The first ever Tayto Pop-Up Shop opened to great fanfare last week, selling freshly made crisp sandwiches to hungry punters all over Dublin. 

While everyone was undeniably excited, we also were left just a bit upset that the Wicklow St shop would close on March 15th, TWO DAYS before St Patrick's Day.

After all, what better way to cure a Paddy's Day hangover than by eating a crisp sandwich? Especially one made with Tayto:

Well luckily our prayers have been answered, as Tayto have just announced that the shop will indeed stay open until March 17th! Rejoice!

Sandwiches in four crisp flavours are available for just €2, and with €1 from each sandwich sold going to Dublin's Simon Community, it's a good deed as well as a cheap snack.
