You know summer is on its way when toned and tanned Irish models begin to emerge in their bikinis. And Rosanna Davison certainly picked a particularly glorious day to get into her swimwear.

Posting a seriously gorgeous photo to Instagram earlier today, Rosanna looked spectacular in a white fringe bikini and a cream cropped fringe jacket with white floral detail on the sleeves.

The former Miss World is an ambassador for Volkswagen, and was shooting on behalf of the brand at 10 Ormond Quay, an elegant Georgian house in the city centre. For the last year, Ms Davison has been driving a silver Volkswagen Beetle, but she’s getting a brand-new ’15-reg model today – this time in red.

Peter Mark director Michael Doyle was on hand to do Rosanna's hair for the shoot, and the pair have worked together on numerous occasions before – he even tended to her tresses for her wedding to Wesley Quirke last May in the Merrion hotel.

She looks as stunning as ever, and as always, we are very jealous.

Summer cannot come fast enough.

Rejoice! Just in time for the skimpy summer attire and beach-holiday season, Rosanna Davison has revealed to SHEmazing! that she will be unveiling her brand new, hotly-anticipated website this Friday at 9am.

The former Miss World already keeps her 73,000 Instagram followers fixated with tantalising pictures of delicious vegan food freshly prepared and photographed by Rosanna herself. Her recipes include indulgent dairy-free chocolate cheese cake, vanilla coconut protein pancakes, and warm seeded scones with almond butter and blackberry jam (OK, now we’re officially drooling).

In between a hectic modelling schedule and high-profile shoots for the likes of Playboy, Rosanna – who additionally holds a BA from University College Dublin – studied at The College of Naturopathic Medicine for three years and is now a qualified nutritional therapist following her graduation more than a year ago.

Fellow catwalk queens who’ve switched to foodie interests include Sophie Dahl, who has two cook books and a BBC cookery series to her name, and Lorraine Pascale, who has a degree in culinary arts and fronts the UK version of My Kitchen Rules on Sky Living.

Hungry fans have long been crying out for Rosanna to release her own publication of recipes and expert dietary advice – and she also confirmed today to SHEmazing! that her book is officially en route, with a sneak-peak of the cover being posted on her website from Friday.

And although a keen fitness fanatic to boot (we wouldn’t expect anything less), Ms Davison furthermore told SHEmazing! that no amount of exercise will compensate for bad diet. “You have to first and foremost eat right and then you can complement that with exercise,” she advises. “Trying to do it the other way around is never going to work.”

Rosanna marked her 31st birthday late last week, celebrating with her husband, Wesley Quirke, and her immediate family. She went to Coppinger Row in Dublin's city centre on Sunday for brunch with close friends, later posting on social media a mouth-watering picture of her meal: a vegan-friendly Mediterranean platter with falafel and hummus.

The latest series of I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here started last night, with eleven contestants getting ready for a whirlwind few weeks in the Australian jungle. Those taking part this year include Kendra Wilkinson, Tinchy Stryder and TOWIE's Gemma Collins,

Irish model Nadia Forde is flying the flag for the Emerald Isle, and she chatted a little about her career in last night's episode.

Things got off to a fairly bad start when viewers began commenting on Twitter about having no idea who she was – although she does happen to have over 20,000 followers on the social media site:

The 25-year-old then mentioned on air that she had her own reality show – which sparked even more confusion from those watching:

Turns out the model, who was linked to Rory McIlroy earlier this year, did have a four-part reality series on 3e called Nadia Goes To Hollywood. Okay, we'll take that, but it's not quite Keeping Up With The Kardashians!

MTV star Laura Whitmore, who is hosting the I'm A Celebrity… aftershow, even received a grilling about why Nadia was chosen. "Who is she?" asked contributor Eamonn Holmes. "Not even Rory McIlroy knows who she is. No one in Ireland knows who she is." 

Ouch!

Laura responded by saying Nadia was "a model in Ireland" but that she didn't know much about her as she hadn't "been home in a while."

Nadia must have a few people rooting for her, though – former Miss World Rosanna Davison was one of the first to pass on her good wishes:

Rosanna Davison says that her husband Wes Quirke really wants her to take his name, but she's not going to, well, not really.

When asked about whether or not she's changing her name, the model replied: "It's Quirkeson."

Eh, as in a mash up of Quirke and Davison?!

Thankfully, we're 99% sure she was joking – phew!

While she's not changing her name officially, she has added in her husband's name on Facebook: "He’d love me to change my name but I’ve changed it on Facebook and that’s as far as I’m going."

Rosanna says that changing her name is too much hassle:

“Things like your passport, your credit cards, driver’s licence all say your maiden name."

We can see her point. Plus, when you've built a reputation on your maiden name, it doesn't make sense to change it.

We're just glad she's not Rosanna Quirkeson!

Former Miss Ireland Rosanna Davison has been married for a couple of months now, so clearly she’s the go-to person for comments on how to have a successful relationship that will last through the years.

Apparently, the reason herself and Wesley Quirke get on so well is because she picks up all his dirty socks, but she doesn’t dare nag him to pick them up himself:

“I’m more of a clean freak and I’m always cleaning up after Wesley and our two little dogs, who have days when they’re hell bent on destruction. But the one thing I never do is nag him to clean up. Men hate to be nagged.”

They sure do, Rosanna, especially when they’re busy chilling out in their man cave as you pick up all the wet towels they left on the bathroom floor:

“He still leaves wet towels on the floor. I also tend to pick up a lot of socks from around the bedroom. But I’m sure I have my annoying habits.

“Wes has a man cave which I don’t venture into that often. It’s dark and it smells of pizza, beer and feet.”

We can only imagine how many smelly socks he has piled in the corner of his man cave to create such a stench, so we can’t blame Rosanna for steering clear – anyway, she’s too busy in the kitchen making his dinner:

“I do a lot of cooking for him. I make things like healthy granola bars, sweet potato wedges… The house often smells like baking.”

Well, it looks like Wesley Quirke has things nicely set up for himself. And let us never forget his lovely tweet the day they set off on their honeymoon:

Rosanna Davison and her husband Wes Quirke have jetted off on their honeymoon to the Seychelles.

Quirke took to Twitter to express how excited he was about their getaway:

Jeez, Wes! Don’t hold back! He’s since deleted the tweet – we wonder if Rosanna put her foot down?!

The Irish beauty has said that they’re really enjoying married life:

“It’s not massively different than before. We’re like, ‘Was something meant to change?’ It hasn’t really changed our relationship at all.

“It’s actually more fun – especially doing things together. We’re actually getting on great because you’re in it for life and you just want to get on really well together and experience lots of things together.”

Well we know what they’ll be experiencing together on their honeymoon anyway!

Rosanna Davison wed her handsome beau, Wesley Quirke on June 1st at the luxurious Agroturismo Atzaró Hotel and Spa in Ibiza and she did a good job at keeping it all very quiet. However, the time has finally come for the reveal of her gorgeous wedding dress!

In an exclusive interview with Hello! Magazine, the model talked about her big day:

“There’s something very liberating about being away from home with people who mean so much to you. Because you’re there for a few days, everyone gets to know one another so well so it all feels very natural and laid back.”

Model and former Miss World winner, Rosanna Davison has apparently married her long term partner, Wesley Quirke in a civil ceremony in Dublin today.

Rosanna and Wesley were joined by close family and friends, as they tied the knot at Dublin’s Merrion Hotel.

It’s believed the couple will be soon heading to Ibiza, for their official wedding ceremony on June 1st.

Rosanna and Wesley have been together for over eight years and revealed their engagement last January.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
