It has been 20 frickin' YEARS since the Spice Girls made the music video for Wannabe – and we feel old.

Geri Halliwell took to Instagram to share a snap from behind-the-scenes of the vid, and Geri wrote a really cute caption alongside it.

She said, "20 years ago we shot a video for #wannabe Time flies. I still remember running around in my Mary Quant platforms, the sparkly leotard I bought from nottinghill market. Awh #younggirlsbigdreams."

Well Geri, we still remember turning on MTV (when they actually played music videos) and dancing around to that song in our PJs. Ah, the good times.

Mel C squashed reunion rumours last week, saying she won't perform if Posh Spice,Victoria Beckham, isn't there. So, it seemed all our hopes and dreams were crushed.

BUT NOW Mel B has spoken out about a reunion tour next year and it seems pretty solid to us. 

The former Scary Spice was interviewed by Alan Carr and said, "To be serious, it is our twentieth anniversary this year and it would be rude not to celebrate."

Yes, Spice Girls, it would be very rude not to celebrate…

She added, "So hopefully something will be happening pretty soon…I can't tell you what it is yet."

With all the hype this has been getting in the past few months, it's hard to see nothing happening in the future.

We just hope it's the five girls back together again so we can all relive our late 90s dreams.

They were one of the biggest girlbands of our time, and their reunion tour in 2007 was a great success – but that was when the band was a five-piece.

So now, Mel C has her doubts about the Spice Girls becoming a four-piece and is refusing to go on tour with them, The Sun reports. 

According to the newspaper, Sporty Spice wants Victoria Beckham to rejoin her, Mel, Emma and Geri in order for the reunion tour to go down without a hitch, instead of a complete failure. 

A source told the newspaper: "To fulfill this Mel believes the band has to be the original five-piece and Victoria needs to be involved."

But of course, with Vicky running her own fashion empire at the moment, the mum-of-four is too busy to take part. #BrokenDreams.

We have a feeling Mel is going to fight this, so hopefully Posh Spice will come around, join the tour and make our dreams come true.

After weeks of are-they-aren't-they speculation regarding a 2016 reunion for the Spice Girls, it seems the band are indeed in talks to reform… but not as a complete set.

Victoria Beckham has reportedly already bowed out of any reunion plans, telling former bandmate Geri Halliwell that she won't be taking part. The pair apparently met for a "secret" catch-up lunch last week, and VB broke the news to her old friend on the day.

"Victoria met Geri recently to have an afternoon together reminiscing about old times," a source told The Sun.

"Geri filled Victoria in on the plans for the reunion next year and while Victoria made it clear she couldn't make it, she said she was more than happy for the other girls to go ahead. It's wrong to suggest she would try to stop them doing it if the other girls wanted to."

News of a possible reunion tour for the girl group emerged last week, after Geri confirmed on ITV's This Morning that the gang were in "talks" about honouring the 20th anniversary of Wannabe with a gig.

Having just unveiled yet another stunning collection from her clothing line at New York Fashion Week, Victoria's focus is definitely elsewhere, but she says she'll offer Ginger Spice and co. her full support.

"Victoria told Geri she would be at one of the shows, or maybe more, cheering from the front row," the insider said.

The Spice Girls last reunited in 2012 at the opening of the London Olympics, a reunion which even included Posh Spice.

Surely someone can convince VB to join them for one last hurrah?

Victoria Beckham officially won throwback Thursday when she posted an old Spice Girls photo album on her Instagram account last night. And the world obviously went totally crazy afterwards.

Then began the rumours: the girls were reuniting to mark the 20th anniversary of their global hit debut single, Wannabe. 

Unsurprisingly given her mega-profile and her successful career as a fashion designer, Victoria Beckham was said not be joining the girl gang on stage for their tour – but the others were seemingly very much on board.

Still, late this afternoon Emma Bunton delivered the devastating news that "nothing's happening at the moment". Nooooo!

The Sun had reported today that the reunion tour was definitely in the offing.

"If anything happens and it's concrete, and we decide on something, I will let you know," Baby Spice said on Heart FM this morning.

Mel C later tweeted: "Woke up this morning wondering whether I need to start practising my backflips???!!!" A jibe to which Ms Bunton then replied: "Do I need to put my pigtails in?!?!?"

Victoria Beckham has previously said the London Olympics back in 2012 was definitely her final appearance with the others in any sort of musical capacity.

Although in the past year, the band haven't been shy about meeting up in public and they're quite open about how they are all still really close friends and all stay in touch regularly. 

And we're quietly hopeful that the worldwide reaction today may have given the girls some serious food for thought. Indeed, The Sun reporter who broke the story, Dan Wooton, was eager to stress that no actual denial had been issued. 

He's sticking to his guns, in fact, suggesting via Twitter that an official announcement will still come later this year – a message which Emma then shared with her 1.2million followers. 

Sounds promising, we say!!

All Saints: Everything was big and baggy – not least their coats and combat pants. But they certainly made up for it with heaps of bra-tops and crop-tops that showed off their tanned, tight tums to perfection.

Britney: Think of the 1990s; think of midriffs – and you can't help but think of Britney. Ms Spears made low jeans teamed with bust-line tops her signature look – and in the process she sparked a trend that was copied by millions around the world.

Christina Aguilera: So technically this image is from 2000 – but we reckon it perfectly sums up Nineties-era Christina. The sassier version of Britney, she went for even skimpier outfits that always displayed oodles of ab.

The Spice Girls: The lot of 'em loved a short and sexy top (even you, Victoria) but Mel B trumped the rest with her fondness for getting her belly button out – a preference she retains to this day.

