It would appear the One Direction boys are writing some music with Good Charlotte!

Good Charlotte shot to fame in 2002 with their teen angst anthem, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.

In an ironic twist, the video for the song featured what looks like a blonde parody of Paris Hilton with whom member Benji Madden later went on to have a relationship with.

Joel Madden is currently in a relationship with Nicole Richie and the couple have two children together, Harlow and Sparrow.

We are certainly not to sure what to expect with this collaboration!

Little Mix’s Perri Edwards got engaged to One Direction’s Zayn Malik last summer, not long after rumours emerged that he had cheated on her. However, the 20-year-old admits that while it was not all plain sailing, she does trust him.

Last January, Australian waitress Courtney Webb came forward claiming that Zayn cheated on Perrie with her, so to show his dedication to the Little Mix star, Malik popped the question in the summer.

Even after he cheated, Perrie admits that it “was a no-brainer” saying yes. Talking to Fabulous magazine, the X Factor star said:  “I think you know yourself when the time’s right and when you’re with the right person.”

In response to the infidelity rumours, she added: “I know what I believe and what the truth is, so it doesn’t matter.”

However, things may not be all they seem after the One Directioner posted a rather questionable tweet on his Twitter account saying: “I’ll give but if there’s nothing left to give what can I do?”

Here’s hoping the 21-year-old hasn’t strayed again.

Reports say One Direction’s Harry Styles met with Kimberly Stewart and her father Rod Stewart for dinner on Thursday night.

Harry (20) and Kimberley (31) were linked back in April 2013, after being set up by a mutual friend – have they rekindled that old flame?

Harry was a comfortable part of the family dinners last year, with the two spotted on one occasion with Kimberley’s dad, stepmother Penny Lancaster and brother, Sean.

Is there a new (old) couple in town or is Harry getting musical advice from the old crooner?

One Direction’s Niall Horan went along to 5 Seconds Of Summer’s last UK show last night and he wasn’t alone.

The Irish singer was snapped cosying up to his rumoured on-again-off-again girlfriend Barbara Palvin.

Niall and the Victoria’s Secret model have spent a lot of time together over the last number of months, although Barbara has claimed they’re “just friends”.

Fans spotted the couple at the side of the stage during the gig and immediately uploaded pictures to Twitter…as you do.

Niall is a big fan of the Australian band, who supported One Direction on tour and Barbara even posted a snap of her view of the band at last night’s gig on Instagram.

First Katy Perry and John Mayer and now this – we don’t know how much more we can take!

Rumours are flying that One Direction’s Zayn Malik has ended his engagement to Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards.

The 1D crooner has posted a cryptic tweet that reads: “I’ll give but if there’s nothing left to give what can I do ? ?,,,,,”

Posting something this personal is out of character for the usually private Zayn – does this mean the engagement has hit a brick wall?

The young lovers sparked controversy when they got engaged last August, beginning their relationship only a year beforehand, due to their age and rumours that Zayn had been unfaithful.

Hopefully they’ll work things out – look how cute they are!

Harry Styles was a big winner at last night’s NME Awards, although it probably wasn’t the type of award he is used to. The One Direction star came away with Villain of the Year – aww, poor Harry!

Harry wasn’t the only one targeted though – The 1975 won the award for Worst Band.

Artic Monkeys continued their winning streak, following last week’s Brit Awards, leaving with five awards last night, including Best Album and Best Band.

Surprisingly, Lily Allen beat David Bowie, Kanye West and Paul McCartney to walk away with Best Solo Artist. We have to say we were not expecting that! Her new album Sheezus, a homage to Kanye’s Yeezus, is expected to be released this summer.

Blondie was honoured with a Godlike Genius Award – now that we definitely agree with!

After 1D’s Liam Payne revealed at the Brits that the five lads hadn’t been together in almost three months, rumours of a split spread like wildfire.

However, Harry has stepped up and calmed worried fans by reassuring everyone that the boys just needed a break.

Harry says they five of them are simply spending some quality time with their families. He even joked that he’d forgotten what his mum looked like as their tiring world tour wore him out.

Harry says: “We’re not breaking up. We’ve spent every day together for months and I forgot what my mum looked like. It’s just holidays.”

Everyone breathe a sigh of relief.

Following a public Twitter spat between Niall and Mike involving Mike’s behaviour during the Six Nations game last Saturday, Paddy Powers are stirring the argument in the only way they know how – a good old fashioned bet.

The bookies are trying to get the Irish singer and the Welsh rugby player to step into the boxing ring and face off.

They have offered €50,000 for the winner’s charity of choice and €10,000 for the loser’s. Is that an offer they can’t refuse?

The bookies are even offering Rob Kearney, who publicly stood up for Niall during the Twitter spat, the chance to be the referee.

According to reports, Liam Payne flew off the handle after he learned that his flight home from The Virgin Islands was delayed.

The 20-year-old is usually the calm one of the group, confessing that he is the most sensible of the five boys; however, he must have been having a bad day as apparently the Little Things singer “was livid” when his US Airways flight was delayed.

According to a source: “He was tired and grumpy, and just wanted to get home because it was his girlfriend’s birthday. He snapped at officials and started swearing. Everyone was quite taken aback.”

However, 1D fan, Brooklyn Willes, had a great flight as she was treated to a pose from Liam while they waited to take off.

She took to Twitter to convey her gratitude. She tweeted: “@Real_Liam_Payne This flight was upsetting, but thank you for being kind enough to take a picture with me. A gesture I’ll never forget.”

Sharing the photo on Instagram, the young girl wrote: “Don’t even worry I look like complete crap the day I meet Liam Payne. Haha worst 8-hour flight ever turned amazing.”

What a way to start the weekend!

It’s no secret that the X Factor’s ratings have declined significantly in recent years.

The show’s bosses are pulling out all the stops to return the star-making programme to its former glory, bringing our favourite sassy mum, Sharon Osbourne back into the fold.

Considering the popularity of that move, it’s no surprise that they’ve delved back into the pool of judges from the show’s golden years.

But who’s making a dramatic return?

We still have our fingers crossed that Cheryl will be on our screens once again, but reports now reveal that Simon Cowell is currently finalising a deal with the show’s chiefs.

The dad-to-be will rejoin the judging panel in August after a three-year hiatus.

It’s not yet known if he’ll continue on the X Factor’s US edition, but either way, we’ll be happy to have Simon back where he belongs.

We might even get another One Direction out of the deal!
