Kris Jenner has updated fans on the condition of her daughter, Kim, after a brutal Paris Fashion Week robbery saw her lose $10 million worth of jewellery.
Speaking to E! News at the launch of Khloé’s new denim line, the famous momager described Kim’s recovery as “a process”.
The 60-year-old reality star also explained that she is “doing what a mother does” by ensuring her daughter is surrounded by friends and family who can make her feel safe as she comes to terms with the trauma of being bound and gagged by a gang of armed robbers.
“But not to worry. We’ve called upon Kim’s closest friends, fam and yours truly to serve up some exclusives. Stay tuned for new posts and app takeovers!”
“Thank you so much for your support for my girl. Love you mean it.”
From cryptic pregnancy announcements to accusations of domestic violence, it has been an emotional week for actress Lindsay Lohan. But thankfully the Freaky Friday star has revealed that her life has now taken a positive turn.
In a new Instagram post which was shared last night the 30-year-old revealed she is recovering from the week’s events with friends and apologised for making her private drama so public.
Alongside a picture of her driving a boat, Lindsay wrote: “I am sorry that I've exposed certain private matters recently. I was acting out of fear and sadness.”
“We all make mistakes. Sadly mine have always been so public.”
“I have done a lot of soul searching in the past years, and I should have been more clear minded rather than distract from the good heart that I have.”
“Social media comes with the territory of the business and the world we now live in.”

The former child star – who became engaged to Russian businessman Egor Tarabasov earlier this year – continued: “My intentions were not meant to send mixed messages. Maybe things can be fixed… Maybe not..I hope they can.”
“But I am 30 years old and I do deserve a #GENTLEgiant Life is about love and light. Not anger…Thank you to those who stand by my side.”
The post comes just one day after TMZ revealed threatening texts Lindsay’s father Michael sent to her partner in what appears to be reaction to the actress’ allegations that Egor had strangled her and cheated on her.
Singer Selena Gomez took a tumble on stage last night while performing in Tulsa Oklahoma as part of her Revival tour.
And rather than get upset over the mishap, the Good For You singer handled the situation like a total pro.
After a trip down a set of steps mid-way through her performance left Selena on her knees, the star simply laughed into the microphone and said: “First fall of the whole damn tour!”
“Can you believe it, in Tulsa?”

Just last week Selena’s ex Justin Bieber hit headlines when he fell off his stage during a Canadian performance.
Unfortunately the Sorry singer didn’t recover quite as smoothly as his former girlfriend as he fell totally off the stage in what looked like a painful slip.
Last week, Calvin Harris was involved in a terrifying car crash which saw him land himself in hospital with "facial lacerations."
He was on his way to a gig, which he had to cancel, and since has been on bed rest at home.
His team had to make many announcements following the incident as he was unable to perform on a number of occasions:
“Adam is still recovering from the injuries sustained in the car accident last Friday,” the statement on Facebook read.
“Unfortunately, as a result he will not be able to perform in Las Vegas at Hakkasan tonight, 5/26 and Omnia tomorrow, 5/27. He has asked us to pass on his apologies to everyone who was due to attend the shows and hopes to be back to his normal schedule soon.”
But now, the DJ has spoke out, apologising to his fans for cancelling gigs, and thanking them for their support:
Thank you so much for your messages and sorry to any disappointment I caused with the show cancellations …
It seems that Kim Kardashian had a rather special workout buddy this weekend.
The reality star tagged along with her sister, Khloe and her ex-hubby Lamar Odom to go for a hike.
Kim shared a photo on Instagram of an open road and captioned it, "Super Soul Sunday time before Super Bowl Sunday time with Khloe & Lamar."
At the side of the photo is a mans arm which we're guessing is Lamar. We're also guessing this is going to end up on Keeping Up With The Kardashians as they've been filming for the next season.
It's so good to see Lamar back on the road to recovery, and we're looking forward to all the drama that's going to happen on KUWTK next season. #OurGuiltyPleasure.
There are tens of thousands of popular Instagram accounts which chart weight-loss.
The user's progress is documented in workout sessions, calories consumed, kilos shed, and dress-sizes – not to mention the requisite before-and-after shots.
However, one young woman has decided to do the opposite: Amalie Lee is instead charting her weight-gain.
A recovering anorexic, she is championing her new body shape through a series of gorgeous pictures that are now inspiring others.
The 20-year-old also shares snaps of her food intake: a refreshing selection of Nutella-covered crepes, jelly sweets, bars of chocolate and ice cream.
A native of Norway, but studying at a university in London, Amalie says her struggles began in 2012.
“I went through a depressive phase in my mid-teens, and my perception of myself hit an all-time low," she says now.
"I just wanted to disappear. My eating disorder was never about looking like a model, it was a way to cope.
"I made bizarre rules for myself about what I allowed myself to eat, when, where — even what spoon to use."
Ms Lee says she resisted treatment initially, but gradually came to realise that, with her BMI dropping dangerously low, she could end up dead.
In 2013, she entered hospital as an out-patient and began rehibilitating.
"There wasn’t a magic moment where I had a recovery revelation, it was many small things at once that made me choose recovery," explains Amalie, who has chosen not to disclose her lowest or current weight, lest it act as a trigger to others.

