Jeremy Kyle, bless him, has to put up with a whole load of major drama on his famously addictive morning show.

And today was certainly no different.

In a particularly delightful segment entitled "I didn't sleep with your brother behind your dad's back," a young male guest, Jamie, complains that his glamorous stepmother, Bev, has been unfaithful.

Although Bev insists that she needs a walking stick to help her get around, Jamie's not convinced. In fact, he goes on to claim that she's something of a party animal who regularly performs a particularly sexy dance move – the 'slut drop'.

When a hapless Mr Kyle asks what a 'slut drop,' is (it's OK, Jezza, we didn't know either) his guest happily obliges with a live demonstration.

Taking to the floor, Jamie widens his stance before squatting down to the ground and then popping back up again – much to the delight of the gathered studio spectators.

Intrigued, Jeremy decides to give it a go himself – telling his fans that he's "never gone that low before".

The audience goes wild in response to the ITV presenter's resulting moves (we can't say we blame them) – and Twitter predictably reacted with glee too.

One fan stated: "Thought he would rip his trousers doing a slut drop. They were very hugging trousers this morning." Another called the moment "Oscar-worthy".

However, Jeremy mightn't be slut dropping again any time soon: afterwards, the 50-year-old chat show host clutched his back and complained that he thought he'd "pulled a muscle".

How can you tell if you two are really serious, or if it's just a flash in the pan?

Well, rewind ten or fifteen years and you'd have to cross your fingers that one of your friends overheard him mention you to HIS friend down the pub. Nowadays though, it's much easier to figure out what's what.

According to a new survey by Netflix, over half of couples (51%) believe that sharing the same Neflix login is a big indicator that things have turned into this-could-be-love territory.

In fact, 17% of those polled said they wouldn't even consider such a *gasp* drastic move until they were engaged or married.

With that in mind, we've put together a list of modern-day indicators that your relationship is built to last…

1. There's always a little flame next to his name on your Snapchat
The legendary flame emoji only appears if you have both been sending snaps to one another for multiple days in a row. So that definitely means it's love.

2. You follow each other on Instagram, Twitter, Periscope you name it.
Got to support bae, like.

high five friends ross rachel

3. And you'd NEVER leave his latest tweet/photo hanging without at least liking it
No need to comment, mind you, a cheeky like will do

4. You share a Netflix login because you watch all the same shows anyway
It's just convenient.

5. And you wouldn't DARE skip ahead on House of Cards without your other half
In fact, 60% of the couples Netflix surveyed said it was just more fun watching shows with their other half than without them.

6. Your phone's wi-fi connects automatically at their house
And at their parents' house too, if you two are really serious

7. You keep a spare phone charger at his house
No more frantic 'DOES ANYONE HAVE AN iPHONE 4 CHARGER?' emails in work

8. Anyone looking back through your WhatsApp conversations would get a shock
Not because of anything dirty, mind, but because the number of AWFUL selfies you send each other

9. You two definitely bonded over your shared love of true crime dramas/awful 90s rom-coms/gruesome nature documentaries on your first date
Finally, someone who likes what you like – or who has just done his research, like this guy:

When you sit down and think about it, you'll probably find you spend far more time sitting in front of a screen than you actually realise.

That 30-minute commute spent flicking through Twitter on your phone, followed by a full day's work in front of the computer… it all adds up. Yet even after eight hours staring at a screen, most of us want nothing more than to flop on the couch after work and zone out in front of Celebrity Big Brother.

Ireland's screentime is well above the recommended amount, with new research by Core Media and Ignite Research showing that even children are watching on average four hours of TV and online video every day. That's DOUBLE the maximum recommended limit.

So next time you're planning a relaxing night with your other half, why not switch off the telly and try something different? Here are a few of our favourite date ideas that DON'T involve your couch and remote control…

1. Check out some comedy
The International Bar on Wicklow Street was the kick-off point from some of Dublin's best comedy acts, from Des Bishop to Fred Cooke. There are shows every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with tickets available for a €10 on the door on the night. Head along and who knows, you could see a big name – or the next big thing.

