Vogue Italia are facing some criticism after their photoshoot for the April 2014 edition was revealed.

The edition has a Cinematic theme and the photoshoot, shot by photographer, Steven Meisel, is aptly called Horror Story, featuring women covered in blood brandishing weapons in a bid to protect themselves from an attacker.

The editor of Vogue Italia, Franca Sozzani, explained that the shoot was done for awareness of the issue, rather than for controversial effect: “We sell the dream because we are a magazine … But at the same time, we can give people the opportunity to have a voice, for awareness. It’s not about provocation, at all.”

Spring has sprung and we are feeling bright and colourful this Thursday!

We are loving these floral print trousers and by the looks of it, so are the celebs.

Miranda Kerr really rocks the floral print, but then again, she rocks everything!

Jessica Alba has long been a fan of patterned trousers and we think these monochrome are just the balance of trendy and professional.

We really love Olivia Palermo’s trousers but we think the look is slightly spoilt by the leopard print shoes and bizarre jacket, do you agree?

Lastly, the lovely Katy Perry looks just perfect in these cute floral cropped trousers.

There was a lot of accident-prone models at this season’s China Fashion Week.

Three models fell over thanks to the rather insane heels they were wearing by designer Seccry Sheguang Hu.

We think these ladies are lucky they didn’t do any serious damage in those heels!

We’re sure the ladies are feeling down about it all but it happens to the best of models, remember Naomi Campbell?

We reckon this little cutie is going to be beating the teenage girls off with a stick! Or maybe Victoria will do it for him!

15 year-old Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of Victoria and David, has proved he has the modelling genes too in a shoot for magazine, Man about Town.

The great shots were photographed by Alasdair McLellan, a family friend of the Beckhams.

It looks like Brooklyn inherited his mom’s brooding looks with his dad’s modelling poise – we think he’s a natural.

Bar Refaeli’s advert for Hoodies has been banned in her home country of Israel because of its sexy content.

The advert shows the model as the fantasy of a muppet-style character in which she multiplies.

It is thought the advert has too many sexual connotations to be shown on Israeli TV before 10pm.

It is not the first time Bar has caused controversy in her home country.

In 2009, a billboard featuring Bar in a semi-nude state was protested and subsequently removed.

Friday was Lady Gaga’s 28th birthday so we decided to pay homage to the singer’s strangest outfits.

It was quite a challenge to cut it down to just four but here they are!

Gaga has always treaded a fine line between style, art and plain crazy.

We’re not sure about you but the meat outfit leads the way for craziest outfit, she must have stank by the end of the night!

A close runner up is the Arnold “football-head” look where her head looks like it is stuck into half a Babybel.

Not a good look, Gaga.

Other weird outfits include a potentially pretty red lace dress ruined by a matching and attached lace mask as well as a dress made from Hello Kitty dolls.

We hope no Hello Kitty dolls were harmed in the making of that dress.

If we wrote down all of the offensive things Chanel’s Karl Lagerfeld has ever said, we’d be here all day.

But this one certainly surprised us.

Speaking to The Guardian, Karl said that his protégé , Cara Delevingne, is “not a standout beauty”

The designer continued on to say, “Was it Bacon who said, ‘There is not beauty without some strangeness in the proportions’.”

So…she is beautiful but strange looking, and that is beautiful? We’re confused.

Karl also spoke about his distaste for selfies, calling them, “electronic masturbation” and saying that they are distorting to the face, “The chin is too big, the head is too small.”

Sorry, did he just say “electronic masturbation”?

Oh Karl, never change.

Kristen Stewart is often criticised for her lack of facial expressions while acting. She is even the butt of a lot of internet jokes over her acting, including this one.

However, jokes aside, if her latest modelling campaign for Chanel is anything to go by, perhaps she might consider a career change!

In a range of photos that feature cornrows, dodgy cowboy boots and a strange feathered coat, Kristen manages to look stunning.

And we think that is an accomplishment given what she had to work with!

We love you Chanel, but no.

Clothing store H&M are facing massive criticism over a tank top design that features the Star of David with a skull emblazoned over it.

Many people such as The Times of Israel blasted the design for it’s “anti-Semitic” message.

The tank top has now been removed from H&M shops.

H&M also landed in hot water last year following complaints about a Native American-inspired hair accessory.

The new Marks and Spencer’s Leading Ladies campaign features many empowering women in the public eye.

The campaign features many familiar faces such as Emma Thompson, Annie Lennox and Rachel Khoo.

Shot by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz, the campaign is set around the beautiful British countryside in the Cotswolds and Camber Sands.

The idea behind the campaign is to celebrate leading ladies in the public eye such as ‘music icon’, Rita Ora ‘international supermodel’, Alek Wek, ‘campaigner’, Baroness Lawrence of Clarendon OBE and ‘acclaimed engineer’, Roma Agrawel.

The clothes in the campaign are very suitable for these leading ladies with patterns and bright colours as well as more mature neutrals and styles.

Celebs have no shortage of shoes, handbags and clothes.

And they love to show them off, which we love and hate all at the same time. So many emotions.

1. Mariah Carey
It’s no surprise to those of us that saw Mariah’s Cribs episode that she would have the best wardrobe. Everything about that New York penthouse was incredible. Mariah’s walk-in wardobe (more of an entire room really) is very much Marie-Antoinette inspired. We bet little Monroe has hours of fun in here!

2. Olivia Palermo
We are obsessed with Olivia’s style, so it’s no big shock that her wardrobe is equally as chic. We love the shabby-chic feel to this room.

3. Christina Aguilera
Christina’s walk-in is a haven for pink-lovers. Very girly and feminine, we love it! Especially the ladder. Hours of fun pretending to be Belle from Beauty and the Beast!

4. Rachel Zoe
The stylist’s wardobe is of course, vast and extremely trendy – but what’s with the mess Rachel? Ooh, Chanel handbags…

5. Jessica Alba
Jessica has quite the collection of shoes and hats, we love the wood effect! Very classy.
