After she made the decision to post a photograph of a young woman in an extremely compromising position on Twitter last week, we're not altogether sure if we want any advice from Khloé Kardashian right now.

But, we're willing to give the reality star the benefit of the doubt on this one as her nuggets of information have less to do with social media etiquette and more to do with personal upkeep.

And while she may not be known for keeping cool online, there's no denying the star is looking EXTRA slick of late, and it seems it all comes down to the use of Vitamin E.

"Slather Vitamin E oil on your face at night," she urges fans. "It fights wrinkles, inflammation and redness—and it’s great for acne scars! I put Vitamin E oil on my lashes every night, too, to keep them super-soft."

"Add Vitamin E capsules to your daily vitamin list to balance cholesterol levels, ease PMS symptoms, and improve muscle strength," she continued.

And in classic Khloé style, she didn't stop there when listing the vitamin's benefits, adding: "No joke: Vitamin E may strengthen vaginal lining."

"Moisturise your labia and vagina with Vitamin E oil to combat dryness and soothe irritation," she advised.

Alright Khloé, let's just leave it there, shall we?

Arriving home to a house filled with more candles than you could shake a stick at, we're not surprised this Cork woman believed her partner, Keith Stanton, when he said there'd been a power cut and he needed her help.

After enlisting the help of the Pat Fitz Band, Keith tricked his girlfriend into coming home early so he could get down on one knee and pop the question.

With the band playing I'm Yours by Jason Mraz in the couple's kitchen, Keith told Liz she was 'a fantastic mother and a fantastic partner' before asking if she'd become his wife.

Sharing the footage on their official Facebook page yesterday, Pat Fitz wrote "Keith Stanton proposed to his beautiful partner Liz this summer and asked us to be part of it. We were delighted and honoured to be part of it. Heres how it went…"

The band have been inundated with comments from social media users wishing the Cork couple well, with one writing: "Ah Liz that's fab. Fair play stangy I'm bawling after looking at that."

"Cheers here now a bawling hormonal wreck," added another. "Must not have been a candle left in Cork city"

Well, if everyone else is bawling, we may as well join in…

Her older sister might have broken the internet with hers, but that doesn’t mean Kylie can’t get in on the action when it comes to the Kardashian’s world-famous collection of derrières.

In a move straight out of Social Media for Reality Stars 101, Kylie shared an incredible brief video on Snapchat which seems to suggest she has decided to gets hers inked, but then said little else on the matter.

And social media, as it is known to do, has understandably gone into meltdown mode over it.

The clip, which has amassed over 41,000 views in a day, has sparked debate among the 18-year-old’s followers, with some arguing that the location of the tattoo was inappropriate.

Condemning Snapchat users for casting aspersions on Kylie’s decision, one wrote: “What does having a tattoo on the butt cheek have to do with anything slut related?”

“Last time I check the butt is still part of the body. People get tattoos in their mouth, on their lips, tongue, face ect so why not butt??” (sic)

“Why is everyone trippin' over her getting a tattoo on her ass? Lots of people do it and she's 18 I don't see what the problem is,” added another.

“I love how people get so bent outta shape over stuff like this,” slammed another. “Why y'all get so offended and upset when she get a tattoo? Are y'all related? Did u give birth to her? Did u raise her?”

Now all we're waiting for is the big reveal…

Unless you're happy to shell out for a space in the short – or indeed long-term carpark – while living it up abroad, the vast majority of us opt to get the bus to and from the airport.

So, the news that Dublin Bus have launched a second airport route will be met with delight from jet-setters in the capital today.

According to the Irish Independent, the new route will start at Camden Street, and will serve multiple stops including St Stephens Green, Merrion Square, the Docklands (Silicon Dock) and the IFSC, before ultimately taking the Port Tunnel route to the airport.

The 757 route, which acts as a competitor to Aircoach, will cost €6 one-way and €10 return –  a difference of €1 and €2 respectively in comparison to Aircoach fares.

The announcement will not only be welcomed by air passengers, but also signalled good news for the economy, with Dublin Bus confirming that both the new route and an extension to the old one has created 40 new jobs.

If you – like the rest of us – spent more time than you'd care to admit salivating over The Wire's Jimmy McNulty than paying attention to the show's storyline, then it might be high time you hightailed it to Limerick.

After a long period of deliberation, Dominic West and his wife, Catherine Fitzgerald, have decided not to sell their home Co. Limerick and will, instead, be opening it to the public as an on-trend boutique hotel.

Following the death of Catherine's father, the Fitzgerald family were forced to put Glin Castle on the market due to the cost of its upkeep, but the Daily Mail now reports that there has been a distinct turnaround.

Commenting on the news, The Wire actor confirmed that the castle – worth a staggering €4.6 million – will be staying in the family, saying: "No, we’re not selling any more, I’m happy to report. We’ve done a marvellous U-turn."

