Former reality TV star turned lifestyle guru Lauren Conrad has taken some time out from her busy (and Instagram worthy) schedule to be on the cover of this month’s Cosmopolitan magazine.

In her interview with the glossy, Lauren is sharing some of her thoughts on her former co-stars, boyfriends and what it means to actually be a ‘basic’ person.

Last year the designer, author and social media queen was branded ‘basic’ by Allure magazine. But that doesn’t seem to be stopping Lauren, or her career.  

She admits that she is “probably pretty basic,” but that she’s a pretty happy person, so she’s ok with the label. We reckon if we were as successful as Lauren, we would be pretty happy too.

Speaking about Heidi Montag’s latest revelation that she has forgiven Lauren for “trying to ruin her life”, Lauren revealed that she doesn’t have any time for “that” anymore.

“I don't think it has anything to do with me. You just have to focus on the good people in your life. Focusing on what you lose is only going to make you sad,” the 29-year old Laguna Beach native says.

She also notes that former flame Brody Jenner has “a lot of experience” for her new sex and dating advice TV series. So it seems that she wasn’t all that surprised when she heard the news. Clearly she and Brody aren’t in touch all that much these days as Lauren explained how she found out about Brody’s latest venture.

“My husband told me about it. I didn’t know! He has a lot of experience … depending on what kind of advice you want."

Talking about getting her break on reality TV, Lauren says that without Laguna Beach or The Hills, “I definitely wouldn’t be in the position I am in now.”

She explained that being on The Hills and all the scandal that came with it also caused her to develop a thick skin “really quickly.”

When we first met Stephanie Pratt is was through her fairly out there brother Spencer as they crew did their time on The Hills.

Now the current cast member on Made in Chelsea and soon to be published author, the 29-year old is opening up about how her troubled past goes further make than we imagined.

In her new book Made In Reality Stephanie talks about how she first started using drugs when she was just 14. The Reality TV star says that when she was just a teenager she was using crystal meth.

An extract of her book, seen in New! magazine discusses her drug addiction while she was attending a prestigious school in Santa Monica, the Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences.

She says that she was “14 or 15 (when I first smoked crystal meth).. I was on the extreme level and addiction developed instantly.”

Stephanie says she would even take meth during the school “snack breaks”. Her cocaine addiction also developed at the same time.

The Made In Chelsea star says that her drug use made her feel “rebellious and grown-up.”

She said that while in the depths of her potentially deadly addiction, she would also frequently risk her life, and that of others; by getting behind the wheel of her car while under the influence.

She says her willingness to risk her life came from a deep-rooted depression, “I didn’t care about anything. I could live or die. I didn’t care.”

Stephanie said that it was after her 2006 arrest and stint in a Texas rehab facility that she felt ashamed for embarrassing her family. Joining her brother Spencer on The Hills that year however proved to be a struggle for the former addict.​

“I lost about six pounds in two weeks but bulimia made my face very puffy so I freaked out and began going on crazy little diets, like I’d only at Tic Tacs,” she said about the pressure she felt as a cast member at the time.

Now the almost 30-year old is living in London as a series regular on Made In Chelsea and has learned to embrace her body and a life free of addiction.

As you may have noticed, we have been speculating for WEEKS as to whether or not Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will feature in the next season of Made in Chelsea.

And at last, it looks as if our dreams have finally come true.

As MIC staple Stephanie Pratt is the sister of former The Hills star, Spencer, it seems only fitting that he and his wife, Heidi, would make an appearance in the show while they are filming in their hometown of Los Angeles.

While it has still not been confirmed that Speidi are joining the cast of Made in Chelsea, they have been spotted filming scenes with Stephanie and Lucy Watson.

Heidi and Spencer became famous from the hit MTV show, The Hills, before they remerged into the world of reality TV in Celebrity Big Brother in 2013. In keeping with their public perception in The Hills, Speidi quickly became the characters that everyone loves to hate.

And it looks as if our favourite reality royalty aren’t the only ones set for a comeback. As we reported earlier, Ollie Locke and Gabriella Ellis have also been snapped hanging out with Binky and co.

This looks like it is shaping up to be one of the best seasons yet.

Time to move over Spencer and Lauren, the real King and Queen of reality TV are back!

It is looking as if Made in Chelsea couple Stephanie Pratt and Josh Shepherd may have split up. At least that’s what their social media suggests.

The pair haven’t been seen together in weeks and they have also deleted all traces of each other from their Instagram and Twitter pages.

Steph and Josh are two of the MIC members who are currently filming the new summer series in Los Angeles. And while nothing is confirmed and the pair might simply be off enjoying themselves on holidays, there are a few BIG tell-tale signs that leads us to believe that they have split.

