In news which has sent shockwaves through reality television fandom today, Amber Portwood of Teen Mom fame has revealed that she's decided to leave the long-running MTV show.

Taking to social media last night, the television star slammed the team behind the show for her unfair portrayal in a move which has left many gutted this afternoon.

"Sad to say but I'm not going to be apart of #Teenmomog," Amber tweeted. "The way I have been portrayed and treated is unfair. @MTV, sending all my love."

Responding to the announcement, one Twitter user replied: "The show won't be the same anymore but your respect is much more important! They'll regret it, wishing you the best!"

"If I was treated fairly it wouldn't be an issue but it's been nothing but disrespect since the reunion show. Which keeps continuing today," Amber replied in a series of tweets.

"Nothing has been dealt with or has made me feel any safer to even move on with people who have continuously hidden things from the network."

"The day I'm shown some respect by the people I've worked with for 8 years is the day I'll be back. I've sacrificed a lot for this show."

MTV has reportedly yet to comment on Amber's controversial announcement.

Her dad may be busy defending his daughter from death threats, but for Farrah Abraham’s mom, it’s all about the love.

Yesterday, Farrah confirmed that her mother, Debra Danielsen, is engaged to her partner, David.

The Teen Mom OG star told Us Weekly: “[I’m so] happy for my mom to be engaged and find a lifelong partner who is a positive influence for our family.”

Debra and David have reportedly been seeing each other since July after meeting on Elite Singles.

Earlier this month, Debra – who has had a controversial role in the reality show which brought her daughter and granddaughter to fame – used Instagram to celebrate her romance with David.

In the image, she can been seen wearing a diamond ring while kissing new beau.

It might be happy days for newlywed Maci Bookout, but unfortunately her Teen Mom OG co-stars are not quite ready to settle down.

Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood reportedly became embroiled in a physical fight over the weekend after Farrah compared Amber’s beau, Matt Baier, to a “paedophile”.

According to Us Weekly, the alleged altercation took place while the girls were filming the Teen Mom OG reunion show with Dr Drew Pinsky.

After the show’s host quizzed Farrah and her on/off boyfriend, Simon Saran, on his decision to suggest Matt was a paedophile on Snapchat, the controversial model interrupted her BAE’s potential apology and said: “Well, [Matt] does kind of look like a paedophile.”

Sources say 26-year-old Amber – who recently underwent a “Mommy Makeover” in a bid to get her pre-baby body back – then raced onstage to defend Matt, while Farrah’s dad jumped in to protect his daughter.

Although we’re sure Dr Drew did his best to resolve the controversy, it seems 25-year-old Farrah and her partner are not backing down as Simon has since tweeted: “Recap of reunion: @amberportwood trotting around like a hippo.  Matt and another senior citizen in a small scuffle.  #teenmomog.”

Earlier this month, Teen Mom OG’s Maci Bookout finally tied the knot with her partner of three years, Taylor McKinney.

While photos of the big day were initially kept private, yesterday the couple’s photographer offered fans a glimpse inside the reality stars’ intimate Florida ceremony.

So far, six pictures have been shared on Brittany Photographs’ Instagram account and, while we are delighted to finally see them, the images are so stunning we already want more.

 

I think I said "You're so beautiful I can't even look at you." She's stunning in every way possible.

She’s been open about her struggles with anxiety and depression, but MTV’s Catelynn Lowell is still struggling to live a drug-free life.

In a Teen Mom OG sneak peek, the 24-year-old explains how she learned to manage her mental health issues during a 30 day stint in rehab, but confesses that she still regularly smokes weed.

Speaking to her mother-in-law, Kim, Catelynn says: “I learned a lot of crap everyday…We had classes and stuff you had to go to.  I haven’t had a trigger.”

As reported by Radar Online, Tyler’s mother was not convinced by the young mum and proceeded to ask her straight out if she’s been using drugs.

The star – who gave her first child, Carly, up for adoption while filming 16 and Pregnant – replies: “It’s something I probably won’t talk about because I don’t want the whole world to know.”

