Blac Chyna for the most part has disappeared from the headlines after her break-up with Rob Kardashian. 

However, the drama has reignited after Chyna's lawyer, Walter Mosley, signalled that his client is planning to sue the Kardashian family.

The 30-year-old is taking a case against her ex-fiancé and his family for allegedly damaging her career.

Walter Mosley took to Instagram to announced that a court date for the lawsuit had been confirmed.

He captioned a picture with Chyna: “February 3, 2020. We’re going to court. White v. Kardashian et al. #staytuned #blacchyna.”

The Mirror reports that Kris Jenner is financially supporting Rob, as her son is to appear in court to figure out child support.

It's reported that last month, Rob asked for his $20,000 a month child support payments to be lowered.

In fact, The Blast alleged that the 31-year-old can't afford the monthly financial support.

Additionally, the publication reported that Rob believes that Chyna's bigger paycheck means that she should be supporting him.

Looks like we'll have to wait until 2020 to see how this pans out.

With rumours widespread that their relationship is in a fragile state, it’s no surprise that a second season of Rob & Chyna looks unlikely.

Despite current episodes of the show pulling in decent ratings, TMZ has reported that E! bosses have yet to sign the controversial couple for another season as producers are already struggling to get the pair to film together.

With Rob quickly returning to his introverted ways, E! is worried it will not be able to get another season out of him.

But it seems the cancellation of Rob & Chyna mightn’t do Chyna too much harm as production sources say TV executives would consider working with her on a new solo show.

Between Kylie hooking up with Chyna’s ex Tyga and her brother going steady with T’s baby mama Chyna, it’s safe to say it’s been a complicated few months in the Kardashian-Jenner household.

But just when we think we’ve got the Rob/Chyna/Kylie/Tyga situation all figured out, Rob goes and throws a wobbler by accusing his fiancée of cheating on him with his sister’s beau.

Last night during the premiere of the much anticipated Rob & Chyna reality series, clips of an upcoming episode of the show capture Chyna telling a male friend that she wants to take a paternity test.

According to the Mail Online, the next segment shows the former stripper getting a needle put in her arm by a doctor – a scene which would suggest that she followed through with her shock paternity test statement.

Apparently the 28-year-old Chymoji creator had previously revealed that her partner had accused her of cheating on him with his potential future brother-in-law Tyga.

For now it looks like Rob and Chyna have managed to put their differences aside as yesterday they announced the gender of their unborn child with a collection of celebratory social media posts.

But how long that peace will last is anyone's guess.

It’s no secret that things haven’t always been rosy between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, but it looks like their new show is set to reveal just how rocky their relationship can be.

In a new clip from the preview of Rob & Chyna, the father-to-be asks Scott Disick to drive him to the shop so he can get toiletries for the night as Chyna had kicked him out of her house.

Responding to the Lord’s surprise, Rob says: “Chyna and I got in a fight so she kicked me out…I’m just going to let her be, give her her space.”  

In a cut-away the 29-year-old sock entrepreneur then reveals to the camera that his fiancée has already ordered him to leave their home on numerous occasions.

He says: “This cycle of me being kicked out of the house has happened several times.  And usually I go right back but I’m sick of it so Imma stay at my house in Calabasas for a bit.”   

Rob then tells his sister’s ex how he’s reconsidering selling his house in favour of living with Chyna full-time as “it’s not a good feeling when you get kicked out”.

33-year-old Scott reassures his friend by telling him he can relate and that if he wasn’t to get kicked out while his partner was pregnant “it would be weird”.

If this is how Rob & Chyna begins, it’s going to be one drama-filled series.

Ever since Rob Kardashian revealed his relationship with Blac Chyna earlier this year, online commentators have been suggesting that Chyna is growing increasingly like her partner’s sister Kim.

While this idea appears to be primarily based on changes to Chyna’s physical appearance, there is no denying that some of her actions are also strangely close to those of her future sister-in-law.

It now appears the future Mrs Kardashian is about to take this likeness to a whole new level as she has landed herself a nude cover shoot with the same magazine Kim K famously broke the internet with back in 2014.

According to E!, the 28-year-old model will bare all for the Beautiful People Class of 2016 issue of Paper.

But, unlike Kim, Chyna will not be balancing a champagne glass on her bum for the mag as the issue’s cover will instead show the reality star holding her growing baby bump with nothing on bar some gold jewellery.

Putting any lingering feud rumours to bed, Kim was in attendance at Chyna’s shoot and – according to Paper’s Managing Editor – the pair “spent a lot of time having a private moment” during which it is believed the former cover girl offered the mag’s latest star “support and encouragement and advice”.

When it comes to reality television, it's no secret that the Kardashian family currently have the market cornered.

And while the family's show – and the numerous spin-offs it has had over the years – are often considered a guilty pleasure by the viewing public, that hasn't stopped them tuning in in their millions every week…until now, that is.

While countless are continuously fascinated by the world-famous family's most elusive member, Rob, it seems they're not quite ready for his solo endeavour.

And with the official sneak peek for his reality show –  featuring fiancée Blac Chyna – dropping yesterday, the public took to Twitter in their droves to slam the programme.

Commenting on the trailer which shows the tension which exists within Rob and Chyna's relationship, one Twitter user wrote: "This whole show is just wrong!"

"What's with the violence and drama: if he's texting someone else… Break up!"

"All aboard for the train wreck!" wrote another while someone else commented: "Yup. This teaser is proof that civilization is doomed."

"Seriously? Who the f**k cares about these two a-holes?" questioned yet another.

Luckily for Rob and Chyna, not everyone will feel the need to switch over once it becomes a TV regular.

Some members of the public know that a dose of reality TV when you have the Sunday Night Fear is the only thing for you.

We're with her on that one.

Rob Kardashian may be part of the most famous reality TV family of all time, but that doesn’t mean the father-to-be is as dedicated to life in front of the camera as his celebrity sisters.

As the production of his upcoming reality series with Blac Chyna continues, the 29-year-old sock entrepreneur has reportedly been absent from filming on multiple occasions because he fears Rob & Chyna is having a negative effect on his relationship.

According to a TMZ source, Rob believes Keeping Up With the Kardashians destroyed his family and now fears his latest reality venture will have the same effect on his eight-month romance.

Because of this Rob has bailed on a number of shoots for the show, including his grandmother’s birthday in San Diego which his partner attended without him.

The programme's producers are reportedly concerned that they will not be able to gather enough strong footage to bring Rob & Chyna to air.

Rob Kardashian has taken to Instagram to share what looks like a teaser to his and Blac Chyna's new reality TV show.

The star shared a picture of the couple sitting up against a green screen, as Rob looks down lovingly at his future wife.

The image, which is a snapshot from a TV camera, is likely to be the beginning of behind-the-scenes pics from Rob & Chyna, the name which was given to the show last month.

The series will consist of six one-hour episodes, which will show the happy couple preparing for a baby and married life.

According to a press release, the docu-series will be followed by a separate special episode, “celebrating the birth of the newest Kardashian.”

Kardashian overload? I think so.
