Superstar P!NK has announced that she will play her first Irish show in six years next summer.

The Just Like A Pill singer will bring her Beautiful Trauma World Tour to Dublin's RDS Arena on June 18th 2019.

Tickets for the show, which will surely be as awe-worthy as her previous concerts on Irish soil – this is to be her first live show here since 2013 – will go on sale from Ticketmaster from next week; on October 23 at 9am, priced from €69.50, including booking fee.

She will be joined by special guests Vance Joy, KidCutUp and Bang Bang Romeo on the night.

P!NK’s Beautiful Trauma World Tour, kicked off in Phoenix, USA in March this year, and has already seen the singer thrill crowds across America. Her concerts showcase the best of P!NK as a supreme vocalist (she sounds better live than on CD) and physical performer; she is renowned for her incredible acrobatics throughout each show.

Thank you Sydney, the last two nights have been magical. The last 3 or so months have been both amazing & challenging for my family and I, but I remain forever grateful for the time we’ve had together in your beautiful country & for the years of friendship and memories. 42 shows!!

She also recently wrapped her Australia and New Zealand leg of the tour, which with its 42 shows wasn't without its tougher moments; the entertainer had to cancel and then reschedule some shows due to trying to maintain her health and take care of her family on the road, but thankfully, she seems to be in the whole of her health as she gets ready to embark on her European tour.

Earlier this year, P!nk explained that she has had to tackle some very delicate issues with her six-year-old daughter, Willow.

While accepting the 2017 Vanguard Award at the MTV Video Music Awards. the singer revealed that her oldest child considered herself ugly.

"I look like a boy with long hair," Willow told her mother.

Stunned by both her daughter's candour and lack of self-belief, P!nk decided to use world-famous artists to teach her daughter that refusing to follow the crowd when it comes to a gender-specific appearance is something to celebrate.

As P!nk explained in her speech, her approach seemed to work, and Willow is now growing up in a 'label-less' house – something the singer feels is a benefit to her daughter.

Speaking recently to The Mirror, the singer reaffirmed: "We are a very label-less household. Last week, Willow told me she is going to marry an African woman. I was like, 'Great!'"

"And we are going to live with you while our house is getting ready," Willow warned her mum.

However, Willow's family home isn't the only place where diversity is celebrated P!nk added, before recognising her child's school attempts at contributing to the conversation.

"The bathroom outside the kindergarten said, 'Gender Neutral, Anybody,' and it was a drawing of many different shapes," the What About Us said.

"I took a picture of it and I wrote: 'Progress.' I thought that was awesome. I love that kids are having this conversation."

P!nk has made no secret over the fact that she and fellow artist, Christina Aguilera, shared somewhat of a strained relationship in the past.

And while P!nk has spoken openly about the issue, she has insisted that neither she nor Christina hold any ill will towards each other these days.

Given her candour on the subject, it's perhaps no surprise the Stupid Girls singer has this week taken umbrage with the current speculation surrounding the pair.

Footage of P!nk's reaction to Christina's American Music Awards performance this week has been widely circulated, with the press and public quick to suggest that the pair's feud is far from dead and buried.

Honing in on P!nk's facial expression at the esteemed award show, social media users suggested that she was unimpressed with Christina's rendition of I Will Always Love You – something P!nk was quick to shut down on Twitter.

"Waking up to see a newly created riff between myself and another incredible woman, Christina, who took on an incredible feat, who I support fully, makes me so sad," she wrote in a post which has been liked thousands of times in mere hours.

Taking aim at those who contributed to the negative dialogue, P!nk added: "You all perpetuate keeping women apart b/c you're afraid of the power we have when we get together."

Agreeing with P!nk, one Twitter user replied: "We need positivity, equality & inspiration. Not negative bullshit to tear each other apart constantly. No wonder this world is in disarray."

During the height of their fame, Christina Aguilera and P!nk made the decision, along with Mya and Lil Kim, to collaborate on a track together.

While the track was soaring to the top of the charts, tension behind the scenes was reportedly soaring as well.

And it seems P!nk is finally comfortable talking about it, having regularly dismissed rumours that there existed animosity between herself and Christina.

While appearing on Watch What Happen Live, the mother-of-two reflected on the early stages of her career, and admitted that while she and Christina were similar in many respects, they differed in their approach to conflict.

"I think I’m an alpha and she’s an alpha. And I’m used to taking my altercations physical and she’s used to having them verbal,” the singer said.

“We’re just very different. Women have to learn how to support each other. It’s not taught to us on the playground."

Admitting that the animosity between them eventually grew physical, Pink told host, Andy Cohen: "Actually, she swung on me in a club, which is hilarious. I was like, ‘What’s happening right now. What is happening?”"

The What About Us singer insists that there is no bad blood betweenh the pair these days, and reasons that their age played a major role in the conflict, saying: "We were super young and super new at the whole thing,"

In fact, it looks like the two singers may even have spent some time together in the recording studio of late, with P!nk admitting: "We may or may not have already collaborated. So, I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that, but I just did."

If anyone can get her guests to open up and spill the tea, it's Ellen DeGeneres.

And while her effortless charm and open nature certainly contribute to her guests' candour, a little game called Never Have I Ever has its merits too.

With P!nk and Reese Witherspoon as the latest victims of the quickfire quiz normally reserved for pre-club drinking sessions, Ellen got the two A-listers to open up about everything from public sex to the trust they have in their partners.

And it turns out that when it comes to snooping through a significant other's phone, P!nk is as guilty as  – ahem – the rest of us.

"All the time!" P!nk revealed. "I'm pretty sure he know though. The code changes alot."

For this and more of P!nk and Reese's exploits, we invite you to settle down for the latest version of Ellen's Never Have I Ever…

So, last night P!nk was crowned the proud winner of the 2017 Vanguard Award at the MTV Video Music Awards.

After taking to the stage to receive the acclaimed accolade, the artist decided to shape her acceptance speech around a conversation she shared with her daughter recently.

In a revealing speech, the F*cking Perfect singer explained that her six-year-old daughter had called herself the 'ugliest girl I know'.

"I look like a boy with long hair," Willow added at the time.

Stunned by both her daughter's candour and lack of self-belief, P!nk decided to use world-famous artists to teach her daughter that refusing to follow the crowd when it comes to a gender-specific appearance is something to celebrate.

"I went home and I made a power point presentation for her. And, in that presentation, were androgynous rock stars and artists that live their truth."

"These are artists like Michael Jackson, David bowie, Freddie Mercury, Annie Lennox, Prince, Janis Joplin, and George Michael, Elton John — so many artists," she told a visibly emotional audience.

P!nk then used her own experience in the music industry to remind her daughter that she refused to succumb to criticism over her image.

"I said to her, “Do you see me growing my hair?” She said, “No mama.” I said, “Do you see me changing my body?” “No, mama.” “Do you see me changing the way I present myself to the world?” “No, mama."

And then the kicker.

“Do you see me selling out arenas all over the world?” “Yes, mama.” P!nk said as applause rang out through the crowd.

P!nk's speech has, unsurprisingly, had Twitter users in a heap, as they went online and paid tribute to the the singer's heartfelt tibute to her daughter.

Ellen De Generes, who presented the singer with the award, took to Twitter in the aftermath, writing: "Congratulations on your Vanguard Award. From now on I’m gonna spell my name El!en. I love u."

Oh, and in case you missed it, here it is…
