We all love a glass or three of vino, and we all loathe the persistent headache that follows that glass or three of vino, right?

It’s all fun and games when we first pop that cork, but one bottle in and we’re already dreading the morning after the night before.

And while we’d probably happily continue that cycle from now until we kick the bucket, the good folk behind Üllo wine purifier have decided we no longer need to endure wine hangovers of epic proportions.

With one handy little device which purports to filter the sulphites which induce the headache we all know so well, we can kiss goodbye to the mind-numbing agony which generally accompanies a night out with the girls.

Oh, and before you assume that that little filter also has the potential to remove the flavour which has us guzzling from the bottle in the first place, think again.

Üllo, we salute you.

We have Adam Levine to thank for turning our Monday from pretty meh into fairly magical today.

Taking to Instagram to pay tribute to his baby daughter who arrived last week, the Maroon 5 singer shared a tender photograph of the nw arrival lying against his bare chest.

Writing nothing more than her name and date of birth alongside the black and white photo, the singer was inundated with messages of congratulations and gratitude.

There's a reason why many of us adopt a certain pose the moment a camera is wheeled out, right?

After agonising over past snaps which cast us in an unflattering light or highlight our perceived flaws, many of us have perfected a pose which showcases our best side and accentuates our attributes.

And while we know it's ridiculous to rely so heavily on that one pose, we also know how quickly a night can go downhill when we catch a glimpse of ourselves on a friend's camera looking nothing like we thought when we left the house half an hour earlier.

Reminding the public that some camera angles, certain poses and particular positions will always cast the body in a less flavourable light, personal trainer Jen Widerstrom has shared a splitscreen shot of herself taken 120 seconds apart.

Looking vastly different, Jen wrote: "Oh oh it's magic, you know. We all look like this when we sit."

"Don't stress about the way your body looks in certain positions. These photos were taken 2 minutes apart," she added in the post which has clocked up more than 20,000 likes.

Acknowledging the importance of the post, one of Jen's followers: "Thank you for showing this. Don't let it be the last time. We need this reminder over and over again."

"Really put it in perspective for me as does the other pose as I'm terrible for getting on myself for roll," added another.

Props Jen, props.

You'd assume that her red carpet appearances, box office success and general star status might mean Amy Schumer would take most things in her stride.

But it looks like the Trainwreck star is as goofy as the rest of us when it comes to inadvertently catching herself on camera.

While we still get excited seeing ourselves enter a store on CCTV, Amy has the same reaction when it comes to the Kiss Cam feature at major sporting events in the States.

I have always wanted to be on the kiss cam! My dad and my man!! #letsgomets

While attending a Mets game at the weekend, the actress looked beyond cute after realising she, her dad and her boyfriend were currently being beamed across the stadium.

Sharing the footage on Instagram last night, Amy wrote: "I have always wanted to be on the kiss cam! My dad and my man!! #letsgomets."

The upload has clocked up a staggering 975,000 likes online, with fans of the star thrilled by Amy's reaction.

In fairness, it IS pretty damn cute.

When it comes to documentary-makers, Louis Theroux is, undoubtedly, up there with the greatest.

From his in-depth analysis of a sex-offenders institution in the United States to his commentary on Ultra Zionists in the West Bank, the British filmmaker has an uncanny knack for ingratiating himself with his subjects – a skill which ultimately provides viewers with a clearer understanding of the matter at hand.

It is, perhaps, this skill which perfectly placed Louis to explore the teachings behind one of the world's most controversial religions, Scientology, in his latest project  My Scientology Movie.

Unfortunately for Irish movie-goers, however, we won't be afforded the opportunity to catch the highly-anticipated feature flick due to Ireland's blasphemy laws and Defamation Act of 2009 which states than any "publication or utterance of blasphemous matter" against any religion is an offence and carries a fine of €25,000.

Taking to Twitter to confirm the reports, Graham Spurling, owner of Movies@Dundrum, Movies@Swords, Movies@Gorey and SGC Dungarvan, tweeted his thoughts.

The film is set for release in the UK on October 14h.

If anyone knows what it's like to go through a high-profile separation, it's Johnny Depp.

And now the actor, whose split from Amber Heard made headlines all over the world, has been offering advice to Angelina Jolie in the aftermath of her divorce announcement last Tuesday.

