They've already courted plenty of attention over the last few days; but loved-up Scott Disick and his teen model Lindsay Vrckovnik looked totally relaxed as they hit the beach in Florida.

Yes, fresh from all-night partying in Manhattan, the affectionate duo seemed happy to embrace a bit of down-time on the Miami sand – where temperatures are currently a wholly pleasant 30C.

And although Ms Vrckovnik was stunning in a simple black bikini, sore and tender-looking bruising was also plainly evident on her slender legs.

It's possible that the 18-year-old has been hitting the gym hard in recent days, or perhaps she took a tumble in her heels during a night-out.

But whatever the cause, the black and purple marks covered parts of her thighs and calves, as well as under her knees.

Meanwhile, a bearded and tanned Scott, 32, wore blue floral board shorts and tortoise shell sunglasses for their beach jaunt, which took place yesterday.

He split with Kourtney Kardashian, his partner of close-to ten years and the mother of his three young children, in July of this year.

It is believed that their break-up was prompted by photographs which showed Mr Disick getting tactile with stylist Chloe Bartoli, 26, in the south of France.

And although ultimately it was 36-year-old Kourtney who ended their relationship, it seems that Scott has been able to move on – finding new happiness with Canadian Lindsay, who finished secondary school this summer.

She moved to New York to forward her successful modelling career, and to study at the prestigious Parsons design academy.

He and Kourtney split three months ago – and it now seems that Scott Disick has well and truly moved on.

In fact, numerous sources say that the reality TV star and Lindsay Vrckovnik – a striking model from Canada – are now very much an item.

Despite an age-gap of some 14 years, the duo have been repeatedly spotted together in New York in recent weeks, with friends saying that Mr Disick in particular is 'bowled over' by the 18-year-old platinum blonde beauty.

And according to TMZ, on Tuesday Scott, 32, and Lindsay kicked-off a bar crawl in Manhattan. They evidently had a blast too: they stayed out until 6am on Wednesday.

Kourtney, meanwhile, was out and about for meetings in Los Angeles yesterday morning.

Looking stunning in high-waisted stripped pants and a black vest, the 36-year-old mother-of-three's demeanour certainly didn't suggest she was in anyway upset by her former partner's new romance.

Ordinarily based in Toronto, 5ft 9in, size-6 Lindsay Vrckovnik moved to New York only recently to study at the renowned Parsons School Of Design.

She just finished secondary school this summer and is believed to have met Scott while on a night out in Manhattan.

TMZ now reports that the love-birds have headed to South Beach in Florida for some sun and sand.

Staying at the swish Setai Hotel, the website states that Scott was 'very flirty' with his new lady friend.

"At least he's spending time with a kid… just not his own," TMZ adds.

Scott’s bad behaviour has forced Kourt to send Mason to therapy

Following their highly publicised split three months ago, Kourtney Kardashian has been keeping a relatively low profile.

As Scott continued to document his luxurious and party-filled lifestyle on social media, Kourtney seemed to be focused on spending time with their kids, and her sisters.

There are rumours that the mom of three is a “nervous wreck” whenever Scott spends time alone with their kids. On a recent trip to a book shop in LA, Scott appeared “antsy” and was supposedly barking orders at Mason and Penelope.

Kourtney apparently always calls to check on her kids when they are with their dad, and a family insider is also said to have revealed that Kourtney refuses to allow their 9-month old Reign to be alone with Scott:

"She really has no choice: She doesn’t want to anger him because who knows what he’ll do.”

“He wasn’t really paying attention to them — he seemed distracted and out of it,” one eyewitness tells Radar Online.

Kourtney is said to have implemented some strict rules in order to keep Scott, 32, in line.

One of these specifies that Scott is only allowed to spend time with his two eldest children on the weekends, and they must be back with Kourtney no later than 8 o’clock.

An insider has told InTouch that five-year old Mason has had a tough time coming to terms with his parents break up. As a result Kourtney has put him in therapy.

