Over the course of her time on Geordie Shore, we've watched her transform from an over-the-top 18-year-old (in need of a lot of minding) to a self-possessed 24-year-old, but it looks like Holly Hagan has decided that she's officially done with the Newcastle party scene.

Or at the very least, done with being filmed while living it up on the Newcastle party scene.

According to emerging reports, Holly has told the show's production team that her time on the MTV show is over, and she'd rather leave on a high than fade into the background as she vies for attention alongside newer cast members.

"Holly formally told producers she was off earlier this month," a show's source told The Sun.

Explaining the motivation behind the reality star's decision, the insider confirmed that Holly is feeling on edge since the show's overhaul, saying: "She’s got her own projects to follow and there's a whole new cast that's come in and she's feeling that it's really time to move on."

Following in the footsteps of Vicky, James and Charlotte (to name but three), Holly apparently won't be reversing her decision despite persuasion from the show's team.

"Producers have asked her to reconsider but so far she’s stuck to her guns," the insider revealed.

Well, that's that then.

If you thought the delicacies served up to desperate stars in I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here has been pretty bad so far, it looks like we've seen nothing yet.

From witchetty grubs to fish eyes, almost 200 celebrities since the show's debut in 2002 have choked down countless creepy-crawlies (among other things) in order to keep their stressed-out fellow campers in rations.

And while the vast majority of us gagged delicately into our pyjama sleeves during these particular bushtucker trials, recent reports suggest we're going to need our own personal sick buckets for the upcoming series.

Speaking to the Daily Star, a source close to the long-running programme revealed that production teams intend to introduce crocodile vagina to the menu.

That's right ladies, celebrities will be feasting on a female crocodile's secret secretness.

"In the past, celebrities have had mealworms, witchetty grubs, fermented egg and fish eyes to eat," they acknowledged.

"They’re a picnic compared to this delicacy," they added. "A croc’s vagina is something else. Ant and Dec will giggle about it but they don’t have to eat it."

Seriously, who needs pay cheque THAT badly?

Decades before he became a Friday night staple in the late 1990s, Graham Norton was making studio audiences laugh, and thanks to the wonder that is the world wide web, we've all been given an opportunity to see it.

In footage, which was originally uploaded to YouTube in 2014 but has been doing the rounds again this week, a teenage Graham is seen taking part in a hearty debate on the merits of teenage discos on a show called Youngline.

Sounding like the voice of reason among a group of teens who appear to have had a banter bypass, Graham asks his Youngline contributors who seem particularly concerned about the teenage discos: "What's the big deal? It's an oul dance."

Hinting at the notoriously witty chat show host he was to become in the future, Graham then fielded a question about his disco sexcapades with the same tongue-in-cheek manner we love him for today.

Ladies, this is gold.

With the show having debuted 22 years ago (we know, we're old too), you'd be hard-pressed to find a Friends fan who hasn't managed to catch every episode of the award-winning sitcom – if not during the show's 10-year run – then at least in the 12 years since its finale.

But if a recent YouTube upload is anything to go by, it looks like we all missed one pretty important episode of the show which saw Chandler meet his maker after coming acropper with an ice cream truck.

The spoof episode, which offers an alternate arc to the show's most important storylines, has racked up a staggering 120,000 views since its upload at the weekend, and gives viewers an an insight into how the sitcom would have played out had its most sarcastic character bowed out early.

And returned as a ghost…

The slick mash-up has been inundated with praise from Friends fans, with one writing: "There's an Oscar AND a Nobel prize with your name on them. You're epic. You're God."

"I was actually welling up at the end – Damn you for using the 'Ghost' music – it gets me every time! Brilliant, brilliant brilliant video." added another.

Ladies, down your tools – this one deserves your undivided attention.

There’s something about the Victorian era and Halloween that just go hand-in-hand, so we are all over the pop-up fun park which is opening its doors in Dublin’s St Patrick Park this month.

The Victorian attraction, which will feature world class street-performers, traditional rides, olde-worlde games and a Victorian Photo studio, is the perfect way to kick off the Halloween weekend with younger members of the family.

Set against one of the city’s most breathtaking cathedrals, Stokerland is, as part of the Bram Stoker Festival, giving the public the opportunity to experience Halloween through the eyes of a child in the 1800s.

Running from 11 to 4.30pm on the last Saturday and Sunday of the month, this family-friendly event combines good clean fun with.. well… the horror that is Halloween.

Oh, and did we mention it’s FREE?!

Look, we'll be honest, we generally approach Vogue's '73 Questions' segment with more than a little trepidation.

The rapid-fire nature of the interview means the chosen celebrity has only mere moments to make an impact, and what if our favourite celebrity absolutely fluffs it?!

Thankfully for us. Emma Stone – the latest celeb to lead the style bible team through her LA home – absolutely nailed it.

From revealing she used to bake dog treats in a dog bakery to admitting she doesn't have a style icon, Emma reminded us that when it comes to Hollywood A-listers, this girl is refreshingly down to earth.

Oh, and that Britney Spears impression? Absolutely flawless.

Amanda Seyfried recently made the decision to openly discuss her reliance on anti-depressant medication during an interview with Allure magazine in a move which is bound to resonate with fans suffering from the same condition as the much-loved Hollywood star.

While explaining that she chose not to install a stove in her guest house, she reasoned that it was likely due to her need for control – something which she feels stems from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Explaining that she manages the condition with the help of medication, Amanda insists she had no intention of weaning herself off it.

"I'm on Lexapro, and I'll never get off of it," she explained. "I've been on it since I was 19, so 11 years."

"I'm on the lowest dose. I don't see the point of getting off of it. Whether it's placebo or not, I don't want to risk it."

