Pippa O'Connor just gave birth last week and was looking as radiant as ever as she strolled around Kildare Village yesterday.

The mum-of-two brought baby Louis on his first outing in the gorgeous sunshine, and captured the moment on Instagram.

Pippa was dressed casually as she stood beside her baby's buggy and captioned the shot, "What a gorgeous day to be out and about."

However, her trip was cut short, as she admitted on Snapchat that the power went out across all of the stores in the shopping outlet.

Despite the trip being cut short due to an electrical fault, she seemed pretty happy to have the day with her family.

After welcoming their second son to the world just yesterday, Pippa O’Connor has now shared the first picture of the newborn.

Louis Ormond is the new arrival of Pippa and husband Brian Ormond and the new dad couldn’t contain his excitement as he made the announcement on Twitter yesterday.

Mum, Pippa posted the picture on Instagram last night gushing saying “We are bursting with love and happiness.”

With just a peek at the baby’s feet we’re already excited to see what the little boy looks like.

No doubt a looker like his mum and dad.

Pippa O' Connor has revealed the cover of her new book on Instagram.

The model took to the social media site to tell her fans that they can now pre-order the book Pippa: Simple Tips To Live Beautifully now.

The soon-to-be mum-of-two wrote on her blog: “Pippa: Simple Tips to Live Beautifully’ is a beautiful hardback book full of fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

“In the book I share my love of fashion and what inspires me. I’ll be sharing how to feel and look fabulous without spending a fortune, how to get ready in ten minutes, wardrobe essentials for every woman, interior inspiration and ideas, and being the hostess with the mostest (without slaving in the kitchen!).”

Brian Dowling is getting broody and has admitted to his desire to start a family.

The TV presenter opened up about having kids, and said his BFF Pippa O Connor could be the perfect surrogate.

"I'm like, 'Pippa, once you drop this one, do you want to go again?'. Baby Ollie is just gorgeous and she's beautiful – and a nice person as well – and has a really good work ethic. She's so fabulous," he told the Diary.

Brian and his husband Arthur Gourounlian, who got married in the summer of last year, said they still have a lot to figure out, though.

"I'm quite pro the surrogacy thing, and Arthur's quite pro the adoption thing, so it's about deciding what works," Brian revealed.

Whichever way the handsome pair choose, we're sure they'll make great parents.

She's taken her blog to the next level in Ireland, and now Pippa O Connor is hoping to take her food to the next level in The Restaurant.

The model is going to take part in the next series of the show, and will show her cooking skills that was passed on from her late mother.

Her mam, Louise Mullen, who passed away in 2014, was a Cordon Bleu-trained chef and no doubt Pippa will pull some inspiration from her for her menu.

“Pippa was in filming with us for the new season of the show and she was great,” said The Restaurant's pastry chef, Louise Lennox.

“Her mum was a chef, so I think it meant a lot to her as her mum used to teach her to cook. I was surprised at how much food knowledge she had,” she told the Herald.

All of the celebrities that will be on the next series of the show have not been named yet, but the pregnant model and former Irish soccer star Kevin Kilbane have been confirmed.

21 weeks into her term, expectant mother Pippa O' Connor has shared a happy update of her pregnancy in a post to her website.

The blogger, model and mother-of-one revealed that she had her halfway scan today and was accompanied by her 2-year-old son, Ollie. 

The 31-year-old, who is married to television personality Brian Ormond, was relieved to find that everything was going to plan. 

"Everything went well thankfully. Even when you’ve nothing to worry about specifically I think it’s normal for expectant mothers to be a little anxious."

Despite not holding back during the Christmas period, Pippa revealed that she is feeling healthy and happy at less than four months away from her due date. 

"Bump-wise I definitely feel a bit neater this time. (I do not know how after Christmas! My god I was such a piggy!!)."

"I’m still feeling well and have no complaints on that end."

We even got a glimpse of the baba from a snap of scan as seen on Pippa's Snapchat. 

While everything is going to plan, Pippa is starting to feel some discomfort but only has one minor complaint. 

"My only complaint- and it’s not even a complaint as really I’ve been so lucky… But It’s my skin, I’m getting constant break outs around my chin."

Even though she does not yet know the sex of the baby, she is looking for some name inspiration already. 

"Oh and baby names… We haven’t one boy or girl name that I’m set on at the moment. I better get my thinking cap on. Any tips on baby name inspiration?"

It’s always tough for a well-known face or name to keep their pregnancy under wraps – as Pippa O’Connor knows well.

Already a mum to toddler Ollie, yesterday the model and businesswoman announced she was expecting her second child.