Janet Jackson: Sure her music was good – but her rock-solid stomach has always been JJ's defining characteristic. And she was always more than willing (fair play to her) to roll up a humble t-shirt in order to achieve her desired look.

Geri Halliwell has teased all loyal fans of the Spice Girls by hinting that Emma Bunton could finally be getting married after being engaged for four years and in a relationship for 17. 

Geri shared a snap on her Instagram, after her own wedding, showing an adorable Baby Spice and her long-term partner Jade Jones in a sweet embrace and holding Geri's bouquet with the words "We're next!" above it.

39-year-old Emma previously admitted that they keep "forgetting" they have a wedding to plan.

They got engaged in January 2011, four months before Emma gave birth to their second son, Tate. The couple are also parents to seven-year-old Beau. 

We know there will be a wedding eventually, but after the excitement of Geri Halliwell's big day last week we can't wait for another wedding to spice up our life.

It was arguably the biggest showbiz event of the weekend, but Geri Halliwell’s wedding left us pondering over the absence of three of her former bandmates.

With just Emma Bunton turning up on the day, and the rest of the girls sending messages of love and luck to the bride, fans wondered why Victoria, Mel B and Mel C didn’t make it to Geri’s nuptials.

Well, the reason behind their no-shows has been revealed, and it’s all down to a bit of an organisation blunder on Geri’s part, apparently.

Despite rumours of rifts, it has emerged that the girls were unable to attend yesterday due to receiving the invitations at such late notice. According to a source, Geri was keen to hold back the invitations for fear the information would leak, leaving Victoria and the two Mels already tied up with work and family commitments on the big day.

A source told The Mirror: “There hasn’t been a big fall out. They have all been texting each other. Geri left the invitations quite late so they didn’t leak and unfortunately some of the girls couldn’t make it.”

So there you have it, guys – friendship never does end!

As if her wedding day wasn’t already special enough, Geri Halliwell’s new husband Christian Horner pulled out all the stops to give his bride a truly amazing day.

As is tradition, the Formula One boss gave the former Spice Girls star a gorgeous, thoughtful gift on their romantic day; however, his choice of gift surpassed anything we could ever imagine receiving.

So, what do you get the Spice Girl who has everything? An Aston Martin car, of course. Not just any Aston Martin, either: a £350,000 DB5 retro model.

Christian got the idea to gift Geri with the car – which is the very same model that featured in the James Bond movie Goldfinger – after she reportedly mentioned that it was her favourite.

The man certainly did well. Lucky Geri!

The 42-year-old looked stunning as she arrived at St Mary’s Church for her nuptials yesterday, wearing a beautiful couture lace gown and gold Prada stilettos.

While former bandmate Emma Bunton was the only Spice Girl in attendance at the wedding, the band was well-represented; Geri’s daughter Bluebell, Mel B’s daughter Madison, and Emma’s sons Beau and Tate were among the wedding party that are said to have walked the bride down the aisle.

As Geri Halliwell is set to marry Christian Horner today at the Woburn Estate in Bedfordshire, we were hoping for a Spice Girls reunion.

Unfortunately, Victoria Beckham and Mel C will not be able to make it due to work arrangements.

As Mel B and Emma Bunton will be attending, their children are going to walk Geri down the aisle.

How sweet.

Geri's own daughter, nine-year-old Bluebell, will be joined by Emma's sons, Beau, seven, and Tate, four. Mel B's three-year-old daughter Madison will also join them.

A source told The Sun: “Geri wanted her wedding to be a family affair with her own immediate relatives and her Spice Girls family."

“The Spice Girls were an important part of her life and she’s over the moon that Mel and Emma’s children can play a part,” they added. 

Christian's parents are choosing not to attend the celebrations as they are still upset that he broke up with his partner of 14 years, Beverly Allen.

A source revealed to the Mirror: “Geri and Christian are disappointed that his parents aren’t coming, but all his brothers, close family and pals with be there.”

We bet it will be a lovely day.

We don’t want to alarm anyone but…there is some major news in store for Spice Girls fans around the world!

FOUR unheard songs have been released and it is all we needed to relive our ‘90s dreams of being Baby Spice.

The songs are from the final album released by the girls called Forever and sadly yes, that’s the one Geri Haliwell wasn’t there for.

Still, we’ll take what we’re given.

Former Spice Girls singer Mel B has revealed that she has no vision in her left eye after corrective laser surgery went wrong.

The X Factor judge admitted in a recent interview that the incident happened 15 years ago and that she has been relying on limited vision ever since.

Speaking to Hello! magazine, Mel said she is now considering a cornea transplant to fix the damage to her eye. The complex surgery would involve doctors replacing part of her eye with donor tissue.

"I can't see at all out of my left eye. The lasering went wrong so this will be totally life-changing," the singer said.

Although she is a pro at TV work these days, Mel admitted she has faced difficulties at times, in particular when she hosted the MOBO awards last month. "I had a bit of a nightmare. I was reading the autocue and then suddenly I realised that I couldn't see properly," she said.

The singer received a lot of criticism for her "blundering" hosting skills at the awards, with many viewers disappointed by how disjointed the ceremony was:

Despite being keen to have her vision corrected, Mel says her surgery plans stop there and she has no interest in cosmetic procedures, hoping to stay youthful by being as healthy as possible. "I don't want to have botox or surgery because I want to have expression in my face, but I want to look after myself," she said.  "I'm not an idiot. Looks do count in this business."
