We miss it dearly while it's gone, and whine like a little puppy when we don't know how to fill our OITNB void.

But fear not, because the ladies of Litchfield Prison will be coming back to us very soon. 

Variety has confirmed that the season 4 premiere date for Orange Is The New Black is June 17, 2016. Yay!

They are also switching days, and this season the show will be on Fridays… Because Netflix bosses know we need a full weekend to binge on it.

Release dates were also set for Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (April 15) and, after much uncertainty, it has been confirmed that Jessica Jones will be back this year.

We told you yesterday that The Rocky Horror Picture Show is one Halloween movie that you NEED to watch. 

But now we have even better news as the rumours are true and Fox is shooting a remake of the musical, which will star Laverne Cox. 

The Orange Is The New Black actress has been lined up to take over the role of Dr Frank-N-Further, made famous by Tim Curry on stage as well as on screen. 

Also teaming up with Fox is High School Musical's Kenny Ortega, who will bring the two-hour re-staging of Rocky Horror musical into modern times. 

A plot description from Fox reveals: "The Rocky Horror Show follows sweethearts Janet Weiss and Brad Majors, who stumble upon Dr Frank-N-Furter's bizarre abode.

"Frank-N-Furter, a sexually ambiguous flirtatious alien mad-scientist, is holding an annual, Transylvanian science convention to showcase the birth of 'Rocky Horror' – a fit, attractive man created solely to fulfil Frank's desires."

Laverne is an Emmy nominee for her role of prisoner Sophia in Netflix's Orange Is The New Black but we think this new role could be her best yet.

Ruby Rose is NOT a happy camper.

Fans of the Orange Is The New Black star may have been excited to see Ms Rose on the cover of The Untitled Magazine's latest issue. 

But before you run to buy the publication, you may want to hear what Ruby has to say about the photos. 

"I am pro ‘free the nipple' so when I was tagged in this photo by fans I wasn't sure where it came from but I assumed a BTS from a friends shoot or one where we had approved slightly transparency in an image"

"Imagine my shock to find that @theuntitledmagazine decided to publish images of me after we explained we wouldn't be doing the shoot if I wasn't appropriately covered."

The actress addressed the problem on her Instagram account with this picture attached. 

She continued, "The difference with working with a friend and or choosing to use nudity for art/and someone taking the piss and exploiting you is two different things."

Ruby went on to say the photos were eight months old.

In response to her claims, the magazine tweeted directly at Ruby herself.

"@RubyRose One of the most important issues today is #equality," they tweeted. "We would never publish unapproved photos. We do not believe in exploitation!"

But that didn't stop the 29-year-old asking fans to avoid purchasing the issue. 

"Please if you are a fan of mine boycott this issue. Or you are buying into greedy, exploitative propaganda." 

"I have plenty of other shoots I'm proud of with professionals coming up its not needed in your collection."

All of the stars of Orange is the New Black hit the red carpet for Sunday night’s Emmy awards. Before Uzo Aduba could take home her much-deserved award however, one of her co-stars was busy sending fans into a frenzy she was quizzed on the carpet.

Entertainment Tonight asked actress Taryn Manning a question that few of us had thought to end propose, because now we just cannot stop thinking about it: Will Britney Spears be on OITNB?

In case you forget this important moment in pop culture history, Britney and Taryn starred alongside each other in the classic noughties film Crossroads. Which was written by Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes, just FYI.

So, Taryn was asked if she would want to see Britney behind bars at some point on the show. Her answer:

"Of course! I want Britney everywhere," Manning said. "She's such a good actor I feel they can do anything with her. I was so impressed working with her.”

While some might doubt Britney’s acting chops, because to be fair the OITNB cast are quite amazing, Taryn gave her the seal of approval:

“She's so sincere in her acting. [With Crossroads] everyone was maybe hoping she wouldn't be good, but she was great."

Britney has just finished filming for a different series, Jane The Virgin, so perhaps this may actually be a reality at some point in the future. Taryn wasn’t quite sure who exactly Britney could play, although we’re sure fans have a few ideas, but she could share some Crossroads memories with us.

While most press junket interviews tend to follow the same kind of format, every now and then you see one that makes you just want crawl into a hole and hide.

Think Tom Hardy’s recent Mad Max interview when he was asked if he wondered why there weren’t more men in the film, or the AWFUL interview with Quentin Tarantino and Channel 4 presenter, Krishnan Guru-Murthy.

And now we have the interview with the cast of Orange is the New Black and Brazilian journalist and comedian, Rafael Cortez to add to the list.

The interviewer went and asked some extremely condescending and inappropriate questions. As Natasha Lyonne so succinctly summarised – “I feel like it’s accidentally maybe a little bit misogynistic because it’s like ‘You’re so beautiful, what’s it like having to do all that acting?’”

The tone of the interview is almost so outrageous and inappropriate and Mr Cortez is in fact a comedian, we do have to wonder, was he joking all along?

In case you’ve been living under a Wi-Fi-less rock for the past week, Ruby Rose is your new imaginary BFF.

The Orange is the New Black actress has taken the world by storm since the series released its third season last week; much to highly excitable fans delight.