“Mason tells her when Daddy acts ‘mad, sad or weird,'” the source is reported as saying.

“Kourtney knows it’s important that her kids see their father, but it breaks her heart to think they’ll remember Scott like this.”

It has to be said that Scott Disick had a pretty sweet deal on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Securing a recurring role from the first season due to his turbulent on/off relationship with Kourtney, the 32-year-old became mega-wealthy on the back of the reality TV show’s huge success.

His resulting fame also allowed him to charge five- and six-figure sums for club appearances and product endorsements.

Which all begs the question: now that he will no longer appear on-screen with the Kardashian clan, what’s he going to do for cash?

Because it certainly seems that Scott has grown accustomed to the finer things in life (ridiculous cars, watches and clothes, for example).

However, the father-of-three certainly isn’t losing any sleep over his financial affairs.

He told Us Weekly over the weekend: “I’ve been making money since I was a kid, and I’ll keep making money so I am not worried about it,” he said, adding: “I am feeling good.”

Regularly describing himself as “an entrepreneur,” when pushed for details on the specifics on his employment on a previous KUWTK episode, Mr Disick has declared that it’s “really nobody’s business”.

He and Kourtney, 36, have three children: Mason, five, Penelope, three, and Reign, nine months. They were together for close-to a decade before splitting in July.

His former partner is said to have amassed a wealth of some €22.5m through her family's reality TV show, business ventures, endorsements and personal appearances.

Kourtney Kardashian and her long-term boyfriend Scott Disick split earlier this in a very public manner. Photos of the reality TV star and dad of three emerged where he looked very cosy with his ex-girlfriend.

At the time it was thought that Kourney's mom, Kris Jenner, was glad to see the Kourtney make a move away from the troubled Scott. However it has recently emerged that he momager still feels that the father-of-three is ‘like a son’ despite the break-up between the pair.

In a very interesting interview with Access Hollywood, the 59-year-old reveals that she’s seen Scott since the break up several months ago:

"He came over yesterday. He was on his way over to see the kids. He's a great dad,” Kris explained before adding, “They've got things to figure out."

Kris also said that she is apparently “always hopeful” that the two, who broke up in July after nine years together, will get back together

Kourtney and Scott have three children together – Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign who is 9-months old. The interview also touched on Scott's past. In previous years he has been seen to struggle with alcohol and his tumultuous sobriety has been well documented on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. However Kris seemed to do her best to keep the past in the past:

"I don't see that side, so I don't want to talk about what I don't know. I just know that, you know, they'll figure it out,” she said.

The momager, who has had an interesting relationship with Scott through the years, said that she isn’t pushing her daughter back into an unhappy relationship:

"I don't tell her things like that. Because I don't think that's my place. But my kids were brought up to be very forgiving people,” Kris said.

“My wish is that, you know, they work it out and figure it out and we'll see what happens."

The reality star and manager did admit that she feels that despite what is said about him in the press that he places his family first:

"He's a great dad and he loves the kids and he loves Kourtney… I love him."

He very much made a name for himself as the long-term partner of Kourtney Kardashian, as well as a sometimes businessman and property developer.

However, it seems that Scott Disick is spreading his wings now and he and Kourtney have split: he's said to have turned his hand to… rapping.

Yes, the 32-year-old is flexing his musical expertise – all with the help of French Montana, the ex-boyfriend of Khloe Kardashian (they dated for eight months in 2014).

Earlier this week, French and his crew were at Mr Disick's swish Beverly Hills abode to put together a music video.

An Instagram snap of the father-of-three on set has already emerged: it was posted on Thursday by a producer involved in the project.

However, it seems that Scott was a lot more than, as had been previously presumed, a mere bystander.

Because reports this morning say that Moroccan-born French even allowed Scott to appear IN FRONT of the camera during the shoot.

And, not only that, he was RAPPING too.

