Considering their latest track is called Shout Out To My Ex, it's hardly surprising to hear that the Little Mix ladies love nothing more than taking aim at their ex-partners through song.

In fact, being able to do so actually makes Leigh-Anne, in particular, feel very fortunate.

Speaking to Fabulous magazine, 25-year-old Leigh-Anne says she loves using past experiences in the creative process – especially if she knows it will wind up the former men in their lives.

"We've all been through heartbreak and love, so we've written a song that girls can relate to," she said. "It's kind of an 'up yours!'

"I love that they will think: 'Oh, f**k you,' when they hear it. That's why I feel so lucky that we can express ourselves through our music." she added.

The ladies, who have been through their fair share of high-profile break-ups, say they use their material to send a message to past boyfriends.

"In my opinion, they always come back and this could be a way of saying: "Do you know what? Too late. I didn't like you anyway!"

"If your ex has been a bit of an a***hole, then it's nice to belittle them!" Leigh-Anne added.

We wonder what Zayn and Jake will make of this…

If you were born without a flair for languages, trying to get your head around anything other than your native tongue is no mean feat.

And trying to get your head around German can be even harder for some people.

For many of us, it's the type of language that trips you up at every turn, but once you get stuck in, you're away in a hack.

Unless, of course, you're us, that is.

1. You might have memorised the Der, Die, Das, Die table off by heart, but it will never help in an exam.

“Hold on until I re-write my table for the 14th time.”

2. You get an inexplicable thrill by throwing random capitalised words into your sentences.

“We can’t do this in English, ya see. But with you guys, it’s allowed!”

3. Waiting until the end of the sentence to find out the verb still infuriates you.

“It’s like you have to make your brain work backwards.”

4. No matter how many times you might try, you still can’t get your head around the Dative case.

“Wait now, who is the apple being given to?”

5.  You accept you will never know which article goes with which noun.

“And I’m just going to have to live with it. They’ll know what I’m talking about.”

6.  You quote Sideshow Bob’s famous line at least once a day.

“Die Bart die, lads. Know what I mean?”

7. You get thick with people who say German is a harsh language (even though you secretly agree).

“Ehhh, I think you’ll find it’s beautiful… in its own way.”

8. You laugh at the word wiener because you can’t grow up all at once.

“It’s like they’re challenging me to keep a straight face.”

9. You secretly hate classmates who nail the accent with little to no effort.

“I still sound like I’m chewing a toy truck even when I try my hardest.”

10. You get a major thrill when you get through an entire passage and actually understand it.

“Auf wiedersehen biatches, I’m outta here.”

11. You learn a filler word and you include it at least ten times in each and every oral you ever do.

"Genau… genau… mmmm…. genau."

If the thought of turbulence has you reaching for a parachute, then it might be worth taking the following advice into account when booking your next flight.

Responding to a question posed on Quora, Bruno Gillissen, an airline pilot, revealed that the worst place to sit should the plane encounter turbulence is the back.

Referring to four colleagues for confirmation on this one, Bruno said: "All four agreed upon the back of the plane being the worst place. All pilots would agree with this as well I think."

Elaborating further, Bruno told anxious flyers that if they hoped to avoid the worst of a bumpy flight, they should opt for the front of the cabin when booking.

"Three out of the four were convinced the least turbulence is felt in the very front; only one of them pointed to somewhere over the wings," he wrote.

"The three female flight attendants agree with most airline crew that the least turbulence is in the front of the airplane. That is consistent with my experience," Bruno confirmed.

And if you're wondering why there wasn't a unanimous verdict, Bruno sugested it was down to lack of experience on the part of those involved.

"The three who had no doubt it was the front of the plane were female flight attendants with more experience. The one who disagreed and opted for the wing zone was a junior male flight attendant."

Well, that's good enough for us – to the front!

If you assumed that Scarlett Moffatt prepared for her stint in the I'm a Celebrity jungle by tending to her tan, nails and eyebrows, you would have been selling the Gogglebox star a little short.

While being interviewed on Capital North East Breakfast, the 26-year-old revealed that because she had been anticipating the horror involved in Bushtucker Trials she decided to get a head of her fellow campers by simulating her own trials at home.

According to the star, she has been "eating really chewy Scotch eggs and pretending they are kangaroo balls".

No, seriously.

And even if she's lucky enough to skip the kangaroo testicles once Down Under, Scarlett still fears the rations of rice and beans she will be provided with due to the effect they have on her intestines.