2. Experience the best music in a mystery venue
Sitting rooms, rooftops, attics and clothes shops are just some of the spots that have played host to Sofar Sounds, a music collective offering "amazing music in intimate venues." Their next date is February 24, so sign up and head along to check out a few amazing acts in a mystery venue somewhere in Dublin.

3. Get fit together
Whether it's joining a local running club or getting out for a walk together, there's no nicer way to spend an evening than all wrapped up out in the fresh air. Plus, exercise = endorphins, which are known to strengthen the bond between couples. Win.

4. Become pet owners – just for the day
If you two would LOVE a dog but can barely fit a goldfish in your apartment, why not check out a dog-borrowing service like Borrow My Doggy? You'll get to take care of someone else's adorable pooch for a few hours, walk them, play endless games of 'fetch' and drop them back to their owner.

5. Cook a meal together
Rather than banging out a chicken stir-fry in ten minutes flat, pick a recipe for something you both love, stock up on ingredients and prepare it together. If you know you're likely to want to kill each other after five minutes (we've been there), then put one person on cocktail-making duty and the other on food.

6. Dance like no-one's watching (literally)
You know the absolute buzz you get from dancing up a storm in your sitting room to some random Spice Girls song? Well, the folks at Soda Bread Box are all about that. You can head along to their dance nights every Monday, pay a fiver on the door and dance for an hour in TOTAL darkness to some seriously epic tunes. Their rules? "No lights, no alcohol, dance your socks off."

We all know Netflix has totally changed the way we watch TV, but even with that, it wants to go one step further.

Yep, our beloved Netflix has teamed up with streaming website, Deeplocal, to invent a new DIY project… and it's what we've all been waiting for.

Socks that pause your show when you fall asleep. Genius, right? It's a bit techy so we'll let Netflix explain their new project:

"An accelerometer detects when you've stopped moving for a prolonged period of time and triggers a signal to your TV that pauses Netflix.

"When it detects that you've dozed off, an LED light in the cuff of the sock flashes red, warning that the pause signal is about to be sent to your TV. Any motion will stop it from firing.

"The accelerometer is very sensitive to little movements, so it's good at detecting when you're just sitting still, raptly watching Netflix, and when you've actually fallen asleep."

Now, it's a DIY project, which you can see here, so you will have to put together the socks yourself, but don't worry as all it is is a little bit of knitting and electronics.

We're sure you'll be grand.

If you thought that the season 7 finale of Pretty Little Liars would be the last time a simple text message would scare the living daylights out of you then think again! Pretty Little Liars showrunner Marlene King hinted at the possibility of a PLL film.

"We’ve got some really big ideas for a great PLL movie, but that won’t happen right after the series ends," King said during an interview with Good Morning America

"I think we’ll take a little break and let everybody go off and do a few things and hopefully we’ll come back together again and do something really special.”

She didn’t didn't reveal anything major about what a movie would entail or where the Liars would be. Might we suggest at least relocating from Rosewood? Seriously, there has been enough chaos in that town for one generation.

ABC Family recently renewed Pretty Little Liars for a seventh season. Actress Troian Bellisario, who plays Spencer Hastings, said previously that season 7 would be the last for the series. Marlene has also hinted that we're still in store for some "final twists." Fantastic, just when we starting to sleeping peacefully.

If there is a film on the cards then we highly doubt that the series is going to end without leaving some serious cliff hangers. Who knows, maybe Marlene has heard her fans sobbing in the dark and has decided to give the group of intoxicated moms in the basement a film for themselves.

Not that we would be complaining about that, to be honest.

The amount of people that suffer from headaches is astoundingly mind-numbing. The World Health Organisation estimates that 47 per cent of adults suffer from headaches at least once a year.