As TMZ reports: "People who were there tell us Scott's actually good … one source says 'really good'."

A recording showcasing his talents has yet to emerge, but we reckon that his very own album is now surely in the offing.

If you thought Scott/Kourtney drama couldn't get any worse, it just has.

Party boy Scott has allegedly betrayed his ex-partner in the most awful way… by hooking up with her long-time friend Kimberley Stewart.

The pair reportedly got together shortly after news of Scott and Kourtney's split went public, and had a number of "romps" over the summer.

"It was going on for several weeks," a source told Us Weekly of the fling. Scott and Kimberley were seen looking flirty together in late August, when they both attended a birthday party for Kimberley's brother Sean.

"[Scott] immediately sat on the couch next to Kim and put his arm around her," the source continued.

Kimberly has known both Kim and Kourtney since her school days, when the three of them attended the Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, California together. In fact, Kimberley is believed to be the person who brought Kourtney and Scott together, introducing them years later.

It's thought Kimberley swiftly ended things with Scott after realising their trysts weren't as public as they had assumed. “Kimberly told him it’s getting out, and she can’t have this. She told him they need to cool it for a second and he agreed," the source says.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Kimberley herself claims the rumours are unfounded, calling them "absolutely unfounded."

Of course, this isn't the first time Scott has turned to another woman. Back in May, pictures of him with his ex Chloe Bartoli lead to worldwide criticism, and the eventual breakdown of his relationship with Kourtney.

The father of three is still set on getting Kourtney back, but it seems he's blown things for good this time around.

"He feels like an a**hole,” the insider says. “He was trying to get Kourtney back, but he is hoping she doesn’t find out. He’s kicking himself."

Last month, he sent the rumour-mill into overdrive.

Posting of snap which showed him looking seriously comfy at the home he once shared with Kourtney Kardashian and their three children, countless fans inferred that the duo were on the cusp of getting back together.

Not so, however.

Indeed, Scott Disick is very much NOT on the list at the gated Calabasas community in which Kourtney resides with Mason, five, Penelope, three, and Reign nine months.

Yes, TMZ snapped the 32-year-old reality TV star making his way into The Oaks residential complex in his eye-catching Rolls.

But instead of proceeding through as a resident, Mr Disick was forced to queue along with everyone else – subsequently showing ID to the guard on duty.

And if Kourtney doesn't give him nod by putting his name down in advance, then he simply doesn't get in.

TMZ has previously stated that shortly after their breakup, Ms Kardashian took her one-time partner of ten years off the register which had allowed him immediate entry with no questions asked.

And while that situation evidently hasn't changed, it could be that she's about to depart from The Oaks anyway.

In fact, just today it was reported that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is eager to move-on from the €9.4m mansion that the couple first acquired together in January 2014.

According to OK!, friends of the 36-year-old are delighted – they see her desire to find somewhere else to live as a clear signal that she has no intentions of reuniting with the businessman.

"Up until now, everyone thought Scott was going to slowly worm his way back into her life, but this is the first real sign she’s determined to get on with her life without him," an insider told the magazine.

The next season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians could be down one sister, if things go to plan for Kourtney.

The mum-of-three is reportedly looking for a way out the eleventh season of her family's long-running reality show, and she's even hired lawyers to help her look for a loophole in her watertight four-year contract with the E! network.

The entire family signed on for at least three more seasons back in February, but after splitting from Scott Disick two months ago, Kourtney is keen to regain control of her private life.

Even if she ends up staying on board, the eldest Kardashian sister has apparently said she'll refuse to film if Scott remains working on the show. Producers had understandably planned for the former couple's split to be a major Season 11 storyline, but if Kourtney gets her way their break-up will be cut from the new series altogether.

"They basically have to choose between keeping Scott on and having her continue on. She does not want to talk about the breakup on the show … she is not willing to compromise on this," a source tells The Hollywood Gossip.

