much to Maeve's heartbreak. Will Maeve return to school? And what about Adam and Eric's burgeoning romance? We can't deal.

Bring on 2019, God exists and she has delivered us this gift.

Is there anything Sir David Attenborough can't achieve? Probs not. He's an absolute legend and undisputed king of nature, as well as possessing one of the greatest narratorial voices of ALL TIME.

He's lending his voice to Netflix for their forthcoming natural history show (seems off-brand for them?) but now he'll be back on the BBC screens with a huge new programme.

The TV show will focus on the environmental forces reshaping our world, and is entitled One Planet, Seven Worlds. We can't wait for this.

One Planet, Seven Worlds will focus on an individual continent per episode, and uses cutting-edge technology to explore the characteristics of how the animals are affected by their habitat.

He is also appearing in Green Planet, which will look at the world from the plants' point of view in the global ecosystem.

Attenborough recently spoke to Prince William about today's environment, emphasising the fact that we are less in touch with nature than ever.

"We are one coherent ecosystem- it's not just a question of beauty or interest or wonder, it's the essential ingredient. The essential part of human life is a healthy planet," he said.

He urged politicians and business leaders at the World Economic Forum in Davos to focus their attention on climate change, before it's too late; “the Garden of Eden is no more”.

Blue Planet II and Plastics Watch have both achieved massive success, so the new BBC One shows are hoping to spotlight the environment in the form of protection.

Three-quarters of a BILLION people worldwide watched Blue Planet I, which is mind-blowing. Some people see his new Netflix affiliation as a blow to the BBC, as streaming services take over.

He has worked with the BBC for over 60 years, so he most likely isn't ditching them.

The Netflix show is due out this April, while the BBC show will hopefully air in the autumn. Get yourselves and your metal straws ready, it's time to save the WORLD, people.

The SexyBack singer wrote;

“When I met Jess, it was undeniable how beautiful she is. I made some sort of sarcastic comment, really dry. Nobody got it except her."

“We’ve had a lot of unforgettable times,” Timberlake added. “She’s become a huge influence on my life, and I have such an admiration for her, especially seeing her as a mother now.”

The romance didn't stop there, with him gushing about her influence; “But I had admiration for her before. She’s a very good writer. She’s a poet. She’s a tremendous actor. She’s funny. Very funny. And she’s one of the most patient people I’ve ever met… She changed me. She changed my life.”

The Fyre Festival has gone down as one of the greatest fails of the modern era; the celebrity endorsed festival was branded as the elite, luxurious partying experience. Think Coachella but on a tropical island.

The intention of the festival was to promote the Fyre music booking app, scheduled to go ahead on the Bahamian island of Great Exuma in April and May of 2017.

Social media influencers and socialites like Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, Emily Ratajkowski and Bella Hadid were all promoters of the festival, many of whom failed to mention that they were being paid to promote it.

As everyone figured out pretty damn quick, the event was a complete SHAMBLES.

Problems relating to food, security, and accommodation arose, and they also had no artists to play as they couldn't even travel to the island.

Instead of the luxury they branded and were promised, influencers paid thousands of dollars to be housed in FEMA tents, and eat prepackaged sandwiches. All hell broke loose, as you can imagine. Rich folks like to be treated as such…

The organisers are now the subject of at least eight lawsuits, such as defrauding ticket buyers and millions of dollars of damages. CEO of Fyre Media Inc, Billy McFarland, has been charged with wire fraud and in 2018 was sentenced to six years in prison.

Hulu and Netflix have each released documentaries on the failure, Fyre Fraud and Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened. The festival and it's employers had a hugely negative impact on people who live on the island itself.

A GoFundMe was set up for one amazing woman living on the island who helped to cater for the festival, but was never given any form of payment.

The GoFundMe has now SURPASSED it's $123,000 goal, miraculously. Maryann Rolle, who owns the venue, gave $50,000 of her own money into the event to attempt to cover costs and pay the additional staff who were flown in to meet demands.

In the description, she wrote; "As I make this plea it’s hard to believe and embarrassing to admit that I was not paid…I was left in a big hole! My life was changed forever, and my credit was ruined by Fyre Fest."

Luckily, the account raised $128,000 in just one week, so Maryann can get her life back on track. Oh, the follies of rich people, typically tramping on those less fortunate than them. Fulfilling the stereotype never looked so trashy.

Now, some absolute GENIUS has created a mock Fyre Festival to take the absolute PISS out of influencers who paid thousands of cash for trash, and marketed it without mentioning their affiliation to their followers.

An artist has created an INSTALLATION which allows members of the public to pretend they're at the real life Fyre Festival, and it's hilarious.

Infamous creative The Most Famous Artist (Real name Matty Mo) and his company SelfieCircus have created The Fyre Experience, and we are living for this classy humour.

They've got a Bahamas backdrop, cardboard cut-outs of pretentious influencers, pathetic sandwiches to create a realistic portrayal of the shambolic festival.

Remember Andy King and the NSFW experience he was told to perform in order to get Evian water through customs? We wonder have they somehow inserted him into their joke..

Bravo, this is pure gold. Visitors to Mo's installation are promised an ''ultra luxurious" experience and VIP packages, only to meet disappointment.

The recreation of the 'beach front' hot tub full of Evian bottles and a sandy beach background honestly has us cackling, these lads went ALL OUT.

There's an Orange Square selfie spot and fake piggies for all those who want in on the joke. Our personal favourite addition is Billy McFarland in a prison outfit in the background. Gas.

