Everyone was impressed with Romeo Beckham’s stunning performance in Burberry’s Christmas advert – but some comments have caused public outcry.

Many adults on Twitter have been branding the 12-year-old 'hot' – much to the dismay of other users.

Comments including: “Thinking Romeo Beckham is hot is not creepy right?” have been blasted by other users as completely inappropriate: “Why am I seeing grown women on my [timeline] saying how hot Romeo Beckham is. He’s still a child.”

Channel 4 star Stinson Hunter, known as The Paedophile Hunter, has slammed the comments, saying: “I’ve seen some shocking comments about that Beckham kid – grown women saying he’s ‘fit’ sort your heads out – he’s ten for God sakes.”

He also took to his Facebook account and wrote a lengthy piece about why it is so wrong to brand a child such terms: “I have been watching the comments and am honestly shocked by what I have read it seems that because this person [who made the comments] is a woman that it is perfectly acceptable to say a child is ‘hot’ or ‘sexy’ but when a man say’s it (and they have about children) he becomes villain number one.”

The news that she is out and about again after being under psychiatric hold only broke today, but already Amanda Bynes is making her presence known on Twitter.

The troubled star, who has spent the past few weeks in a medical facility in California, is back on social media and is pointing the finger of blame.

The 28-year-old took to Twitter in the past hour to blast members of the media, writing: “Tamar Arminak it is illegal to talk to the press about my personal business. You are corrupt and belong in prison.”

The Hairspray star followed up with another message of warning, writing: “And no one should ever hire Richard Hutton. His daughter Jen Heger runs Radar Online and he tells her everything, also illegal and corrupt.

In another string of tweets sent out later in the afternoon, the actress accused her parents of lying about her and trying to steal her money, saying that she intends to challenge them in court today.

Amanda sparked concern last month after taking to Twitter to post a series of worrying messages, including detailed posts about her father making sexual advances on her during her childhood. She later retracted the statements, branding them as false.

According to reports, Amanda’s parents regained conservatorship over her after discovering that the star had purchased expensive jewellery and gifted it to total strangers.

We hope that these tweets aren’t a sign of another downward spiral.

Fans of Bethenny Frankel have voiced their concern after a photo she posted to Twitter drew unwanted attention.

The Real Housewives of New York City star was celebrating the release of her Skinnygirl Cocktails book and tweeted a photo, writing: “Today my newest book #SkinnygirlCocktails is available wherever books are sold!! Go pick up yours today!”

However, it wasn’t the cocktails people were interested in – rather Bethenny’s frame, with Twitter users writing: “For your daughters sake, PLEASE consider seeking medical attention for your eating disorder” and “Wow. You look awfully thin here, Bethenny. I hope it’s just lighting or something.”

It wasn’t all that long ago that Bethenny was ordered by a judge to stop wearing her daughter’s pyjamas, after a photo of her in her four-year-old’s Hello Kitty nightclothes caused a lot of controversy online.

The judge claimed that Bethenny’s defence that the photo was a “joke” was not acceptable, saying: “It’s not a joke. Her child is not a joke.” The judge also added that the reality star had used “poor judgement” in posting the photo online.

If you ever happen to run into Cheryl, we would steer clear of calling her Cheryl Cole…

The X Factor judge changed her name following her marriage during the summer, and is now personally and professionally known as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.

Unfortunately, one innocent employee over at The X Factor made the mistake of forgetting this – and was pulled up on it by Cheryl herself.

Annoyed that warm-up act Ian Royce introduced her to the audience as Cheryl Cole on Sunday night, the singer reportedly blasted Ian as ignorant and stated: “that’s not my name.”

Sinitta later addressed the awkward issue, saying: “Do not use the C-word in this building. The four letter C word. C.O.L.E.”

Poor Ian then revealed that he was getting hassle from Cheryl’s fans on Twitter, writing: “I’m getting destroyed on twitter by the @CherylOfficial fans … I got the name wrong … I apologised. Let’s all move on.. *Twerks*”

He also apologised to Cheryl's husband, Jean Bernard, tweeting: "I embarrassed the husband (JB) of @CherylOfficial a man I like very much and for that I am truly sorry … Me and my big mouth."

Cheryl was married to Ashley Cole from 2006 until their split in 2010.

Cheryl continued to use the name Cole professionally until this summer, so surely it is understandable somebody would make a mistake and there is no need for such an angry reaction!

Kylie Jenner has had ENOUGH of people talking about her lips!

The KUWTK star’s lips have been something of a controversial topic on social media, with many people wondering if the look is down to clever make-up tricks or something a little more surgical

Kylie took to Twitter to blast the rumours and general discussion about her lips, writing: “how long are we gonna talk about this lip thing lmao … Let’s get our lives together guys and talk about some important sh** … Just talk about something new at least. I’m bored.”

The tweets come not long after the star shared two selfies with followers that lead to further chat about her changing appearance.

While there is no doubt Kylie’s look has changed, it’s clear she is happy with it and is done discussing it!

It’s no secret that Niall Horan has always been close with his family – and in particular his brother, Greg.