The stars, who performed opposite each other in The Tourist back in 2010, have kept in close contact, and it looks like Angelina has put a lot of trust in the Pirates of the Caribbean star.

"Angelina idolised Johnny for years before she worked with him on The Tourist, and then the pair of them really hit it off on set," a source told The Sun.

According to insiders, Johnny sought solace in their friendship during his media storm earlier this year, and is keen to advise Angelina during this time.

"The two of them have stayed in touch ever since then, and spoke regularly during the storm that surrounded Johnny’s break up with Amber."

The Maleficent actress turned to the actor's attorney in recent weeks, with the source adding: "They have been speaking about the situation, and Angelina hired Johnny’s lawyer to represent her based on the advice that he has given her."

The news will surely come as a blow to Brad who is reportedly holding out hope for a reconciliation, with a source close to the former couple revealing:"It's a very tricky time for the family but Brad hasn't given up hope yet."

After a hiatus that felt like a lifetime, The Fall made its highly-anticipated return to our TV screens last night.

Picking up where it left off in season 2, viewers met Stella Gibson and Paul Spector in the aftermath of a shoot-out which saw law enforcement struggle with the prospect that the Belfast Strangler might not survive to see the inside of a courtroom.

And with viewers only dying to get stuck back into the cat and mouse game which played out between Jamie Dornan and Gillian Anderson's characters, it seems many were left disappointed by the slow and steady pace of the season's first episode.

OK, so the first episode of the show definitely involved more medical jargon and organ removal than most of us expected, but it looks like Stella's speech on the difference between submission and consent was enough to reel the viewers back in.

Applauding scriptwriters for their succinct summation, Twitter was awash with praise as credits on the first episode began to roll.

No matter how old we get, there are very few among us who don’t feel a frisson of excitement when certain commercials start making an appearance as Christmas edges ever closer.

Whether it’s Coco-Cola’s classic truck, our beloved John Lewis penguin or the advert which featured the board game you lusted after and eventually received, a truly special ad has the potential to capture the imagination of millions.

And we think we might have just found this year’s one.

Taking us by the hand, Smyths Toy Superstores lead us on a journey through a young boy’s vivid imagination as he finds himself enchanted by a toy store and all who dwell within.

Adapting Beyoncé’s If I Were a Boy for the purpose of his own story, big-eyed, brown-haired Oscar tells viewers of the life he would be sure to lead if he were a toy, and frankly we’re totally charmed by it.

Created by McCann Manchester, whose clients include Nestlé, Missguided and Aldi, this ad marks their first endeavour with the well-known toy store, and something tells us it's one we'll all be talking about as the big day draws near.

Ladies, this is definitely one to remember.

Whether he did it to clarify the confusion over on Blac Chyna's Instagram page or simply because he's super excited, but Rob Kardashian decided to share a pretty special image with followers today.

Taking to Instagram with a sonogram image of his baby daughter, Rob wrote: "Can't wait for you" followed by two sweet emojis.

And while Rob and Chyna's child is as clear as day to us here at SHEmazing! HQ, some people on Instagram are having a really hard time spotting the baby in the upload.

"Oh look he's having a puppy" wrote one while another added: "Meh. All I see is a cat! I'm so bad at ultrasound photos."

"Not sure how people can say baby is beautiful from this image," wrote one of Rob's followers. "Although I'm sure she will be beyond gorgeous. These 3d images freak me out."

Thankfully for the reality TV couple, many of Rob's fans were thrilled by the upload, with one writing: "She already looks so pretty."

"Congrats @robkardashian and chyna! She's beautiful and will bring you the best happiness you'll ever experience." gushed a fellow Instagram user.

That's more like it…

While the rest of the world began seeing Brad Pitt in a different light this week, it looks like Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has had Brad’s card marked since day one.

Back when sales of TeamAniston and TeamJolie T-shirts were going through the roof, everyone appeared to have forgotten that Jen and Angie weren’t the only ones involved in the high-profile love triangle.

Everyone, that is, except Jose Mourniho.

According to Rob Beasley’s upcoming book Jose Mourinho: Up Close and Personal, the football manager was in Beverly Hills just a year after Jen and Brad’s shock split when he clocked the former Friends star making her way through a hotel.

According to Rob: ”I was sitting with Mourinho, who was telling me about his disastrous summer holiday to Brazil.”