Catelynn’s husband of one year then tells his mother that he has chosen to remain silent on his partner’s drug use because “she’s responsible for her[self]”.

Other clips highlight the damaging effect the issue has had on their marriage.

In an extended trailer for the series, Catelynn – who gave birth to Novalee Reign on New Year’s Day 2015 – claims that her “mental illness ruins everything”.

Earlier this month, the star admitted on Twitter that she has driven while high.

She’s one of the most controversial personalities to emerge from MTV’s 16 and Pregnant so it’s no surprise all eyes were on Farrah Abraham at the station’s Video Music Awards ceremony in New York last night.

And – clearly not wanting to deflect any attention that might come her way – the reality TV star arrived at the high profile event dressed from head to toe as the popular comic book character Wonder Woman.

While Farrah’s Lady Gaga-esque boots, oversized temporary tattoo, skimpy cape and turquoise coloured hair did earn her a place on a whole host of “Worst Dressed” lists this morning, the 25-year-old’s look did have one redeeming feature – her unbelievable nails.

In keeping with her own Wonder Woman theme, Farrah donned a manicure fit for a superhero as her lengthily nails also arrived to the event dressed in red, white and blue.

Images from Instagram show that each of the model’s nails had been individualised with cartoon images which ranged from partial gold and white stars to Wonder Woman’s face.

Haters united against Teen Mom OG’s Farrah Abraham yesterday after she posted a modelling shot of her 7-year-old daughter Sophia in a bikini and makeup to her Instagram account.

Farrah’s followers were not at all happy with the photo and quickly began commenting that Sophia – who was pictured wearing a full face of makeup including pink lipstick and a smoky eye – is too young to be posing in such an adult way.

Commenting on the close-up of the seven-year-old, @esme_masias wrote: “This poor little girl will never know what being a child is…At such a young age you're already making her out to be older than she is…leave this cr*p alone and let her be a child!”

 

And @piggle_box said: “This disturbs me…all of it…there's major denial if you don't see the obvious tone, poor girl.”

This isn’t the first time Farrah has been questioned for treating her daughter like a teenager.

In 2013 the reality star – who recently sold her LA apartment for just under $900,000 – made headlines when she waxed then three-year-old Sophia’s eyebrows.

At the time the Farrah defended her actions on her blog saying: “If I can help my daughter in a little way by just plucking a few hairs…I think I did something right.”

Ever since Catelynn Lowell's husband, Tyler Baltierra, took to Twitter asking for prayers for his wife last month, fans of the Teen Mom OG couple have been wondering just WHAT is going on with one of the show's most popular cast members.

Thankfully for fans, Catelynn has finally broken her online silence, and today took to Twitter to update her 1.2 million followers on her progress in an Arizona treatment facility.

The 24-year-old, who previously sought help for issues surrounding anxiety and depression, assured fans and followers that she was doing well.

In an upbeat message posted online late last night, Catelynn, who married Tyler in August 2015, wrote: "Just wanted to know I'm doing great!" (sic)

​​​​​​​"Best decision I have ever made for myself. I'll be home soon," she continued before thanking the public for their support.

Unsurprisingly, the reality star has received thousands of thoughtful messages from concerned fans, with one writing: "Been praying for you every day sweet girl. So proud of you for putting in the work to get well. You are loved!"

"I'm proud of you Catelynn!" wrote another. "You're a wonderful person and an amazing mom!! I'm happy that you're doing great!"

We're delighted to hear Catelynn is doing so well.

It's going to be a busy 2016 for Maci Bookout and her partner Taylor McKinney, as the pair are set to welcome a third child into their home later this year.

Teen Mom OG star Maci confirmed the happy news yesterday on Instagram, sharing a Valentine's snap with her bump clearly on show.

"#makingmoremoneys baby boy coming soon!" Maci wrote alongside the sweet photo of herself and Taylor.

