HBO’s new series Silicon Valley trailer is hilarious
This new series centres around six computer programmers who are all room-mates trying to make big money in Silicon Valley.
Our new The Big Bang Theory perhaps?!

E4’s Skins launched many successful careers such as Joe Dempsie who stars in Game of Thrones , Dev Patel who was the lead in Slumdog Millionaire and now Jack O’Connell.
Jack is set to play Louis Zamperini in Angelina Jolie’s film, Unbroken. He will also appear in 300: Rise of an Empire and has most recently been cast in Section 6.
Section 6 is set to be a massive feature by Universal Pictures that came second on last year’s Black List of unproduced screenplays.
The film is describes as: “an exploration of the formation of Great Britain’s secret intelligence agency, Military Intelligence, Section 6, known more commonly as MI6.”
We love the sound of this new TV show, Gotham.
Set to be a prequel to the Batman days it will star Ben McKenzie (Ryan from The O.C.) and Jada Pinkett Smith as Fishy Mooney.
The young Bruce Wayne is yet to be announced but we hope it’s someone good. We even have a few suggestions if they’d listen…
Jada is set to star as a gangster boss who is described as “imposing, hotheaded and notoriously sadistic”. We can’t wait!
There should definitely be more roles like this for women. We think Jada is going to kill it.
This is too funny! Bradley Cooper revealed to Ellen that he couldn’t wear underwear to a recent state dinner at the White House because his pants were too tight.
Although we kind of feel as if we have seen the entire season already, we still cannot wait for April!
Melissa Joan Hart has admitted to using drugs in the past during an interview with Giulina Rancic for E!
When asked by Giuliana about her good girl image on Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Melissa explains: “It wasn’t that I wasn’t a bad girl. It’s that I never got caught.”
She also admitted to using a range of drugs from marijuana to ecstasy: “I experimented with weed, ecstasy, mushroom and mescaline for about a year and half.”
We are glad that her drug-use is behind her and that she came through her wild days intact!
Check out the new teaser released by Netflix for Orange Is the New Black – are you excited for season 2?
Carrie Bradshaw has been a massive style icon from the time she arrived on our screens in 1998 until the end of Sex and the City in 2004.
We didn’t love all of her looks, but most of them, particularly in the later seasons, were stunning.
TThe season finale set in Paris also featured some beautiful looks like the green tulle skirt, which echoes back to the white tutu from the opening credits shot so many years ago, which we love.
Laid back Carrie is equally as stylish and we just love this outfit with the high-waist jeans and crop checked shirt.
It looks as if our favourite Scrubs characters will be recreated on the Broadway stage as the popular TV show is being made into a musical.
However, fans of J.D. may be disappointed to hear that Zach Braff will not be taking up his role on the stage production according to Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence: “Zach will be involved creatively because he’s a theatre lover like me, but part of the fun for us is that we would go with Broadway musical stars.”
Diligent Scrubs fans will know that music was always a big part of the series, from Ted’s A Capella group to the 2007 episode that was a musical so perhaps this idea of a stage musical isn’t so surprising after all!
Everybody’s favourite detective show, Sherlock, might have had a different leading man.
During a new event hosted by BAFTA, which allows actors to speak at length about their careers, Benedict Cumberbatch opened up about his role as Sherlock Holmes.
Speaking about his thoughts before reading the script, the actor said: “I heard about it and thought that sounds like an idea to reinfranchise something to make money. It could be a bit cheap and cheesy.”
However, upon reading the script and hearing who was involved, he swiftly changed his mind: “Then I found out who was involved and I realised it wouldn’t be cheap and cheesy … I thought I would read it and then I fell in love with it.”
We are so, so glad you didn’t pass up the opportunity, Benedict; can you imagine anyone else as Sherlock? We can’t!
You might not want to ignore this tweet by Barack Obama because he is the President of America, whic means he has the FBI on speed-dial. That’s all we’re sayin’!
The President took to his Twitter account to post a warning about spoilers for the upcoming House of Cards season, which he is obviously a fan of. The political drama stars Kevin Spacey as US representative, Frank Underwood.
It may come as no surprise that Obama follows the popular political drama given that it recognises so closely with his profession as president and politician.
Obviously concerned about potential spoilers for the show, Obama made use of his Twitter account, writing: “Tomorrow: @HouseOfCards. No spoilers, please.”
It looks like Lady Gaga has teamed up with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for her forthcoming music video.
The song choice, taken from her recent album, ARTPOP, hasn’t been revealed but whisperers say it’s going to be Gypsy.
The music video will star all current members of the popular and controversial reality TV show, including Brandi Glanville, Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards and Yolanda Foster.
We are looking forward to seeing the new video and the direction Lady Gaga takes the ladies in.
