Move over J Law and Amy, because Blake Lively and Taylor Swift are our new fave celeb BFFs. 

And Blake seems to really know her best friend, giving Taylor a brilliant birthday surprise.

Tay posted a snap on Instagram yesterday of a very delicious-looking pie. And sitting on top were two cats made of icing, which resembled her cats Olivia and Meredith. 

The feline lover named her furry friends after her favourite TV characters, Olivia Benson from Law & Order: SVU and Meredith from Grey's Anatomy. 

“There's a reason ‘#friendshipgoals’ was invented because of her. Thank you @taylorswift for the happiness you bring to not only everyone that knows you, but also to those who don't — you're the real deal. Happy Birthday!” Blake captioned another IG post. 

The gal pals recently spent some time together in Australia, and looking at their pictures, we WISH we could join in with the fun.

But even though Taylor celebrated her 26th birthday, it wasn't all sunshine and roses.

A new claim has been made that Taylor stole another artists work. But a spokesperson for Ms Swift made a statement to Cosmopolitan today:

"At no time during these postings did Ms Burguieres contact our office directly. Notwithstanding the huge publicity this has generated for Ms Burguieres and her store, in early November Ms Swift's office made a fair offer of payment well above a reasonable licensing fee for the short time the fan art was posted online.

"Ms Burguieres' lawyer acknowledges Ms Swift's action was unintentional, but rejected the offer. She promised to get back to us with an explanation of why she felt Ms Burguieres was entitled to more money, but she never did that and the next we heard as Ms Burguieres' new posting.

"We have tried on multiple occasions to address Ms Burguieres' concerns, but these actions make it clear to us that this is just an unfortunate effort to extract ore money and more publicity."

X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini believes that body-shaming should be made illegal so it probably wasn’t very wise for ANYONE to comment on the singers weight – but Vicky Pattison went ahead and remarked on Ms FV's weight anyway.

After suggesting that Cheryl should head down to highstreet baker, Greggs, and get herself a pie, the former Geordie Shore was viciously trolled by the star’s loyal fans.

27-year-old Vicky – who has had her own weight struggles – defended her comments after she said: "Get yourself down to Greggs for a pie or a stottie cake. Get yourself to Newcastle pet, chill, have a night in with a Chinese."

But Vicky didn't realise how much criticism she would get from Cheryl's fans.

“I got shamelessly trolled by all of Cheryl’s soldiers. I understand that opinion about the nation’s sweetheart was going to be controversial but I didn’t mean it to be horrible,” Vicky told the Daily Star Sunday.

“The abuse I got was ridiculous. It was like I was a national hate figure.”

She added: "Cheryl is one of my favourite celebrities. All I said was she was a little bit thin and should go to Greggs."

“I wasn’t trying to body-shame her but all her fans jumped down my throat.”

We’re all for trying new things but this is just a classic with added pastry!

Marks and Spencer have announced the launch of their new fish and chip pie.

The pie consists of mushy peas on the bottom, fish in the middle with a topping of chips encased in pastry.

M&S will be selling the pie from the end of the month in the UK.

Food developer for the company, Matt Dawson, explained the thought that went into the unique creation, “Creating this pie has been the culmination of lots of love and hard work for our development team.”