Firstly, Steph has been hanging out with fellow cast member, Lucy Watson. While the two used to be BFFs they then fell out because Lucy didn’t get along with Josh.

However, since they’ve been in LA, the girls have been inseparable – which we can’t imagine Josh is too delighted about.

Steph also shared a photo of her and Lucy and captioned it, “Sorry a crazy boy came between us 🙁 love you bub. Never again.”

She also said, “Living and learning and I still am. I love you @imLucyWatson sorry I was #sleepingwiththeeneymy.” And somehow we don’t think she’s talking about Spencer!

What’s more, the couple have unfollowed each other on Twitter. Now, if that’s not a sign of a breakup we don’t know what is.

Whatever is going on with Steph, we are just PRAYING that she has patched things up with her brother so as that Speidi can make their first MIC appearance!

Earlier this month, Brody Jenner shocked fans of The Hills when he revealed that much of his relationship with Lauren Conrad was fake for the purposes of the MTV reality show.

Now the 31-year-old has given us some more insights into just how fickle the whole set-up was, when he revealed that he and Lauren really were just friends off set. "A lot of that show was scripted. A lot was improv," he told Yahoo! Style this week.

Describing LC as nothing more romantic than a "dear friend," the reality star said it was funny to have to pretend to be attracted to her during filming.

"It was pretty funny to have to live that reality…We were just friends," he said. "We’d film a scene of us kissing or being in this lovey-dovey scene, and then right after it would be like, 'Cut,' and we’d be like, 'Great to see you,' and we’d go our separate ways."

During his time on the show, Brody was also linked to Lauren's pals Jen Bunney, Audrina Patridge and later Kristin Cavallari. However he now says those relationships were fakes, having been over-dramatised for the cameras.

"I didn’t have sex with Jen Bunney," he said. "I didn’t hook up with Audrina [Patridge]. I didn’t hook up with any of these girls. And then you get all these people saying, 'Oh, Brody’s a male wh**e. He sleeps with all these girls,' when in actuality I didn’t do that."

As for his other co-stars, Brody said that Spencer Pratt in particular loved the "fake" element of the show and played up to it often. "The crazy thing about Spencer is that he manifested his own destiny," Brody explained.

"'He said, 'I want to be the biggest villain in the whole world. I want people to hate me.; He scripted out all those moments on The Hills. He creates all that drama, but then it actually caught up to him."

A little sister is on the way! Congrats are in order for Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler who revealed yesterday that their third child will be a baby girl. The couple already have two sons together, one-year-old Jaxon Wyatt and three-year-old Camden Jack.

As with her pregnancy announcement back in May, Kristin announced her happy news via her official smartphone app, rather than on social media.

Posting a black-and-white picture of herself hugging Jay while holding an adorable pair of pink baby Converse, the former reality star wrote, "Our new addition! The boys are so excited to have a little sister on the way!!!"

Kristin's original pregnancy reveal was equally as sweet, with the mum-of-two sharing a snap of her holding her hands over her tiny bump as Jaxon and Camden sat behind her in a red wagon:

"We’re at it again!" she wrote at the time. "Thrilled to announce baby number 3 is on the way! The cutler crew just keeps on growin'!"

Kristin and Jay first starting seeing each other in 2010, and got engaged in spring 2011. After a three month break-up, the couple got back together in November 2011 and welcomed little Camden a year later.

The blonde beauty rose to fame when she appeared on MTV's Laguna Beach back in 2004 along with her high school classmates Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth and Stephen Colletti. In 2009 she replaced Lauren as the lead character in the show's spin-off series, The Hills, which ran until 2010.

Made in Chelsea fans, listen up.

One of the show's key cast members, singer Andy Jordan, has announced that he will not be starring in the next season of MIC, which is reportedly going to be shot in Los Angeles.

Andy was at the Malibu Rum Suite in London’s O2 before Ariana Grande's performance when he confirmed to BANG Showbiz that he would no be joining the MIC cast Stateside. "I am not going to LA. Well, as it stands, I might go for a bit but I’m working right now," he revealed.

Andy, who recently found himself in an awkward love triangle with best friends Jess Woodley and Fleur Irving, also missed the New York series to concentrate on his music.

Don't worry though, as Andy's absence will not spell the end of his time on the show.

"By no means is it the end of MIC for me, but it’s just very difficult. I hope they have the best time ever. I’m jealous," he said.

It has yet to be confirmed which cast members will indeed be heading across the pond, but we do have a sneaky suspicion that Spencer Matthews and his girlfriend Lauren Hutton have signed up, after Spencer hinted as much in a tweet to OK! Online.

Plus, considering Stephanie Pratt is a former member of The Hills cast AND is Spencer Pratt's sister, we can only hope that an appearance from Speidi will be on the cards…

Unfortunately Les Deux has closed down since The Hills came to an end but we’re sure the MIC gang will hit up a few of the same spots from the MTV show – or at the very least do some serious damage on Rodeo Drive!

