With Soccer Aid right around the corner, the lads taking part decided to take a night off and go out partying – and WHAT a bunch!

Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Olly Murs and Mark Wright all went out for a night on the tiles last night, and looking at the pictures, they certainly had a great time.

It's a good time to be Niall Horan.

Last Monday saw the singer host a gala dinner which saw him rake in £800,000 (€1,032,000) for charity (wow, right?!).

And while we're all super proud of the Mullingar native, we also noticed that one of the guests, Brian McFadden, teased us with a cocktail named after Niall himself.

And we have to say, we want it. All. Like, now.

The Horan Shamrock Spritz consists of Tanqueray London Dry Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, mint leaves and soda. YUM.

Niall teamed up with golfer Justin Rose on the night, and he too had a cocktail named after him, very aptly called The Justin Rose-ini.

If we were these guys, we'd have a lifetime supply of this in our homes.

We thought Niall Horan was happy enough working away with his golf ventures, but news has just broke that the Mullingar native is set to be the first member of One Direction to release his own music.

And, with Simon Cowell's label Syco, no less.

An insider told The Sun: "Niall is the band's secret weapon – Modest and Syco believe he has what it takes to become a break-out solo star.

"He has the songwriting and music talent, good looks and cheeky Irish personality which made him a favourite in the States," the source said.

"A deal with Syco is going to be signed in the coming weeks and Niall is already back in the studio writing.

"There's a hit single there too, which will probably be released early next year."

Excited, ladies? We can't wait to hear some of Niall's own tracks.

We always knew Niall Horan was a bit of a sweetheart but the 1D member really outdid himself today when he teamed up with professional golfer Justin Rose to raise  a whopping £800,000 for charity.

The two-day Horan and Rose Charity Event consisted of a star-studded gala dinner at The Grove in Watford last night, followed by a golf event this morning.

And it was all to help raise funds and awareness for Cancer Research UK Kids & Teens who received £560,000 from the total raised.

The rest of the money will be split between Irish Autism Action and the Kate & Justin Rose Foundation.

Olly Murs joined Niall and Justin on stage at last night’s dinner and gave a live performance to the lucky attendees who then tucked into grub served up by Jamie Oliver and his team from Fifteen restaurant.

Speaking after the event, 22-year-old Niall said: “It was an incredible night. I had a brilliant time and I’m overwhelmed by how much money we have raised for the charities."

"Thank you to everyone that has supported the Horan and Rose Event this year.  We definitely want to do more!" he added.

His Ryder cup-winning companion said: “I’m delighted to partner with Niall on such a fantastic event, for a cause that we are both very passionate about."

"The amount raised was truly amazing and, due to the generosity of everyone who attended the event, we will make a huge impact on Cancer Research UK Kids & Teens, who fund research into finding cures and kinder treatments for children’s cancers.”

Well done lads!

With fame, comes fans, and apparently with fans, comes a lot of abuse.

Niall Horan took to Twitter last night to totally hit out at a group of fans who have been sending him really mean messages on social media.

He admitted that the people in question have been keeping him up at night and have "been saying the worst things ever."

To be honest, Niall is such a sweetie that we'd wonder why anyone would ever say a bad word about him!

Niall Horan has been living it up in Dublin over the past week or so, and if you were in Krystal nighclub last night, you might have even bumped shoulders with him.

The singer has been relaxing (and partying) on home turf while cheering on his BFF Rory McIlroy at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open.

Niall headed to The Bridge in Ballsbridge last night to start the evening off – a pub which is owned by rugby players Jamie Heaslip, Sean O’Brien and Rob and Dave Kearney.

However, he swiftly made his way to Dublin's Harcourt Street to party the night away at Krystal – and we're kicking ourselves for not going to the popular spot.

“Niall wanted to come to Krystle just to chill, so the managers cut off a private bar in their suite just for him and friends,” a source told Goss.ie.

Since One Direction went on hiatus, Niall Horan has been busy setting up his new company, Modest! Golf Management.

And we bet he's all smiles today as the singer has just announced a major step forward in his new career.

Niall's company is now the official golf management partner for The Northern Ireland Open which will take place this July.

Speaking to Goss about the new phase, Niall said: “The next generation of golfers is a huge focus for us as a business. You only need to look at the history of the Challenge Tour to see the calibre of player it produces,” he said.

“We are hugely excited to be official partners to the NI Open and welcome some amazing golf talent from across the world to participate.”

The golf competition takes place in Galgorm Castle, Co Antrim from July 28-31 and you can buy tickets here

Niall Horan has been hot in the headlines this week, with the news that he's taking part in this year's Irish Open AND rumours of him managing a new singer.

But now, it seems that he's possibly the nicest guy around because last night he helped some Irish musicians promote their music.

Niall took to Twitter to show his fans what he's listening to on Spotify and the playlist included a long list of Irish artists.

Kodaline, Gavin James and The Academic were among the tracks he played online, and Dublin singer Gavin, couldn't help but thank the star.

Niall was super cute in his reply, saying: "Always support our own don't we gav."

It seems that no matter how much fame is thrown at Niall, he'll always be a sound, down-to-earth Irish lad at heart.

Niall Horan is setting up for his first public appearance since going on hiatus from One Direction.

The singer is going to play at the Irish Open this year and will be joined by a whole host of Irish legends.

Retired jockey AP McCoy and Northern Ireland footballer Pat Jennings will golf alongside the star at The K Club in Co. Kildare.

No doubt Niall will bring along a crowd, with many 1D fans anticipating his first comeback since the group split.

This year's Irish Open will take place from May 19-22 and will be hosted by The Rory Foundation.

Tickets for the event are only €30 per day and a percentage of sales will go towards The Rory Foundation which was set up by Rory McIlroy in 2013 to help disadvantaged children's charities around the world.

It seems that Niall Horan is having a ball while taking time off from One Direction.

But instead of partying the days away (like many people his age) he's set up his own agency called Modest! Golf Management… But that's not his only endeavour.

The star is reportedly going to manage a new female singer with the help of McFly's Danny Jones.

The two boyband-ers are keeping their mouths closed on who the new singer is, but Danny revealed to The Sun that it's Niall's next project.

"Niall text me the other day actually, saying there was a girl he wants to help out and he wanted me to produce it," he told the paper.

"He just said, 'Mate, I've got this girl I want to develop. Can you help?'"

Whoever she is, we bet she's going to go far with Niall by her side.

A "glamorous gang of hobos" is how Eoghan McDermott describes his trip away with Niall Horan and Hozier.

While speaking to Goss.ie, the presenter revealed plans of travelling around Connemara with the musical duo – if they can fit it in.

“We have said that a gang of us, there’s about seven or eight of us that used to hang around in London when we were all there, would love to go just to Connemara for a little while.

“If schedules permit it would be deadly," he said. "We'd be like a glamorous gang of hobos in a van."

We don't know about you, but we certainly wouldn't mind travelling around in that van, and now that Niall is on a hiatus, it might actually happen.

Niall Horan has taken some inspo from James Corden with his own version of Carpool Karaoke.. except instead of singing, he toured around a golf course with Justin Timberlake.

While cruising around the course in Georgia, Niall chatted to JT and golfer Justin Rose about dancing and music festivals, and when Mr Rose brought up JT's song Sexyback, we thought they miiight have belted out the track.

Unfortunately they kept their (singing) mouths shut, but we now have the song on repeat.

The video is super cute and at the end the stars meet some budding kid golfers who are more than delighted to see them.