Most people think not getting enough sleep or hormonal changes can trigger a sore head, and while they are big factors, there are other sneaky influences that can cause your head to throb too:

1. Zoning out in front of the TV

Relaxing after a stressful day is actually a classic headache trigger. Called the Let Down headache, it usually arises when you let your hair down after a hectic day.

2. Bad weather

A study from the journal Neurology reports that you can get a headache or migraine if the weather is particularly bad. If you're constantly going from the chilly outside, to the heated inside, the temperature change can be a major problem.

3. Your mam (or dad)

According to the Migraine Research Foundation, if one parent suffers from migraines there is a 40 per cent chance their child will suffer too. And if both parents suffer, then the child's chances sky-rocket up to 90 per cent.

4. Switching up your routine

If you're constantly waking up, eating and sleeping at different times every day/week, it can make your head hurt. Try keep a regular routine as much as possible to avoid the pain.

5. Skipping breakfast

Always make sure to grab a bite before you head out in the morning. In a recent study of 1,200 migraine patients, researchers found that missing a meal was the third most common trigger of headaches in females.

6. Your friend's strong perfume

About 95 percent of fragrances are made up of synthetic compounds, one of which is benzyl alcohol. This ingredient can be a major cause of headaches, especially if you are scent-sensitive.

7. Your liking for strong cheese

Yes, we love cheese too, but it might be causing your sore head. Food and drink release neurotransmitters, which can cause headaches in some people. Triggers include caffeine, chocolate, cheese, alcohol and more. Sob.

Actress Clare Bowen has had many a Nashville fan absolutely lusting after her mermaid style blonde locks for years now.

The star recently took to social media, and left her fans absolutely stunned when she debuted her new much shorter style. Those long luscious locks that would make Ariel well jealous are gone!

Clare took to Facebook to explain the reason behind her transformation, and it is very inspiring.

She wrote that she was inspired by two important things: a young fan who said she couldn’t be princess if she had short hair, and the actress’s own cancer diagnosis.

Wanna know why I cut it all off? When I was four years old, I asked my mother; "Are there heaters in Heaven?" I had…

Posted by Clare Bowen on Wednesday, 11 November 2015

“I got to grow up surrounded by children just like me. We were mostly bald, all tubed, taped, bandaged up and stitched back together.”

At the time, a four year old Clare had been diagnosed with end stage nephroblastoma. She recalls her only hope of survival being an experimental treatment.

“I got really lucky. I survived, my hair grew back and I got strong again. I look relatively normal on the outside.”

She wrote that she doesn’t understand why people are judged so harshly for the way they look, and described it as being “completely incomprehensible.”

“[Hair is] not what makes a princess, or a warrior, or a superhero. It’s not what makes you beautiful either. It’s your insides that count… even if you happen to be missing half of them.”

If you weren’t already feeling a bit emotional, then the reaction from her fans will definitely hit you in the feels.

Many of Clare's fans are sharing their own stories on social media:

For the last 10 years, birthday girl Ellen Pompeo has starred as Meredith Grey in the hit series, Grey's Anatomy.

She's remained a firm fan-favourite and one of the highest-paid TV actresses today.

In honour of her special day we are wishing her all the best on her birthday!

Any fans of Grey's will tell you that series creator Shonda Rhimes does not hesitate in putting her fans through emotional on a weekly basis.

What are the chances that any of these outrageous incidents would happen to one single person?

Seriously!?

1. She holds a bomb inside a patient’s body. Which then explodes just after she hands it off to Dillon.

2. She drowns

3. She gets far too close to a distraught gunman.

4. A Seattle resident has a pet lion. And the lion escapes

She is a mother-of-three sons – the youngest of whom was born a little over a year ago. So Jennifer Ellison certainly has her hands full.

Shockingly, however, the 32-year-old actress was yesterday at the receiving end of numerous nasty online messages relating to her appearance.

Appearing on Lorraine on ITV, Jennifer wore a pretty embroidered tunic, jeans and criss-cross platform sandals.

