Whether we want to believe it or not, it’s been a whole ten years since Taylor Swift politely tiptoed onto the music scene with her self-titled debut album.

And over the course of that decade, Taylor has undergone some pretty big changes.

Having graduated from ringlets and cowgirl boots to DJ boyfriends and crowded arenas, T-Swizzle has firmly established herself as one of the biggest stars of our generation and like any uber-star, she’s got her lovers and her haters.

But that has never stopped Tay being Tay, has it?

Like, what about…

1. That time she took squad attendance at an awards show.

"You! No, not you! Sit down, you!

2. That time she thought she was best friends with Kimye.

"A shout-out should be enough to keep that phone call on the DL."

3. That time she was asked to write about anything other than past relationships.

"And miss out on a Grammy?"

4. That time she was asked what she'd be if she wasn't Tay.

"It probably sounds a little out there, but…"

5. That time she gave a Ross Geller-esque middle finger to the industry.

"Is my mom watching this? Ah, screw it."

6. That time she started talking only in track lyrics.

"You'll be a prince and I'll be a princess, and are we out of the woods?"

7. That time she tried to suck all the energy out of the room and into her own body.

"I need it more than they do."

8. That time she summed up her career in one short sentence.

"And that's about it…"

So yeah, congrats on the ten-year anniversary, Taylor.

If you often find yourself reminiscing about hot and heavy weekends spent in bed at the start of your relationship, you're not alone.

Once that can't-keep-your-hands-off-each-other period dies down, it's normal to draw a comparison between the initial stages of your romance and the steadier routine you've become accustomed to.

But if you're really tying yourself in knots over how often your reach the big O with your other half, then it might be worth taking the advice of experts who insist once a week is enough to boost contentment levels in any relationship.

According to a study led by researchers at the University of Toronto, more than once a week doesn't generally make a difference to how happy you feel with your partner (Although, that's not to say you shouldn't go at it as often as you both want, obvs.)

After analysing findings from a 23-year study which harnessed the experiences of 25,000 people, researchers established that once a week was average and enough to boost happiness levels.

Speaking to CNN,study leader Amy Muise said: "I do think couples can end up feeling pressure to try to engage in sex as frequently as possible."

Hear that ladies? Once a week and you'll be laughing.

There came a time in most of our childhoods when we decided we were far too schlick to dress in a bin liner and roam our estate for hours on end.

But without a fake ID to hand, it wasn't like we were going to join the more mature revellers down the local, so much of our teenage Halloweens were spent scaring the bejaysus out of ourselves with classic teen slasher movies.

Let's face it, if ever there was a time of the year when we were likely to get our hands on an 18-rating, it was All Hallow's Eve.

And frankly, the idea of recreating a night hiding behind the couch is really appealing to us right now, so we scoured Netflix for some classics and were not disappointed.

Making his way back to his old stomping ground, good ol' Jason Voorhies – AKA the man who refuses to die – decides to unleash hell on Camp Crystal.

Nothing stops this lad.

2. Jeepers Creepers

When a brother and sister begin the journey home for the holidays, they have no idea their road trip is about to take one of most sinister turns you can imagine.

Why did they stop the car? Why?!

3. Carrie

This 1976 horror tells the story of a sheltered teenage girl who gets her revenge on high school bullies in the most terrifying way possible.

If ever there was a better lesson in the merits of being kind to your classmates…

4. Battle Royale

For as long as Kerry Katona has been in the spotlight, the public have known of the troubled relationship she shares with her mother Sue.

The reality star, who rose to fame as a member of Atomic Kitten, has never hidden the animosity which exists between herself and her mum, and even went as far as to document tense moments during reality television shows.

But it looks like Kerry's candid approach to the issue conceals a genuine distress over events which took place in Kerry's past.

While appearing on Channel 5’s new series of In Therapy, the mum-of-five revealed that she had once tried to help her mother take her own life in a move which thankfully failed.

Recalling the moment she reached breaking point, Kerry explained: "I got all her medicines out and said, ‘Go on, take them, you’re selfish.’

Through tears, a distraught Kerry,36, told the host "I made her take all the pills, then I rang for an ambulance and told her I’d pick her up after school.”

Kerry's own mental health struggles have been widely documented – something which Kerry also addresses during her appearance on In Therapy.