Kourtney might be keen to take herself out of the TV spotlight, but she's been sharing more personal insights on social media of late, including a rare snap of her youngest son, eight-month-old Reign, last night:

He, of course, beat Chad Mendes last month in Las Vegas in a nail-biting fight that had millions glued to their screens.

Next up for Conor McGregor is Jose Aldo – in the city's MGM Grand Garden Arena, in December.

And while the Dubliner has a packed training schedule, he's also enjoying a little down time in Sin City, making club appearances that delight his many fans.

Last night, however, was strictly about kicking-back and having fun: he was spotted in Vegas's famed 1 OAK venue, a favourite of celebrities and sports stars.

The club took to Instagram this evening to share news and a snap of Conor: "UFC champ Conor McGregor ended up at 1 OAK last night," it said in an accompanying caption.

It is not known whether his long-term girlfriend, Walkinstown-native Dee Devlin, 28, accompanied the 27-year-old.

Among those to regularly frequent the Las Vegas Boulevard venue are Kim Kardashian, Ciara, Chris Brown, Pitbull, and Katy Perry.

Scott Disick is furthermore a big fan; he's also paid five-figure fees to hang-out at there. Though most recently, he was forced to cancel a much-hyped appearance shortly after his July breakup with Kourtney Kardashian.

Conor also does club appearances in the city: following his win against Mr Mendes, he was signed up to do a pool-party at the SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.

However, Crumlin-boy Conor, who spent time on the dole queue before he found fame, says he'll never "forget the struggles".

"I never forget where I came from. I never ever forget the hard times,” he has explained.

“I pinch myself because I am surrounded by luxury. But make no mistake – it’s luxury built on sacrifice.”

He and Dee often celebrate his milestone wins with OTT Las Vegas shopping sprees, and he also recently splashed out on matching his 'n' hers Audemars Piguet diamond-encrusted watches, each costing between €30,000 to €50,000, for him and his girlfriend.

Speaking to the Guardian after his win over Chad Mendes, he admitted: “We went shopping for ten hours straight yesterday.

"I got us a limo and we stuffed it with shopping bags so it was a great day and then we had a great night."

Kris Jenner is appearing on the cover of Haute Living New York this month.

While we thought that perhaps she and Scott Disick had managed to put behind them their tense relationship, it looks like his recent behaviour means Kris is not going to be welcoming him back into her family in the future.

The 59-year old reality TV mogul and manager has shared with the magazine her opinion on some of her famous family’s recent activities.

Speaking about daughter Kourtney, who is in the middle of a very public split from partner Scott Disick, Kris says she is incredibly proud of Kourt.

“She’s kind of my hero right now- she makes good decisions.” Kris said about the 36-year old’s separation from Scott after photos emerged of the former party boy looking far too cosy with an ex-girlfriend.

“She always puts her children first,” Kris continued, saying “This situation has made me realise how strong she is.”

Kourtney and Scott were together for 9 years and have three children together. Their relationship appears to have come to an end in recent weeks. In July Scott was spotted partying and cozying up with former flame Chloe Bartoli.

Hollywood Life reports however that since joining his children for a visit, Scott is eager to get back on the Kardashian clan’s good side. Apparently, he even “wants Kris present when he and Kourtney have future meetings so she can help play mediator.”

Somehow, we can’t imagine Kris is going to be inclined to let Scott get away with anything.

It will air later this month on Channel 5 – but Celebrity Big Brother producers are usually eager to keep the final line-up firmly under wraps.

Still, with a host of B- and C-list names desperate to spread the news of their new-found fortune (the gig comes with a big pay cheque), leaks regularly take place in advance… and it seems that this year is no different.

We're actually pleasantly surprised by the calibre of short-listed candidate this year, so without further ado, we bring you the (still unconfirmed) line-up for CBB 2015:

1) Scott Disick, 31, reality TV stable and former partner of Kourtney Kardashian
