Can she do no wrong?

We always knew Taylor Swift was a natural beauty (those cheekbones!) but this latest selfie proves that the girl is just downright flawless.

The singer shared a picture of her lying in bed with her now-famous cat, Olivia, captioning it, "I woke up like thissss (With a cat on me)"

Now, maybe it's a case of some serious Instagram filter usage, but there's no denying Taylor looks stunning!

The singer rarely shows off her face without her signature red lipstick or at least some minimal make-up, so it's rare to see her looking this freshfaced.

Taylor's social media has always given fans an inside look into her life, and today's picture is all the more refreshing given the darker side of the singer's fame we saw earlier today when a video went viral of her walking backwards in heels to avoid paparazzi taking pictures of her face:

Whatever the motive behind Taylor's no make-up look, it's definitely a change from her standard, perfectly coiffed red carpet appearance – we want more selfies like this please Taylor!

We all think from time to time how amazing it would be to be rich and famous, perhaps like someone such as Taylor Swift.

But sadly, as this video shows, it’s not always all it’s cracked up to be.

The video, which has been going viral since last night, shows Taylor having to walk backwards, guided by her bodyguard, into a waiting car.

Why? To stop paparazzi from making money on photos of her face.

It wasn’t so long ago that Taylor was forced to take photos of herself and her friends, HAIM, in their bikinis on a boat in Hawaii after realising photographers had followed them.

By posting the photos herself on Instagram first, whatever shots the paparazzi had managed to get with their long-lens were instantly rendered worthless.

You certainly have to give her kudos for her ploys at getting back at the paps!

It’s common knowledge that Taylor Swift and Katy Perry don’t exactly see eye to eye anymore.

The former friends are reported to have fallen out over a string of incidents including Katy dating Taylor’s ex, John Mayer and apparently stealing her back-up dancers too. Ouch!

Things got even more tense between the ladies when Katy Perry called her 'Regina George in sheep's clothing' while her boyfriend at the time, Diplo, also mocked Taylor publically. 

Now, Taylor Swift has pretty much confirmed that things are not well between them, by saying that she will NEVER talk about Katy in an interview.

Talking to The Telegraph, Taylor said: “I’m not giving them anything to write about. I’m not walking up the street with boys, I’m not stumbling out of clubs drunk. But I’m never going to talk about her in my interview. It’s not going to happen.”

She says so much while saying so little. Why can’t these two just put their differences behind them?!

Taylor Swift had some very exciting news to share with her fans on Instagram last night – she's going to be a godmother! 

Actress Jaime King and one of Taylor's closest friends has asked her to be the godmother of her second child. 

To celebrate the exciting announcement, both Jaime and Taylor shared adorable posts on Instagram. First of all, Taylor sent out this adorable picture with the caption: "Guess who just got named Godmother of this little one….. (ME) @jaime_king @kyle_newman"

Jaime also announced the lovely news on her own Instagram, sharing a very cute photo of her and her best friend: "And @taylorswift will forever be looking over our new baby @kyle_newman -we all love you!!!! Xx"

This is just too cute – we cannot think of a better godmother than Taylor Swift – what a lucky baby! With everything she does for her fans we can only imagine the amazing things this little girl or boy is going to be gifted with. 

We're also especially happy for Jamie who announced her second pregnancy in February after opening up about her huge struggle to get pregnant, during which she suffered five devastating miscarriages.

Congratulations once again to Jaime on her exciting baby news and a big congrats to the godmother-to-be also!

The whole world had resigned themselves to the fact that they were just never going to see Taylor Swift's bellybutton, but it was OK, we had learned to live with it and knew that we were super strong for not making a fuss about it.

But then Tay messed with us completely and whipped out the body part in question while holiday'ing with the Haim gals in Hawaii recently.

So, what the hell brought this turnabout around?!

Opening up about the candid bikini shots, the feisty Style singer admitted that she did it in an attempt to get one up on some seriously pesky paps.

In a recent interview with BBC radio, Tay got down to business and addressed the bellybutton unveiling, saying: "My security gets out the binoculars and see that they [photographers] have a huge, long lens camera."

Oh no, they didn't!

Recalling her irritation that the paps would be flogging their snaps, Taylor was matter-of-fact about the whole thing, admitting: "We go back to the beach and realise 'OK, so they got pictures of us in our bikinis. I don't want them to make like $100,000 for a bikini shot."

Determined to play them at their own game, Taylor reveals the four girls were having none of it, saying: "So we're like 'Get up on the bow of the boat.' We're taking better bikini shots so that they don't make as much money on theirs."

Bravo girls, bravo!

First it was Kylie Jenner, now Taylor Swift has shared a rather heartbreaking admission about the downsides of fame.