"Selling up was absolutely heartbreaking for all of us, especially my mother-in-law and my wife and luckily, we’re reopening it as a hotel, all going well, some time next year," he announced.

And it sounds like the Golden Globe-nominated actor is going to be as hands-on as it gets with the property, which has been in Catherine's family for more than 700 years, revealing: "I’m going to manage it. I want to be in charge or as much as my schedule will allow."

"Obviously there will be someone in place far more experienced and qualified than I coping with the day-to-day. But we want to be there," he insisted. "We’re going to be heavily involved. That’s why we’re moving home to Ireland."

More than happy to call the stunning castle their home, the couple and their four children will now be opening it to the public, and we all feel a trip to Limerick coming on all of a sudden.

Our newspapers and televisions screens have, over the last seven days, been awash with coverage documenting the horrifying events which have been unfolding in Germany.

Since last Monday, the country has seen a spate of senseless violence across various cities – events which have added to daily discourse regarding Angela Merkel's immigration policy.

On July 18, a 17-year-old Afghan refugee, armed with an axe and a knife, attacked passengers on a train in Wuerzberg southern Germany before being shot dead by police.

The teen, who Islamic State claim was one of its fighters, injured at least four passengers before being apprehended by police.

Commenting on the incident which rocked the country, Isil's online Amaq news agency said: "The perpetrator of the stabbing attack in Germany was one of the fighters of the Islamic State and carried out the operation in answer to the calls to target the countries of the coalition fighting the Islamic State."

Four days later, an 18-year-old male of dual German and Iranian nationality opened fire at a shopping mall in Munich, killing nine and injuring more than 20 before turning the gun on himself.

Authorities have established no links between the gunman and any terrorist organisations, but are currently investigating the theory that the student carried out the attack as a nod to the fifth anniversary of a mass shooting in Norway.

A mere two days after the horror endured by dozens in Munich, a 21-year-old Syrian male was detained by police after attacking, and ultimately killing, a pregnant woman with a machete in Reutlingen.

German officials have yet to establish a motive for the attack, which took place near a doner kebab stand at Listplatz Square, but current reports have described the incident as a ''crime of passion', with one onlooker asserting: "The perpetrator was completely out of his mind."

While the perpetrator was known to police, officials have asserted that the incident 'did not bear the hallmarks of a terrorist attack'.

Later that same day, the country was yet again rocked by reports that a bomb had been detonated outside a music festival in the German town of Ansbach, and today it has today been established that the 27-year-old Syrian responsible for the attack, who also died in the blast, had been denied asylum a year ago.

Commenting on the attack which injured 12 people – three critically- the Bavarian interior minister, Joachim Herrmann, said: "My personal view is that I unfortunately think it is very likely this really was an Islamist suicide attack."

"The obvious intent to kill more people at least indicates an Islamist background," he added.

According to authorities, the events which have taken place in Germany over the past seven days are adding to the population's concerns over security and immigration.

Speaking to the press in the wake of these attacks, Mr. Herrmann insisted: "We must do everything possible to prevent the spread of such violence in our country by people who came here to ask for asylum."

This is a developing news story…

At least two people have been killed and 16 injured in an attack on a Florida nightclub.

According to local news reports the mass shooting occurred in the early hours of this morning during a “teen event” at Club Blu in Fort Myers.

The Telegraph has reported that many of the injured are young people.

Reports suggest clubgoers as young as 13-years-old were attending the event.

One person has been detained by police in connection with the attack.

The victims have yet to be identified.

The news comes less than two months after a single gunman killed 49 people and wounded 53 at Pulse nightclub in Orlando.

Whether you're a home dye aficionado or a total novice when it comes to the ol' plastic gloves, Vaseline eyebrows and stained towels, there are some stages we ALL go through before, during and after vigorously shaking that bottle.

And no matter how many times you go through the process, you'll come up against the same damn challenges and forget the very things you promised yourself you'd remember the next time around.

And if you think you're alone in this, trust us – you're not.

1. The shade conundrum

No matter how many times you've used it or how certain you are about the shade you want, the moment you're faced with a shelf full of dye in the local pharmacy, your brain will go to mush.

"I want a kind of dark red…but not red red…the other red…that looks brown. Do you have it?"

2. The science part

The minute you tweak the lid on that solution and carefully add it to the bottle of cream, you may as well be in a lab with the world's top brains.

"Look at me! I'm making one thing out of another thing, and now I am shaking it like a pro."

3. The vigorous shaking

If you don't begin your dye application with aching arms, then you didn't shake hard enough.

"I've been shaking for seven minutes, but maybe one minute more will guarantee the absolute perfect shade. Can't risk it."

4. The frantic scrub

Even though you applied Vaseline to the tops of your ears, nape of your neck and across your forehead, you'll still find dye edging its way onto your skin and settling in like a semi-permanent tattoo.