Fans of The Hills, prepare to get excited!

One of the show's biggest stars, Kristin Cavallari, took to social media today to reveal that she is pregnant with her third child.

In a very business-savvy move, Kristin teased the news on Twitter and Instagram, directing readers to her official app for more information. 

"We’re at it again!" she wrote on the app under the heading Big News. Kristin said she was "thrilled" with the news, adding, "The Cutler crew just keeps on growin’!” 

Kristin and her husband Jay Cutler married in 2013, and have two children together, two-year-old Camden and one-year-old Jaxon. Alongside the happy news, Kristin shared a picture of herself holding her hands over her stomach in a heart shape as her two young sons sit behind her in a red wagon.

Kristin first rose to fame when she appeared on MTV's Laguna Beach back in 2004 along with her high school classmates Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth and Stephen Colletti. In 2009 she replaced Lauren as the lead character in the show's spin-off series, The Hills, which ran until 2010.

You’ve found yourself in a very awkward position – you cannot stand your best friend’s boyfriend.

So, where do you go from here? Or where can you go?

Here are some things to do when you find yourself hating on your BFF’s new boy.

Is it really him?
You need to figure out if you really don’t like him, or you just don’t like the idea of him. It may seem petty to be jealous but a guy on the scene will mean you see your friend less, so it’s understandable. Just be aware that this is your issue – not his. It’s up to you (and your friend!) to make sure your friendship stays strong.

Make the effort
It can be easy to dismiss someone at the smallest thing. If he said something stupid, or did something he shouldn’t have, try to understand he may have been nervous about meeting the BFF and this isn’t how he normally is. Give him another chance.

Time to talk?
So, you did all that and he’s still a jerk? Oh no… It’s time to get serious. It’s really important to remember that how your BFF sees her boyfriend is NOT how you see him. She’s in love – he’s an Adonis. Try asking her about the relationship; how it’s going, how she feels about him, that kind of thing. If she asks you what you think, voice your concern but in no way make her feel as if she needs to make a choice between you and her boyfriend. Think lines like: “I feel he’s a little rude, but maybe I just haven’t gotten to know him ENOUGH yet” rather than “he’s a rude so-and-so, I hate him”. See the difference?

If you just can’t stand him but your friend is in love, we’re sorry but you may just have to deal. However, ensure you and your BFF have lots of quality time together alone, thus cutting down on time with her other half. Don’t make it too obvious though…!

She has recently been chatting excitedly about her baby plans with husband Spencer Pratt, but there seems to be a lot of drama going on behind the scenes in Heidi Montag’s life.

According to reports today, the reality star’s father, Bill Montag, has been arrested on suspicion of child sex abuse and incest.

The identity of the victims in the case have not been revealed, but reports claim that Montag inflicted abuse on a girl starting when she was 13 and continuing on for four years.

The reports also claim that the girl involved came forward with the information in order to prevent others from suffering similar abuse.

Fans of The Hills will recognise Bill from Heidi’s wedding, during which he walked her down the aisle. By that time, Montag was divorced from Heidi’s mum, Darlene, who remarried.

Since news of the charges against Bill Montag broke, a source has told entertainment site TMZ that reality stars Heidi and Spencer believe the alleged victim in the case to be “determined to destroy the family”, and that Bill will be cleared.

Poor Stephanie Pratt is having a very bad time of it as it has been reported that she is unable to enter the UK!

Apparently, the former star of The Hills who currently features in Made In Chelsea, failed to fill out her visa documents correctly, meaning she cannot renter the country. Ouch! A source told Heat magazine: “Stephanie didn’t fill out her visa correctly so she won’t be able to return to the UK until the following week.”

Due to the confusion and mix-up, Stephanie will be forced to miss public events she was scheduled to attend with her co-stars. But at least she’ll be back on our screens for more MIC – that’s the main thing!

For now she’s probably hanging out with her sister-in-law, Heidi, and brother, Spencer, in LA. No wonder she moved so far away…!

It has been confirmed that former star of The Hills, Holly Montag is expecting her first baby!

Holly, whose big sister Heidi was one of the stars of the show along with former best friend Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge, is said to be five months along in her pregnancy and will give birth in May. 

Heidi tweeted the exciting news and wrote: “Couldn’t be happier for my sister @hollymontag Christmas miracle!!!!! Love you!!!” Holly and her husband, Richie Wilson were married back in September 2014 in her hometown of Crested Butte in Colorado.

Holly starred in the reality TV show alongside her sister where it was very apparent she had no time for Heidi's husband Spencer Pratt and the two were often seen arguing over Heidi's wellbeing.