Niall can often be seen sharing photos of his baby nephew, Theo, who actually has thousands of his very own Twitter followers…

Now it seems things have taken a strange turn as a tweet from Greg’s account yesterday read: “I wonder when Niall is calling to see theo I do wonder” leading people to speculate that the family feel Niall does not see them as much as he should.

Many fans hit back with anger, with one fan page blasting: “It’s not difficult to call your BROTHER instead of tweeting about it, you’re making a fool of yourself!”

The day previous, a tweet from Greg’s account also read rather cryptically: “Sick of being hurt by loved one really am.”

The tweets were later deleted as Greg took to Twitter to say that his account had been hacked: “Guys I’m sorry but iv been Hacked who ever it is please stop it now.”

Niall has not commented on any of the events that have unfolded – we’re not so sure he will!

We all could have been forgiven for assuming that there was something of a bitter feud occurring between Khloé Kardashian and her sister, Kim.

After all, when your sister posts a video of you on your birthday with a soundtrack that says: “You little dumba** bi***, I ain’t fu**in’ with you” and a caption that reads: IDGAF (I Don’t Give A Fu**), you may assume she has a slight problem with you…

Nevertheless, Khloé has denied that the video was a diss at her older sister, tweeting: "My last instagram video song is NOT about my sister. Stop making nothing into something! It was OUR song of the night…"

The youngest Kardashian sister then followed up her tweet by saying: Some things really are just that simple."

Surely Khloé knew that the Instagram video made it seem as if she did have a problem with her sister – but she doesn't seem to think so!

It has not been a good week for Chrissy Teigen.

The model announced that she is quitting Twitter after receiving a tirade of abuse and death threats after her controversial tweets about the tragic shootings in Canada earlier this week.

She came in for severe criticism when she took to her social media after news of the incident broke, and wrote: “Active shooting in Canada, or as we call it in America, Wednesday.”

Chrissy faced major backlash after putting out the tweet, and while she initially insisted that she would not apologise, it looks as though the hate mail proved too much for her.

The star went on to retweet some of the terrifying tweets she has received from Internet trolls, with one user writing to her saying: “I hope someone murders someone [sic] you love, like your f***** husband”.

Shortly after, Chrissy announced that she would be leaving Twitter, writing: “I feel sick. Bye Twitter. Taking my talents to Instagram.”

Let’s hope this is the end of the cruel trolling.

Chrissy Teigen is never one to shy away from controversial topics – and yesterday’s tragic shootings in Canada were no exception.

The model has been receiving death threats and violent tweets on social media after she wrote: “active shooting in Canada, or as we call it in america, wednesday.”

Many people replied to Chrissy with anger, pointing out that her tweet was not at all funny and incredibly insensitive: “thanks for the neighbourly love in this time of pain in Canada. Acts of terror are not funny.”

Another annoyed followers tweeted: “celebrities, remember you are in the eye of the hurricane what you post on social media will be scrutinized.”

However, Chrissy is standing her ground with the controversial tweet, claiming it was aimed at America’s lack of gun control, not minimising the tragedy in Canada.

The model also shared a screenshot of some of the shockingly violent tweets she has received since making the comment.

It doesn't sound as if the model has any intention of backing down anytime soon – but should she?

If you’re looking for some action, we suggest heading over to Twitter where it’s all just kicked off for poor Stephanie Nala!

The X Factor contestant, who was eliminated from the show on Sunday, decided that rather than Google a burning question she had, she would ask her loyal followers.

The (now deleted) question? “What is Ebola?”

Of course, many of us will say that we had no idea what the deadly disease was either up until last month or so, but social media users have blasted the singer as “ignorant”.

Stephanie later claimed that she had not watched TV for five weeks resulting in her lack of awareness about the deadly disease.

One user said: “There’s been an Ebola outbreak since march and @StephanieNala is asking what Ebola is this morning. The ignorance is disgusting.”

However, many people also stuck up for the 20-year-old, saying that her question was harmless:

Let's face it – we all have weird/silly questions we need to ask from time to time but that's what Google is for! All of the answers and none of the ridicule!

Niall Horan proposed to a fellow musician over the weekend – but we’re not too sure they will make it up the aisle…

The One Direction cutie took to Twitter to voice his admiration for Jessie J after her X Factor performance last night, tweeting the very blunt: “marry me!”

Unfortunately Jessie is yet to reply to the pop star, but we’re not sure it was a question from Niall as much as a declaration of love for her performance.

Then again, you never know – many the famous couple have had humble beginnings on Twitter, maybe we should watch this space!

Missy Elliot has made her first public appearance since the summer and her new slimmer figure has hit headlines everywhere.

The singer, songwriter and rapper performed at Alexander Wang’s H&M Collection launch in New York when she posted a photo to Twitter, writing: Just got off stage thank @ALEXANDERWANGNY and @hmusa for having me perform I enjoyed.”

Missy was diagnosed with Graves’ disease back in 2008, an autoimmune disease in which the immune system mistakenly attacks the thyroid gland, which in turn can affect metabolism.

She spent much of 2008-2011 focusing on her health, speaking about the disease back in 2011, she said: “I feel great. Under my doctor’s supervision, I’ve been off medication for about a year and I’m completely managing the condition though diet and exercise.”