"The corner of the towel will get that…Wait, why is it not going away? Oh my God, maaaaaaaam!"

5. The towel panic

You were careful, you were so very, very careful, but still you've destroyed half a towel, one face cloth and the edge of the bathroom curtains.

"For the love of…I'll be killed."

6. The crucial countdown

Giving yourself 15 minutes more than recommended to be certain the dye will do its job is part and parcel of the dyeing process.

"Pfft, 30 minutes? What do they know? I'm going for an hour if I want. I'm not listening to them. I know my own hair."

7. The head over the bath rinse

In mild agony, you'll watch more dye than you thought possible wash itself down the plughole and you'll worry there'll be none left in your hair.

"I knew it, I should have gone for the two hours."

8. The conditioner worship

There's something about the smell of the conditioner which comes in home packs that makes you wonder why they can't all smell like that.

"I'm going to find out if they sell this in industrial sized packs."

9. The styling

From the the use of various heat-protectant products to the drying and styling, this process is by far the most exciting.

"This is the shade that's going to change my life", you'll tell yourself while worrying you may have left it on too long in the end.

10. The big reveal

No matter what shade you wanted or tone you were going for, you are almost NEVER greeted with your initial expectation.

Sometimes you love it even more, and other times you question why you're allowed do anything unsupervised.

OK, we may not have her looks, her life or even her swimming togs, but when it comes to her ability to take the p*ss out of herself, we think we might actually be on the same page as Margot Robbie.

Unlike many celebrities who constantly lament their lack of privacy, Margot played the paparazzi at their own game by posting a secret shot they got of her falling off a surfboard earlier this week.

While still looking incredible, the angle wasn't one we're used to seeing Margot from – a feature of the photo which she addressed on Instagram.

Sharing the snap with followers yesterday, the Wolf of Wall Street star, wrote: "Photo cred to the creepy pap hiding in the bushes."

"Thanks for always catching me at my best angles #blessed," she added in a post which has clocked up a staggering 306,000 likes since its upload.

Unsurprisingly, Margot's post endeared her to the public even more (how is that even possible though?), and social media users rushed to give props for her 'couldn't care less' attitude.

"This is why I love Margot Robbie," wrote one while another gushed: "This is the photo that convinced me to follow you @margotrobbie. Falling with style."

After her Harry Potter revelation, we didn't think we could love her any more…

When rumours began circulating this week that noughties emo heartthrobs, My Chemical Romance, might possibly be reforming, we're guessing sales in eyeliner and wristbands went through the absolute roof.

But it looks like impromptu splurging (again, we're just guessing) on the part of die-hard emos may have been in vain, as the band has taken to social media to dismiss the reports and express their gratitude for the public's enthusiasm.

"We've been really touched and blown away by the response to the teaser trailer," they began in a post last night.

"We are not touring and there is no reunion planned – only a release for the anniversary of The Black Parade," they continued. "Thanks so much for continuing to keep MCR in your minds and in your hearts."

While the post was captioned 'Thank you so much for the love' MCR fans really weren't feeling it after clapping eyes on the band's post.

"I love you to bits but I just wanna ask, why would u play it out like this when surely you'd've known the response you'd get," slammed one. "You just brought us up only to let us down."

"Sure I am excited for this, but I think the drama you created around it, only hurt people this time thank you for being so theatrical, and for being what you have been over the years, but right now I think it was unnecessary."

Determined Gerard Way and the lads would see the implications of their decision, another peaced out, saying: "BRB gonna drown in my own emo tears."

Oh, look what you've done now, guys.

First Zayn broke away from the group, then Harry got this teeth stuck into some acting, and now Liam has announced that he's sighed a record deal all of his own in a move which has left 1D fans feeling super unsettled this week.

With millions of fans holding out hope that the band might re-form, news that Liam has embarked on a solo journey has left countless wondering whether it's time to give up the ghost and admit defeat on the 1D front.

Taking to Twitter yesterday, Chery's new fella paid tribute to his new record label, writing: "Happy to have signed to @CapitolUK. They have an amazing history of artists, I hope I can follow in their footsteps."

While some fans rushed to offer the star their congratulations, others were a little less forthcoming in their support, with one writing: "WHAT THE HELL? WHAT WHAT ABOUT THE BAND LIAM?"

"If you can't even keep a promise, this won't do any good for you. I love you, but this is so wrong," added another die-hard Directioner.

Responding to his followers' concerns, Liam made it clear that while he appreciates the impact One Direction had on his life and that of millions others, it's time to move on.

"One direction will always be my home and family but I'm very excited to see what this chapter brings," he assured fans.

Refusing to let poor ol' Liam off the hook, a follower hit back: "I get things happened and people move on but I thought I'd be able to see you guys as band live. Really does upset me."

"I'm crying Liam, what have you done to me," added another in final twist of the knife.

Ah ladies, behave.