“But suddenly Jose's holiday tales were stopped in their tracks. Not only that, but the whole Chelsea contingent fell into an immediate silence,” he wrote.

“Startled eyes stared, jaws dropped and every man there was rendered immobile,” Rob continued. “That's the effect Jennifer Aniston had.”

According to Rob, Jose couldn’t let this one go and had to vent his disbelief over Brad’s decision to leave Jennifer for Angelina.

“F***ing hell, Brad Pitt. What a w**ker! Jennifer Aniston one, Angelina Jolie nil,” Jose reportedly said.

Indeed Jose, indeed.

As women, we’re advised to be on full alert at all times.

Don’t walk home alone, don’t take shortcuts, don’t accept drinks from strangers.

Like meerkats, we’re meant to be able to spot danger from 50 feet and do our utmost to avoid it.

Instead of providing men with handy pamphlets reminding them not to stalk, attack, rape or murder, women are regularly offered pamphlets on how to stay safe against the men who see us as a handy platform to exert power or express anger.

And for those of you who have given these leaflets even a cursory glance, you'll know we’re told how to raise the alarm and defend ourselves.

We are, in other words, told to do exactly what Gigi Hadid did earlier this week when she was lifted off her feet by a stranger and put in a position of supreme vulnerability.

And despite the 21-year-old reacting in a way which has undoubtedly been drummed into her from an early age, debate has been raised as to whether her response was justified.

Had the incident taken place to a nameless young woman on Dublin’s Middle Abbey St or Cork’s O’Connell St, would radio stations be debating the woman’s actions? No, they wouldn’t.

But because Gigi is in the public eye, makes a lucrative living out of her appearance and leads a life of considerable privilege, she was expected to giggle, bat her lashes and ask to be returned to her feet.

The subtext of today’s debate is as clear as day – Gigi has enough going for her, so what’s the big deal?

Couldn’t she have simply had a laugh with this random man and gotten on with her day? And sure, weren’t her security right there?

Oh, they were there alright, but they were about as much use as Beyoncé in an elevator.

While surrounded by people who were meant to protect her, the model was manhandled, momentarily disabled and ultimately forced to grapple with a strange man in order to ensure she didn’t come to any further harm.

And people are asking if she reacted accordingly? You can be damn sure she did.

And while we'd like to hope Gigi’s actions would have been applauded had they been carried out by a nameless, faceless woman, one can’t help but wonder whether her status as a female celebrity – as opposed to a male celebrity –  played a part in the media’s judgement of her reaction.

Had Jamie Dornan, Ryan Reynolds or Adam Levine been manhandled by a stranger and responded in kind, nobody would be asking if they had behaved accordingly.

Despite the media’s condemnation of rape culture and victim blaming, there is a distinct undertone in today’s narrative that suggests –  when it comes to the crunch – women are still expected to behave in a certain manner.

Nameless woman making her way home, faceless woman on an evening jog, international model leaving a fashion show, if a strange man grabs you you're entitled to lash out – end of debate.

Gigi Hadid is well used to clamouring press and eager fans, but when an onlooker became physical with her following the Max Mara fashion show in Milan this week, Gigi understandably lost her cool.

Lashing out at the individual who deigned it appropriate to pick her up as she made her way from the venue, Gigi shouted: "Let go of me! Who the f**k are you? You piece of sh*t!"

And despite the furore caused by the incident, the man at the centre of it has shown no remorse for his actions.

Vitalii Sediuk, who pulled a similar stunt in the past with Brad Pitt,  confirmed that he was the bearded man who accosted Gigi and told the Hollywood Reporter, he was simply trying to make a point.

In an official statement, Vitalli, who is known for controversial conduct at red carpet events, said: "While I consider Gigi Hadid beautiful, she and her friend Kendall Jenner have nothing to do with high fashion."

"By doing this, I encourage the fashion industry to put true talents on the runway and Vogue covers instead of well-connected cute girls from Instagram," he explained.

"You can call it a manifest or a protest," he said. "This is also a wake-up call for Anna Wintour, who turned Vogue into a tabloid by putting Kardashians and other similar celebrities on a cover of a well-respected magazine."

Dismissing the claims that his conduct amounted to that of an assault, he told those concerned: "Don't be over dramatic."

Seriously. what's up with this guy?