The 24-year-old also hinted that her third baby could be the final new arrival for her, adding the hashtag #lastbutnotleast to her post.

And while three might be the magic number for some, Maci told MTV News over the weekend that her latest pregnancy was a total surprise.

"I found out I was pregnant with baby number three right after we got engaged,” she explained.

"It was not expected or a planned pregnancy."

The expectant mum says she has no pregnancy nerves this time around – she already has seven-year-old Bentley from her relationship with Ryan Edwards, and one-year-old Jayde with Taylor – and is excited for what's to come.

"Because it’s the third one, you know what’s going on. You’ve been there, done that a couple times now, so it’s sort of laid back," she says.

We can't wait to see Maci's new arrival!

Nicki Minaj and Farrah Abraham have gotten into a massive fight on Twitter… and who started it? Nicki, of course.

It all started off with Nicki tweeting about how Farrah treats her mother on the TV show, Teen Mom OG. 

"Farrah is a c*** to her mother," the songstress wrote. But moments later, Ms Minaj went up another level and said, "She was like b**ch go do some porn & leave gramma alone."

Farrah quickly hit back and insisted that Nicki was just being negative. 

She tweeted: "Cause your a parent right? Your videos look like porn… Horrible good luck being negative #Godbless busy making TV."

And it didn't stop there, as neither of them wanted to be the first to back down from the fight. 

"Your mother didn't open her legs and have that child. Be happy she's helping! Stop talking to her like that on tv u lil c*** @F1abraham," said Nicki.

To which Farrah replied, "To be clear my mom doesn't help me I help her."

Whether this fight goes on or not, we can't see them making up to each other anytime soon.

The new season of Teen Mom, now called Teen Mom OG, premiered late last month, and already some serious drama has kicked off.

The show's "Original Girls" returned to our screens for this latest season, with a cast including Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout. However viewers learned last week that another Teen Mom veteran, former porn star Farrah Abraham, would be returning and in last night's episode the cast hear the news for the first time,

While Amber and Catelynn seem happy enough with the news, Maci refuses to accept it and tells producers she has decided to quit the show.

"If this is true, I'm done,” the mum-of-one says. “I’m not doing this anymore. I'm not going to have my six-year-old son on a show with someone who did porn."

She then demands that the MTV crew leave her home, saying, "This is bulls**t. I'm not doing it. You're not going to talk me into it. There's no discussion. This is it. I'm pissed off. I'm really, really mad. As far as I'm concerned, you guys can leave now. This is over. I'm done."

Maci, who is currently expecting a little girl to be named Jayde, made no comment about the incident on her social media feeds last night. 

However the official cast photos for the new series, released back in March and most likely taken after the show was filmed, show both Maci and Farrah in the group shots, so it seems the MTV producers persuaded Maci to come back eventually.

We hope so – we'd miss her southern drawl!

Things haven't been going well for some of MTV's Teen Mom stars of late.

First, it emerged Leah Messer was heading to rehab for her addiction issues just days after her husband Jeremy Calvert filed for divorce, and now Amber Portwood has revealed her fiancé Matt Baier has been unfaithful.

The Teen Mom OG star appeared to be settling down when she announced her engagement to Matt, 19 years her senior, last month, after a tumultuous few years which saw her serving a 17-month jail sentence for drug charges instead of a stint in rehab.

However last night the mum-of-one took to Twitter to break some bad news to fans, posting a now-deleted tweet which reportedly read, "Every man I give my heart to uses me and cheats on me @mattbEPT."

She seemed to reconsider her words soon after though, posting again to say, "We're going to try to work it out..@mattbEPT."

Although she didn't address the issue any further, Amber did retweet some supportive messages from fans, telling her she was "inspiring" and a "strong mama."

As for Matt, he also tweeted to say that he and Amber were having some "cuddle time." 

Hmmm.

Just last month, Amber told Us Weekly that she was "happy" and enjoying a "good life" with her new man and her four-year-old daughter Leah. Hopefully this is just a little bump in the road…