"I do get a bit windy on a night and you're, like, with people aren't you?" she said. "I'm going to have to be like 'eeee did you hear that!? What's that noise?"

Oh, and if you think our favourite Gogglebox star is planning to showcase her new figure in a Myleene Klass-inspired shower moment, think again.

"My tan will go really streaky. At some point it will look like I have some sort of disease!" Scarlett said. "I think I might just go for dips in the lake, I don't think I'm a shower sort of person."

We can't WAIT to see her in action around the campfire.

While her ex-husband appears to have found humour in the whole incident, two members of the Loose Women panel are struggling to hide their disdain regarding Millie Mackinstosh's decision to destroy her wedding dress.

The former Made in Chelsea star made headlines last week after it was revealed she ruined the Grace Loves Lace gown she wore to wed rapper Professor Green in 2013.

According to the press, the reality star shredded her dress and covered it in blood as a Halloween stunt – something which Janet Street Porter and Ruth Langsford are struggling to get their heads around.

Discussing Millie's decision on yesterday's episode of the show, Janet didn't hold back, saying: "It’s horrible to make a statement like that, it’s childish."

Chiming in with her co-presenter, Ruth agreed and added: "I don’t like the idea of trashing a dress for anything."

In contrast, Millie's ex didn't appear to have a problem with the stunt, recently telling Phillip Schofield that he's just glad she got some more use out of it.

"At least she got to wear it again! It's hers to do what she wants with. If you can’t have a sense of humour. Divorce is horrible but if you can’t look back at your marriage with any kindness then it was a mistake." he told This Morning viewers.

Millie and Professor Green called time on their relationship in February of this year.

Having big feet isn't exactly easy.

Having big feet when you're a woman is even harder.

From being unable to rock certain styles to squeezing your foot into a shoe that doesn't fit simply because you're an optimistic kind of gal, being any bigger than a size 7 can make life tough.

And here are just ten things you'll recognise from a life spent looking for a shoe that doesn't resemble a canoe.

1. You genuinely felt your mother’s resentment when you graduated from childrens’ prices to adults' prices at the grand old age of six.

"You don't think I feel bad too?!"

2. Asking for your size in a shoe shop feels like a drug deal.

"Don’t cause a scene, but I need a size 9."

3. Men-style loafers don’t look cute on you when you’re above a size 6.

"Are you wearing your granddad’s shoes?"

4. Ballet pumps look long enough in general, but when you’re tipping a size 9 you may as well be rocking canoes.

“I’m actually only a 9, but I see why you’d think I’m a size 13.”

5. Shoe shops that display pairs instead of singles are your favourite places to shop.

"No human contact in this paradise!”

6. Peep-toes heels were your only man when they didn’t have your size.

“Don’t mind my toes dragging on the ground – they’re meant to do that.”

7. Swapping shoes with your squad was an activity you couldn’t get involved in.

“If anyone needs me, I’ll be under the stairs admiring your dad’s wellies.”

8. You tend to stick to neutral colours when it comes to footwear for fear of drawing too much attention to yourself.

“You’d be able to see me from the Mars lads, and that’s just it.”

9. Unlike other girls who’ve tried on their boyfriend’s runners for comedy purposes, you’ve tried them on after admiring the roominess.

“And tell me, do you find they give good support?”

10. Buying shoes online is a no-go because you just can’t trust they’ll fit until you’ve done a lap of an actual store (under the cover of darkness, obvs.)

“Oh, they SAY size 9, but you and I both know I won’t get more than halfway in.”

Anyone who has seen Gone Girl will know that there was one particularly gory scene which you may have watched through your fingers.

And it involved Rosamund Pike and Neil Patrick Harris…on a bed… with a box cutter.

Yeah we know, the memories are stressing us out too.

Reflecting on her preparation for her role as Amy Dunne in the gripping thriller, Rosamund told Graham Norton that in order to play the part to the best of her ability she enlisted the help of a local butchers… and a Dora the Explorer doll.

No, seriously.

Opening up about the scene which saw her character kill her former boyfriend during sex, Rosamund said: "I'd never cut anyone's throat so I went to a local butchers and with great determination set about the carcasses with a Stanley knife in full view of customers."

And not only did Rosamund get knife-happy in front of the locals, she also did a little improvising with poor ol' Dora.

"I rehearsed with a Dora the Explorer doll in my back yard, probably in full view of the neighbours!" she laughed while chatting about the movie which had audiences on the edge of their seats back in 2014.

And if anything, this little reveal has made the whole thing even more terrifying.

