When a current popstar decides to cover a chart classic, it can go one of two ways.

And thankfully for Lady Gaga, her brief duet with Spice Girl, Emma Bunton, this morning went down an absolute storm with Instagram users.

Capturing the moment on camera for fans and followers, Emma, who now has a breakfast slot on Heart FM,  looked thrilled to be giving it her all with the queen of meat dresses.

And despite the fact Gaga altered her line from 'Wanna make love to ya, baby” to “I’ll make love to you, baby', the duet has received nothing but love from thousands of fans this morning.

"Omg I love it. They need to do a song together," wrote one while another added: "This has just made my life. Got a tear in my eye."

It's two generations of popstars, and it is EVERYTHING.

With current statistics indicating that cancer will affect one in three, there are very few of us who haven’t been touched, whether directly or indirectly, by the disease.

With that in mind, L’Oreal Luxe Ireland took part in a fundraising event  in connection with Look Good Feel Better – a worldwide cancer support charity which offers practical support for women struggling with the side effects of cancer treatments.

And on Wednesday of this week, Team Ireland covered 40 kilometres while the L’Oreal Luxe division completed a staggering 1,299 kilometres in total – all in order to raise funds for those currently battling the disease.

So, now it’s time for us to do our bit.

#GoLuxeGo is a reminder to all those battling the disease that they are not alone in their journey, and it's something we wholly support here at SHEmazing! HQ.

Season 2 of Narcos landed last week, and fans of the Netflix original got stuck right back into the exploits of Pablo and the boys.

And while viewers are enthralled by the Colombian drug scene of the 1980s, some of us can't help but wonder how the story would pan out had it taken place in deepest, darkest rural Ireland.

A mattress store in the United States has come in for intense criticism after deeming it appropriate to use 9/11 as a way to flog mattresses.

Miracle Mattress, based in Texas, has been forced to apologise for an advert which promoted its 'Twin Tower' sale.

After launching the sale to coincide with the 15th anniversary of the atrocity, the store has now pulled its adverts and admitted it was 'tasteless'.

In a move which left viewers stunned beyond belief, store manager, Cherise Bonanno, promoted the sale, saying: "What better way to remember 9/11 than with a Twin Tower sale?"

No seriously.

"Right now you can get any sized mattress for a twin price," she added in the now pulled advert. "Full mattress? Twin price. Queen mattress? Twin price. King mattress? Twin price. Store-wide sale all day long."

After viewers complained in their droves, Miracle Mattress took to Facebook to apologise to all those offended by the insensitive nature of the advert.

Acknowledging the outrage, Mike Bonanno wrote: "The video is a tasteless affront to the men and women who lost their lives on 9/11."

Unfortunately for Mike and Cherise, not everyone is satisfied with the apology, with one Facebook user writing: " While I don't care you disrespecting me (as a paramedic I've gotten used to it), but you have disrespected nearly 3,000 people who no longer have a voice."

When it comes to strops, Megan McKenna can pull them with the best of them.

From her rants on Celebrity Big Brother to her spats on The Only Way is Essex, the reality star doesn't hold back.

And this afternoon she has really let the paparazzi have it on Twitter.

Uploading footage of the lengths some photographers will go to get a snap of her on holidays, Megan tweeted: "When people are only interested in making you look bad."

"One of the paps even called me a bitch for making him leave," she added this afternoon.

A few moments later, Megan took to Twitter again to slam the media intrusion she experiences, writing: "I'm all for taking pics, but when I'm sat around the private pool, no make up, relaxing I think this is too far."

"You got your pic, now f*ck off," she fumed.

Fans of the Essex girl wasted no time slamming the paparazzi, with one writing: "Shocking! I'm sure they wouldn't like it if it was them that had constant paps at their heels, They need to find some respect."

Unfortunately though for Megan, not everyone was with her on this one, with another dismissing her complaints, tweeting: "You love it, without them you'd be nothing."

"Suck it up buttercup. You chose this life," added another. "Fame and money doesn't come easy. Stop moaning or take yourself out of the limelight."

After 13 agonising years – no seriously, it's actually been that long – Busted have announced that they have recorded – wait for it – a brand new album.

Matt, James and Charlie, who went their separate ways in the early noughties after four number one singles and two studio albums, have finally reunited, and we are PUMPED.

The Brit Award-winners, who also made a name for themselves with Fightstar and McBusted in the aftermath of their split, have joined forces yet again, and Twitter is having a field day.

Set for release on November 11, NightDriver seems a serious departure from their original sound, but something tells us die-hard fans won't give a toss.

Like us, they just need Matt, James and Charlie back where they belong – with each other.

After sharing a snap of himself with the actress, Freddie, who shares two children with Sarah Michelle Geller, was inundated with comments from movie fans who couldn't get enough of Freddie and 'his homegirl.'

"Omg I can't like this pic enough," wrote one of the star's followers while another added: "This pic just made my day."

"Omg my teenage years. I watched that movie 20 times," gushed another. "First movie I watch that many times. Love u guys. Thanks for the memories."

Since the advent of social media, we've ALL had to up our game in the snap stakes.

This is a developing story.

According to emerging reports, at least two people have died after a train derailed in Galica, northern Spain this morning.

It has been established that the fatal incident took place near a station in O Porriño and emergency services are currently on scene.
 

Speaking to local media, authorities have confirmed that in addition to the two fatalities, a 'high number of injuries' have been recorded by emergency services.

The incident occurred at 9.30am local time.

When it comes to The Ellen DeGeneres Show, we never know if we're in for a barrel of laughs or a world of tears.

And while she normally manages to strike a balance with her guests and reports, yesterday's episode was definitely one of the more emotional of the season.

Appearing on the show on Thursday, Tony Marrero explained that he was hospitalised after being shot multiple times in the back when Omar Mateen opened fire in a popular gay hotspot on June 12 this year.
 

And after surviving the shooting at Orlando's Pulse nightclub this summer, Tony Marrero revealed that he had found solace in the lyrics of Katy Perry's song Rise.

So, in perfect Ellen form, the chat show host invited Katy onto the show to meet Tony in a surprise moment which had everyone including Katy and Tony in tears.

Be warned, you won't get through this without filling up.

This is a developing story.

According to emerging reports, police in the States are currently investigating a shooting at a high school in Texas.

One person has been shot by gunmen at the Alpine High School in western Texas, and for a time three assailants were on the loose.

It has since been established that one of the shooters has now been confirmed dead.

Commenting on the devastating incident, the school district confirmed that the school, which has approximately 280 students, has been placed on critical lockdown.

The shooting has taken place just two weeks into the new school year.

When news broke that Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston had parted ways, the internet was awash with sarky remarks from members of the public asking how long it would take before Taylor cashed in on the break-up and wrote an album of broken-hearted love songs.