Ruby and her girlfriend Sophie Dahl have been all over social media lately, and with good reason! They are two of the coolest people we have never met.

After Ruby’s Twitter Q&A though, we feel like we’ve known her forever.

Not only does she love all our favourite things like dogs and Law and Order, she's modest too. Rub. Stop, you're just too much. 

Possibly the greatest revelation to come from her chat with her fans was how she’s decorated her piano. It has Justin Bieber’s face on in.

All over it actually.

While most people would cringe at their -ahem, questionable decorating choices being revealed to the entire twitter universe, Ruby takes it all in her stride.

Pretty standard behaviour for the 29-year old former DJ. She is not someone who’s afraid of opening up to the public. Whether it’s baring all on television, or speaking openly about her past issues with her sexual identity, Ruby Rose is not afraid to speak her mind.

If there was any question as to her home décor preferences though, they were quickly silenced. By none other than Bieber himself.

The most unusual seal of approval from the Baby singer has made it official, Ruby Rose is here to stay for a long  time.

The third season of the Emmy award-winning series Orange Is The New Black has now been released on Netflix – a full six hours ahead of schedule.

The uproarious drama was set to be shared on the streaming site this evening, but Netflix delighted OITNB fans this morning when it announced over Twitter that the series was live.

Safe to say we know what we’ll be doing this weekend!

This dark and gritty yet hilariously real drama-comedy has proved a huge hit with audiences since being unveiled two years ago.

So what's its sercret? Firstly, it is one of very few shows that competes at the top of the ‘quality TV’ genre that has a cast made up of almost entirely women.

While many shows have strong leading female women (think House Of Cards and Breaking Bad) that are the driving forces in the show, they still, to a certain extent, are there to play counterpart to the predominantly male leads.

While Claire Underwood and Skyler White are undoubtedly the portrayal of sound reason and logic in their respective shows, it is still the characters played by Kevin Spacey and Bryan Cranston that take the lead. 

But not in Orange is the New Black. With a cast that boasts a host of totally diverse women, and characters with real depth, the show brings a sense of brutal realism to its audience.

The show is based on the 2010 memoir of Piper Kerman, whose seemingly perfect middle-class life was interrupted when she had to serve a 12-month prison sentence for drug offences that were committed years earlier.

So where are we now?

At the end of season two Piper (Taylor Schilling) had ratted on her former lover Alex (Laura Prepon). Vee (Lorraine Toussaint) had escaped from prison, only to be run over by another fugitive.

We can’t wait to see where season 3 is going to pick up from. So, cancel all your weekend plans, the OITNB race is on!

When actress Lea DeLaria took to her social media channels to announce her engagement to her partner, Chelsea Fairless, we can’t imagine she ever predicted the confusion that would follow!

The Orange Is the New Black star, famed for playing the role of ‘Boo’ in the show, shared her amazing news this weekend with her Twitter followers, linking to a Facebook announcement, with the caption reading: “Yes b*tches I am engaged.”

In the rather hilarious and very obviously photoshopped picture, Lea and Chelsea are seen standing next to the late Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor. The photo was taken from Liza Minnelli’s wedding to David Gest back in 2002 – but it didn’t seem to ring a bell with Lea’s followers.

In fact, while Lea’s fans we quick to send on their well wishes and congratulations, some couldn’t help but wonder exactly how Michael Jackson made it into their engagement photo!

“Im confused why are they standing next to Michael if he is dead… Or is this a old picture [sic]?” wrote one follower.

Others hailed the picture as the “best engagement announcement photo ever”.

Sharing her news in her very unique way, Lea wrote: “Despite their concerns about the patriarchal confines of marriage, actor/ singer Lea DeLaria and editrix Chelsea Fairless of Brooklyn, New York are pleased to announce their engagement. No date has been set for the impending nuptials but it’s safe to say that it will be the event of the season, or a total sh*t show.”

We just love her.

Orange Is The New Black star Taryn Manning has been arrested!

The actress allegedly had a mutual restraining order with a former friend but was arrested when a judge decided she had violated the order due to threatening social media posts.

TMZ report that as Taryn was not present for the court hearing, a warrant for her arrest was promptly issued.

Her former friend, Jeanine Heller was previously arrested for similar offences against Taryn. 

Taryn plays the role of prison inmate, Pennsatucky on the hit Netflix show Orange is the New Black. Let's hope she can be a little bit nicer than her character is…

Orange Is The New Black star Diane Guerrero, who plays Maritza on the hit Netflix show, broke down in tears on CNN yesterday.

The actress became emotional when speaking about her parents and brother, who were deported to Columbia when she was only 14-years-old.

Discussing the fateful day, Diane says she came home from school to find their cars still there, the lights on, but nobody home.

Neighbours then came around to tell Diane that her parents had been taken away.

The actress then finished school and went to college alone – saying that nobody in authority came to see if she was okay after her parents were taken. 

Speaking about her relationship with her parents today, Diane says that it is extremely difficult as she feels she doesn’t know what it going on with them, a subject that causes her to get very emotional.

Diane appeared on the show to talk about America’s immigration laws, which are currently being overhauled by President Obama.