She only began her Instagram account, which she has named Redefining Healthy, less than three weeks ago, but has already gained more than 72,000 followers.
"Luckily I got good treatment," she reflects now. "I learned a lot, both from my treatment personnel."
Weight-wise, by the spring of 2014 she was declared fit and well, though she adds that "it takes longer to recover mentally".
Amalie also posts positive messages to her fans, and challenges the assumptions surrounding eating disorders.
"Most people with eating disorders are normal- to overweight," she highlighted in one recent post. "Most people with eating disorders don't have clinical anorexia nervosa.
"There is NO such thing as being 'too big' for an eating disorder. Not all underweight people have eating disorders or are unhealthy."
She concluded in the same post: "We need to stop labelling and judging, and start accepting that people come in different sizes, and that is OK."

Sam Smith is celebrating two things today: his 23rd birthday and a successful surgery.
According to the Massachusetts General Hospital, his vocal cord surgery was successful and he is expected to make a full recovery.
Yayyyyy!
The surgeon, Dr Seven Zeitels, also performed the same surgery on Lionel Richie, Steven Tyler, and Adele.
They have revealed that Sam’s condition was the result of unstable blood vessels in the vocal cord that can rupture and prevent vocal performance.
Last month Sam had to cancel shows, and he also missed the Billboard Music Awards this week where he won Top Male Artist. He appeared by video using cards to say thank you and express his excitement.
We are so happy and can't wait for Sam to start singing again.
Paris Jackson is said to be recovering a year on from her suicide attempt.
The daughter of music icon Michael Jackson is still attending boarding school in Utah, and a source says that she is doing a lot better:
“She is getting back to normal. I think she has made quite a bit of progress over the past year.
“Utah has been exactly what she needed to get better. She is in a much better place than a year ago. It’s just a matter of time before she comes home”.
Almost exactly a year ago today it was confirmed that Paris had attempted suicide as she had been dealing with depression.
It’s not easy recovering from something like that, but we’re glad to see she’s on the mend.
Lindsay Lohan has taken up pole dancing in her bid to stay sober and not revert to her partying ways.
To keep herself occupied during her ongoing rehabilitation, the Mean Girls actress has taken to spinning around the pole, which she says is “empowering”.
The actress showed off her moves in the latest episode of her reality show Lindsay which follows her rehabilitation, backed by chat show legend Oprah.
The 27-year-old, who completed a 90-day stint in rehab last summer as part of plea deal with police, has previously struggled with alcohol and substance abuse.
In the documentary, she admits, “I’m sober but I’ve been very close [to relapsing]. It’s come very close and it’s really scary.”
Talking about her new hobby, Lindsay said, “It’s actually a really good workout. It’s really empowering for women to get to know your body and yourself”
“I like doing that kind of workout and I sweat more doing that than I do doing yoga, or getting on a treadmill, or anything else.”