Acknowledging the stigma attached to mental conditions, Amanda insists she refuses to feel shame for controlling symptoms with medication, saying: "And what are you fighting against? Just the stigma of using a tool?"

"A mental illness is a thing that people cast in a different category from other illnesses, but I don't think it is. It should be taken as seriously as anything else."

"You don't see the mental illness: It's not a mass; it's not a cyst," she continued. "But it's there. Why do you need to prove it? If you can treat it, you treat it."

At the height of their fame in the mid 1990s, Oasis were asked to contribute a track to an upcoming British movie, and due to a little miscommunication Noel Gallagher ultimately declined.

So basically, as the Britpop era gained momentum and Oasis were widely considered one of the best bands in the world, Danny Boyle approached the lads from Manchester and suggested they write a song for Trainspotting, but unfortunately for Danny, Noel wasn't having it.

And that, ladies, is because Noel failed to ask what the film was about, and assumed from the title it was about actual train spotters – a relatively twee pastime which he clearly felt wouldn't properly represent the Oasis brand.

"Danny is from near Manchester and he was very keen to have Noel Gallagher do something but there was a reason why he didn't do it," producer Andrew Macdonald recently recalled.

"He came to the launch party in Cannes, but I don't know why he didn't do a piece of music," he added, according to the Independent.

Filling in the blanks for the film's producer, costume designer, Rachel Fleming, explained that Noel had recently admitted his mistake.

"I met Noel at a thing the other week and he said to me: 'I would have done something, but honestly I thought it was about train spotters. I didn't know.' That's what he actually said."

Ah, Noel. Imagine Blur, Pulp and Iggy Pop made the same mistake?!

There are few situations as instantly infuriating as discovering a big yellow clamp welded to the wheel of your car.

Clamps leave you stranded, cost a bomb to remove and no one understands that you “genuinely just left the car there for a minute”.

Because of this, it is with great pleasure that we can report there will soon be a cap of €100 on clamp removal fees in Ireland thanks to a new law which is due to be signed in by the Minister for Transport.

According to the Irish Independent, the Vehicle Clamping Act was actually passed 17 months ago, but because a commencement order was not signed at the time, there has been a considerable delay in its introduction.

The decision will now be subject to a Dáil vote.

Remember the last time you managed to exert a little self-control and your period magically did everything you wanted?

No? Yeah, us neither.

And that's because no matter how much women might wish they had more control over their monthly cycle, once it arrives we're all basically along for the ride.

But as far as one lad from Essex is concerned, us women need a lesson or two in self control before we start demanding an end to tampon tax.

In an analogy which boggles the mind, 19-year-old Ryan Williams took to Twitter to compare menstruation to urination, and insists women should 'control their bladders'.

Yeah Ryan, because that makes complete sense.

In a move which suggests Ryan was asleep under the desk during Biology lessons, the helpful youngster suggested he thought they was a connection between a woman's bladder and her ability to control her need for sanitary products.

Unsurprisingly, Ryan has experienced more than a little pushback from men and women alike who were quick to provide him with a few handy anatomy lessons.

Sending Ryan some handy links, one Twitter user wrote: "Some information – I've chosen a version aimed a kids so you'll understand."

However, it looked like Ryan's pontificating may have had the desired effect on one woman, who wrote: "But what if it is how it works? What if we have just been thinking about this all wrong with our girl brains?"

She's right, you know. Damn it Ryan, you may just be onto something.

When it comes to climate change and carbon footprint, Leonardo DiCaprio is a man on a mission.

But long before Leo began promoting environmental awareness, there was only one lad you could call when it came to these matters – and that lad was Captain Planet.

Between Captain Planet and the world's favourite Oscar-dodger, we'd be in safe hands, so it’s no real surprise that the 41-year-old actor has taken up the production reins when it comes to the long-awaited Captain Planet movie.

Only dying to take pollution down to zero, Paramount and Appian Way Productions are bringing the 90s cartoon into the 21st century, and if a quick glance through the cartoon’s archives are anything to go by, it’s in dire need of a modern twist.

We mean, just take a look at the chaos which ensued when the Planeteers took a trip across the pond and wound up in Northern Ireland.

After taking a trip down memory lane with Sean and Stuart, we're fairly sure, you – like us – have a few questions.

Why did Belfast look like an intergalatic wasteland? Why did Sean morph between an Irish and Scottish accent? And why did Captain Planet only care about the 'old people'?!

Unsurprisingly, YouTubers had a hard time wrapping their heads around the cartoon's assessment of the situation in Ulster, with one writing: "Captain Planet will be fondly remembered as the show that united the Irish Catholics and Protestants in cringe."

"I don't know what's more catastrophic. The destruction of his neighbourhood or their attempt at Irish accents," wrote another.

We're with them…

Between their new track, Shout Out To My Ex, and Perrie revealing that Zayn did indeed end their engagement by text, Little Mix haven't held back when it comes to Zayn-bashing recently.

But it looks like they may have gone too far if pushback on a recent Instagram post is anything to go by.

In a move which undoubtedly references Zayn's now infamously poor dance audition on The X Factor, Jade is seen being egged on by band mates while recreating Zayn's dodgy dancing.

Unfortunately for the ladies, however, not everyone was impressed by the blatant put-down, with many Instagram users calling the girls out on their 'childish' mudslinging.

"LM needs to grow up," wrote one follower. "I can't believe these chicks are 23 to 25 yr old women but yet act 6. Like it ain't Zayn's fault he's no Justin timberlake or Chris brown, when it comes to dancing."

"Would u like if someone make fun of u for something they thought u didn't do right am sure u won't," added another.

"Instead of LM making fun of Zayn's dance moves from the past, maybe they should learn how to act they age instead of immature, ignorant petty women," raged another.

Well, that went well…