'Ex-influencers' looking for work wielding cardboard signs are also present, naturally. The influencers who were paid to endorse an absolute sham have deservedly been given a slagging.

They're already annoying as hell, but when you market something as elitist as a private island festival for thousands of dollars which almost ruins the lives of those who actually LIVE on the island, be prepared to face some serious consequences.

The fake private jet also makes a guest reappearance. This was one of Mo's previous installations, and allows people to take those all important selfies and create a glamorous, false illusion for Instagram.

The things we do for the 'gram, honestly. It's slightly depressing. Mo spoke to Insider about the mock festival, saying;

“This is a satire and experience meant to drive offline to online engagement. We call this participatory art. I created the project to ride a cultural wave created by Netflix and Hulu. I hope to show that participatory art is the future of retail.”

Located in Los Angeles, the pop-up 'experience laboratory' is free to attend and celebrities have schedules appearances. We can't wait to see the pics from this, we stan a good slagging.

So serial killers, they're pretty hot, right?

How about NO – the general criteria for aesthetic attractiveness should definitely NOT be a factor when it comes to observing a serial killer who has murdered 30 women, but it seems that some people are marvelling at the 'good looks' of one in particular.

Since Conversations With a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes landed on Netflix, thew internet has hosted many tributes to the murderer's 'good looks,' and romanticising his life.

Netflix has stepped up and pointed out that the deceased Bundy probably isn't the ideal object of affection for internet 'stans.'

'I've seen a lot of talk about Ted Bundy’s alleged hotness and would like to gently remind everyone that there are literally THOUSANDS of hot men on the service — almost all of whom are not convicted serial murderers,' they tweeted.

However, some have replied that it's fine to consider Bundy objectively good looking, as long as that opinion does not take from the seriousness of his crimes: 'He can be hot and also terrible. Not that I think it's a fun discussion point,' said one.

Others blame the media that millennials grew up absorbing, pointing to Twilight as a prime sexy/murderer dichotomy.

'You’re literally tweeting to a generation that had vampires sexualized to them. Who’s really surprised here?' said another

Netflix's You starring Penn Badgely of Gossip Girl fame provoked a similar online reaction.

The rise of true crimes podcasts and series' has escalated over the last five years, being much more popular with women than men.

In fact, stats indicate that despite fifty-six percent of podcast listeners being male, it's the ladies who contribute the most to True Crime listeners.

Twitter study of True Crime listeners showed that bar one podcast in the genre, women largely dominated the sector.

Aimee Lou Wood, who plays Aimee Gibbs, chatted to POPSUGAR about the laughs the cast had while on set, preparing for the sexy script to be played out.

Her character is in the opening of the first episode, having sex with Adam's character (played brilliantly by Connor Swindells) and asking him, "Do you like my tits?"

She actually found it easier than she thought to carry out these moments; "I thought the sex scenes would be the scariest days, but they were actually really fun," she explained.

"When you have someone with you, like either Connor, or Chris Jenks ('top-heavy Steve'), they were just such fun days. because it's like quality time with one other person, and you just get to know people so quickly," she described.

"The conversations get really deep because you're just put into this environment where you're exposing yourself so much that the only way you can deal with it is just letting it all go. You make really good friends and you get to know people really well."

Kedar Williams-Stirling, who plays the handsome school jock Jackson, agreed with Aimee; "I think that's what the sex does in the show, isn't it? It kind of opens up the can of worms for other topics, which is great."

He confessed to enjoying working with Emma Mackey, who played the badass 'complex female characters' Maeve Wiley, on their sex scenes.

"I think that those are the scenes where I really got to know my character best in . . . they both kind of show who they really are when it's just those two together."

Mackey cited one of the shows most moving guest stars for completing her favourite scene: Lu Corfield, who played Sarah's character at the abortion clinic.

"She completely transformed my entire world. She's a sensational actor and woman, and I was with her for two days and in the space of that two days I just felt that we had this bond, and she's such a special woman. That was incredible," Emma said.

Alistair Petrie, who plays Mr. Groff, Adam's dad and the school headmaster was another member of the supporting cast who made a monumental impression.

"He's such a great actor. Working with him, you forget that you're working because he's so hilarious, and so talented at everything. He really makes you feel comfortable when you're working with him," said his on-screen son, Conor Swindells.

"Any scene that I ever had to do with him was always a blast."

Asa Butterfield had nothing but rave reviews for his on-screen mother Joan, played by Gillian Anderson. Playing the role of a sex therapist, her son Otis struggles with his own sexual issues, which he must navigate without her.

"I love working with Gillian, I think we had some really nice scenes which are both funny but also incredibly touching."

The show has been praised for its magical ability to combine hilarious moments with deeper issues.

One character who embodied this feat was Eric, played unbelievably well by Ncuti Gatwa. He had us giggling one second and weeping on his behalf the next as he struggles through his difficult relationships as a gay man with his father.

Gatwa's favourite scene to film is one which illuminates Eric's entire journey: The scene where Eric returns to church with his family, after feeling disconnected from his religion and community following a homophobic attack.

"It was just nice to have the whole set, everybody kitted out in their geles and their traditional cloth, and just the storyline of that: Eric being embraced back into his community after he's been 'excommunicated' for a while. That day was so full of joy and light."

The whole cast bring us joy and light, okay? SEX EDUCATION SPARKS JOY.