And despite looking gorgeous, some social media users were quick to criticise – labelling Ms Ellison "fat," and "ugly". Others said they were "stunned," and that they simply "didn't recognise" the former Brookside star.

Still, the Liverpool-native is certainly standing her ground. In fact, Jen has now said that she's unfazed by the "trolls" and that as she's totally happy in her own skin – despite being the heaviest she's ever been at 14st (88kg).

“I don’t care about trolls. What I look like is not a priority," she said in conversation with Mirror Online

"My husband still looks at me the way he did when I was 9st, after doing my fitness DVD. I’m happy and feel so loved.

“He thinks I’m the sexiest woman in the world. So I’m not worried, because he finds me as attractive as he always did and he loves my bum and my boobs.

At 5ft 5ins tall, Jen admits, however, that her weight does fluctuate regularly. She now says she is giving herself two years to get down to her goal-weight of 10st, and that she is determined to stop yo-yo dieting.

"I don’t want to fluctuate all my life, I’ve done every fad diet under the sun – as soon as you start eating properly again, you put it all back on.

"I’m known as a yo-yo dieter."

In recent years, Jen has been everything from a size 8 to a size 18 but she has previously told OK! magazine: "I used to be obsessed with what I looked like, always in the gym, and now I just don’t care – there are other priorities."

Do you recognise the feeling of sitting down for an evening of relaxing television viewing and then all of a sudden it is four in the morning and you have finished an entire series? We’ve all been there, it happens.

The ‘just one more episode’ phenomenon has taken over in recent times and now Netflix have explained the exact moment when it happens. If you ever wondered when your mild fascination with Breaking Bad turned into a 48 hour marathon binge-session, now Netflix can inform you it was probably around episode two.

Netflix released the data so now when a friend gives you a recommendation, you will know just how long it will take before you need to cancel any other weekend plans.

“In our research of more than 20 shows across 16 markets, we found that no one was ever hooked on the pilot. This gives us confidence that giving our members all episodes at once is more aligned with how fans are made," explained Ted Saranos, the chief content officer at Netflix

The data, collected from viewers all over the world, can’t tell you exactly when people fell in love with the show. However it does reveal which episode led 70 per cent of viewers to complete the first season.

'Netflix and chill' is the new 'want to come up for a drink?' in the world of dating – a casual suggestion that we all know is going to lead to something more.

Now, some smart tech folks have capitalised on the term with a new app that serves a genius function.

If you're bored and not in the mood to swipe through hundreds of potential Tinder matches, you can simply find out who is nearby and send them an invite to, you've guessed it… watch Netflix and chill.

Like this:

The app, TikiTalk, was launched last week to great success, but the founders say it was just a flukey idea.

"Netflix and chill is just so funny. It was everything we were about. Sending someone an invite or whatever, you can make them smile," co-founder Daniel Ahn told Unilad.

"With Tinder, you have to swipe with every person. With this app, you literally open it, and you see who’s around you. From there, you can send them an invite to Netflix and chill."

Just last week, another new app, Netfling, promised to find you a match based on your Netflix preferences, pairing people with lots of mutually loved shows.

And with TikiTalk, we reckon the circle is complete. Find a match who loves the same shows, then invite them up with a cheeky 'Netflix and Chill?' request.

Who needs Tinder?

This week marked the 25 anniversary of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Aside from making us feel and incredibly jealous when we realised that the cast have pretty much managed to defy the aging process entirely, we also got quite nostalgic.

While there has been news of a possible reboot of the series being made in the future, we don’t think there’s anything that could match the original. If you haven’t attempted to sing every single word of theme song then you haven’t been living your best life.

Instead of going down the normal lip sync avenue, to celebrate the special occasion the people at Buzzfeed chose a much more adorable option.

After their successful canine-filled Friends remake, they gave Will Smith and company the same treatment.

It made us very happy.
