It's been almost ten years since Adele got her big break with debut album, 19 and since then, the singer-songwriter has gone from strength to strength.

Every album has shot straight to the top of the charts and the now 29-year-old has travelled the globe, bringing live performance to her fans across the world.

Adele has never been shy about her feelings around touring.

Speaking to the New Zealand Herald earlier this year, the mother-of-one said:

“Touring isn’t something I’m good at… applause makes me feel a bit vulnerable. I don’t know if I will ever tour again."

"The only reason I’ve toured is you. I’m not sure if touring is my bag,” she added.

And it now looks as though Adele os finally ready to leave the stage behind for good. Preferring to leave on a high, the singer has previously described this tour as her “greatest accomplishment in [her] career”, adding, “It's changed my life.”

Kicking off the final shows of her current world tour at London's Wembley Stadium on Wednesday night, Adele reportedly slipped hand written notes into some of the tour programs.

One fan took to Instagram to share the note in full:

Photo by Traci @tracii_m Translation by @wannabeadkins Adele @Adele's letter from her your book! "So this is it after 15 months on the road and 18 months of 25 we are at the end. We have taken this tour across uk+ Ireland, throughout Europe, all over America and I finally got to go to Australia and New Zealand too. Touring is a peculiar thing, it doesn't suit me particularly well. I'm a real homebody and I get so much joy in the small things. Plus I'm dramatic and have a terrible history of touring. Until now that is! I've done 119 shows and these last 4 will take me up to 123, it has been hard out an absolute thrill and pleasure to have done. I only ever did this tour for you and to hopefully have an impact on you the way that some of my favourite artist have had on me live. And I wanted my final shows to be in London because I don't know if I'll ever tour again and so I want my last time to be at home. Thank you for coming, for all of your ridiculous love and kindness. I will remember all of this for the rest of my life. Love you. Goodnight for now" Adele #Adele #Adelettes #AdeleLive2017

Last night was just the first of Adele's Wembley performances so it is still unclear as to whether she will make a formal announcement following the final show.

We also don't know what this means for the future of Adele's music career. Could 25 be the last album from the London songstress?

We certainly hope not.

Zayn Malik has cancelled more live shows.

Last year, the former One Direction star cancelled his appearance at the Capital FM Summertime Ball due to his anxiety, and now it has been confirmed that he has cancelled a string of already-rescheduled dates in Japan.

The Sun claims that Zayn's team have given a number of reasons as to why he's stopping the shows, including that he's too busy "planning his debut world tour."

However, insiders close to the star say that it's his anxiety about performing live which has made him back down.

One source said: "If he never performs, there's a danger his solo career will flop."

We hope Zayn overcomes his anxiety and can be comfortable performing live again.

And it's confirmed!

After months of wondering will they, won't they, Boyzone has finally announced that they are reuniting.

To mark the 25th anniversary of forming the boyband, the lads are heading back out on the road, and we won't have to wait long either.

A post shared by Angela Walker (@angwalker40) on

Announcing the news on social media, the group said: "2018 will see Boyzone celebrate their 25th anniversary!

"That's something that Ronan, Keith, Mikey & Shane are incredibly proud of. Plans are being hatched for new music and lots of touring throughout the year.

"But next year still seems a long way off so in case you can't wait, the Boyz are hitting the road for some exclusive UK shows later this summer.

"Dates and ticketing details will be announced here soon."

Unfortunately, the band haven't mentioned if they'll perform in Ireland this year, so keep your eyes peeled.

We can't wait to sing along to some old school classics.

Musical icon, Sir Elton John, suffered a ‘’potentially deadly’’ bacterial infection during a flight from Santiago at the end of his South American tour earlier this month.

The legendary singer was forced to spend two nights in intensive care and cancel nine concerts that were due to take place in Las Vegas over the next two weeks.

After landing in the UK, Elton was rushed to hospital where he was treated for "a harmful and unusual bacterial infection."

According to BBC, a statement released by the singer’s management gave few details about the mysterious illness but did say the infections were "rare and potentially deadly."

Fortunately, Elton has been released from hospital and is now resting at home as per doctor’s orders.

"Thankfully, Elton's medical team identified this quickly and treated it successfully. He is expected to make a full and complete recovery," Elton’s management added.

The star is due to continue his Million Dollar Piano tour with a string of live performances in the UK from June 3.

In a statement, Sir Elton thanks his fans for their support and apologised for the cancelled shows.

"I am so fortunate to have the most incredible and loyal fans and apologise for disappointing them. I am extremely grateful to the medical team for their excellence in looking after me so well."

My boot scootin' baby is driving me crazy…

Yep, iconic 90s band Steps are making a comeback. All original members are planning to embark on an arena tour later this year and will travel all over the Ireland and UK.

Steps are also set to release a new album ahead of their 20th anniversary, Party On The Dancefloor.

But, that's not just it. Steps will be supported by The Vengaboys, and we honestly don't think this gig could get any better.

Speaking about their new music and upcoming tour, the band said that fans are going to love it all, as it will be a mix of new and old.

“This is the album we think our fans have been waiting for. It was very important for us to have a hint of the past but to try to blend it into modern day music," they said in a statement.

“We think Steps are a little bit of what everyone needs right now. We can’t wait to take the new album plus all our favourite hits out on the road."

The tour kicks off in our fair city on November 13, with tickets going on sale this Friday.

Few bands have fans as obsessive as One Direction, so it’s no great surprise that even the smallest hint of the band’s reunion has sent their followers into total overdrive.

Despite announcing their hiatus earlier this year, a button labelled “future events” recently appeared on One D’s official website and fans are taking it as a major sign that their beloved Liam, Niall, Harry and Louis are planning to regroup.

It is unclear as to when exactly the button appeared, but according to The Express until recently the tour section of their site only included a “past events” section.

But just as a “ThisIsNotTheEndOfOneDirection” hashtag began to produce gold on Twitter, fans were floored as the “future events” button was once again deleted.

And as if that wasn't bad enough, it has now been reported that the lads could be headed for the Irish High Court.

While it is not yet known what the case relates to, the Irish Independent has reported that a County Louth law firm has issued action on behalf of a client named David Lewis in which all five of the band’s original members as well as three songwriters who worked on Story of My Life are named.

This news has further rocked the band’s so-called “fandom”.