When it comes to romance, the ladies in Little Mix have had their fair share of misfortune, but it sounds like they all subscribe to the 'Sisters Before Misters' school of thought if their recent interview with Jonathan Ross is anything to go by.

Amid reports that Jesy Nelson and Jake Roche have called time on their engagement, the Shout Out To My Ex singers grabbed a seat on Jonathan's sofa and revealed that they were able to navigate their break-ups with the help of their bandmates.

In the interview which is due to air tonight, Jesy told Jonathan: "That's what's lovely about being in a group, we all literally support each other and when we're going through bad times we can all relate to it."

Reflecting on her high-profile split from Zayn Malik last year, Perrie said: ""For a normal girl to go through something like that it's hard."

"I think when the whole world is looking at it and talking about it, you feel a bit affected by it."

Like Perrie, Leigh-Anne Pinnock also saw the end of her relationship, but insists her place in the band meant she got through it relatively well.

"When I split up with my ex, I was thinking 'I have got my three best friends, what does it matter?' she said.

"I'm so lucky to have these girls and that's how we feel all the time. We're the best of friends. People don't believe that we actually get on as well." she added.

According to reports this week, Jesy decided to end her engagement to fiance Jake after growing frustrated by his lack of interest in their wedding.

So, it sounds like Jesy is going to need her girls more than ever right now.

When it comes to the world of celebrity, there is a very distinct hierarchy.

And unfortunately for many British reality TV show stars, they often get a fairly hefty dose of… well… reality when they realise that not everybody who appears on television is held in the same regard.

Venting about this issue in her column for Star magazine, The Only Way is Essex cast member, Chloe Sims, expressed confusion over the fact she was denied entry to a club because an Olympic medallist was already inside.

Eager to highlight the 'downsides' of fame, Chloe wrote: "Once I got told I wasn’t allowed in because Usain Bolt was there. What’s that got to do with me?’"

34-year-old Chloe insists her role on the ITVBe reality show often means she's judged unfairly by the general public – something which apparently sometimes wreaks havoc on a night out.

"I've been refused entry to a nightclub three times because I’m on the show', she complained.

Don't worry Chloe, there's still always Marbs.

Like a great many Americans, Margot Gerster has spent much of the week feeling pretty disillusioned by the result of the presidential campaign which saw Donald Trump elected 45th president of the United States.

And while countless Americans found their spirits momentarily lifted by Hillary Clinton's inspirational concession speech, Margot was fortunate enough to have a one-on-one with her in the wake of her shock defeat.

Taking to Facebook to share the moment with the public, Margot explained that she had been hiking with her baby daughter in New York when she bumped into Bill and Hillary Clinton walking their dogs.

"I've been feeling so heartbroken since yesterday's election and decided what better way to relax than take my girls hiking," Margot wrote in a post which has been liked a staggering 107,000 times in just 13 hours.

"We were the only ones there and it was so beautiful and relaxing. As we were leaving, I heard a bit of rustling coming towards me and as I stepped into the clearing there she was, Hillary Clinton and Bill with their dogs doing exactly the same thing as I was."

Explaining the impact Hillary's campaign has had on her as a mother, Margot added: "I got to hug her and talk to her and tell her that one of my most proudest moments as a mother was taking Phoebe with me to vote for her."

"She hugged me and thanked me and we exchanged some sweet pleasantries and then I let them continue their walk. Now, I'm not one for signs but I think ill definitely take this one. So proud."

Unsurprisingly, Margot has been inundated with comments from people all over the world who were touched by her impromptu meeting with Hillary.

"This is amazing!!! Can't wait for the shot 30 years from now when your daughter gets the chance to run for president because of the work Hillary did!' wrote one."That's gonna be an incredible before and after shot."

We're with them on that one.

Chat show hosts and stand-up comedians in the United States have been burdoned with what many would consider an insurmountable task this week.

In a week which will go down in American history for all the wrong reasons, the likes of Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon have been relied upon to inject humour into the fact Donald J Trump yesterday became the 45th President of the United States.

But given the understandable anger, distress and frustration felt by millions of American citizens this week, it's not been easy… and yet, they've somehow managed it.

Take Jimmy Kimmel, for example, who acknowledged that for many of his viewers, Trump's election has instigated a process akin to mourning.

Taking that theme and running with it, the uber popular late night host talked his audience through the various stages of grief which he believes they are currently experiencing.

And despite the disheartening subject matter, Jimmy managed to offer up some serious LOLS.

Good man yourself, Jimbo.
