Singer and rapper Ciara had an awkward encounter with serial celeb prankster, Vitalii Sediuk today.

Ciara was attending the Valentino fashion show at PFW when the prankster appeared as she was posing for photos.

Whipping off his pants at the knee he revealed a thong along with the words Chanel written in white across his thigh.

He then proceeded to hug the singer (in his thong) who appeared to be taking the whole thing a lot better than we would.

Why hasn’t anyone found some way of keeping him off red carpets after he almost caused poor Kim Kardashian to topple over last week?!

It makes us think it may not be as hard as we thought to be Ryan Gosling’s secret date at his next red carpet event…

Actress and comedian Melissa McCarthy has revealed the reason she decided to design a plus-size clothing line.

Melissa was talking to Redbook magazine when she spoke about the difficulty she had in finding a dress for the 2011 Oscars, saying: “Two Oscars ago, I couldn’t find anyone to do a dress for me. I asked five or six designers … Very high-level ones who make lots of dresses for people, and they all said no.”

The Bridesmaids star also spoke about the hard time she has when shopping: “When I go shopping, most of the time I’m disappointed.”

Thankfully, Melissa knows exactly what is important in life – and it isn’t fame or the “perfect” body: “Success doesn’t define us [her and her husband], even though we love what we do. The important thing is our family and kids.”

Well, we hope those silly designers are kicking themselves now!

Ukranian ex-journalist Vitalii Sediuk made headlines last week when he jumped the barrier at the premiere for Brad Pitt’s latest film Maleficent and attacked him.

It was a bizarre occurrence, and Brad has finally released a statement about what happened:

“I was at the end of the line signing autographs, when out the corner of my eye I saw someone stage-diving over the barrier at me.  I took a step back; this guy had latched onto my lapels. I looked down and the nutter was trying to bury his face in my crotch, so I cracked him twice in the back of the head – not too hard – but enough to get his attention, because he did let go. I think he was then just grabbing for a hand hold because the guys were on him, and he reached up and caught my glasses.”

“I don’t mind an exhibitionist,” Brad continued, “but if this guy keeps it up he’s going to spoil it for the fans who have waited up all night for an autograph or a selfie, because it will make people more wary to approach a crowd. And he should know, if he tries to look up a woman’s dress again, he’s going to get stomped.”

Sediuk has since been sentenced to three years of probation and a year’s worth of psychiatric counselling after pleading no contest to battery and unlawful activity at a sporting or entertainment event.

Brad Pitt’s walk on the red carpet at the LA première of Maleficent took a dramatic turn when a man rushed the star and punched him in the face.

A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed that a man was arrested on the red carpet at the El Capitan Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard at the première of Angelina Jolie’s new movie last night.

They also confirmed that the man jumped a barrier before attacking Brad.

The man was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery, and taken to the nearest police station for questioning.

It’s been reported that the alleged attacker is Vitalii Sediuk – the man who was dragged off the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival after crawling under the dress of actress America Ferrera.

At previous events – he has hassled stars including Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper and Will Smith.

Red carpet goddess Blake Lively has shared some style tips for turning heads at super-glam bashes such as Cannes.

The Gossip Girl actress will only wear clothes she feels confident in when she has a big event to go to because she finds posing for the cameras nerve-wracking.

She said, ”Being on the red carpet tends to be stressful because there are a million cameras and some are looking for that embarrassing photo.

”So my advice is always feel comfortable in what you’re wearing – and that includes your clothes, your shoes, your make-up. That is what will make you feel the most confident.

”Of course, I don’t mean comfortable like sweats and Uggs.”

Blake loves getting glamorous in floor-length gowns and prefers having her hair down in loose waves.

The 26-year-old actress said, ”Honestly, though, I enjoy getting ready for big events – it’s like grown-up dress-up.

”Often you see people on the red carpet with tight up-dos, but that makes me feel stiff. For me, effortless hair is much more romantic and lived in.”

We hear you Blake!

Kristen Stewart may be the face of iconic designer labels Chanel and Balenciaga, but even she hasn’t escaped a cringe-worthy style faux-pas on the red carpet.

The Twilight star said she is “so, so embarrassed” by the snap taken of her as a child actress at the première of 2002 thriller Panic Room.

But it’s adorable!

Kristen said, “It shouldn’t be embarrassing because I was so young, but it doesn’t even matter how young you are, you’re just so, so embarrassed.”

The actress, who was only 12 at the time, added, “I definitely look back and think, “Oh that wasn’t my best choice”, or that it was so obvious that I wasn’t comfortable in that.

“It is a good feeling though, when you get it right and you can walk tall. It shows, everyone can see that.”

The MTV Movie Awards were held on Sunday and the red carpet saw some serious style.

While many celebs weren’t willing to miss out on the fun over at Coachella, there were still many famous faces to be seen.

Shailene Woodley wore a beautiful dark green leather dress that was quite edgy and very much Shailene’s style.

Rita Ora wore a plunging black gown that we thought was simply stunning with her blonde hair and red lips.

Jessica Alba looked summery in a lime skirt and white bralet which we loved.

Nicki Minaj surprised us all by turning up to the red carpet looking a lot different to how she usually does!

The star wore minimal make-up, had her hair styled brunette and long and wore a beautiful black maxi dress. The dress was accessorised perfectly with gold jewellery.

M·A·C Cosmetics were the  Official Makeup Partner of the Irish Film & Television Awards for the eight time this year; however, it seems celebs were more natural this year than in other years.

Talking about the makeup style this year M·A·C Senior Artist, Lesley Keane, said she noticed “a move towards more natural beauty with a focus on well defined brows and full lashes.”

It seems warm and deep colours are the top tones this season as the celebs sported caramels and apricots. Pastels are still holding their own as Keane noticed lavender was a popular colour for eyes along with jade green.

Classic metallic’s in golds, coppers and pewters will always be around and were popular on the red carpet again this year.

According to Lesley, others went the complete opposite from the natural look and “adopted a more individual look inspired by catwalk trends” including “orange, fuchsia, lavender and even gothic purple colours”.

M·A·C  makeup artists were at the event’s Beauty Suite to provide makeup  services to the stars and were backstage for ‘on the spot’ touch-ups for guests and presenters.