Now at the 12-week mark – and previously eager to keep gossip to a minimum – Pippa revealed to SHEmazing! this afternoon that she has been forced to scale back on her social media activity.

"I haven't been using Snapchat or Instagram as much over the past few months because I didn't want people to talk or speculate," said Pippa.

"I found it hard because I've got so many events where I'm on stage. People had seen me going in and out of hospital and were starting to tweet me so I was like I better just say.

"Not that it's a massive deal, but you want to tell people yourself."

We caught up with the 30-year-old, who is now three months pregnant, at the Centra Christmas launch, and she revealed that she even kept her pregnancy a secret from her two-year-old son, Ollie.

"He repeats everything these days so I couldn't risk him saying something to the wrong person," she told us. 

Pippa admitted that the big news has only really hit her today. "It doesn't feel real until everyone knows because no one's saying it, today's the first day that it feels like, 'Oh I'm having a baby!' she laughed. 

The star doesn't know whether she is having a boy or a girl yet and is planning on keeping the sex a surprise until she is due, next May. She added that she will be "thankful as long as the baby is OK."

Ms O'Connor also revealed that she will have a packed house this Christmas as her family are all staying there for the festivities. "There will be about six adults and four children under four-years-old.. so it'll be a bit mental."

And when asked what she will be cooking, Pippa admitted that she will be heading straight to her nearest Centra.

"It have such a good range in store and there's so much to choose from… I will definitely be buying some of that gorgeous Christmas ham and brussel sprouts!"

We popped along to the launch of Dublin Fashion Festival last night… and it was fabulous!

With fashion and food – not to mention a few famous faces – in plentiful supply, the event was suitably stylish. 

Taking place in the spectacular City Hall in Dublin's city centre, the venue had been decorated with stunningly bright pink lights, pink banners and even art installations from Balla Ban Art. Actually, we reckon the City Hall never looked so on-trend.

We were initially greeted by some very lovely air hostesses from City Jet – and the used their expertise to show us the way into the main area where we also enjoyed some tasty canapes from San Lorenzo's on George's street.

The new face of the festival, Pippa O'Connor (whom we also exclusively interviewed yesterday) then addressed the crowd, telling us all about the week-long festival and her excitement to be the new face of the DFF.

Pippa wore a gorgeous black fitted jumpsuit from Arnotts for the occasion. 

The subsequent fashion show showcased all of Dublin's biggest retailers from Brown Thomas to Arnotts, H&M and Forever 21 and also gave us major trend alerts to get us ready for the season ahead. 

Dublin Fashion Festival will take place this year from the September 7 to 13. It is the first time Dublin will be holding a week long event (previous instalments have been shorter) so you can expect everything to be bigger and better for 2015. 

There will be more than 250 retailers, restaurants, bars and hotels taking part and daily fashion shows will also be taking place.

We are going to see oh-so cool catwalks on Grafton Street and Henry Street, night-time runway shows, workshops, make up master-classes and more. 

The Young Designer Of The Year award will also be taking place – a recognition of the creme de la creme of young design talent in this country.

And if last year's winner, Ciaran Gormley, is anything to go by, it's going to be a tough competition – but we can't wait to see who comes out on top.

Pippa O’Connor has been modelling full-time for ten years, but in a recent interview she has revealed that she doesn’t want to continue full-time for much longer:

“I don’t think personally that I’d want to be doing it in a few years. I kind of feel like I’ve done it now – 10 years is enough.

“I love doing cool shoots for magazines and stuff so I’d always want to do things like that.

“But as far as doing it full time, like I have done for what seems like forever now, I’d be happy to leave it before anyone doesn’t want me anymore.”

Yikes – is this the harsh reality of modelling? Get out before you get thrown out?

It’s well known that the modelling industry is not easy – Lara Stone recently spoke out about being fired from a job when she revealed she was pregnant, and sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen also spoke out about being deemed “too fat” for a major clothing company:

“I showed up on set and they asked me if they could take a photo, and they shoot that photo off to my agency who then calls me as I’m sitting in the make-up chair and they say: ‘You need to leave right now. They just said that you are fat and that you need to have your measurements taken.”

Pippa’s family have been going through some tough times recently, since her husband Brian Ormond was accused of having dodgy dealings and meeting up with former criminal Martin ‘The Viper’ Foley because of an alleged €40,000 debt. Perhaps the stress of this situation has made her want to dedicate more time to family life?

Whatever the reason, we don’t think Pippa has to worry about losing her looks any time soon – she’s fab!