While she may have all the success and money in the world, not to mention a legion of adoring fans, Taylor has admitted that her level of fame has made her concerned for the future.

Turning to the topic of romance, the 25-year-old revealed that she doesn’t see herself finding love anytime soon and worries that constant media scrutiny will turn any prospective boyfriend off her.

When asked by The Telegraph where she thinks she will be in five years, she answered: “I’ll probably still be single, let’s be honest. No one’s going to sign up for this and everything that goes with it. Like, ‘Hi, nice to meet you, want a date? Do you love camera flashes? I hope you do!’”

“I don’t know what’s going to happen if I’m ever content in a relationship – no idea how that’s going to work,” she admitted.

Poor Taylor! She has put up with so much flack over her love life, she deserves her happy ending. We truly hope that she gets it!

Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift sat front row together at last night's BRIT Awards, and it was the start of something beautiful.

The two stars were seen looking seriously pally at the Grammy Awards earlier this month, but last night they debuted their BFF bond properly for the first time.

So could this friendship be set to last? Well, given that Taylor seems to have forgiven Kanye for interrupting her on stage back in 2009 and the pair are now set to record some music together, we reckon she and Kim will have many more opportunities to hang out.

Missed out on tickets for Taylor Swift's Dublin dates this June? You could be in luck!

The singer plays two sold out concerts as part of her 1989 World Tour at the 3Arena on June 29th and 30th… and a limited number of extra tickets will be released this week.

A small amount of production hold tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday, February 27th, at 9am.

The main batch of tickets sold out in under an hour when they first went on sale back in December – so you'll have to be VERY quick off the mark to snap up one of the few extras. 

Taylor's last visit to Dublin was back in 2011 as part of her Speak Now tour. Her fifth album, 1989, went straight to number one in the Irish iTunes chart when it was released last year, and is the highest selling album in the US since 2002. Wow!

The singer's tour will start this May in Tokyo, with gigs across four continents – Asia, North America, Australia and Europe.

Set those alarms for Friday morning, ladies!

Oh lord, do we love Taylor Swift.

The star is about as well known for her love of her pet cats as she is for her hit songs, so her fans will no doubt be as amused as we are by her latest video.

When the 22 singer’s pet cat Olivia jumped into the bath, there was nothing else for Taylor to do but to help her dry off – with a hairdryer.

Thankfully, Taylor’s friend Abigail Anderson was on hand to capture the hilarious incident on video, and shared on her Instagram account.

While we can barely handle the hilarity of the scene, we just love Taylor’s commentary to go with it.

“You’re real embarrassed, aren’t you?” quips the star, as adorable Olivia looks utterly confused.

Well, well, well! Taylor Swift might be living the independent life after a number of high-profile splits in recent years, but that doesn't mean she's going to sacrifice walking down the aisle!

The singer took to Instagram today to reveal some VERY exciting wedding plans. Before you get too shocked though, don't worry, Taylor won't be the one wearing the white dress.

The singer's childhood best friend Brit Maack is getting married soon, and she very sweetly asked T-Swift to be her maid of honour.

Taylor posted a picture of the pair in adorable Hallowe'en costumes as kids (Simba and a dalmatian!), with a touching note that read, "Taylor, you are more than a friend, you are more than a best friend, you are my sister. I cannot imagine having anyone else by my side on my wedding day… Will you be my maid of honor?"

Given that Tay and Brit have been besties for so long, the Blank Space singer of course jumped at the chance to celebrate her friend's big day, responding by simply writing, "YEAH I WILL. @britmaack."

A photo of Taylor Swift at last night’s Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary show is going viral thanks to the rather unusual seating plan.

The pop star was seated next to Sarah Palin, a figure in US politics that is often mocked on SNL and Twitter found the entire situation quite hilarious.

Obviously missing her regular seating buddies such as Lorde, HAIM or Karlie Kloss, Taylor looks less than enthused to be sitting in between Steven Spielberg and Sarah Palin.

Remember around two weeks ago when Taylor Swift’s Twitter account was hacked? Well, Lily Allen sure does because her personal phone number was leaked! 

The singer, whose phone number must have been in a Direct Message somewhere in Taylor’s Twitter inbox, has been inundated with horrific messages from the hacker.

Lily shared a screenshot on Instagram of a series of message she has received, including one absolutely appalling one in particular which threatened her with kidnap and rape. Lily captioned her photo: “Cool iMessage from some kid that got my number from hacking Taylor Swifts Twitter.”

Interestingly, the hacker claimed to still ‘own’ Taylor’s account and also seemed to be hinting they had more ‘dirt’ on Lily by writing: “Let’s talk things out, I’ll help you secure everything also I’ll walk you through the steps.” Yikes.

We really hope that Lily has taken these awful messages to the right authorities and isn’t letting them get to her too much.