Adamant she wouldn't take the same path as her mother, Kerry said she had her childrens' names tattooed on her wrist as a preventative measure.

"If it’s hereditary I’d have to be one selfish person to cut through my kids’ names, so that’s why they’re there." she revealed.

When it comes to your standard bromance, it looks like there exist some hard and fast rules.

And for Olly Murs, it seems the role of wing man is definitely up there with the most important.

While chatting about the friendship he shares with former One Direction star, Niall Horan, the X Factor winner admits that he uses Niall's celebrity status as a way of meeting women.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Olly, who recently starred alongside Niall in the celebrity version of Gogglebox, said: "We always have a laugh when we go out. We’re like brothers."

"I’m like his older brother, so it all depends on the woman, whether she wants a little bit of experience, which is all I’ve got on my side, or a really good looking lad with banter," Olly joked.

Elaborating on the dynamic which exists between the pair on a night out, Olly, who split from his girlfriend over a year ago, added: "Niall’s a great guy to hang out with."

"It’s brilliant, he was in the biggest boy band in the world so I’m always after his scraps," Olly said.

His scraps, Olly? Well, that's only charming…

When it comes to the do's and dont's of relationships, it seems Marnie Simpson and Lewis Bloor need a crash course.

Despite insisting they were the real thing during their time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, the reality star couple appear to have seriously struggled after getting back to their normal lives.

"Things on the outside are very different to how they are inside the CBB house and we have kind of got a completely different relationship to what we had in there, so it's back to basics," Marnie recently explained.

Tune in today on loose women xx

In recent weeks, Marnie deleted all trace of Lewis from her Instagram before admitting during an appearance on Loose Women that she had overreacted.

"We had an argument and I deleted every picture of him on Instagram. I was really angry and immature and forgot everyone can look at it." she admitted.

And just days after the social media clear out, Marnie was back Snapchattin' footage of a naked Lewis roaming through her house, so it's no surprise the public are starting to question whether Marnie and Lewis have any idea what they're doing.

Addressing that notion in her latest column for Star magazine, Marnie insists her boyfriend is the one causing issues.

"It's been a difficult week with Lewis and I having a two-day argument, but my friends have been amazing," she wrote.

"I love Lewis, but he needs to make some changes to the way he behaves if he wants our relationship to work," Marnie added.

Can we also suggest ditching the naked Snapchats?

After Drake's public declaration of love earlier this year, we would have liked to assume that Rihanna and Drake were still on relatively good terms despite their break-up, but it looks like we were way off.

According to emerging reports, Rihanna has been busy advising a fellow singer to steer clear of the Hotline Bling singer unless she wants her heart broken.

After Taylor Swift and Drake were spotted getting super-cosy at the latter's 30th birthday bash, Rihanna felt it was her duty to warn Taylor against getting involved with her former bae.

According to an insider, Rihanna thinks Drake would happily break Taylor's heart and move on, saying: "Taylor doesn’t stand a chance with Drake."

"She ain’t got nothing Drake wants and she certainly doesn’t want the type of headaches and drama he’s capable of giving a woman."

Speaking exclusively to HollywoodLife, the insider revealed that Rihanna is certain Taylor has no idea what she'd be letting herself in for.

"Taylor’s known for writing songs after her bitter break-ups with her exes and if she got a dose of the games Drake plays, she’d be writing songs about it until she turns 100," the source continued.

"Drake’s a deadly spider and Taylor can mess around and get bit if she wants to.”

Between this and recent Twitter fall-out, it's definitely not a good week for Drake.

When it comes to rap, there's no doubting that Drake is definitely the good boy of the scene.

But that doesn't mean the singer doesn't put a foot wrong from time to time as Twitter users are keen to remind the public.

Calling the Canadian star out on his attitude to mental health issues, music fans have accused Rihanna's ex of belittling Kid Cudi who is currently being treated for depression and suicidal ideation.

It seems Kid Cudi fans have been on high alert ever since the star called Drake and Kanye out on their lack of interest, tweeting: "My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever. These n*ggas don't gie a f*ck about me. And they aint f*ckin with me."

Taking issue with Drake's lyrics in Two Birds, One Stone which they feel is aimed at Kid Cudi, fans of the Erase Me singer have taken to social media in their droves to slam Drake.

