When you look at One Direction you may think they're the band that have it all, but in fact, that is not the case.

Former JLS member Oritsé Williams has revealed that Zayn appeared to be unhappy in the band since over six months ago. And if that isn't bad enough, he has said that Niall Horan felt the same way.

He met the One Direction members on a trip to Las Vegas last September and had a personal chat with Zayn.

Oritsé said: "Zayn spoke to me when we were in Vegas together last year." 

Apparently, Zayn explained how he was no longer enjoying the experience and wanted to go his own way in life. 

He then added: "Niall did too. Zayn was talking to me in confidence. I told him he had a great run and to enjoy it. They are very, very blessed guys." 

"It’s a very special thing and not a lot of artists show gratitude for that. But I told him to be himself and to keep going." Awww, Oritsé, how sweet.

Several days ago we thought Harry Styles would be the next to walk, but now that this news has come out about Niall, we aren't so sure anymore.

As heartbreaking as it is for all the fans, at least Zayn is happier now. Is this the beginning of the end of One Direction?

We sure hope not.

One Direction have been in the media a lot lately since the shock departure of Zayn Malik, but this has to be the best piece of 1D news we've seen so far.

Louis Tomlinson showed his sporty side over the weekend when he played in a legends game to honour James Coppinger, a player on Louis' hometown team, Doncaster Rovers. Luckily for us though, his footie skills weren't all that was on show.

One cheeky spectator posted this amazing vine of Louis running energetically on the pitch with his manhood VERY obviously jumping up and down beneath his shorts.

Louis himself didn't seem to mind the extra attention, tweeting after the game to say how delighted he was despite having lost 7 – 4:

"Wow what a game !! Loved that experience , I've grown up watching most of those lads !!" he wrote.

Louis recently broke up with his girlfriend of three and a half years, Eleanor Calder, after reports she flew out from the UK to Australia in January in a last-ditch attempt to save the relationship. Since the split, Louis has been spotted with a number of other women, but has yet to move on with anyone serious.

The 1D singer has been signed to Doncaster Rovers on a non-contract basis since the start of last season, but he hasn't played for them too often, which is understandable given that he has a slightly busier schedule than your average football player. 

After seeing that Vine though, we'll definitely be tuning into his next game…

If anyone One Direction fans are still completely heartbroken over Zayn's departure, we have some good news.

The star has reportedly been in talks with director Gurinder Chadha about starring in an upcoming movie.

The Bend It Like Beckham director has said: “We’ve met and spoken. He trained as an actor first then became part of the band."

"So I think what he’ll be doing is staying true to his heart – and that’s all you can ever do”, she continued.

Hopefully this means Zayn will be on our screens at some point in the near future.

After quitting the worlds most adored boy band after 5 years, Zayn has spoken out about wanting a normal life.

We can't exactly say starring in Hollywood movies and launching a solo career is the definition of "normal", but we're agreeing with Gurinder on this one, stay true to your heart Zayn. 

The singer made his first public appearance at the Asian Awards last week where he thanked One Direction for everything.

He has been spending a lot of time with producer, Naughty Boy, and the pair are set to be releasing new music.

We just don't know what else could possibly be on the cards next for that man.

Zayn Malik has taken to Twitter for the first time since having to address the infamous cheating rumours. 

Luckily, this tweet was much more light hearted and relaxed than the last one.

He said: "Wanna say thanks to everyone that's been there for me over the last few weeks, love you all…you know who you are x"

Things have been looking up for Zayn the past while. He won an award on Friday at London's Annual Asian Awards where he shocked fans with a new haircut.  

He then thanked "four of the best guys" he's ever met, referring to his former One Direction band mates.

He has said to be "doing alright" while living a quieter life outside of the One Direction spotlight. 

He has also been spending a lot of time with producer Naughty Boy, and wants to launch a solo career.

Before this, Zayn was on a rocky path as cheating rumours surfaced about a mysterious girl in Thailand and he announced that he was leaving One Direction.

We hope he keeps up the tweets!

According to This Is Us film director Morgan Spurlock, Harry Styles will follow in the footsteps of Zayn Malik and leave One Direction. 

He told TMZ: "I think they’ll stay together for a little while. I think they’ll stay together for a little bit longer. I think at some point Harry will probably leave, he’ll probably be next and then Niall, Louis and umm, the three of those guys will become the next Bell Biv DeVoe.” 

Ummm, who? 

He went on to admit that he was upset to hear of Zayn's departure because he is very talented: "I think Zayn’s the most talented guy in that group, he’s an incredible singer. All of them are talented singers, that’s why they were put together."

However, he went on to say that he couldn't blame him for leaving the band: "To make the decision to want to go off and leave and go off on your own and chase a solo career in the midst of being as famous as you are, as successful as you are – you can’t fault somebody for that.”

The foursome are currently working on their new album so it doesn't look like we're going to be saying goodbye to Harry anytime soon.

Zayn is currently spending a lot of time with Naughty Boy and is hoping to release solo material.

