Having a fight with your best friend can be really hard for you both.

Whether it was yesterday or last year, if you still want to keep that friendship there are some things you can do.

You’ll be back to watching America’s Next Top Model in onesies eating cereal from the box together in no time!

1. Forgive and forget
There is no point in attempting to heal a friendship if you are still angry and resentful. If you accept the apology, you need to mean it. Make sure you actually want this friendship before you go ahead.

2. Apologise
If you are in the wrong, apologise.

3. Break the ice
Don’t bombard her by appearing on her doorstep, she might still be mad. Instead, choose a form of communication she can get back to you when she is ready. Email, text, Facebook message etc.

4. Start slow
If the fight was particularly nasty with one side hurt, take things slow. Go for a coffee once a week and try not to address the situation if it has already been resolved. Don’t drag it out more than needs be.

5. Give her space
This might be hard to accept but perhaps she has decided she doesn’t want to be your friend anymore. You need to respect any decision she makes as if it were your own.

Ok so we are all aware of men’s more, em, obvious erogenous zones.

But there are plenty of other ways to turn him on without going straight for gold.

While some of these are definitely viable, others are just downright ridiculous.

1. Feet
Ya, this one probably isn’t going to happen. Sorry lads.

2. Ears
Whisper sweet nothings, he’ll love it.

3. Inner thighs
Hmm, we wonder why.

4. Back of knees
How do we even get into position for this?

5. Back
We could work with this one…

Ok so the music is a little cheesy but how cute is this proposal?

A teacher got more than she bargained for when her fireman boyfriend turned up during her school’s fire drill – and proposed to her!

Look how delighted all the little kids are, so adorable!

We bet there was no homework that day.

This video by Buzzfeed features a group of men trying to explain the way in which a vagina works.

Some of the answers are pretty hilarious, as is the comparison to Predator.

But overall, we don’t think they did such a bad job! Well done men.

Perhaps there is hope for us after all…

It’s one thing being engaged, it’s an entirely other thing being married.

Before you make the decision to walk up the aisle, there are some important factors to consider to ensure you are making the right decision for you.

1. Are you ready?
Are you ready to be attached to somebody for the rest of your life? To take on their family as well as your own?

2. Is he ready?
Is he doing this for the right reasons and not just because it is what he feels he should be doing at this stage in life?

3. Do you want the same things?
If he wants kids and you don’t, or vice versa, you may need to have a serious discussion before making any big life changes.

4. Is it realistic?
Do you have the means and maturity to be a married couple?

5. Do you want the marriage, or just the wedding?
Weddings are fun and everyone loves the attention on their big day, but are you ready for what comes after that too? We’re looking at you, Kim K.

6. Are you willing to be honest with this person for the rest of your life?
A marriage is based on love, honesty and communication, after all!

7. Is he the one for you?

8. Why did you say yes?
Look back to your engagement and see if the reasons you said yes are still applicable for saying I do.

It’s a difficult thing for anybody to deal with rejection, whether it be romantic or otherwise.

But somehow, matters of the heart cut deeper.

Here are some ways you can emerge from the rejection and hurt intact and ready to take on the world all over again.

1. Everything happens for a reason
If that person you love doesn’t love you, then it was never meant to be in the first place and there is a greater plan in store for you.

2. Talk about it
Talking about it will help, after all, a problem shared is a problem halved! Your best friend will always make you feel better and be a shoulder to cry on. She will also tell you awful he was anyway and that you’re better off! Even if it isn’t true.

3. It isn’t you
You might not be able to see it now but there may be a reason this person simply can’t be with you. Don’t assume it is you or the way you are.

4. Use the experience to grow
Everything is a learning curve, even when it hurts. Use the rejection to learn more about yourself; how you deal with things and how you would like or change the way you deal with things in the future.

5. Don’t allow yourself to be down for too long
Of course initial rejection is going to hurt for a while but you can’t allow yourself to wallow in questions of what if. Be strong and arise from the situation with confidence, a new outlook and hope for what might happen in the future.

It can be easy to be swept away with the idea of a grandiose wedding in a castle with everyone you’ve ever met there – but intimate can be better. And cheaper.

These simple tips will help your wedding to be just as down-to-earth as you are. If you and your guests are comfortable then you’ll remember the night forever.

1. Cut the guest list
If you invite the people that you and your OH love the most you’re guaranteed the night of your life.

2. Have the ceremony somewhere unusual
If you are into the idea of an outdoor wedding then pick somewhere that means something to you as a couple. That place will be special forever after.

3. Name each reception table
This can add a fun twist and you can make pretty name plates for each table.

4. Have a theme
And be as subtle or blatant as you like!

5. DIY as much as you can.
Nothing beats homemade crafts as party favours or drinking cocktails out of decorated mason jars. So fetch the glitter out and get creative!

Former couple, Lena Headey and Jerome Flynn are reportedly not getting on at all and are to be kept apart on set.

Lena plays Cersei Lannister on Game of Thrones while Jerome plays Bronn.

The two were first linked as a couple in 2002 and things obviously did not go too well!

According to a crew member the couple are to “kept apart at all costs.”

It was also reported that “Jerome and Lena aren’t on speaking terms any more and are never in the same room at the same time.”

Ooh, we know it’s nosy but we wonder what happened between them that the bitterness lives on 12 years later!

Divergent star Shailene Woodley clearly isn’t a fan of Twilight!

Shailene has already proved herself to be a strong young woman who isn’t afraid to be herself and doesn’t care who knows it.

She would also like us to know that Bella and Edward’s relationship into Twilight was “toxic”.

The young actress spoke to Teen Vogue about why Bella and Edward’s relationship is far from healthy:

Twilight, I’m sorry, it’s about a very unhealthy, toxic relationship. She falls in love with this guy and the second he leaves her, her life is over and she’s going to kill herself … What message are we sending to young people?”

We have to say, as much as we love Twilight, she has a very valid point. Bella does take the whole heartbreak thing to a new level!