Responding to Drake's lyrics which read: "You stay xanned and perked up so when reality set in you don’t gotta face it", Kid Cudi fans didn't hold back.

"Kid Cudi disses Drake's talent and Drake's only comeback is to insult Cudi's health and not musical abilities…" wrote one.

"Kid Cudi is struggling with depression / is getting help but Drake makes a diss track mocking him for his depression… Drake is trash for that."

"Drake dodges lyrical rappers but disses a depressed suicidal Kid Cudi that's in rehab, Drake is a clown," added another.

Surely Drake is going to have to respond to this backlash?

It takes one slick customer to be able to turn the Mean Tweets segments of Jimmy Kimmel Live on someone else, but if anyone can do it, Barack Obama can.

While taking part in the ridiculously popular section of the chat show this week, President Obama deflected insulting tweets like a pro before ripping it out of presidential candidate Donald Trump.

After members of the public blamed their unconditioned hair on the current president and questioned his ability to negotiate a fast food order, the President was hit with a deeply personal remark from none other Donald J Trump.

"President Obama wil go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States," read the tweet.

Facing the camera and reminding everyone just how smooth he really is, President Obama replied: "At least I will go down as a President of the United States."

And with that Twitter fell in love all over again.

Walk it off Trump, walk it off!

With speculation intensifying over Taryn Manning's addiction issues, the Orange Is The New Black star has decided to address the reports head-on.

According to TMZ, the actress, who plays Tiffany 'Pennsatucky' Doggett in the Netflix original, has acknowledged that a particular media outlet is planning to run a story on her, so decided to beat them at their own game by refusing to hide from the publicity.

"I am truly grateful for what some may call hitting rock bottom. Some days it sucks and some days it sucks worse," she admitted.

Taryn, who will turn 38 next month, is adamant her demons will not get the better of her, adding: "I am not ashamed of this obstacle because I have accepted that it is okay to not be okay."

Paying tribute to her co-stars on the smash-hit prison show, Taryn, who has appeared in numerous box office hits including 8 Mile and Cold Mountain, insisted her personal struggles have not had a negative effect on her professional relationships.

"I've never felt more accepted, forgiven, and supported than during this period of my life. This is not easy," she admitted.

Fair play to her.

After Cheryl Cole and Liam Payne's fans and followers went into meltdown over pregnancy rumours, the former Girls Aloud singer decided to take a break from social media.

Making the decision to disable comments, Cheryl then took a step back from Instagram before offering social media users the chance to consider their remarks in a message which read: "If the words you spoke appeared on your skin, would you still be beautiful?"

It seemed like Cheryl was totally done with the pregnancy narrative, and bailed from Insta as speculation was hitting its peak, so it's no surprise fans of the Geordie girl were left stunned when she appeared to return to the site with a few choice posts.

It looked like the singer had undergone a pretty intense attitude-change as she seemingly posted satanic images and wrote expletive-ridden messages aimed at her current boyfriend.

So far, so not Chezza, right?

"F*ck Liam Payne" appeared alongside an inverted cross while "Hail Satan 666 b*tch. That's what we do" accompanied another unsettling image.

While fans initially seemed stunned by the change of direction, it wasn't long before they realised Cheryl had clearly been hacked and were quick to say as much online.

"Okay, you can stop now," wrote one fan while another added:" This isn't Cheryl at all." (Nothing gets by these lads)

The posts have since been deleted.

Ever since Little Mix debuted their latest single, the girls have been fielding questions from all corners of fandom.

Is Shout Out To My Ex really about Zayn? Is Zayn really that bad in bed? Were their X Factor outfits actually that provocative?

And while they've been more than happy to respond to most queries, they've been fairly silent when it comes to claims that Shout Out to My Ex sounds a little familiar.

With GRL fans insisting the Little Mix ladies helped themselves to Ugly Heart's sound, the band have decided to finally address the criticism.

"Every song is going to have a similar chord sequence, slightly similar lyrics and melodies – it happens all the time," Jade said.

Defending both the track and their professional integrity, Jade added: "It doesn’t mean that they’re not both incredible songs. We’re actually friends with Emmalyn from GRL and she loves the song."

Well if Emmalyn loves it…