Zayn Malik has told The Sun what he has been up to since his exit from One Direction. 

He said he has been "watching late-night movies, enjoying home-cooked food and singing karaoke."

"All is good, I'm doing alright," he claims. 

The former One Direction member has also been spending time with his fianceé, Perrie Edwards, and friend, Naughty Boy.

His interview with The Sun is his first interview since announcing his decision to leave the boy band on March 25. 

He was reported to have arrived at Naughty Boy's London studio looking "happy and relaxed."

Naughty Boy has told The Sun: "He just wants to get out of the house and comes here."

The producer then added: "He's doing things that he hasn't done for years. Coming to the studio is his way of chilling and he's here with his friends."

Zayn paid tribute to One Direction during a speech last week at the Annual Asian Awards in London. 

His decision to leave the band came after rumours surfaced that he had cheated on Little Mix's Perrie Edwards.

He is expected to be releasing solo music in the future despite saying he wanted to live a "normal life."

This is either going to be very good news, or very bad news for One Direction fans.

Former One Direction member Zayn Malik is due to make his first proper public appearance tonight since leaving the worlds biggest boy band.

He will be attending the Annual Asian Awards in London, along with producer Naughty Boy.

It is also rumoured that Zayn will be announcing his solo music plans just weeks after claiming he wanted a “normal life”.

Awks.

The awards will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane so will more than likely be surrounded by dozens of One Direction fans and possibly angry One Direction members…

Louis Tomlinson will not be happy about this!

Zayn Malik decided to quit One Direction recently after much speculation and drama that he had cheated on his fiancee, Perrie Edwards.

The couple are now working on their relationship and planning their wedding.

A very "big" secret, indeed! 

Ed Sheeran and Harry Styles have always been good pals, but we didn't know how good, until now.

During the Australia/New Zealand leg of his current world tour, Ed sat down with online station ZM Online to reveal a few home truths about the One Direction star.

When asked jokingly in a fan tweet if his song Little Things was about the One Direction lads', ahem, "little things," Ed burst out laughing and proceeded to reassure listeners that the 1D guys had nothing to worry about in the size department – in fact they all seem to be very proud of the size of their "things"!

Referencing a nude picture of Harry that appeared online last year, which at the time was thought to be a leaked image from an anonymous source, Ed revealed something very telling.

"Did you know Harry leaked that picture himself? He leaked his own picture…I think that's amazing," Ed said. "He was just like ‘no one knows, so I'm just gonna tell them.'"

To make things crystal clear, the singer finished by saying, "He [Harry] definitely hasn't got a little thing, so no, I did not write Little Things about [his] little things."

Thanks for clearing that up Ed!

It seems like all of the One Direction members are trying to spice up their careers a bit lately, first Zayn leaves, then Niall caddies for Rory McIlroy, and now it looks like Louis Tomlinson is a favourite to replace Louis Walsh on The X Factor judging panel.

Louis Walsh has recently said “I think I’m done with X Factor. I’ve done 11 seasons.

One Direction member Louis is the favourite to become the new judge if Louis Walsh leaves the judging panel, while Robbie Williams is also on the cards.

Zayn Malik is also an option because he is now free after leaving One Direction but it looks like Louis is a lot more likely to claim the spot.

Eighties music star and X Factor regular Sinitta has described the possibility of Louis joining the show as “amazing.”

“He spent a lot of time with us last year, mentoring the talent and watching rehearsals. I could definitely see him going into music management and production so it’s a good place to start,” she said.

This would definitely be a big change for the star and the show but we have no doubt that Louis would be a great judge and mentor.

Niall Horan has revealed who will join the boys on stage in Massachusetts in September and it’s not someone who we were expecting.

Golfer Rory McIlroy will come on stage with the band after having Niall Horan as his caddy during last week’s Par-3 contest.

“That was part of the deal,” Niall has told the Golf Channel. “If I went on the bag with him, he would come on stage and sing with us.”

We are curious to see how this one will turn out.

“He said if he’s allowed to pick the song then he’s going to do it,” said Niall.

When asked whether he had heard McIlroy's voice in the past, he answered, “No, but apparently, he’s terrible.”

Don’t get us wrong he seems like a lovely guy, but we don’t know if he has the ability to fill Zayn’s shoes for one night.

We wonder if the golfer will surprise us all and become the fifth member of 1D!

It’s been two weeks now since Zayn Malik’s departure from One Direction and nobody saw it coming – not even Simon Cowell.

Speaking out about Zayn’s decision to leave the superstar band, Simon said the singer needs some time to get his head together: “He’s a fantastic singer, he’s got to get his head together a little bit and needs time on his own.”

The X Factor judge also added that Zayn’s departure took him by surprise, saying: “I wasn’t expecting it to happen so quickly. You just have to deal with it.”

We’re trying here, Simon. Give us a break.

Meanwhile, the remaining One Direction lads have released their first poster as a foursome:

Something tells us they'll do okay – and Simon think so too: "As long as the boys want it, and I think they do, they will continue to be successul."
